Vernal Equinox 2020

This year in the northern hemisphere the Spring or Vernal Equinox falls on the 20th March. The equinox marks the day when day and night are the same lengths all over the world, with the word equinox literally meaning equal night‚ in Latin.

The spring equinox marks the change of the seasons and as the northern hemisphere begins to tilt towards the sun, our days start to get longer and our nights shorter. In the northern hemisphere, we enjoy the arrival of spring and the promise of warmer days. To our friends in the southern hemisphere, however, this marks the changing of their seasons to autumn.

The equinox does not always fall on the same day each year due to the fact that the earth orbits the sun on a slightly elliptical path, meaning that the spring equinox can happen on either the 19th, 20th or 21st of March.

Although many cultures celebrate the whole day as the equinox, the equinox is, in fact, technically the specific point in time when the sun crosses the equator.

In the northern hemisphere, the March equinox is traditionally celebrated as a time of rebirth with many different cultures celebrating spring holidays and festivals such as Easter and Passover around the time of the equinox.

Ostara - The Next Pagan Holiday

The name Ostara is the root of the word Easter. It is debated how far back the Pagans celebrate Ostara, and whether they celebrated the festival at all.

Pagans who have celebrated Ostara will have rituals about fertility, nature and new growth. It's a time to celebrate the first day of Spring and to give thanks to the God and Goddess.

Easter is basically the festival of Ostara. What is Ostara? It is a pagan holiday that is still celebrated on March 20. It was used to celebrate the Spring Equinox, also known as the beginning of the Spring season. Ostara was a fertility goddess who was celebrated by the growth of new life. The connection between Easter and Ostara’s focus on the growth of new life is quite similar.

The connection of rabbits and easter eggs don't seem to have a connection but looking back at the Ostara celebration it makes sense. The rabbit because of its high reproductive rate, was seen as Ostara’s sacred animal. She also gave a special bunny the power to lay multicolored eggs. Children would also Page | 14

present eggs to the goddess to as a sign of fidelity. Ostara was so delighted by it she would have her bunny helpers return the eggs in baskets to the children. The ritual was adopted by Christianity. The priests who were trying to convert pagan children would offer money for the eggs, which evolved into the finding of eggs or – Easter egg hunts. ______________________

"How To Grow A Seed of Awareness" By Zhannabelle

We all love gifts. More often, gifts, in our understanding, are something material, beautiful or useful.

But sometimes the universe gives us a meeting. And this meeting, as if you got on a train, which during your usual journey changed your idea of the world and yourself so that you woke up from a heavy sleep of helplessness, and now you know exactly how to solve each of your problems in the best way! Such a meeting for our correspondent was an interview with energy physician Zhannabelle, who shared a revelation with us, thanks to which she discovered her true destiny, the power of her ancient healers, was able to solve the problems of people in 34 countries on all continents and have tens of Page | 15

thousands of warm comments and thanks.

- Zhannabelle, now the most important question is how to awaken consciousness?

Energy physician Zhannabelle: Indeed, this is a paramount issue, for it is consciousness that is the eyes of our soul. Only a conscious person can be healthy, happy, successful, realize his mission. Often it only seems to us that we are conscious. And it is very dangerous! Let's get it together. I will not analyze the basics in detail, because I am sure that the readers of such a respected publication have enough knowledge and experience.

Of course, you know that every person has a body and personality. But he also has inside himself a small seed from which consciousness can grow, grow divine. It is this seed that is the meaning of our existence.

I like the image that came to me in meditation. I saw the body only in the soil in which this seed should grow.

In many spiritual traditions, a person is rightly called a false personality or false personalities. She and even they exist only because many people live around us. The appearance of personalities is only a by-product of the fact that various creatures have to look for ways to communicate, negotiate, and distribute roles in society. And there are many of these roles! You are either a child, an adult, a boss, or a subordinate.

A person often believes that his role in society is something important, but this is only a pot for the earth, in which a seed of consciousness can grow.

- That is, each person can grow his consciousness? We see that many people act unconsciously. Hence the violence, war, cruelty.

Energy physician Zhannabelle: Indeed, when they tell me what people do with the planet and with each other, it seems that some of them have no heart. But in every person there is a heart, and in every heart there is love. It is important where a person directs this love.

First of all, a person directs this love to something in himself.

And what you direct your love to begins to develop under the influence of this love.

I met Maria at a retreat in France. She came to reveal her destiny, for at 35 she had no permanent occupation. I tried this one, then the other, but nothing brought pleasure, and most importantly, there was always no money Page | 16

to raise my son, there was no peace in the family.

Using Mary as an example, I want to show what happens to a person when he or she directs her love to a false personality. A person begins to grow a sense of importance, pride, and with them a claim to other people or self-pity.

Negative emotions, aggressive reactions to people who are not going to satisfy your expectations, and may even not know anything about your claims and requirements, begin to increase.

And if a person directs all love to his false personality, the soul will perish, because a false personality is only a fiction. This was what Maria felt that something was suffocating in her. Therefore, she went to our retreat after reading an article in a magazine.

- How to feel it? I know that many, in search of freedom from a false identity, go to the forest, to the mountains. How it works?

Energy physician Zhannabelle: To separate yourself from a false personality, you need to remain without people and without the comfort they created. For example, a president is a president only surrounded by people who agree that they consider him president. But if he finds himself alone in the forest, then of course he can tell the trees and birds that he is president, but this will not help him survive. Nature does not support the illusion of man about his position in society. Therefore, people do not know what to do in the forest.

The one who wants to grow a seed of consciousness walks a lot in nature alone and watches himself. The conditions of a retreat allow a person to be alone with nature, and at the same time, be under the protection and guidance of experienced masters. Mary first appeared in a real forest. Before that, she managed to get out only in a crowded park with a stroller.

- The body remains ...

Energy physician Zhannabelle: If a person directs love to the body, he falls in love with his instincts: hunger, thirst for physical activity, sexual instinct. It is especially bad if a person falls in love with laziness, the desire to eat a lot and sleep. Allowing himself laziness, a person accumulates the grossest vibrations. They absorb a person who can no longer perceive the subtle vibrations of joy, gratitude, sublime emotions. By directing all his love to the physical body, a person develops the animal principle in himself and thereby destroys himself. For example, during a retreat, Maria realized that she was used to eating a lot of sweets, and she compensated for her sleepy state, which causes an excess of sweets, with strong coffee.

A healthy diet helped Maria find an energy balance, and good habits of activation without caffeine abuse appeared. When she arrived at the meeting a month later, I hardly recognized her. She lost 15 kilograms, looked 24 and Page | 17

just glowed with happiness. And I’m already used to such results. Women generally can quickly rebuild their lives and flourish!

- Thank you for the excellent image! A person is a pot, a body is earth, and what is a seed of consciousness?

Energy physician Zhannabelle: If a person understands that personality and body are just tools and develops the necessary qualities of endurance, flexibility in them, strictly refers to himself, then he can direct his love to the divine seed within himself. He directs his love to the potential of development, to the possibility of becoming something more than a body and a false personality. And then, under the influence of this love, a seed can sprout and grow into a beautiful plant of divine consciousness. Such a person ceases to be ordinary, he is transformed into a God-man.

Mary found herself the third day of the retreat, she began to write notes and poems! She remembered what she liked to do in her youth. She started blogging and now travels the world and shares spiritual experiences with her many subscribers. The son, thanks to her help, mastered an interesting profession and became a web designer, and her husband finally founded his own business and is building a big house.

- Zhannabelle, it turns out, it is important what our heart is directed to?

Energy physician Zhannabelle: Where our heart is directed, our emotions are food, energy, due to which either something beautiful in us or something terrible will grow. What we direct our love to is what we become.

For example, you see a passerby walking past you who is neutral towards you.

You can forcefully call him sympathy, friendliness. This is easy to do as long as you have no association with it.

When it will be easy for you, you can spread these feelings to people with whom you have a pleasant experience. For example, to continue to feel empathy and friendliness, even if these people make comments to you.

And the most difficult step will be to spread a bright feeling to people who are frankly unpleasant to you, even harm, insult.

Such a practice will gradually unite all the neurons of your brain, give a state of self-discipline, efficiency, the ability to make volitional efforts, and follow the path of development.

"Gratitude In Vulnerable Times" By Barry & Joyce Vissell

A lot of books have been written about gratitude. I think it is a well-received idea that gratitude is a nice thing to do. It is polite and people will like you better when you notice them and give thanks, and relationships will thrive with expression of gratitude. But I want to address the use of gratitude in our most vulnerable times, when it is not about being polite, nice or wanting to be liked.

When I was twenty years old, I almost died at the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. I was a nursing student there at the time and developed septicemia (a widespread bacterial infection in my blood) from a mismanaged dental emergency from a small dentist in upstate NY while visiting with Barry. Once back at the University, my fever quickly soared to a dangerous 107 and I had to be packed in ice and was placed in the isolation ICU unit. The chief physician called my parents in Buffalo to tell them they must rush to my side as he believed I would die quickly.

But what was happening inside of me while all of this drama was unfolding? I was struggling to maintain consciousness. People around me were wondering out loud how long I might live, as if I couldn’t hear them. Somewhere in my brain that was barely functioning I decided that I would say and feel my gratitude to each person who tried to help me. For even the smallest thing Page | 20

that was done to me, and there were many small and big things, I said, “thank you for helping me.” Sometimes my voice was so weak that they had to lean in closer to my mouth to hear my words. Each time I said the words, “thank you,” I felt the connection to my soul and heart grow stronger. Saying “thank you” became my lifeline of strength. And in a large city hospital where people in crisis are more apt to be treated as a disease than a human being, my gratitude drew their attention back to the fact that indeed here was a human being inside this terrible medical crisis. The nurses, orderlies, doctors and even the janitors treated me with more kindness once they heard my weak words thanking them. There is much about that vulnerable time that I remember, but one thing that stands out is the feeling of strength that returned to me each time I thanked someone.

Another very vulnerable time for me was when our young family of five experienced the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake that totally destroyed our rental home with all five of us inside. Our son was only five months old at the time. Each one of us, especially our son, came very close to being killed. We were all in a state of shock as we looked at the house that had been our home for thirteen years and realized that we would never be able to live there again.

People began arriving at our home and helping in the most amazing ways.

Someone sat me down and fed me some healthy food. Someone else washed the blood from our two little girl’s legs. Others found our dogs and cats, and still others rented a U-Haul truck and began packing up the few things that were not destroyed.

After a few hours of being totally taken care of, I realized I must contact my strength again. I began by thanking God for saving us from this disaster and allowing all five of us to survive. Remembering my experience in the hospital, I went to each precious person and held their hands and looked long into their eyes and expressed my gratitude. With each thank you my mother strength returned until I was ready to make the big changes that our family needed to survive.

Gratitude also brings strength and clarity in times of great stress. Twenty years ago, Barry and I were scheduled to do a couple’s retreat in Massachusetts. Since Barry’s mother lived in New York, we both decided he should go ahead a week early and visit with her. I would stay home, take care of our children, and join him in Massachusetts for the retreat. When I arrived at the airport, I was told that all flights with a stop in Chicago were cancelled for the weekend due to extreme weather. I was also told that there was no possible way I would make it to the east coast, and that I should go home.

Barry did not want to do the couple’s retreat without me since we had a very big group at the retreat. It felt so important that somehow I get myself to Massachusetts. I went to the gate and approached a very weary attendant.

Many people had been yelling at her with frustration. I kindly looked her in Page | 21

the eyes and thanked her first for the difficult job she had that day, and then for trying to help me. She shook her head and said she couldn’t help me, but I thanked her again for trying.

There were three airports in the San Francisco Bay area and three in the New York City area. Surely I felt a way could be found. I was asking her to check out all of these possibilities. She started once again to tell me that it was impossible while all around me I could hear people yelling at the other attendants because they could not be helped. I kept my voice very calm and kept thanking her for each time she tried. Finally, on the last try, she found one seat from San Francisco to the Kennedy Airport. I thanked her in the biggest way I could and a bright smile crossed her face. Because of my expressions of gratitude, she had given me that little bit of extra attention.

Gratitude brings strength to the heart and allows us to contact the place within us that is wise and powerful, no matter how vulnerable or stressed we might feel. Everything might be falling apart around us, but in the expression of gratitude, first to God and then to whoever is helping, we will feel our strength return. Expressing gratitude is perhaps the most powerful way we can live.

“The Chinese Year of The Rat" By T. Stokes

Most important in this the Chinese year of the Rat, is the law of sharing, industrious as they are, rats do not share they hide and store food and the little things they find away from other creatures.

This year is 2020, experts tell us in this year much that has been hidden will be uncovered, as we will have 20-20 vision. We have all heard the saying "what goes around, comes around" this is a modern adaptation of the Tibetan Buddhist proverb; "Do as you would be done by" which again is what Jesus inferred when he said "Do unto others as you wish them to do unto you."

This is often referred to as the Golden Rule and its essence lies in what Jesus meant when he said we must love our neighbour.

Karma is made up of everything we do in thoughts words or actions to ourselves and for others.

Thoughts equate to the world of Spirit, words to the world of the mind and actions to the world of the body, and being mindful of this every day goes a long way in decreasing karmic debt.

These three categories of Spirit, Mind, and Body encompass who we really are and the good or bad deeds we do all link together as links on a chain, and at death they can really weigh us down.

Charles Dickens must have been aware of this as when he wrote his book A Christmas Carol the principal character Ebeneazer Scrooge is always depicted after his death as weighed down with the huge chains of his karma.

This character was actually based on the cruel Edinborough character Ebeneazer Scroogle whom it was said loved money more than life.

"It is better to give than to receive " and so it is, the three categories of Spirit, Mind, and Body are the avenues with which we relate to others in our daily dealings.

Boomerang karma is exactly reciprocity, getting back what we give out, some karma is instant but of the 4 types of karma Boomerang Karma is always in the same lifetime, the four Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Uriel, who govern the winds of North, East, West, and South were said to be the instruments of these 4 karmic aspects, and these winds would blow you the karma you deserve.

The life we live is not singular but runs in series of lives, where we are tasked with learning certain lessons, Shakespeare said "All the world is a stage and all the men and women merely players, they have their entrances and exits, and one man in his time plays many parts, his acts being in seven ages."

There is deep truth here, as a young calf is able to recognise its mother from a thousand other cows, so does karma find the person destined to experience it, the seven major chakras do indeed align with the seven ages of man, as each will bring new challenges.

"The Biggest Puzzle" by Lee Carroll/Kryon Saturday, 22 June, 2019 at Mt. Shasta, California This live channelling was given in Mt. Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. What follows is the story of a very old, historic consciousness of the planet, which is starting to crack open due to evolving Old Souls. I'm going to call this message, "The Biggest Puzzle."

It's a grand story, you know? It's a story of Human consciousness and the way you think and act, and it's a story of what has occurred so far in history that relates to the perception of the Creator.

The Grand Consensus It's so fascinating, is it not, to take a look at humanity and see what they believed at certain junctures in history? Today, right now, there is a consensus that humanity in general believes in the afterlife. Statistically, they say, over eighty percent of the billions who are here believe in this elusive afterlife. Therefore, this belief is what we call intrinsic, or innate. It's the instinctual intuition that you are born with. Therefore, there is already a seed-belief that there's more - more than your kind of life here on your planet. There must be something beyond what you see - something, perhaps, that is multidimensional.

There is also a consensus, finally, that this Creative Source is singular - One God. This leads you to larger questions about this singular Creative Source, which is beyond that which you can see, which is able to create - you. That question has a consensus as well: Almost universally on this planet, throughout all of the belief systems, there is something greater than your biological body. It's kind of like a "spiritual vehicle" you ride in called the Soul, and it's eternal. You're here for a while and then move on to something else, forever. So that's the general premise and the consensus, as you sit here right now, of that singular Creator and the Human soul.

However, what is also interesting at this point in time is that you claim to have free spiritual choice. This free choice is seen as a very positive idea. "I have free choice," you say. "I'm not forced into any belief. I can choose to Page | 27

believe whatever I wish with my own consciousness and intuition." Indeed, this sounds so positive and correct - yet, dear ones, instead of something positive, it is a frustration - a puzzle. The reason? Because, Old Soul, you sit here as the product of a historical lower consciousness that is starting to crack with the lack of spiritual logic. You are beginning to ask questions within this new evolving energy. Let me explain.

When you are born into this planet and, as a child, you have many opportunities to watch and learn about the puzzle of creation. You don't ponder large spiritual ideas as you grow, not really. You may hear about them and have words about them and you may even be taught songs about them, but you don't intellectually ponder the magnificence and the profundity of creation until you come of age. Until you are able to ask logical questions of your own, you have a simple and very persuasive model that you experience around you. It's not necessarily a spiritual one, but it's a model of something similar. In this culture, we're going to call it the Santa Claus effect.

The Santa Claus Effect Santa Claus is an all-seeing and all-knowing benevolent entity who knows you. It's a male (of course - just like God) who knows where you live and knows if you're good or bad. [laughter] I'm right, you know? This is the model of Santa Claus and, depending upon what you do as a child, there will be presents for you or no presents. So, already there is the setup. Here is an invisible force who knows who you are, one who is looking at you all the time, and who is ready to judge your behavior - good or bad, gifts or not.

The premise is experienced and lived-with for years of growing up, and the child believes it. He/She cognizes it completely. Also, in this grand illusion, there is often is a set of loving parents who back it up. They are the ones who continue to promote the illusion because it's fun and because there can be surprises, love, happiness, tradition, and family satisfaction. That's the Santa Claus Effect.

When you're about seven or a little after, the truth is often revealed. You're old enough to have your own beginning intellect, and, eventually, you realize the deception, accept it as fun, and then go on to promote it for your children as well. But then, some interesting things take place: The years between seven and ten or eleven (depending upon the child and the gender) are very interesting. Because this is where you solidify the puzzle. I'll tell you what happens.

The Puzzle Presents Itself - Or Not At eleven or twelve, you're not yet at the age where you are pondering life and creation, but you are old enough to have beginning choice and questions about your own existence. This is where you get to see what your parents have Page | 28

done with this same puzzle. Most children in your culture carefully watch what the parents believe about God and then emulate it. It's actually quite an amazing process for all of you. It's teaching and training by default, and because children look up to grown-ups for survival and ways to exist, it's not really intuitive to ask - yet.

Your beginning adolescent mind starts to make connections with what you have seen all your life about religion and worship, and it comes directly from your parents and their peers. First of all, you see them with many other grown-ups doing the same things over and over. This has tremendous credibility for you. You see what they wear that is special, and you see them in worship positions (often only once a week). You see some of them praying and crying, perhaps. Depending on where you are, you may see some of the authoritative leaders in special outfits, quoting important-sounding scripture, and giving doctrinal instructions. You see them all performing this in a huge building - and that's important, too: Who builds these buildings?

The answer is - someone very important because the structures are grand and cost a fortune. You're told that some of the buildings are a hundred years old, and then you start to understand and cognize and realize that all this must be the "way of it," since history itself was also doing exactly what your parents are doing.

From birth to young adolescence, the youngsters might say: "Look at the grown-ups! They believe it one hundred percent. They dress for the occasion.

Look - the organization even has costumes for the occasion (the way it looks to a child). There are millions spent on the buildings and it's all very credible." All this is the way of things, and it's real.

At that point in time, dear ones, a child won't ask any questions. They simply watch, participate to the extent they can, and are indelibly stamped with the actions they observe as the reality of existence. Without thinking, the children become the adults. Without thinking, many children then grow up, with the biggest issue for all humanity completely solved for them: They know who the Creator is, and all the questions about life and the soul are somehow now answered, by default, within thousands of pages of old scriptures, costumes, protocol, and the blur of the Santa Claus Effect, which somehow also became doctrinal and the "way of God." Let me discuss that.

Current Thinking It's so interesting, is it not, that the current belief on this planet regarding the Creator of the Universe has come to this? Billions and billions believe in a benevolent, loving, single God of Creation, and here is the story:

There is a vast and loving invisible force, call it what you want - God, Spirit, Creator. This invisible force knows you and knows your name and knows when you're bad or good, and you better watch out - because when you leave this planet to that afterlife that you believe in, there's going to be reward or punishment. Does this sound familiar? That is where the consciousness of the planet is right now. Billions believe that this loving Creator will torture you and your children if you don't follow some rules set up by the ones with the costumes. You were given free choice, and then immediately judged on your choice (old writings tell you this).

Say What?

How does this sound so far? Does "spiritual logic" come into play anywhere in this story? How many regularly take a look at all this and ask the following questions: "Is this correct? Is this not correct? Am I simply repeating something I learned as a child? Is there more that I don't understand yet?"

The answer to how many are asking is: Not that many. There is something that has kept you from asking these questions, dear ones, and it is something that is starting to change.

There has been a very dark and consistently non-evolving consciousness on this planet for a very long time. You were approaching the end of time as you knew it and were scheduled to go through yet another war approaching the year 2000. It was going to be the end of everything. Dear ones, you know this, for it's the prophecy of your time here on the planet.

The man who sits in the chair (Lee) went through the Cold War and he saw a time when two countries had fifty thousand nuclear weapons pointed at each other. On the deathbed of Lee's father, the dying man uttered these words, "I'm sorry that I brought you into this world at this point in time. There really is no hope for survival. We will, indeed, have a nuclear exchange. I'm sorry."

He had gone through World War Two and knew what would happen next.

This was the prediction, even in his church, and it looked like humanity would repeat history and continue war. But it would be the last one. It would be called World War Three and it would be short. Billions believed and expected this. It was simply what Humans do and had done throughout history. The father was so upset that his son would have to go through that!

This was his reality.

Humanity has warred and warred for eons, all within these ages of low consciousness. One war led to another and there seemed to be no Akashic remembrance, no innate instructions that war didn't really solve anything.

There really didn't seem to be instinct from one generation to another that said, "Don't do this! It doesn't work. It's dysfunctional and creates horrors for humanity, every time." There was no survival remembrance from generation to generation. So, the old ones pass, and the new ones war again - on and on it Page | 30

goes.

This entire scenario is due to low consciousness. Generation after generation of humanity grew up and then did it again. Each time, the weapons got larger.

More death; more horror. Not only that, but an unbelievable fact: Most of the wars and the sorrow and death within the history of humanity were caused by disagreements in who has the correct belief of the one loving God! [Pause for logic and head-shaking here].

Because of the low consciousness of humanity, history showed that it continued and continued. Even the ones who believed in loving, beloved prophets, decided that war, death, and horror were the answer: Ancient Christians created the Spanish Inquisition, and today, there are those who will cut off the heads of Christians for millions to view on social media, to emphasize who is right about the one loving God. So, how much has changed, do you think? How much evolution have you seen? Not much.

This is not a criticism of the past, dear ones, for it's all you had. I've just described your history, when almost everything you believed about God - the knowledge, the organizations, the doctrines - has been the children's version.

It's the Santa Claus version. Again, this is not a judgment, but rather, a fact of a low consciousness history. But now, this low consciousness is slowly starting to shift - and the result of it isn't just in spiritual puzzle-solving.

The Great Shift We have discussed this event many times: Something recently happened, dear ones. There was no Armageddon. In the year 2012, a shift happened that started to open a door. It was the beginning of a new kind of consciousness that would, indeed, allow for evolution. It would be an allowance to see the puzzle differently, and begin to ask the questions: "Is there more to the story of God than we learned? Right now, as you sit here, there is a light, within the thinking of many, being turned on. For the first time, individuals are starting to ask questions about the puzzle.

A Change in Non-Spiritual Thinking Already, you have started to see the increase in the desire for integrity in all things. This comes mainly from the First World [countries] at this point.

These are the ones who have governments that allow citizens to think and say and publish what they are thinking. This is starting a revolution - a revolution in puzzle-solving. "What do we do with this rotten old energy we created?

How do we eradicate bias and inequity? How can we be more transparent?

How can we change politics? How can we change corporate greed? How can we change inappropriate Big Pharma? How can we eliminate worldwide child slavery? How did it get to this? The reason for all this?" A light has been turned on so successfully that everything that was always dark, is now in the Page | 31

light! Suddenly, everything in our society looks dysfunctional! That is what the evolution of consciousness looks like.

The Biggest Issue The puzzle starts to show itself again. "Who am I? What is the real truth about the loving Creator of all things?" One by one, individual Human Beings without even being prompted, without evangelical thrust, without a prophet, without a system, without anything - are awakening to the answer. One by one, they're asking these questions: "Could there be more than I was told?

Could there be more than any of us knew?" And the children's version starts to fade away.

When you were told the truth about Santa Claus, perhaps there was temporary disappointment. There will be the same as you slowly have the truth revealed about your soul, except the news is good and makes so much more sense! So, the disappointment will be in why you believed the children's version for so long. Those who start to ask the questions about if their worship is correct or not, or if God really is a judging God, will start to get a new and refreshing story - and, finally, it will make sense.

The Puzzle - Current Belief How can God love you so much but then send your children to Hell? How can any God torture a Human child who doesn't find out something in time? How can our souls have free choice and have one Human [Adam or Eve], thousands of years ago, mess it up eternally? Where is the love of the individual, beautiful soul in this? How can God be so dysfunctional as to feature very low Human consciousness such as judgment and anger? How can God have a war in Heaven and a "fallen Angel, a friend of the Creator," who then becomes some kind of torture-master? This sounds like a bad children's story! This can't be God! You are correct. Instead, it's the Human nature story at its worst! Something is wrong here.

Sometimes, high officials of the Church are asked all about this: "Why is this?

How could that be the way of it?" They often shrug, point to the scripture that validates it, and say, "Well, God works in mysterious ways. We don't know why, but that's the way it is." So, this becomes a glimpse that they are puzzled as well, but they believe it anyway (just as their parents did).

Evolving Thought Here is where you have the invitation to disengage for a moment, dear ones, and start looking at the puzzle and say: "I strongly believe that God loves me and knows my name. I can feel the awesome benevolence of the Creator ... however, the part about judgment and anger and Heaven and hell doesn't seem to really have any spiritual logic to it. It doesn't make sense. It doesn't Page | 32

ring with truth." Then the puzzle starts to beg to be solved.

At this point, dear ones, let me give you some guidance. Don't turn from your awareness of a loving, benevolent Creator who knows you. The love of God is perfect for you, and amazing. Perhaps this is the junction of your life where you start to evolve with these questions: "Could God be bigger than all this?

Could the real scenario be absolutely magnificent?"

One by one, on the planet, many Old Souls are awakening to this puzzle, and it brings them to listen or read messages like this. It brings them to a place where they realize that every single Human is different and unique, and the relationship to the Creator is not something that comes from a man-made generic system that reeks with dysfunction. They start to understand that the real solution to the puzzle may not come from an old and obviously inaccurate scripture written by men. They realize that, instead, it might be self-evident at the soul-level, from the Innate inside each Human. It might be spectacular!

There's something more. Remember the Santa Claus story? When you found out that the imaginary Santa was actually your parents, you relaxed a little.

You had a good time because that's where the real love was. All along, it was close to you and from a source that you knew. Could this new truth about God be similar?

Dear ones, it's time. In this new energy, you're graduating from the children's version of God, to a grander truth that makes far more sense. You're realizing that the Creator knows who you are, and that's where the real love is. That's the real parent. You're starting to evolve and the old things you believed start to unravel.

"Is there something bigger than I was told?" Oh, yes! But it's not what you might expect. It's not another spiritual organization. It's not something to join. It's not another updated doctrine. It doesn't have rules or steps to climb.

It doesn't involve a great prophet to worship. It doesn't have anything you're used to. You don't have to suffer a little to get God's favor. None of these dysfunctional things are there. Instead, it's a new paradigm that is far more elegant and honoring to the Creator. You get to see something that you didn't expect: You're magnificent in the eyes of the Creator who knows your name.

You're like a child of God, magnificent in every way and loved beyond measure. You have absolute free choice to accept this or not, without any consequences, even if you choose not to look at it. When you leave this planet, you all have the same party and the same celebration on the other side, and your soul is honored for the journey.

Important Perceptions If you are starting to look around at these things, here are my instructions: You are not betraying anyone - whether it's a pastor, a minister, a priest, a friend, or your parents - when you begin to see things that they never saw. I say that because, in the past, the energy was darker. In that darker consciousness, you were given the best they had - the greatest truth they could give you. They delivered it to you with all the love, intention, and purity they had. But today, a new light is turned on and many are starting to see something else - something beyond the children's story. It's more magnificent, makes more sense, and it's so much better that it's beyond anything you've been exposed to. Listen: Your choice to look doesn't mean that you're betraying any of them. Do you understand this? There is no betrayal.

This is what so often keeps many from looking at the puzzle: "I cannot do this.

I cannot go there because I'll hurt this person or that person who was my mentor." This is your soul and your life, with your own free choice. If there really is a grander truth, don't you think those who guided you in the past would want you to know it?

Part of an evolving spiritual nature is that you are beginning to understand that non-linear things are probably a much better explanation for a multidimensional Creator. There are many around you who will tell you that, to really understand God, there must be a good, solid anchoring of reality to "ground your thinking" about God. There should be a doctrine, a book, an organization to join, and a strong, historic prophet to study, for these things to work. These are all very 3D things that made the existence of God work in an older energy - The Santa Claus Effect. Even with all the things that made no sense in this, it was the best you had, and it was cognized by most of humanity.

Today, millions of Old Souls are starting to awaken to a far more elegant and magnificent idea of the reality of God the Creator. And this, dear ones, is why there's so much cheering going on within that elusive and immense place called "the other side of the veil."

"Kryon, can we really solve the puzzle? Without the anchor of linear information that we need, how do we make sense of it for our linear minds?"

I'll say what I said in the last channel: Don't worry about the minutiae. You don't have to understand the inner workings of the creation of the Universe to be part of it. You don't have to have an intellectual map of all things spiritual in order to believe. Instead, step into the light and let these things evolve - and they will. Don't be afraid to sit there and be loved!

But alas, expect the ignorance of a very old and darker history of your planet to continue to shout to you: "Don't listen to the channelling! It's the devil. It's a trick!"

From Kryon: It's a new day with a new evolving magnificent relationship to the Creator. This is not your father's world. Dare to sit and be loved! Let the light in and see for yourself. Question everything that you wish to, and openly feel what is there!

Some trick.

If you don't like what you feel and see, or you're afraid of that immense love that is there, you can easily go right back to that very comfortable paradigm of a dysfunctional Santa.

And so it is.

She Rises from her fallen ash.

Thursday, 28 March, 2013 Miracles are happening and everything is moving forward at warp speed. This includes wonderful positive changes associated with the New Earth as well as the intensified purging of the residue of negative patterns from the obsolete old Earth. Please go within to the Divinity of your heart, and ask your I AM Presence to reveal to you your specific part in this phase of the unfolding Divine Plan. Your Light and Love are needed NOW! Then listen to your heart and see how you are being guided to add to the Light of the world during this life-transforming opportunity. Now the Company of Heaven is hoping we also have the WILLINGNESS to respond to the inner guidance of our I AM Presence.

We have God Victoriously passed through the Shift of the Ages and this precious Planet has at long last reclaimed her rightful place in our Solar System. This is a position we have not been able to achieve since our fall from Grace millions of years ago. The miracle in all of this is that not only the Earth, but ALL Life evolving upon her was able to accomplish this mighty feat.

We have successfully Ascended through two dimensional shifts. We moved up the Spiral of Evolution from the 3rd Dimension through the 4th Dimension and into the initial frequencies of the 5th Dimension. This was a unique experiment that had never been attempted in any system of worlds. Never had a Planet that had fallen to the depths of separation and duality the Earth was experiencing been given the opportunity to move through two dimensional shifts in such a short period of time.

Because this had never been done before, no one knew if we would succeed.

The belief was that there would probably be some people who would make the choice to move into the Light, but the general consensus was that millions of people would not awaken in time to make that decision and would have to be left behind. This belief was based on the incredibly slow progress Humanity had made over aeons of time. To the amazement of everyone, however, WE DID SUCCEED! Where Do We Go From Here?

Each and every Child of God evolving on this Planet is now in position to cocreate with our God Parents the next phase of our journey back to the Heart of our Father-Mother God. This will be a unique process for every one of us, but the Company of Heaven has assured us that as we cocreate the patterns of perfection for the 5th-Dimensional New Earth, we will experience a glorious adventure beyond our wildest imagination. The 5th Dimension is a frequency of Light that transcends separation and duality. Within this higher frequency of vibration the gross mutations of disease, poverty, hunger, war, greed, hatred, or pain and suffering of any kind cannot be sustained. The 5th Dimension is a timeless, spaceless frequency of God's Infinite Light and Perfection. It is the frequency that we have always known as the Heavenly Realms. Now with the Shift of the Ages God Victoriously accomplished, the Heavenly Realms have Ascended up the Spiral of Evolution into the 6th-Dimensional Realms of Light.

Within the 5th Dimension, Divine Love and the consciousness of Oneness and Reverence for Life are the ONLY reality. The Sons and Daughters of God abiding in the 5th Dimension are destined to cocreate experiences that enhance life with every thought, word, action, feeling, and belief we express.

With the Birth of the New Earth we have moved into a Higher Order of Being.

Love is the Order of the New Day on Planet Earth. This is not just a lofty platitude or wishful thinking. This is the reality of the New Earth we are now living upon. "4 Tips to Cope with Annoying People” By Dr. Judith Orloff

“Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself.” …Saint Francis De Sales Every day there are plenty of good reasons to be frustrated. Another long line.

Telemarketers. A goal isn’t materializing “fast enough.” People don’t do what they’re supposed to. Rejection. Disappointment. How to deal with it all? You can drive yourself crazy, behave irritably, feel victimized, or try to force an outcome–all self-defeating reactions that alienate others and bring out the worst in them. Or, you can learn to transform frustration with patience.

As a psychiatrist, I help others see that patience doesn’t mean passivity or resignation, but power. It’s an emotionally freeing practice of waiting, watching, and knowing when to act. To many people, when you say, “Have patience,” it feels unreasonable and inhibiting, an unfair stalling of goals. In contrast, I’m presenting patience as a form of compassion, a way to regain your center in a world filled with frustration.

In “Emotional Freedom”, I discuss how to transform frustration with patience. To tame frustration, begin by evaluating its present role in your life, Page | 46

how much it limits your capacity to be happy. The following quiz will let you know where you are now so you can grow freer by developing patience.

Frustration Quiz: How Frustrated Am I? To determine your success at coping with this emotion, ask yourself: Am I often frustrated and irritable?

Do I typically respond to frustration by snapping at or blaming others?

Do I self-medicate letdowns with junk food, drugs or alcohol?

Do my reactions hurt other people’s feelings?

When the frustration has passed, do I usually feel misunderstood?

During a hard day at work, do I tend to lose my cool?

When I’m disappointed, do I often feel unworthy or like giving up?

Answering “yes” to 5-7 questions indicates an extremely high level of frustration. 3-5 “yeses” indicates a high level. 2 “yeses” indicates a moderate level. 1 “yes” indicates a low level. Zero “yeses” suggests you’re dealing successfully with this emotion.

Even if your frustrations are off the charts, patience is the cure. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to cultivate this invaluable skill. Life teaches patience if you let it.

4 Tips for Dealing With Frustrating People (from “Emotional Freedom”) When someone frustrates you, always take a breath first before you react.

Decide if you want to talk now or wait to calm down. If you’re highly reactive and upset, have the discussion later when you’re calmer Then you’ll be more persuasive and less threatening. At that time use this approach: Tip #1. Focus on a specific issue–don’t escalate or mount a personal attack.

For instance, “I feel frustrated when you promise to do something but there isn’t follow-through.” No resorting to threats or insults. In an even, nonblaming tone, lead with how the behavior makes you feel rather than how you think the other person is wrong.

Tip #2. Listen non-defensively without reacting or interrupting.

It’s a sign of respect to hear a person’s point of view, even if you disagree.

Avoid an aggressive tone or body language. Try not to squirm with discomfort or to judge.

Tip #3. Intuit the feelings behind the words.

When you can appreciate someone’s motivation, it’s easier to be patient. Try to sense if this person is frightened, insecure, up against a negative part of themselves they’ve never confronted. If so, realize this can be painful. See Page | 47

what change they’re open to.

Tip #4. Respond with clarity and compassion.

This attitude takes others off the defensive so they’re more comfortable admitting their part in causing frustration. Describe everything in terms of remedies to a specific task, rather then generalizing. State your needs. For instance, “I’d really appreciate you not shouting at me even if I disappoint you.” If the person is willing to try, show how pleased you are. Validate their efforts: “Thanks for not yelling at me. I really value your understanding.” See if the behavior improves. If not, you may have to minimize contact and/or expectations.

In communication, patience is a powerful emotional currency. As you’re more able to tolerate the discomfort of frustration and not blow it by acting out, your relationships will function on a higher level. In any interchange, always define what you’re after. Is it to resolve a specific frustrating behavior? To say “no” to participating in a dead-end pattern? Or is it to simply to convey your feelings without expectation of change? Even if the frustration is irresolvable, patience sets the right tone to treat others and yourself respectfully.

"Prophecy-Safety During End Times & Spiritual Perfection" By Gabriel of Urantia

Most prophecy is subject to change, due to the will of God and the manifestation of destiny by choices of human beings or mortals on any world of time and space. No future of human endeavors on a material world is written in stone; for the future is the outworking of millions and billions of decisions made every day that determine whether possibilities become probabilities, which have a higher chance of manifesting.

Many possible events can be postponed, even if there is a high probability that they are going to eventually happen. All events prophesied can be postponed months, years, or even decades, and even permanently, particularly those prophecies of war and evil intent.

There is a difference between knowledge and possibility and true prophecy.

True prophecy resides in the area of spiritual ascension and spiritual insight, whereas speculation resides in the area of man’s attempt at prophetic guesses. Much of what is called “prophecy” is really only based upon fear, superstition, ignorance, and outright arrogance.

Conspiracy theories lead to fear, and fear leads to self-protection instead of godly concern for the welfare of others. True spiritual insight, clairvoyance, or psychic ability are always hopeful, whereas false psychic predictions or predictions from evil intent—be it from humans or other fallen personalities sometimes referred to as “demons”—leads to self-preservation and hopelessness.

The fallen mind seeks safety and the comfort of protection from evil, whereas the spirit mind (or the higher spiritual self) seeks spiritual answers to manifest a higher destiny in relationship to a divine new order in which the Page | 52

soul desires to be in the perfect will of God rather than in mere physical safety. The safety comes by being in that perfect will of God. No amount of food, shelter, or any other physical protection really works without the soul wanting and desiring to be in the perfect will of God. If the soul wants to be in the perfect will of God on a troubled planet such as this one, God will lead that soul into a physical proximity of other souls who desire the perfect will of God, and the protection is a group protection.

Therefore, in the past crisis situations or emergency dispensations on this planet, soul tribes have been led or given protection in geographic areas, not just individuals. In other words, on troubled planets, where different kinds of disasters occur, God leads individual souls to group or tribal safety zones.

The URANTIA Book gives some information about a type of tertiary seconaphim called “the Imports of Time,� what I call “Safety Angels."

Time is the one universal endowment of all will creatures; it is the "one talent" entrusted to all intelligent beings. You all have time in which to insure your survival; and time is fatally squandered only when it is buried in neglect, when you fail so to utilize it as to make certain the survival of your soul.

Failure to improve one's time to the fullest extent possible does not impose fatal penalties; it merely retards the pilgrim of time in his journey of ascent. If survival is gained, all other losses can be retrieved.

In the assignment of trusts, the counsel of the Imports of Time is invaluable.

Time is a vital factor in everything this side of Havona and Paradise. In the final judgment before the Ancients of Days, time is an element of evidence.

The Imports of Time must always afford testimony to show that every defendant has had ample time for making decisions, achieving choice.

These time evaluators are also the secret of prophecy; they portray the element of time which will be required in the completion of any undertaking, and they are just as dependable as indicators as are the frandalanks and chronoldeks of other living orders. The Gods foresee, hence foreknow; but the ascendant authorities of the universes of time must consult the Imports of Time to be able to forecast events of the future. (Paper 28, Section 6, Paragraphs 9-11) To many who are concerned about safety and free energy in these end times, there are many books by men like Tesla and other speculators of how to get free energy. The truth of it is, without a person having true spiritual insight, no free energy can ever happen. It is not the technology or any physical machine that is going to help you; it is simply a higher connect with God, who in turn connects you with beings called frandalanks. The URANTIA Book reveals: Page | 53

These beings [Frandalanks] are the joint creation of all three orders of energy-control beings: the primary and secondary force organizers and the power directors. Frandalanks are the most numerous of all the Master Physical Controllers; the number functioning in Satania alone is beyond your numerical concept. They are stationed on all inhabited worlds and are always attached to the higher orders of physical controllers. They function interchangeably in the central and superuniverses and in the domains of outer space. (Paper 29, Section 4, Paragraph 36) Thinking in spiritual terms, you can receive spiritual help, which in turn manipulates the physical world. The manifestation of physical reality really depends upon the level of spirituality in the soul. Therefore to manipulate the physical world in the highest manner, you must first begin to think in spiritual terms, and then you can receive the spiritual help. E = MC2 becomes a reality only because spiritual purpose decides that E = MC2 is a reality. If your motive is to benefit humankind, the equation will come by divine aid.

Others may take the equation and use it for ill intent as in the instance of using nuclear power in a destructive way rather than constructively.

Another way of explanation is, if you need someone to fix your leaking water faucet, you do not call a seamstress or a carpenter, you call a plumber. The same thing applies in the spiritual world of higher dimensions which controls the physical world. If you need a frandalank, you do not call a seraphim, and God hopes you grow to know the difference in order to help manifest God’s outworking on this world and in human lives. That is one of the reasons why the Fifth Epochal Revelation—The URANTIA Book—was given, and that is why the Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation—The Cosmic Family volumes—are given.

As you ascend spiritually, you begin to earn a higher hearing power from all of God’s creatures. God speaks through His freewill creation and through His creature creations. Often God speaks to you through other humans in reference to more insignificant matters, and the more significant the question, the higher the being who will answer you. It is the way of eternity.

None of this works in the highest manner unless your virtue begins to match your desires. Without virtue, even the simplest of desires can be hundreds and even thousands of years away from being answered. So it would be very wise to take Jesus’ words to heart, “Be ye perfect, as I am perfect” and seek that godly perfection.

As you all know when I have an opportunity to interview an important and well-known public figure from the Pagan Community, I will definitely bring it to ROC Metaphysical. This month we have a very fun character all the way from Salem, Massachusetts. Is a non-Pagan among the Pagans and yes, we will meet its creator as well as the character herself.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Psychics, Witches, Healers and all Pagans out there, I need your attention please so you all can enjoy the following interview with the unique, awesome and super fun BORAH! As she says… Hop on! Let’s see where the broom takes us!

1) Who is Brian without BORAH’s! Costume?

I was born in SC and moved to Cincinnati immediately after high school to attend the College Conservatory of Music and majored in theatre. After attending CCM, I moved to Ft Lauderdale for 18+ years where I met my husband. I studied Respiratory Therapy at Broward College. We moved to ATL for 9 years to be a little closer to family. However, I had a goal ever since high school to move to Salem, MA. So in 2016, we sold our home in ATL, and moved to Salem. I practice Respiratory Therapy at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. On my days off from my hospital job, I work full time with Salem’s Black Hat Society. I created Salem’s Black Hat Society in May of 2016.

The soul purpose of creating SBHS was to raise money to donate to different Page | 56

children’s charities in Salem by street performing as BORAH! in October.

SBHS has unexpectedly and unintentionally grown into a crazy gig. In order to keep my sanity and reality in check, I enjoy spending quality time with my wonderful husband, friends and family. I love exploring abandoned buildings and towns. I love to snow and water ski. I LOVE eating good food and drinking Dunk’s coffee and playing practical jokes on people. I really love walking around Salem in the late evenings and I truly love working on my home with my husband. I have great neighbors that I like visiting with and I love making people feel happy and making them feel good about themselves. I would love to spend the rest of my life living in Salem.

2) Where did the name BORAH! Come from?

I was driving around in Beverly, MA and I saw a canopy over a door entry of a convenience store. It read, BORAH’s Convenience and I adopted that name. I thought it was a strong, loud, strange name and I felt that it fit BORAH’s! energy and character. I have never shopped at that store. I thought about going many times and even showing up as BORAH! But I am not sure what their reaction would be. They might call the cops on me. Maybe I will visit it as BORAH!, record it and post it on social media. I’ll keep you updated.

3) Now let’s start a conversation with BORAH!. Who is BORAH!?

Outward appearance to people: UGHHHH!!!!!!!! We’ll let me just start by saying that 66.6% of the time I’m pretty cranky and 33.4% of the time I am miserable and despise happy people- YUCK!. Children annoy me, I don’t like being around you mortals and the sun just aches my whole body. Ostriches have the right idea….. I’d like to avoid life like the plague and bury my head in the mud. Speaking of mud, mud pies are my favorite DEADsserts and there is always something brewing in my iron cauldron, ready to feed any visiting Zombie, Vampire or other good fiend of mine. I live way in the back of a deep, foggy, spooky, damp old forest in a huge stump covered with ticks, moss and dead leaves. I do have a secret, this is just between you and me. I love spreading joy. I adore children, the elderly and the special needs population.

BUT DON’T TELL ANYONE! With that said, have a CRAPY day!

4) What is BORAH’s! Mission in Salem?

BORAH’s! Mission in Salem is broad. As mentioned above, to raise money to donate to different children’s charities in Salem by street performing in October. In addition, I like to welcome and educate visitors about Salem.

Sometimes there can be some misinformation floating around and I like to try and keep the history facts in order for visitors. I love promoting the town of Salem and it’s businesses. I like to make visitors feel welcomed and I love Page | 57

giving those who don’t have the opportunity to visit Salem a vicarious visit through my eyes into the world of Salem by making videos and live streaming through my social media.

5) Can you tell us which are the best things to do if we visit Salem?

Well, first off, you HAVE to say hi to BORAH! of course. BORAH! Can be found roaming and terrifying the streets of Salem at different times throughout the year. They usually announce on social media when they will be out and where. To be honest, EVERYTHING is the BEST thing to visit in Salem. There is not one attraction that I’d single out over another nor would I not recommend. However, I would suggest starting the morning by having breakfast at Red’s Sandwich Shop at 15 Central Street. I then would ride The Salem Trolley which is a 1 hour comprehensive tour of our great town. You can get on and off at different iconic locations throughout the town. Many visitors are not aware of Salem’s Maritime influence on the nation. America’s first millionaire, Elias Derby was from Salem. If you visit the National Park Service in Salem, you will learn about him and merchant trading with the East Indies. A visit to the NPS alone, could take one whole day.

6) What are BORAH’s! Favorite places in Salem and why?

Red’s Sandwich Shop is to die for. They serve homemade food and at reasonable prices. We also have wonderful restaurants that feature Italian, Portuguese, Indian, from budget focused to fine dining. We have many museums with different themes. They range from Salem’s rich nautical history, art and nature and of course you have the brilliant museums that focus on the horrific witch trials in 1692 that you can visit. Salem is filled with many mom and pop shops that sell witch themed clothes, souvenirs to metaphysical treasures. Do stop by or shop online at Coon’s Card and Gift Shop located at 226 Essex Street. Here you can find BORAH! T shirts, mugs, shot glasses, beer glasses, post cards and lots of other fine spiritual products.

We do love our sacred cemeteries here in Salem. Old Burying Point is Salem’s oldest and the Nation’s 2nd oldest cemetery. There is also Greenlawn Cemetery which is really pretty and is located in North Salem. Lastly, Harmony Grove Cemetery is one of the most beautiful and Salem’s largest cemeteries that not many people know about. Harmony Grove Cemetery is a MUST visit.

7) Have you shared time or have you meet real witches in Salem? If yes, can you mention some of their names?

I do know many real witches here in Salem. I have a great relationship with them and they are just the nicest people. They are full of love, positiveness and they have great energy. There are too many to individually mention but Page | 58

there are four that come to mind, Shalimar, Thomas O’Brien Vallor, Robert Riley and Magika.

8) You Probably know that a lot of real witches are big fans of BORAH! the following question is probably an understatement based on where you live and what you do, as you are representing a Witch but as a non-Pagan, do you feel comfortable being (in a certain way) part of the Pagan community?

Oh I feel very comfortable and I feel a strong connection with my Pagan community. They have all welcomed me and my husband with open arms.

They are very loving, accepting, understanding and compassionate people.

They have so much insight and offer everyone the opportunity to grow as a person in lots of wonderful ways. The Pagans teach me so much and help me grow as a person and they influence me in so many ways in which adds many layers to BORAH!. We feel so honored to be part of the Pagan community. I am very grateful to those who are big fans of BORAH! If it weren't for their support and teachings, BORAH! nor SBHS would not be what they are today.

9) I know you got inspiration from the Witch’s Dance for BORAH’s! Costume and I am the choreographer for the local Witch’s Dance in Rochester, NY. If the community presents in the future, will you accept an invitation to do the dance with us?

Yes, the Witch’s Dance did inspire BORAH’s! initial costume in 2016 and throughout the years, the designs have taken on a life of their own, influenced by the Pagan community, children that I meet, BORAH’s! personality and more. Lots of consideration and thought goes into each design. Every piece of material, color, texture and accessory that is attached to every costume has a signification meaning and intention. I start each January, designing my costume with different designers. We have lengthy, long discussions about my costumes. One of the first questions we ask in starting a design is, what story do we won’t to tell? What mood do we won’t to set for the year etc. We consider the political and emotional climate and how BORAH! has been influenced by their followers and the wonderful people they met that previous year. It is a fun and can be a stressful, daunting task for all of us involved. It takes about 8 months for each costume to be built. Just before October, I have a costume reveal/interview and those are fun.

I would be totally honored and humbled to receive an invitation to dance with you all. You work very hard, have lots of fun and you make me smile when I watch your videos. Maybe we can also plan for your group to come to Salem and do the dance all over the city!

What can we improve in the Pagan community in general (including everyone, Wicca, Witchcraft and everyone else) in order to have a closer and less tense relationship with the non-Pagan community (and everyone who consider to be under that umbrella)?

You said one word, love…. I think it starts with love. We have to cleanse out hearts of prejudices, hate and judgment. We all are human, we have feelings, needs, desires and we a won’t everything now, immediate gratification. We won’t to be liked and excepted for the most part. In order to connect with those that don’t understand us, to bridge the gap, I think we have to have patience with others and have an understanding as to why others persevere us in a manner that causes a tense relationship. I think that if someone asks us about what we do and how we believe that question should be answered from an honest and positive place with the hopes of spreading positive awareness and education. We should take those moments and use them to our advantage to enlighten others. It is certainly up to us to spread the right information and clean up the stereotypical ideals and misconceptions our communities. I think one way of improving our relationship, is to encourage and welcome questions from others and to offer lessons, books and education through not only in person but definitely through social media. People build ignorance from lack of knowledge and education, so it is up to us and our communities to get our missions, messages and intentions out in the world. I think it is done by taking one step at a time, one person at a time, one group at a time and being our best selves. We have got to try to not get upset if they stereotype us. We have to understand that they don’t understand, and this is where we can close the gap. I think that is very important in itself. If we loose patience and find ourselves in arguments and force our thoughts and ideas on others, that closes the door of positive communication and we get now where.

I think we have to be the ones to show love, positiveness, happiness, understanding and forgiveness.

"Animals And Their Significance With The Shift in Consciousness� By Sean McCleary

Animals were introduced into world's contained in Universal Consciousness a long time ago. Animals were created before beings by the Holy Spirit for the purpose of assisting with the evolution of consciousness. When I mention the Holy Spirit in my work please understand that I am referring to consciousness which represents eternal love and eternal life. He introduced this type of DNA into world's by using the elements contained in Universal Consciousness like hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon and phosphorus.

What also transferred into the creation of animals was very powerful eternal love. The reason there are so many types of animals is due to how many infinite types of combinations that consciousness, time, space, elements and evolution can be contained within at any given moment in Universal Consciousness and the world's that are contained in Universal Consciousness. Every world in every galaxy has a unique and special consciousness and represent living organisms. Life form is contained within the consciousness of world's and all of this exists so consciousness and love can be represented on a subatomic, atomic and molecular level within environments all the way up to a universal and infinite level. This activity represents the evolution of consciousness in existence.

Animals were introduced into the consciousness of world's to assist with the evolution of love in consciousness. Fear has been contained in Universal Consciousness since Universal Consciousness was introduced; and different degrees of fear can represent the resistance to the evolution of consciousness.

Universal Consciousness was introduced out of Infinite Consciousness and contains eternal love; and the foundation for eternal love and eternal life in Universal Consciousness has been the Higgs field. understand what this field of energy does in reference to the evolution of consciousness. This field of energy has maintained a very powerful connection with Infinite Consciousness which Universal Consciousness is contained within. Universal Consciousness holds the body of galaxies everywhere which contain life in solar systems and world's and this is how consciousness evolves on a micro level; within consciousness that exists on a macro level. Before Universal Consciousness existed there was only consciousness measured by frequency vibrations, light energy, dark energy and eternal love. Eternal love has always existed because eternal love gives eternity a reason to exist.

On the most powerful fundamental level consciousness and higher frequency vibrations generate light energy and consciousness and lower frequency vibrations generate dark energy. Dark energy supports the foundation for the generation of more light energy in the consciousness because when this happens a sensation is produced in the consciousness which is familiarized as love. Love is experienced like this because when consciousness evolves and more light energy is produced; higher frequency vibrations transfer into the consciousness and the consciousness experiences this sensation as love. This also happens with dark energy but the sensation is different because the frequency vibrations are lower. The reason I mention frequencies is because this is how consciousness transfers. There have been misconceptions about dark energy here in the human condition and it is not dark energy which causes the experience of separation in the consciousness; it's pressure that can become restricted within these vibrations and this restricts the evolutionary activity of these vibrations; which generates resistance to the evolution of consciousness. This is where fear comes from. Photons carry and distribute light energy and assist with the process of the evolution of light energy and love in the consciousness and evolve out of these frequency vibrations originally. Photons were necessary in Universal Consciousness because matter requires light energy and photons are building blocks in the evolution of matter.

Before Universal Consciousness existed; Infinite Consciousness had been exchanging frequency vibrations and generating eternal love and this activity has always existed. An evolutionary event through the process of conceptualization took place before 13.8 billion years ago and the concept of Universal Consciousness was introduced into existence. Everything in Universal Consciousness; you, me, stars, galaxies, planets, life etc. are all concepts. What exists at the very foundation of consciousness and energy in existence is the will of conceptualization; and this is for the purpose of creating and helping consciousness evolve. Universal Consciousness began with a concept and this was for the purpose of generating more love inside of Infinite Consciousness and this introduction was necessary because it has happened and exemplifies the evolution of consciousness and love. a process that took place before the actual introduction of the universe through expansion and acceleration. Physicists haven't been able to see, detect or measure this activity because their consciousness has not evolved far enough into the foundation of Universal Consciousness to allow them to see this activity. The foundation for eternal love and eternal life in Universal Consciousness is the Higgs field but human consciousness has not been able to access this field of energy because the type of fear they contain in the entire body. The entire body is comprised of consciousness and energy not just the brain because we all exist within the dynamics of consciousness everywhere.

Human beings don't understand this either because of the type of fear contained in the human body.

An individual attends a funeral. Part of their consciousness says "I hope they go to a better place" or "they are in Heaven now with God and Jesus". Then another aspect of their consciousness says "My God they get buried and never exist again or R.I.P. This type of fear is mainly stored in the subconscious energy which is all over the body and the subconscious energies primary purpose is to store something called "fear and dark energy" which is pressure contained within the frequency vibrations of dark energy. This type of fear is the fear associated with the uncertainty of death. Human beings contain a concept of non-existence in their consciousness and entire bodies. This type of fear is the most powerful fear in existence because it suggests a complete separation from eternal love. This is actually where black holes come from in Universal Consciousness. This type of activity transferred from Universal Consciousness into human beings. This is only an illusion and cannot happen to any living organism because everything comes from eternal love, eternal life and eternal consciousness. One of the reasons that people contain fear like this is because the scientific community primarily focuses on the behavior of matter and energy and not consciousness. Panpsychism is trending now in the scientific community and this is due to the evolution of consciousness on Earth.

Soon with the Shift in Consciousness the human race will be introduced to the existence of consciousness everywhere. Science was supposed to happen exactly the way it did so scientists who contain consciousness themselves could focus primarily on subatomic, atomic and molecular activity with evolutionary development and assist with the evolution of this type of matter in Earth's consciousness. Scientists contain love and consciousness and without knowing it they have been helping with the evolution of matter into Earth's consciousness and Universal Consciousness as well; in order for the Shift in Consciousness to take place. Religious people have been assisting with the evolution of the Holy Trinity's consciousness; who love Earth and all the inhabitants with all their heart and the metaphysical and philosophical community has been helping with the evolution of consciousness. All of these aspects have been working together to ensure the evolutionary development Page | 64

and advancement of planet Earth. But this type of fear that exists in human beings is the most powerful fear in existence and this fear repels the vibrations from the Higgs field away from the body. The human body repels the very foundation of eternal life, eternal love and eternal truth away from themselves because fear stored in the body like this is a type of pressure system as well within light and dark energy in the body. Other living organisms on Earth like animals are different because of the way they exist and this type of fear stored in their bodies isn't quite as powerful as human beings considering the type of dynamics in human consciousness when it comes to all the experiences associated with life and death.

Human beings contain a lot of different aspects of fear that are incorporated into Earth's environment and there is a constant flow of different stimuli associated with the life of a human being. Animals exist in a more simplistic way in reference to their relationship with the environment. Living organisms on Earth contain very powerful fear in their consciousness (bodies) but there are different degrees of fear which represent the experience of separation in the consciousness. Fear is pressure contained within the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy. This pressure transfers into dark energy easier because there is more dark energy in existence and the vibrations are lower; so it's easier for pressure to transfer into dark energy. What this is referred to is "fear and dark energy". Pressure that expands and accelerates comfortably with time and space in the consciousness and the vibrations of light and dark energy represents fear that is contained in the consciousness and experiences evolutionary advancement easily. This type of fear does not cause the fight or flight mechanism to respond in ways that fear where pressure becomes restricted does; because when resistance to the evolution of consciousness occurs it generates activity in this mechanism. Then there is fear that can become restricted within the vibrations of mostly dark energy and this restriction in pressure causes separation in the evolutionary activity of the vibrations of light and dark energy in the consciousness. This represents the resistance to the evolution of consciousness and can cause very powerful experiences of separation. This type of fear can be very destructive and has been exemplified in the human condition as hatred, evil, indifference, conflict, anger, rage, resentment, violence etc. The reason this happens is ultimately because the consciousness perceives this experience as a separation from love contained in time and space everywhere else except where this resistance is being experienced.

There are a lot of examples on Earth which represent the resistance to the evolution of consciousness like this; but all of this resistance will be transferring out of Earth's consciousness and life on Earth with the Shift in Consciousness approaching. The Shift in Consciousness or Apocalypse is very real and this is what my work involves. Animals don't contain a lot of the different types of fear or restriction in pressure in their consciousness that Page | 65

human beings contain. This means that their consciousness has been able to interact with the energy contained in the Higgs field in different ways than human beings and they don't experience the same type of resistance in consciousness. Animals have been helping love evolve in Earth's environment and other world's contained in Universal Consciousness. Animals are contained in world's to assist with the transfer of eternal love from the Higgs field and into the environment. Interaction with animals causes the resistance to the evolution of consciousness in human beings to evolve. A great example of this is the adoption program that inmates in prison have with cats and dogs. Some of the inmates in different institutions have been involved with the interaction with animals as a therapeutic process to alleviate stress and discomfort associated with their experience.

Love and fear have both been contained in Universal Consciousness since the introduction took place around 13.8 billion years ago and understanding this aspect of evolutionary development isn't that difficult. Before Universal Consciousness existed there was Infinite Consciousness and eternal love everywhere and matter had not been introduced into existence. The conceptualization of Universal Consciousness took place and this includes the introduction of matter. Infinite Consciousness took consciousness which had belonged to Infinite Consciousness and had always existed and created a new development in evolution. A very powerful change in the state of consciousness took place. Because matter was being introduced into existence and the formation of a body which contains galaxies was necessary it meant that Universal Consciousness had to begin a life of his/her own and experience evolutionary development in a completely different way than what had always existed. There was an early developmental stage that Universal Consciousness went through and this is when fear was introduced to existence. This early developmental stage is also why reproductive activity exists with living organisms in Universal Consciousness. The fear came from the uncertainty associated with the new development in evolution and because Universal Consciousness had to begin a life of his/her own it meant that with introduction that an experience of separation happened. The most powerful aspect of this consciousness and energy associated with this experience of separation with the new development in evolution represents death. This is how the experience of death was introduced into time and space was from the change in the state of evolution that Universal Consciousness went through with introduction.

Eternal love and eternal life were also introduced because Universal Consciousness comes from eternal love and eternal life. Universal Consciousness has an identity as well and this identity comes from the conceptualization process and contains eternal love and eternal life. This is what the Higgs field represents and the Higgs field has maintained a consistent connection with Infinite Consciousness so Universal Page | 66

Consciousness and life contained within Universal Consciousness can continue experiencing evolutionary advancement with the transfer of love into consciousness. The Shift in Consciousness is about a very powerful increase in the transfer of consciousness and love from the Higgs field into everything contained in Universal Consciousness. Everything contained in Universal Consciousness is joining Infinite Consciousness and the experience of separation which has existed for over 13.8 billion years is being eliminated forever. It's just time for this to happen and soon Earth and all of the inhabitants will begin experiencing this transfer of energy. Animals everywhere have been helping with the transfer of eternal love and eternal life into consciousness contained within world's because they don't experience the same type of resistance that beings contain in their consciousness with the Higgs field. Love has been transferring into world’s in a very powerful way everywhere due to the population of animals and other living organisms in the environment. Animals have helped save the human race. "Ancestral Cycles" By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with your roots though the ancient art/science of Astrology.

Additionally, we offer a glimpse into the current celestial weather under which we are all operating, so that we may have some awareness of how to use these energies for the highest and best possible outcomes for ourselves Page | 69

and others.

We will again begin by focusing on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer. Since, in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday life - it is also the most easily observed in a personal way.

On March 9 the Full Moon in earthy Virgo will amp up our emotional focus on getting the details of our lives correct and properly organized altho we might be working in a fog. Be alert for overly critical tendencies. Those born Mar. 612 and Sept. 9-15 are apt to be most affected.

March 24 marks the start of our next lunation (moon) cycle with the New Moon in headstrong Aries. The admirable willingness to embark on new ventures without knowing the hows or the outcomes will be strongly activated. People with birth dates Mar. 21-27 and Sept. 24-30 will particularly notice this.

This New Moon occurs after the Spring Equinox on Mar. 19, which is traditionally seen as the true beginning of the new year both astrologically and historically (named Nowruz in the Persian culture) . For several reasons, this is a period that is ripe with potential. We do need to act on that potential of course for anything to grow.

The Vernal Equinox is a turning point in the sense that the increase in daylight, which began at the Winter Solstice, now begins to slow down. The next turning point will be the Summer Solstice on June 20, 2020 when our days again start to shorten. This is a seasonal shift that has long been a point of great celebration for our ancestors and continues to be pivotal even though our basic survival needs have changed through time.

Mercury’s retrograde journey, which brought it briefly back into the air sign of Aquarius, comes to a halt on Mar. 10. It will revisit the same area of the zodiac and by Mar. 16 Mercury will re-enter Pisces. Communications could get clouded with emotions once again.

Our galaxy’s Goddess of Love, Harmony and Beauty, Venus left dreamy Pisces back on Feb. 8 and marched into fiery Aries where she will be through the first week of March. Her softer side is harder to find but wearing red and being impulsive will be much more in evidence. So much depends on the details of our personal chart, yet we can all watch her expression of feisty Aries energy.

Venus’ actual visibility in the sky has recently been quite dramatic: On clear nights she is dazzling any and all who look for her in the western sky after sundown. She will continue to be bright and beautiful until mid-May; make sure to gaze upon her. And if you’re up early in the pre-dawn hours, look to the south east for all the Capricorn planets - visible through spring especially Jupiter. This beneficent giant is hard to miss in the morning sky.

Then on March 5 Venus will move into luxury-loving earthy Taurus, a sign she has a natural affinity with, and we will all have access to a more sensuous approach to life. The tendency for a more deliberate, slower approach to food and fun may be infused with lightning strikes of genius as Venus interacts with Uranus a few days before and after Mar. 8th. Whether it’s a welcomed disruption or not, it can’t help but be sudden and unexpected. Be on the lookout for possible surprises in aesthetic, financial and/or ecological arenas.

Fierce warrior Mars joined the large, historic planetary lineup in purposeful Capricorn on Feb. 16 and remains there through Mar. 30. It will increasingly energize the on-going overhaul of our culture and all our institutions already in progress by transformative Pluto, structural Saturn and expansive Jupiter.

It does not have to be harsh, but it might be. Where it falls in personal charts will dictate how we experience these energies within our own individual lives, but it’s unlikely to be missed.

An indication that we may experience a big event on the world stage, related to a nineteen-year cycle of the Moon, is also present at this time (March or possibly early April). Previous such events include 911 in 2001 and the Japanese earthquake and tsunami in 2011 near Fukushima. Perhaps this one will involve the virus that emerged in China in late 2019, though more likely it will be something completely different that takes the world by surprise.

The dynamic density of this lineup in Capricorn lifts a little toward the end of March, when first Saturn moves into humanitarian Aquarius on Mar. 22 where it stays until July 1. And then Mars follows into this intellectual air sign from Mar. 30 til mid-May. Perhaps the economic and political upheaval that have characterized the month of March eases somewhat when April arrives.

As we segue into Spring, we are likely to enjoy the easing of some of the intensity that has marked this first quarter of 2020. Our cultural upheaval will continue a bit more quietly until July, as this task-oriented period yields to an interval of integration. It remains important to have a plan.

zen habits by Leo Babauta “The Guide to Insecurities You’ve Been Waiting For" I have a friend who is lonely, who has such a good heart and desperately wants to find a partner who appreciates that goodness, to share a life with.

We have all felt this, I’m guessing: this desire for a deep connection, this hope that another person will just get us and want an intimate relationship with us, the idea that if we could just find this person and merge with them, we’d be fulfilled.

What if we tossed that idea out on its head?

What if everything we need for happiness and fulfillment is within us?

What if all the requirements for fulfillment were in this very moment, not in some imagined ideal future?

What if the idea of a romantic partner who is perfect (because of their imperfections!) and who fills our every need is just a fantasy that isn’t helping us?

The truth is that even those of us who have partners know that it’s not all honeymoon, and in fact a long-term relationship contains a lot of struggle.

The fulfillment that we get in life ends up (mostly) not coming from the other person, but from ourselves.

What would it be like if we let go of this fantasy of a fulfilling partner, this fantasy of a better future … and instead focused on finding fulfillment in the here and now, within ourselves?

Where We Get Fulfillment Another person isn’t going to fulfill us — at best, they’ll make us feel better about ourselves, and listen to us. The listening part is great, but we can get that from friends or family as well. The feeling better about ourselves is a function we can fulfill on our own as well. I’m not saying a partner is useless, but I am saying that a partner isn’t needed for fulfillment.

So how can we fulfill ourselves, by ourselves?

Well, what brings fulfillment? In my experience, focusing on pleasures like food, entertainment, online distractions, sex, drugs, alcohol, and thrills … these only bring temporary pleasure, but in the end you’re left wanting more.

Fulfillment comes from something deeper — finding meaning in life, finding appreciation for the fleeting beauty of every moment, being in service of others, loving.

But we don’t need a partner for those things. We can find meaning by searching within ourselves and in the world around us. We can start to appreciate the impermanence and joyful moments around us all the time. We can be in service of others in our community. We can love anyone, from those already in our lives (even if they don’t know we’re doing it) to strangers on the street, to all living beings.

Fulfillment From Within What if we could do all these things just sitting here, doing nothing?

What if this very moment contained all we need for fulfillment?

Try looking within: Stop and be still. Sit and do nothing, finding stillness and just noticing the moment.

Notice your body, your breath, emotions that happen in your body (like a tightness in your chest, or a warmth in your heart area), your thoughts.

See that there is constant change within you, and a loving goodness as well.

Fall in love with all that you see, from the emotions and thoughts to the body and breath, from the impermanence to the underlying goodness.

Reflect on a desire to be in service of yourself, and others.

Cultivate a love for yourself and all others by radiating a wish for everyone, including yourself, to be free of suffering, to be happy, to find joy.

Reflect on your innate connection to others — reflect on how others support your life, how the food that nourishes you is brought to you by thousands of others, how you’ve been created into the person you are because of the influences of every person you’ve met and connected with. This web of connections is how you are always a part of everything and everyone around you, a deep connection that is ever-changing and everlasting.

MBO FOR SHOPPING & MEDICINE PICKUP I had a nice little mundane MBO request occur for me the other day. I was at my Yoga class, and my wife gave me a list of things to buy at Kroger, and then to pick up some medicine at the drive-in window at CVS. So I requested multiple MBOs for the drive to Kroger, finding everything I needed, then my drive to CVS, and to be serviced quickly, as there can be more than one car Page | 78

waiting, and of course, my drive home.

At Kroger, no one was ahead of me when I checked out. When I arrived at CVS, there was one car ahead of me, but she left within four minutes or so.

Then I drove up, the pharmacy tech quickly found the medicine, which only cost $.06. Then as I was about to roll up my window, we said, “Wow, you really started a line!” I looked behind me and there were three cars waiting behind mine. I could have been sitting there for another 20 minutes or more.

MBO requests work, everyone, even for the most mundane requests!

MBO FOR PROBLEM WITH IRS John writes: I got a nice letter the other day from the IRS saying I owed them over $9,000 from missed payments in 2017!

Here’s my response. “Angels and Guides, here is a most benevolent outcome request…make this debt go away. Thank you!!”

(I’m very direct in my requests. No beating about the bush!)

I took their letter to my tax guy. He found 2 key errors in the IRS’ calculations and now I owe NOTHING (beyond what I had paid).

I can see Nicky’s (my principal GA) handiwork in that! He likes to get me worked up and “bothered” and then pull me out of the crap pile laughing at me! I didn’t take the “BAIT” this time… I’m learning!

The download was about an MBO too. I’m asked to use a construction like this: “Angels and guides, let my Most Benevolent Outcome be the answer to this question: suppose I could see that the people around me are exalted and resplendent beings seeking their way in the divine flow just as I am, what can possibly prevent me from admiring and loving them in whatever guise they may take? Thank you for showing that to me.”

I use this a lot especially in my shopping in stores like Walmart and Costco.

There are a lot of amazing beings floating around places like these all the time. Funny how they turn up everywhere!

MBO FOR STOPPED BY A COP Leigh Ann in Wisconsin writes: I always say an MBO when I leave the house.

It always, always works. This is one of my best MBO outcomes to date: I was meeting a friend for lunch on the other side of town. I said an MBO before I left. I always ask for a safe, easy and fun drive with good parking. I Page | 79

got to the restaurant and found parking at the door. My friend and I ate and chatted. When I left for home, I was in a big hurry and not paying attention to my speed. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw flashing police lights. I was calm and not frightened at all.

The officer (on a motorcycle) pulled up next to my car. He asked if I knew how fast I was going. I didn’t. I was going 3 times the posted speed limit. I could have gotten a huge ticket, or even had my driver license suspended. The officer told me to slow it down and have a nice day. He then pulled away. I didn’t even get a written warning. I did get a clear message from the universe to slow down, not just driving but in every area of my life. I really took that message to heart. MBOs are a lifesaver.

“Witch Blood-What Is It and How Is It Awakened? (Didn't Know You Were Special, Did You)" By Elizabeth Chapman & Su Weber In the past, knowledge of herbs and their uses was passed down from mother to daughter to take care of their families and those in the village. When is Honesty too Much?

I was having a conversation with someone who I didn’t know a lot about. As we talked the person felt comfortable enough to share a lot of personal history that had a lot of bumps along the way.

On the positive side it was so nice the person felt they could be that honest with me. It was helpful to know what obstacles they had to deal with. After our discussion I was overwhelmed by the amount of hurt they endured.

I had to ask myself when and how do you share that level of honesty. How do I handle myself, how do I interact with that person and what impact would it have in the future?

So many questions are running around in my head. What a dilemma! What would you do?

"E.S.P. - Psychics And Spiritual Insight" By Niann Emerson Chase Some Personal Experiences with "Psychics" Many, years ago when I was in my mid-twenties I went to see a psychic for the first time in my life. Well, actually I had known some psychics before this, but they did not use the word "psychic" in defining their specific gifts, so when I did visit someone who claimed to be psychic, I thought it was my first encounter with one. Anyway, this particular psychic had a small following of devotees who claimed that he had healed them and that he brought knowledge to them. A friend of mine—a wild, bright, and beautiful young woman who said she communicated with people from other planets—was one of the devotees and convinced me to have a session with this man, even though I thought her intriguing ways were a little crazy.

With some trepidation, I went to see him and was not too impressed by his presence. He was a plain and passive man with very little charisma, and his life force seemed dull and gray. Now, before I go on, I want to point out that some people I had encountered before with special gifts (that could possibly be considered in the realm of the paranormal) were not necessarily charismatic or outstandingly noticeable in their physical attractiveness either, but they had a drawing power in their personality that seemed to be light and loving, and they had a strong life-force energy. For me, this particular man did not have any of that drawing power or much life force in him.

But what he said to me was what caught my attention. He said that I had a future in spiritual affairs that would have world-wide significance and that I would marry a man who was of Native American descent and have three very special children who were meant to join us in our work. Though the whole message intrigued me, at that time the part that I was most interested in was the part of marrying a Native American and having three kids. You see, I was looking for romance, as most people that age are.

Though he requested that I return to visit and hear more from him, I never did see this psychic again until about fifteen years later, and what life force he had had in him was diminished to almost nothing. His psychic powers seemed to have dissipated also, thus having very little to offer anyone as a socalled psychic and healer. I often wondered what happened to this man who did seem, for a number of years, to have a special gift.

Back to my initial meeting with this man: soon after that first visit, other friends who were also devotees of this man would tell me that he often asked about me and encouraged them to bring me to see him. They indicated that he felt led to give me more advice about my future and what I needed to do. He communicated to my friends that I needed to get away from the Native American reservation that was my home at the time and definitely not to consider moving to the small neighboring town that bordered the reservation. He told them that I needed to move completely away from that area of Arizona in order to do what I had been called to do in this lifetime.

Well, I did not leave the reservation or that area for a long time. And though I always had my eye out for that particular Native American whom I was supposed to hook up with, I never did encounter anyone who I thought fit that description. It was not until after a few years of dating some very nice men, ten years of marriage to one of French and Finnish descent, three children, and a divorce that I began to show interest in what this psychic had said to me.

At that time in my life I was experiencing tremendous spiritual pressure— within me and from living spiritual forces around me—to leave the reservation and surrounding area and get into work that was more spiritually oriented. Though I had been on a serious spiritual path since seven or eight years old, I was now being nipped at the heels by the divine "Hound of Heaven" to move on to the next phase of my life, a phase that would catapult me out of my comfortable and safe but not-so-fulfilling lifestyle and profession.

Considering myself as a practical, down-to-earth type of person, I normally was not open to getting much direction or clarity from people who claimed to be psychics or intuitives or whatever they chose to call themselves. As a person of faith, I had always relied more on my inner convictions and personal spiritual experiences rather than reliance on what I referred to as the "psychic circus" and superstitious mysticism. But I could not deny that strong inner spirit pull that was more real to me than the nose on my face, and I wanted to put to test what I thought I was hearing from within with what others might be hearing outside of me.

So, at this phase, I began visiting various people who claimed psychic abilities and who were supposedly clairvoyant. Some used tarot cards; some shut their eyes and "tuned in" to the voices speaking to them; some used other tools of the trade, but what they all communicated to me in some manner was that I should leave the reservation and surrounding area, that I had a mission of worldly import, and that I was going to meet a man who would be part of this significant mission. Some saw this mission as more political, others as more spiritually-oriented.

I realized that what the first psychic had said to me all those years ago at some level matched what these others were saying to me, though they also said other things of very little import. Though none of these people with their special extra-sensory perception (E.S.P.) gifts really impressed me as exceptional persons, their one underlying common message did stick with me, and it matched what I was hearing from my own inner spiritual leadings.

Today, after many challenging, life-changing adventures and decades after my initial contact with a psychic, I know that the man of Native American descent he referred to is Gabriel of Urantia/TaliasVan of Tora, who I believe shared more than one past life with me as a Native American. The three children of high destiny are Gabriel's/TaliasVan’s and mine, and two are actively involved in the work of Global Community Communications Alliance with their father and me. So, the bits and pieces of my destiny that each psychic "saw" did help validate what I myself was "hearing" from the spirit leadings within me.

I think that my first marriage was a detour from God's perfect will for me, and though I had a good life and one of some spiritual growth during those ten years of marriage, my spiritual unfoldment could have been much quicker if I had not been encumbered with the distractions of a busy family life with a husband who had absolutely no interest in spiritual matters.

Though the human vessels who claimed certain extra-sensory perception (E.S.P.) abilities were not outstanding in their spiritual insight, they did have a small degree of E.S.P., and God used them to try to get me oriented in His highest will rather than in His permissive will. After detouring for about fourteen years, I finally allowed the Spirit of God to push me into a higher faith walk.

When I succumbed to the leading of the Threefold Spirit (1) and other living spiritual forces and personalities without the encumbrance of personalagenda distractions, my spiritual insight began to unfold much more quickly.

Soon after this submission to God's perfect will, I met Gabriel of Urantia/TaliasVan of Tora and joined him in carrying out the responsibilities of the Mandate of the Bright and Morning Star (2). When we united, Gabriel/TaliasVan became an audio fusion material complement (3), and our experiences with Celestial Overcontrol (4) accelerated our spiritual unfolding at an even greater rate.

Before I go on, I want to point out that previous to meeting Gabriel I had encountered other people with E.S.P. abilities who seemed evil and crooked to me. My discernment flags went up immediately in encountering these people, and I knew that they were not of God's forces and light, even though they may have had some type of extra-sensory perception and made big claims about their abilities to predict the future, give someone guidance for his or her life, and so on.

Also, those ones with E.S.P. that God used to try to influence me to change my direction to His perfect will were not correct in their other predictions and guidance, which I discerned when I was with them. What I did take from each one was that common message that I had a destiny much bigger than what I was doing at the time, but none of these individuals were qualified to be spiritual advisors to anyone.

My Own Spiritual Growth and Unfoldment Into E.S.P. Gifts My own gifts of E.S.P. have evolved quickly since holding the Mandate of the Bright and Morning Star and benefiting from the guidance and spiritual leadership of the Audio Fusion Material Complement, Gabriel of Page | 93

Urantia/TaliasVan or Tora. What I realize is that I have practiced to some degree the more elementary gifts of E.S.P. since I was a child (5). I have never used words like "psychic" and "clairvoyant" in describing myself, but as a result of sincerely loving God and wanting to be closer with the Divine Source since childhood, I have had circuitry that has been opening to the divine leading of the Threefold Spirit. I have gotten off track at times, taken some detours, but I have always found myself back on the path of focused spiritual ascension.

I think that when I began to really pay attention to my inner guidance from the Threefold Spirit of the Thought Adjuster (6), Spirit of Truth (7), and Holy Spirit (8), my gift of pure impression began to magnify.

The Cosmic Family, Volume I introduces and expands upon the concept of "pure impression" and defines it as: "the opening of the heart and mind circuits between celestial personalities and appointed human and nonhuman individuals." Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation (9 )explains further that though there is only one audio fusion material complement on the planet today, other persons, especially many aligned with Divine Administration (10), receive information through pure impression.

The Cosmic Family, Volume II expands upon the definition of pure impression and states that pure impression is "a sense impression created when the human ear resonates with the instruction given by a higher source and is understood by the mind of a higher receptive channel."

The Cosmic Family, Volume II also introduces and expands upon the concept, "syntonic impressions." The common scientific definition of syntonic impressions is: "ordered and godly impressions responding to oscillations adjusted or tuned to the same or a particular frequency."

Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation teaches that "the people of this planet, Urantia (11), all people including ovan souls (12) and new souls, need to syntonize themselves to the frequencies of the Universal Father (13). If they do not syntonize at the higher levels of possibility, they will disassociate themselves from the higher reality that is now being formulated on Earth, Urantia."

Before I met Gabriel/TaliasVan, the Threefold Spirit within me was coordinating with the living spiritual forces around me to syntonize me with the cosmologic vibration pattern (14) that was beginning to manifest on the planet, as well as other circuits that were beginning to reconnect. We are told

by Celestial Overcontrol that when Gabriel/TaliasVan and I united and accepted the responsibilities of the Mandate of the Bright and Morning Star, those various circuits begin to be upstepped in their reconnect. And with Page | 94

Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation beginning to be transmitted through Gabriel/TaliasVan as the Audio Fusion Material Complement, certain events were set into action to bring the adjudication (15) to a close in the near future on this world, and to upstep the emergence of the first stage of light and life (16) on Urantia.

In order for these wonderful things to happen at a more accelerated pace, the individuals of this world need to grow in their spiritual insight. In Paper 2, Section 7 of The URANTIA Book we are informed that the "religious challenge of this age is to those farseeing and forward-looking men and women of spiritual insight who will dare to construct a new and appealing philosophy of living out of enlarged and exquisitely integrated modern concepts of cosmic truth, universe beauty, and divine goodness."

The mandate of Divine Administration is to create a philosophy and culture of living out of enlarged and exquisitely integrated modern concepts of cosmic truth, universe beauty, and divine goodness. There is no way we humans can do this without increasing spiritual insight.

What is Spiritual Insight?

According to The URANTIA Book, spiritual insight is considered one of the three cosmic intuitions or inalienables of human nature, the other two being scientific curiosity and moral intuition (the realization of duty). The URANTIA Book defines spiritual insight as "moral evaluation with a religious meaning" and states that spiritual insight "connotes the individual's choice between good and evil, truth and error, material and spiritual, human and divine, time and eternity" (17).In order to implement divine principles worldwide, the citizens of a world need to be able to discern and then choose between right and wrong, good and evil, truth and error, the material and the spiritual, human and divine, and things of transitory value and things of eternal value. In other words, spiritual insight is necessary to create a higher, more loving and divinely-led culture.

In studying spiritual insight in The URANTIA Book, I discovered that there is an emphasis on the leading of the Threefold Spirit, especially the Thought Adjuster or Fragment of the Father, in gaining spiritual insight. We are informed that spiritual insight is a gift from the Thought Adjuster (18) and that it is inner, spiritual communion with God as a result of the influence of the Thought Adjuster and the Spirit of Truth (19).

Contact with God is considered a form of spiritual insight, as well as "genuine religious reflection" (20). Whenever an individual has a genuine religious experience, spiritual insight is somehow involved (21). Spiritual insight is Page | 95

also referred to as "faith-insight" and "spirit luminosity" and is related to "the presence-activity of living ministry" and other "varied energy systems" (22).

We also learn that the quickest way to gaining spiritual insight is from "applied spiritual pressure from above" (23). I think many people have felt "applied spiritual pressure from above" and have not understood what they were experiencing. Some have adhered to that spirit leading and many have not because of the many distractions that they follow.

I also noted in my study that spiritual insight is necessary for really effective social leadership (24). With the world in the state that it is and the worldwide environmental, economic, and social crises upon us, we all need to pray that all leaders, worldwide—from local to planetary levels—gain more spiritual insight and tap more into divine leading when making decisions that impact the peoples of this world.

In order to accelerate "the natural trend of social evolution towards worldwide realization" of brother-/sisterhood of humankind and planetary peace, spiritual insight is necessary (25). With spiritual insight a mortal gains understanding and love for every other mortal. This is needed for every mortal, but it begins with you and me. The URANTIA Book informs us that spiritual insight enables us to love others and apply the Golden Rule, to "treat all persons as we conceive God would treat them" (26).

It is a huge job, but it begins with each of us as individuals. Each of us needs to allow the spiritual forces from above as well as from within to help us accelerate the unfoldment of our spiritual insight. None of us need be psychics or clairvoyants to be mindful, compassionate human beings with ever-enlarging spiritual insight.

It is a challenge to expand our minds, hearts, and spirits, but it is a challenge worth all of our commitment and dedication and loyalty. For we will be truly loving people, both thoughtful and practical in living a life that is reflective in some manner of divine pattern on the levels of thinking, feeling, and doing.

In a paper entitled "The Faith of Jesus," we are informed that "spiritual insight possesses the power of turning defeat into higher desires and new determinations" (27).

We all feel fainthearted and defeated at times. What do we do with it? By allowing the Threefold Spirit to influence us more so that we can accelerate in the enlargement of our spiritual insight, we can then turn defeat into higher desires and new determinations that help us heal and grow as well as contribute to bringing healing to this broken world.

"Is A Crystal More Powerful Then A Stone?" By Jaap van Etten Most people will answer the question of whether a crystal is more powerful than a stone with a yes. Some may have some hesitation, but it seems that seen from a historical point of view, those he says yes are right. People wear crystals, even though they are called gem “stones,” and they do not wear a stone found in a riverbed. However, to answer yes, without looking at all aspects, may be premature.

Looking at stones differently In the early nineties, when I was still living in The Netherlands, I was deep into crystals. I also was in training by a Paraguayan medicine man. One day he came up with the idea to present a few workshops as part of making people more familiar with his work. He gave a few of his students the assignment to give a workshop of two hours. He told me to give a workshop on stones. I was in shock. I asked whether it could be about crystals, but he was very firm in his decision: It had to be about stones.

I had three months before the workshop, but after two months, I still had no clue what to do. In The Netherlands, especially in the western part where I lived, there are hardly any stones, other than those they use to strengthen the walls of canals and rivers. Even when there are stones, what do you present in a workshop about them? With time pressing, I decided to go to a place where I knew I could find stones. It was at a canal, not far from where I lived. I remember very well how I was sitting there, staring at the stones.

Finally, I decided to pick up a stone. Holding it in my hand and staring at it, something happened. I felt something shifting in me. I made a deeper connection with the stone, and suddenly, I felt a lot of energy. I knew what I wanted to do. Let people connect with stones and share their experiences. I Page | 99

started to collect stones (image 1). It was interesting to experience the differences in energy, even when they looked quite similar.

When the day of the workshop came, I had collected stones that I experienced as energetic, even though I did not know why. We used them in the workshop, and the participants had amazing experiences. I knew that I could never look at a stone as something that had no value or energy, and I hoped the same happened to the participants.

Connection and activation Many years have passed since that workshop. I expanded my interest to crystal skulls, and I even wrote two books about them (1). Working with crystal skulls taught me that there are two key aspects: connecting with a crystal skull and activation. The importance of connection made me realize that connecting is a key aspect if you truly want to explore something. It does not matter what it is. Connecting with stones and with crystal skulls ultimately taught me that it is important to connect with anything with which you want to have an optimal interaction. You can never properly interact if you do not connect first. It is one of the main problems I see in our human society. The connections get increasingly shallow, causing problems in relationships on every level. A world of cellphones, texting, Facebook, and other social media does not improve the quality of the connections we make.

In the same way, as we cannot understand another person if we do not connect with that person, we also will not understand a plant, a tree, or an animal if we do not connect with them. Therefore, connecting is one of the most important aspects of our lives.

While it seems logical for getting to know people, animals, and even trees and plants, it seems less logical for stones. People do connect with crystals, and there is an increase in interest in working with crystals in different forms, including the form of a skull. However, connecting with a stone also gives the opportunity to get to know a stone better.

You can make a connection at many different levels. It depends on the perspective from which you make a connection. For example, a connection made from the heart will be more expanding than just thinking about it. We see that with crystals, crystal skulls, and stones reflected in what I call levels of activation. Connecting deeper with a crystal or stone will awaken more of the potential of a crystal or stone. Depending on how you connect with a stone or crystal defines what aspect of the crystal or stone will be activated. Over time, I found that the process of connecting and activating goes parallel with the level of consciousness from which we make the connection. Discovering this opened exciting doors and led to a deeper understanding of crystals and Page | 100

stones.

Activation and energy layers Initially, when you connect deeper with crystals and stones, it gives a feeling of the awakening of that crystal or stone, leading to a better understanding of its qualities. Over time, when the ability to sense increases, it will become clear that with an increase of activation, the field around the stone and crystal also increases. This field turns out not to be harmonious but has layers.

Becoming aware of layers made it possible to follow the process of activation.

In doing so, you will discover that different materials have a different maximum number of layers. This maximum number of layers always is a multiple of 12. I call a group of 12 a level. All crystals and all stones, independent of the composition, always have at least one level, one group of 12, and most of them have only this one group. Image 2 gives an overview of crystals and stones and their maximum number of layers. It shows that only a limited number of crystals and stones have more than 12 layers. When I talk about a maximum number of layers, I mean that that is the number of layers that can be activated at the same time. It means that quartz, when you can go to the maximum, will have 72 layers, which means 6 levels, all active at the same time.

We are still learning what it means to have all these layers active at the same time. We have seen in the workshops and group meditation that the activation does not go above the 36 layers. There is a kind of barrier between the first 36 layers and the second group of 36 layers. The first group of 36 helps us to create an optimal functional physical system. The second group, which only is present in quartzs, helps us to create a balance and optimal exchange between our physical and spiritual aspects.

Based on what is just shared, it seems that only quartz supports our spiritual functioning. That turns out to be not true. Let us take a crystal with 12 layers as maximum. This group will primarily work on the physical system and helps us to create an optimally functioning personality (a healthy ego that surrenders to the guidance of the heart). That may be the reason why so many stones and crystals have only 12 layers. Functioning optimally in this physical world in a healthy, balanced way should be our first goal. However, you can activate this group of 12 layers to higher frequencies. This activation occurs in quantum jumps. If sufficiently activated, the group jumps in vibration from the frequencies of the first level (the first group of 12) to the frequencies of the second level. It functions now on the frequencies of layer 13 to 24. Once at that frequency range, you can then activate it to the third level (layers 25 to 36). The next step of activation will bring the stone or crystal in the frequency range in which it supports the functioning from a more spiritual perspective.

Therefore, what a crystal or stone can do depends to a large degree on the Page | 101

activation of its potential qualities by bringing it to higher levels of vibration.

Use of stones and activation While we know that people have used and still are using crystals, did they also use stones? The answer is visible in many places all over the world in what we call megalithic sites. When we look at megalithic sites, most people are interested in the question of how they got the stones at the places they used them and how they got the stones on top of each other. We ask this question when we look at pyramids, dolmens, standing stones, stone circles, and obelisks. However, the real question may be more about their function, seen from an energy perspective.

People who have no experience with energies and do not understand activation may not be able to look beyond physical appearances. However, if you can open yourselves for energies, you may experience megalithic sites as “powerful.” (Image 3) While “powerful” is a subjective experience, it reflects the ability to perceive energies. Even more helpful will be the ability to see energy layers, as they tell us whether the stones used were activated or not. If you have that ability, you are in for a surprise. The builders have activated the stones of all megalithic sites that I have checked. People in those days were connected to the energies of stones and knew how to use their power. In doing so, they created energy fields that support the activities in their communities. They knew the energies of stones in a way that we lost, but begin to rediscover. Using natural stones that we activate in a way that their potential is available will change the environment in which we live.

Is a crystal more powerful than a stone?

Let us go back to the question that forms the title of this article. Is a crystal more powerful than a stone? To answer this question, we have to look again at the word “powerful.” We mentioned that “powerful” is a subjective experience. We call something powerful when it has a strong, noticeable impact on us, basically in a positive way. That means that what one person experiences as powerful is not necessarily also experienced by another person as powerful. Also, the energetic make-up of a person makes a person more sensitive for certain energies than for others. In other words, we may have to conclude that we cannot define which of the two is more powerful.

Therefore, there is no use in arguing which stone or crystal is more powerful.

Besides personal preferences, also the level of activation plays an important role in the experience. The subjective experience of people in a group changes when I activate stones or crystals to higher frequencies. Interestingly, that is an experience that almost everyone in the group shares.

Is there any possibility to define “powerful” in an absolute sense? For example, is a quartz crystal with 72 layers more powerful than fluorite with 12 Page | 102

layers? Based on our experiences, even that is not true.

The key to working with crystals and stones is to learn to feel your response to their energies. That helps you to understand who you are. When you allow the unfoldment of your potential to happen, it will help you to understand that your experience of power will continuously change.

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet” because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

Oxygenation is a foundation stone for body’s health, and if man does the oxygenation during natural light, exercising outdoors, his energy field receives this light as well. The energy field also stores this light, when it affects the body all the time.

Another important foundation stone for the well-being of the body is a sufficient cleansing or drinking clean water, for clean water does not produce any nutrient but only takes away with it. It is like taking a shower for it cleanses the body and helps it be better. Too small amount of clean water in the system causes many problems like fatigue and momentary states of imbalance. Everything is in connection with everything, for the spirit expresses the balance of the body, and the body expresses the balance of the spirit, when they are continuously each other’s computer terminals, whether man wants it or not. They express all the time man’s overall state and mirror each other’s state. Drink daily two liters of clean water, oxidized in natural light and preferably blessed. In this way you maintain cleanliness, health and Page | 120

life in your body, and also the metabolic waste can move and go away freely.

Water also helps and maintains the combustion, for water transports oxygen molecules in the body; also man’s digestion and bile alone need this amount of water daily in order to be able to work for the best interest of man. Your world does not understand that the most essential thing in man’s functioning is the functioning of his digestive system. It is the basis of everything, for if there are disturbances in digestion, they cause disturbances gradually in all the other functions of the body as well. So this is extremely important for the balance and well-being of the body.

People say: ‘But I do drink enough juice, tee, coffee, alcohol’, but they still avoid clean water because they do not realize its importance. The task of liquid is to rinse toxics from the body and cleanse the body, but if there are liquids moving in the body which contain toxics in themselves, the amount of toxics doubles. This toxic liquid poisons the body more and more while moving, for the mucous membranes of the body are in constant contact with this amount of toxics and suck it in themselves, and finally the body is slowly poisoned instead of being cleansed. This is a very important thing, for it maintains balance and health in the body. A balanced body creates a balanced mind, and a balanced mind maintains a balanced body. Furthermore, decrease the use of salt to a minimum, for there is more salt than man needs in everything and everywhere. If you start observing what you put in your mouth, you will notice that there is very often salt in there in some form. Man gets an enormous amount of hidden salt, and if the salt man uses as such is added to it, the amount during a day is huge. In small amounts, salt is very important and it maintains bodily functions but in large amounts, it turns against the body, poisons and obstructs the lymphatic system and, through that, the metabolism.

Everything that contains white sugar poisons and obstructs the body, for sugar is a very bad neurotoxin which affects man’s nervous system. Man becomes addicted to it, for his nervous system gets used to it and needs it, when it affects man’s mind and his whole causing insecurity, mood swings, imbalance, anxiety and worries. The list is endless, for the state of the body is reflected on mind in many different ways and it always affects everything. The nervous system regulates and maintains body’s well-being, and white sugar, either as such or in products, is an enormous toxic to this regulatory system.

If man can understand and internalize this and curtails the use of salt and sugar to a minimum, he will notice how it will serve him in the years to come, for it maintains balance, health and well-being in him. Furthermore, eat enough wholegrain products so you will maintain the well-being of the intestines; also avoid white flour, for it paralyzes and poisons, in its part, bodily functions.

It is also important to man to have a sufficient amount of rest during which his etheric body is able to mend itself, for if man wants good things and balance into his life, his energy tries to heal itself then. Sufficient rest then gives a possibility for it, for in rest and silence, the body is able to generate healing energy in itself and communicate with the fundamental aspiration inside man. If the aspiration is balance, growth, healing, goodness, it multiplies itself with the help of this energy which, for its part, communicates constantly with the energy streams of the universe. This is like concatenation as a result of which man’s energy body can multiply and unite itself. Your world is not aware of the importance of rest, and people often cause themselves unnecessary problems and illnesses because they abandon rest.

When people feel the need to rest, they quickly find something necessary to do, when it gradually leads to the weakening of the energy body. Man creates his well-being in every moment with very simple things, and he himself has the most important keys; he himself has everything he needs, and only he can use those keys. Only man himself, and no one else, can make a permanent change in his life, for he himself is responsible for his own life and well-being.
