Hi, my name is Pam and the creator of ROC Metaphysical. What is ROC Metaphysical? It’s a metaphysical online magazine. Usually the first question is how did you get that name for the magazine. Since I live in Rochester, NY home of the FOX Sisters who made spiritualism popular, I thought about the name. Many businesses here use the letters R-O-C and the same for the airport. Using only three letters as part of the magazine name just seemed right.

The magazine has alternative health, spiritual and metaphysical articles, videos, event listings, advertising and an alternative directory. The first of each month the new edition is uploaded. Prior issues can be found at www.issuu.com.

I have been a seeker of knowledge about metaphysical information for as long as I can remember. I have a metaphysical meetup which helped me connect with teachers and speakers about all kinds of topics. Because of running the meetup and knowing that my presenters also wanted to reach out farther, it seemed like the next logical step was to share the information on a much wider scale.

Every month the magazine is new because of the writers and their articles. The writers somehow magically find me and voluntarily share their articles. It’s so exciting to see what comes to my email.

Some of the info may click with you and some may not. In my opinion it’s always good to question your understanding. But we’re all in a different place in our knowledge and desire to learn.

I’m a studious soul, always reading books on all kinds of topics, checking out websites and you tube to find that right info plus I have attended loads of classes. I thought hmmm - what if I took all that and put it into a magazine to help you have a place where you can go without having to search high and low like I had to.

Here is the result - ROC Metaphysical. I hope you find the magazine wonderful, interesting and thought provoking. Our Mission is to Enlighten and Inform is our tag line.

Doreen used The Light Seer's Tarot Deck for March March finds us needing to focus on the physical aspects of our lives. This can mean anything from the sources of our income to how we spend it . It can also mean the atmosphere in which we live and work. We are being asked to take a look at these things and decide if they are where we would like them to be. If you aren’t making enough money to meet expenses, where can I make changes.? That change could mean you need to bring in more or spend less. But more importantly am I where I want to be in life? Has my life become stagnant? Have I settled for just what I have or is there more out there for me?

If you want more, what steps do I need to consider making to allow for progressive change? You may need to have some difficult conversations with yourself and others to get on the Page | 16

right track. Others may need to pitch in at least for a little while, in order to get things moving. Once you get a new momentum flowing you can make necessary adjustments as long as things keep moving forward. By the end of this month you will be in the position to make a declaration of what your new plans are going to be.

"Our Shadow Is On The Surface" By Jayne Chilkes

Recently I heard some sad news. An old friends wife has had a dark night of the soul and paranoia for 18 months.

These past years has brought up many fears and our shadow, perhaps more than we have seen in ourselves before.

I have had a lot of experience with being drained, stressed, overly emotional, fearful, scared and lonely myself. I had a 6 month dark night of the soul two years ago when my mum passed. I know how it is to not sleep for months.

I understand now that our personal shadow is right on the surface, as is the world’s shadow being revealed every day to us.

This has to be so. We are moving into higher frequencies of Love and Light and our old ways and karma is dissolving if we so allow.

Before and since my dark night spiritual growth episode, I have been blessed with channeled wisdom, answers and healing and now feel rebirthed on every level of my being. I have a renewed subconscious, shadow and physical body. It’s all been miraculous and I am deeply, deeply grateful.

I now understand we not only have a subconscious, we all have an underworld and forbidden subconscious. This has changed Page | 21

my whole view of life. To admit we have such a dark side to our natures and to accept this fact, is life changing. My spiritual work has always been with the Angels, God and Soul Levels clearing the Akashic, Subconscious and DNA memories, yet we have to go to the underworld to get fully healed!

I was fortunate to meet some talented Peruvian trained Shamans who release the curses and attachments you would never know existed through any other alternative therapy available. Yes I was cursed from a past life into this one and yes my spiritual work was stopped by an alien force since birth! Yes my husband and I were cursed again since 2015. What a woman most desires on a rainy afternoon is an easy chair, her red blanket, cat on her lap, the adventure story she has been longing to read, and a hot cup of ginger tea sweetened with honey.

The cat holds the woman’s heart in his eyes.

By the first page of the book, she can tell it will make her swoon with delight and end in the happiest of ways.

The chair, a gift from her husband at Christmas years ago, palm tree print with bamboo arms, is cushioned and comfy, reclines for short naps and meditation.

The tea comes from a small shop fragrant with exotic spices in a town decorated with tiny lights.

She deserves this, you know.

My Heart Goes Out Alone I sent my heart out solo this morning.

She was not keen on leaving this space that felt safe, though I promised to wait for her return.

My heart was getting way too comfy in her reclusive routine.

Grudgingly, she tied on her cherry colored Keds, threw on the bright apple jacket, and walked grumpily out the door.

I was sad to see my heart trudge dejectedly down the hill, but hoped she would encounter new interests and enthusiasm without my acquired hesitations.

That afternoon, from the kitchen window, I spied my heart skipping up the driveway, socks no longer white, knees muddy, but with a smile on her blushed face.

If you could do a few minutes of simple energy balancing exercises once a day and feel significantly better...would you do it?

Years later I am still committed to doing the routine once or twice a day. My chronic migraines are no longer an issue. Yet, I have other chronic conditions which require more intensive work. If you rely on social media stories, you may believe erroneously that self-care is not only selfish but also costly and something only spoiled people concern themselves with or worse. Sadly, these myths persist year after year, causing countless people to live unsatisfactory lives that don’t live up to their needs or desires because they fear appearing selfish.

Let’s explore and debunk these myths so that you can start putting the focus where it needs to be: Yourself.

Self-Care is About Pampering Yourself Plenty of self-care actions feels like pampering because the messages you have received throughout your life make it appear self-indulgent.

But the truth is, taking a hot bath is not just self-care. It’s also good for you in all the ways that count. It’s the least you can do for yourself after a challenging day.

Self-Care is Only for Sick People Many people believe that self-care should be reserved for times of illness. However, it’s important to make time in your schedule to care for yourself before you become ill. You can do the basic things, such as eating healthy, exercising regularly, sleeping enough, and staying hydrated. The truth is these are the minimum things you should do.

You are not selfish if you put your needs first from time to time. In fact, if you don’t take care of yourself, you won’t be able to help others when the need arises.

Self-Care Costs Money It’s true that in many countries, self-care can cost money. Self-care often includes getting regular checkups from your doctor and dentist, as well as eating right. These types of self-care do cost money. Keep in mind that doing the bare minimum to take care of your mind and body is the least you can do. Prioritize your care with the help of a professional and follow the self-care plan suggestions that you are given. This helps you save money. There are many free things you can do to take care of yourself to while avoiding unneeded expenditures.

As mentioned earlier, you can eat healthy, commit to a form of exercise, sleep 7 to 9 hours a night, take time to relax when you feel stressed, and so forth.

Self-Care is Only About Pleasure The truth is that many self-care actions are not pleasurable to everyone all of the time. For instance, you may never like physical exercise. However, if you plan to live a long and comfortable life, you will need to exercise at a moderate pace, for a minimum of 150 minutes a week. However, if you start now your endorphins kick in and you’ll begin to enjoy the activity more, which is why so many people believe this myth.

Is it selfish to feed your body nutritious food, even as you care for the homeless who are hungry? The answer to this moral dilemma is a resounding no. However, if you don’t eat right and take care of yourself, you may end up becoming less helpful to yourself, your loved ones and to society sooner than anticipated. It’s far more selfish to knowingly destroy your existing good health, considering that everyone does not start on an even playing field when it comes to health and self-care.

Self-Care Ensures Perfection Even if you follow the current science related to self-care and do everything perfectly, you may not reach every goal you set. However, practicing scientifically sound self-care principles will still help you experience a much more contented life and get close to your goals despite the obstacles in your way due to systemizing your decision making to ensure that the goals you set are realistic for you and really what you want based on your principles, morals, and values. Self-care is important to the quality of life you experience as you grow and age.

Remember, your needs are just as important as others’ needs are.

When you realize that you need some self-care or a break put yourself first for a change so you can continue to help yourself as well as others.

"Lunar-tic!" By Stacey Duffy

(I'm thinking about submitting this to NASA....)

Gone are the days when full moons were just beautiful and romantic...

They are now a mechanism for madness within my life! As one goes further down the rabbit hole that is spirituality, you learn that the moon is a major player in our lives. Sure there's the usual suspects, tides, germination and light but spiritually the moon affects me.... a lot.

I have asked myself the question, ''Stacey, have you lost your damn mind?'' but, now I have come to learn the signs and symptoms and regard them with a fondness. Perhaps you will recognise some?

1. Oscillations: It feels as though there is a current moving through me. Like there's something coming and I can’t sleep for the next few nights because I need to be ready.

2. Emotional: Lord! From fine to furious in under a second. Or from happy to sobbing because the lady next door hasn't seen her Page | 37

cat for a staggering 15 minutes. It's a bloody roller-coaster.

3. Desperate need to go in: Whenever there is a full moon on the cards I know I have to do some cleaning out. A yearning for deep meditations and great reflection.

4. Calm: After all the madness a beautiful sense of tranquility.

Like a reprieve after the storm. By this stage, I deserve it.

5. Joy. So this one is either me being happy that I've done some work or just happy that's it over. Ha ha!!! Joy is joy and I'll take it.

Even though there are days when I am certain I'll turn into a werewolf I can't help but marvel at the profound affect that the moon has on me. Perhaps It comes with being more connected or open to possibilities. It can be crazy and really funny but I have formed a sort of bond with the moon, she and I have an understanding. The wonderful Janet Sutherland (brilliant Tarot reading family member) once told me to dance naked under the full moon. I remember frowning and thinking ''WTF?'' but at the rate I'm going, anything is possible. zen habits by Leo Babauta The Fear of Putting Our Work Out There One of the most common fears of anyone who is creating something, whether it’s online content or art or a new business or startup … is the fear of putting our work out there in the world.

It’s a fear that has us procrastinating, researching endlessly, checking social media, answering emails, buying books on the topic, listening to podcasts and watching Youtube videos, cleaning our kitchen, deciding the laptop needs a good cleaning … endlessly!

None of these things are wrong or bad — they’re so human! But it’s a fear we have to face at some point if we ever want to make an impact on the world.

I’d love to share how I work with this fear — I’ve been doing it for decades now!

The brief summary: I have a litmus test: if I’m not creating or putting the creation out into the world, there’s a good chance I’m procrastinating. (There are exceptions of course.)

If I’m avoiding, then I create space to face the fear and create and put it out there.

Then I face it. And play with it. And learn to relish it!

I’ll dive more into this below …

The Core of Our Fear Page | 40

What’s so scary about putting our work out into the world? Well, we don’t know how it will be received by other people — it’s full of uncertainty, and we don’t like that uncertainty.

They might judge us, dismiss it as having no value, think we’re stupid. We’ll feel embarrassed or rejected. This uncertainty is too much to bear for many people.

And yet, as understandable as that is, this fear will shut down the possibility of having an impact on the world. Let’s let our hearts be broken by that shut down possibility.

And let’s connect to the impact we’d like to make — would we like to move people’s hearts, change people’s lives, open their eyes to something new? How delicious!

Facing the Avoidance In order to face our fear and what we’re avoiding … we have to know we’re avoiding. So the first thing I do is ask myself, “Am I creating right now, or putting my work out into the world?” If not, there’s a decent chance I’m avoiding out of fear.

There are seeming exceptions of course: collaborating with others in team meetings (I would argue that’s creating), coaching (that’s both creating and putting my work out there), research (but keep it to a bare minimum, most people procrastinate by researching more than is needed). We have to do admin work and emails too — but if I haven’t created today, then I know I let my day get filled with administrative busywork instead of focusing on the thing that matters.

So once we see we’re avoiding creating and putting it out there … it helps to create structure to face the fear.

If you’re avoiding creating: set up a daily session to feel the fear and then create. Not research, but actually create. Do it on a video call with others, if that helps, or get an accountability Page | 41

group.

If you’re creating but avoiding putting it out there: commit to doing it in small steps. For example, send it to a group of people you trust. When that gets easy, send it to a larger group. Then put it into other communities.

Work on the muscle of creating, and putting it out there regularly. Every day.

MBO TO STOP THE RAIN FOR PLUMBER Helen in Brisbane Australia writes: I live in a Complex of units and am Chair of the Body Corporate, so when a large subterranean leak occurred in the Complex, I notified plumbers to fix it. They had to call in a specialist to detect the leak with sensitive microphones. The day he arrived he called me to say he was waiting for the rain to stop even though constant rain had been forecast all day. Apparently the microphone picks up the rain droplets making it impossible to locate the leak accurately.

I asked for an MBO to stop the rain for a few minutes so they could locate the leak. The plumber said he only needed two minutes of no rain to detect the leak. Voila!!! The rain stopped as soon as I said the MBO and it began again all day without a break about five minutes later. The plumber was ecstatic as it’s a big deal to notify all residents and have the water turned off – so it causes a big inconvenience for everyone. He really didn’t think there was any chance for that rain to stop. Good work MBOs!!

MBO FOR LOST IPHONE Jay writes: Good Day to you and your family! I daily say an extensive list of MBOs. This past Friday night, my college age daughter lost her iPhone at a downtown restaurant. The staff could not find it and no one turned her phone in the next day.

She was upset about it as her life revolves around that iPhone. On Saturday, she went to our cell phone provider and they said they she could only purchase other phone, and they asked if she wanted to pay upfront or make payments for a new phone. After this news, she contacted her mom with the news. She decided to wait until Monday to make a decision.

I did an MBO on Saturday for the lost/stolen iPhone to be found, or replaced, as quickly, positively and successfully as possible, or even better than we expected. While my wife and I were discussing the situation on Sunday, I asked her if the dormitory Page | 44

rental insurance or the cell phone provider insurance might pay to replace it. I did a search for the details on the iPhone insurance and it looked like it would be possible for a replacement. My wife called the cell phone provider, explained the situation to them and then they transferred her to the insurer. Within about 15 minutes, the insurer issued a replacement iPhone of the same model size and color to be delivered a couple days later. Our daughter was amazed that this happened as she said the phone store person looked at her phone account and at the insurance and the lady did not mention that the insurance might replace it for free. She was prepared to make monthly payments for the next 2 years and now she is getting a free replacement!

MBO FOR WALLET LEFT AT LIBRARY Dalene writes: Thank you so very much for all your work and books. My life is so much better and easier thanks to you. Here is a recent example: I was at the library recently left my wallet at the self-checkout station.

Only realized this when at the grocery store a few minutes later and tried to pay. I immediately began saying MBOs. The really amazing part was I did not go into fear about this. I was sure my wallet was fine. Just kept asking for MBOs. Drove back to the library, walked to the desk and the librarian had my wallet safely for me. I thanked her and she said, “Your lucky day!!” I was thinking no, my most benevolent day, but just smiled and walked away. I thanked my guardian angel all the way back to the grocery store. My groceries were waiting for me and the clerk said, “So glad you found your wallet!”

A benevolent ending to something that could have been so stressful and unpleasant.

"How To Release Grudges and Resentments" By Dr. Judith Orloff

As a psychiatrist, I feel strongly that letting go of resentments, a point I emphasize in my recent book “Emotional Freedom,” is essential to free yourself from negativity. The main person the resentment hurts is you.

A resentment is a grudge that you harbor after you’ve felt mistreated. It’s easy to hold on to all the incidents that angered you, from a gossiping hairdresser to a two-timing ex-husband.

And, if you took a poll, you’d probably get a lot of people on your side about your right to stay resentful. According to such logic, as time passes, you have “the right” to get angrier, becoming a broken record of complaints. But is that the sour person you want to be? Instead, for emotional freedom, try to release resentments and let compassion purify them. One friend, in the midst of that process, likened uncovering resentments to “dragging dead bodies out of a well.” You don’t want moldering Page | 48

negativity rotting your psyche.

Forgiveness is a state of grace, nothing you can force or pretend.

I guide patients toward the large-heartedness to forgive both injuries others have caused and those they’ve self-inflicted.

Forgiveness penetrates the impenetrable — the obstinacy that stifles love, the tenacious pain that dams our energy reserves. A Stanford research study showed that forgiveness significantly decreases stress, rage and psychosomatic symptoms. I’m not saying that betrayal is ever justified, that you aren’t entitled to be upset if someone wrongs you, or that you shouldn’t try to improve or else leave a destructive situation. Forgiveness, though, ensures that resentments don’t feed on your energy.

Finally, remember forgiveness refers to the actor, not the act — not the offense but the woundedness of the offender.

Strategies to Let Resentments Go 1. Set Your Intention to Release the Resentment The purpose of releasing resentments is to increase your energy and to feel better. Select a target: a critical mother, a controlling boyfriend, a cutthroat colleague. Perhaps you’ve tried to discuss the grievance with no results. (Always attempt to work things out if the person is the slightest bit receptive.) Or your target may truly be unapproachable. In either case, away from the person, air your resentments without sugarcoating them. Do this in a journal, or with a therapist or friend. For example, say, “I despise the double-crossing conniver because…” Frankly, expressing your feelings is necessary to forgive.

2. Cultivate Forgiveness In a quiet moment, really reach to find compassion for the person’s shortcomings, not the deed itself. This may be very hard work. What insecurities or fears motivated him or her? Why is the person’s heart so closed? What caused his or her moral blindness? Try to discern the context of the person’s actions. At this point, you may be inwardly able to ask yourself to start to forgive. Perhaps you’re not there yet — that’s okay. The request Page | 49

itself sets off a stream of compassion, a cleansing of your system.

Repeat the exercise once a day for at least a week. See if your energy improves. I’ll bet you’ll feel a burden lift.

3. Take a Reality Check As part of forgiveness, take this reality check: People bring a lifetime of wounds to your relationship, which may make their behavior more about them than you. You might justifiably say, as one of my patients did, “I’m hurt and furious my spouse left me and refused to even talk about it. Isn’t it reasonable to want that?” Naturally it is. But your need doesn’t take into consideration your spouse’s terror of intimacy, or that he or she would do anything to escape it in your relationship or any other.

Unfortunately, your spouse’s fears and inadequacies won out over your needs. To find forgiveness while endeavoring to heal anger, you must evaluate whom you’re dealing with, the good and the bad. Often, people are just doing the best they can, which may not amount to a hill of beans where you’re concerned, but it does represent the sad truth of the situation. Accepting that truth of someone’s limitations will help you to forgive.

Compassion opens a hidden door to a secret world that exists beyond anger. Notwithstanding, the feelings of anger or forgiveness aren’t mutually exclusive. You can simultaneously experience varying degrees of both. Perhaps, at first, you’re a little forgiving and very angry. But when you progress, the scales increasingly tip toward forgiveness as your attachment to anger recedes.

"The Human Soul Revealed" By Lee Carroll/Kryon

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. We wanted to pause a moment to allow the entourage to come in, and for those who are sensitive here to feel it. It is so difficult to give information that is beyond what you expect. Even after it is given, it's unknown whether it sticks in your minds or not, for some of the information is advanced.

This is the last channelling of the year 2014. The last two times I have sat in front of you, I have given summaries; however, this really isn't a summary at all. It's "the next step." I'm going to call it “The Human Soul Revealed." The information really begins to explain something that is unexplainable, but we must tie it together, and I wanted to do it this year.

The Difficulty of Communication I want to start with an example of what we're trying to do. I want to tell you about the Soul. I would like to tell you in terms that I've never used before but I can't. You don't have the words, or the experience, or the energy to relate. In addition, you really have no concept of where you're going - not really - yet it's so beautiful! An example: Let's say for a moment - pretend with me, just pretend - that a ship lands from another planet. It's friendly, and out steps a humanoid couple!

They give you their names and where they're from, and they speak your language. But as you gaze upon them, you know very well that they do not have the seed of God in them that you have in you. It's not part of their scenario, yet they have intelligence and they're interested Page | 52

in Humans. But you can see that it's mostly academic, and there is no real compassion. Pretend for a moment they are safe, and they're on an exploration mission and you are the only Human that is able to talk to them. Just pretend. They're going to get everything they know about humanity from you. What is it that they might ask you? Let's pretend.

They know all about Human history, and yet they have one burning question that only a Human can answer. They tell you this: "As long as we've been watching and studying humanity, there is still one great mystery to us. There's one thing we have not understood. Please tell us about love."

Where do you begin? Then, what kind of love? Are you going to tell them about the love you have for the planet, love for your partner, for the animals in your life, for your ancestors, for your mother and father? Is it for those who you've lost? How would you begin? How many kinds of love are there? What are the differences? Even at that, when you start to try and tell them, and even if they had plenty of time, where would you begin? How would you describe the invisible emotional field of love?

You could say whatever you wanted to say and they might listen, but they won't understand. You see, they don't have the concept. When you fall in love, there is a thickness of spirit, something palatable, yet invisible and unprovable and unmeasurable. You look into the eyes of your newborn and there is love and there is instant communication.

Love has a field around it that's beautiful and it vibrates. Two Humans together form a bond and actually create a third energy when they come together. Love communicates long distances instantly. It's more than language. How are you going to describe that?

Let us pretend they sit there and listen to you. As long as you want to talk, they're taking notes. When it's time to go, they thank you, shake your hand, and they mean it. They are grateful. Their research is done and then they fly away. Can you imagine what they're saying to each other? They're not any closer to knowing about love than they were before they landed! This is because everything you've said is not discernible. They can't fully cognize something they have never Page | 53

experienced. They can only hear about it and academically "know" about it.

This is the puzzle tonight and all we have for you is only what you can absorb. So we go to the third language - the one of intuition and spiritual understanding at the heart level. We want you to understand as much as you can.

The Review Let us review what we have said about the Human Soul. The Soul is not part of that which is corporeal, yet it resides in you at a corporeal level. So, it's not chemistry, it's not synapse (brain created), and it's not intuition. It's none of the things that you've studied. It is something you can't understand yet, since it doesn't fit into any box you have created for yourself within your 3D science. It's a piece of the Creator - the Creative Source, which is responsible for “all that is."

Long ago, the Creative Source built a beautiful, benevolent system and it needed a Universe in order to accomplish it. Now you have galaxies and planets and life. All of those were put together over time, accomplished properly and not accidentally. The Creative Source that built the planet still surrounds you. The galaxy that you are within is inside you, too, in certain ways and it hides. It hides because it's part of the test on the planet for you to discover, with free choice, what is there. To make it hide even more, there's only a certain percentage of information you can handle, so you're not even aware that you don't know everything. You're not aware of its grandness or what it is, but you are aware of it intuitively, for intuitively, each Human "feels" that there is something more.

Dear Human Being, as far back as you can look at your history, you came onto the planet and you looked for the Creator. It was an intuition inside. This is because the Pleiadeans came and gave you altered DNA and the knowledge of light and dark. This is the creation story, and this awareness makes you search for the source of all things.

The Human Soul permeates everything about you. It is not locatable and is pure multidimensional energy - sacred energy beyond anything you can ever measure. It's not in a scale that you've ever seen. You don't have a word for it. You don't have colors for it, either, since it's too far above any sensory perception that any Human will ever have.

But it is the love part that you feel and sense. You can't explain that at all. It's conceptually beyond your thinking. You simply can't explain your Soul, and you can't explain the Creator. But you know it's there.

Your Soul has no gender. It's generic and beautiful and filled with splendor - and it's inside everyone. Dear ones, it's inside me. I am not a Human, yet it's inside me! I speak to you from a position of honor and gratitude. I've never been a Human, and sometimes I can't believe what you go through. Astonishing to me is that you would have signed up for this! But the Soul is bigger than anything you can imagine. It's the engine of compassion for the Universe.

The DNA Connection Is the Soul part of your DNA? Yes, of course. Your DNA allows Soul energy to be carried in a certain way, with each Human. I've identified the layers it resides in, but that's not all. It's in every chemical in your body. It resides in the energy of your consciousness in ways you don't know. It's accessible in ways you don't know, and it loves you beyond measure. I cannot tell you what it is because, again, you don't have the concepts to understand it. But if you could think for a moment of the most beautiful colors you've ever seen, that would be the wrapping it comes in. The most benevolent force you ever felt, that would be the door to the Soul. The most love you've ever had for anyone or from anyone would be the opening words it would speak to you. It surpasses anything you've ever experienced on the planet, and the Pleiadeans knew and understood this. With permission from Creative Source, they gave it to you a long time ago. Your DNA was altered, and you now have 23 chromosomes because of it.

Dear ones, the things I give you today will sound outlandish, beyond weird and strange to many. We're prepared for that, but many of you have to hear these things. I'm talking to old Souls, both listeners and in person. Not all of you will relate, but many can feel the truth. I want to tell you who you are, and if I haven't given you this information Page | 55

before in this way, you need to hear it now.

The Beginning When humanity was ready to be seeded by the Pleiadeans, you were simply part of the animals on the planet, designed to be at the evolutionary stage you were. You were indeed the top of the evolutionary ladder. You were way beyond that of cave men, and you were ready. You looked like you do now and acted like you do now.

But according to plan, you were ready. In the scheme of evolution, it really wasn't that long ago. You were a Human Being, ready to receive something that only a few planets have had, and you had 24 chromosomes (as the apes do, right below you on the scale of evolution).

The beginning of this process was 200,000 years ago. One hundred thousand of them were just getting the process ready so that you would arrive at only one kind of Human instead of many kinds, like the other animals have. Even your science asks this question on why there are no Human varieties as nature produces with everything else. But esoterically, here is the question: When it was time to build Lemuria and the seeding took place as it did, who do you think was here to receive the seeds? Do you think it was just regular Humans who had come up through Earth's biological evolutionary process?

Was it just another animal, by chance, to become the Adam and Eve of the planet? The answer is no. It was you, and you incarnated from the Pleiades for this moment!

I want to tell you something. When it comes to reincarnation, it's not limited to this planet. You were aware of that, were you not? You had to come from somewhere. When you have exponential growth of humanity, where do you think the pool of Souls comes from? The answer has to be other places. Spiritual life does not emerge from nowhere. Souls are waiting and ready to be part of this planet.

Reincarnation has been happening for millions of years with other planets, long before 200,000 years ago. You came from the Pleiadeans! You agreed to drop that which you had evolved to, come back into a form that was basic, and receive the seeds. This was because you had to be of a certain kind of chemical readiness called Soul remembrance. All these things you've never heard of had to be Page | 56

correct for the seeds to take. For the fusing of the DNA into the 23 chromosomes had to work for you and come into a biological body that would not be overwhelmed by it.

The Creation Story As we say, this is your creation story. So let's put it in simple terms so you can relate to the mythology of your time. Adam and Eve were special; they were you. They had arrived (incarnated) fresh from another place, ready to receive the knowledge of light and dark. This process wasn't random, and your scriptures have told you that. That's who you were. You're not just old Souls. You're very special old Souls.

You've come from the Pleiades, a system of stars you wouldn't believe.

You came from everything to almost nothing, and you did it because you saw the potential of today. How many lifetimes have you lived within the last 100,000 years? What have you been through to get to today? It's vast.

I want to tell you where it's going and the potential of where it can go.

Then I want to paint some timeframes for you, and I don't want to scare you with how long it's going to take. However, I want to show you the potentials of what can happen, and this is where it gets odd.

Life in the Galaxy Do you believe there is other life in your galaxy? If you are one that's waiting for proof, then you should stop reading, for it's going to be a while before you get the proof you need. However, some things are self-evident. When you were young and went to the beach, did you postulate if there were other beaches on the planet? If so, did you therefore say, "There are none until I prove it and go see them all?"

No. You figured out that it's simply the way the ocean works...everywhere. There are tens of thousands of beaches, even though you only see one - it's common sense. Well, life is that way within the galaxy...everywhere. It happened just like it did on Earth, with the same process. The thought of you being the only ones who have lived is absolutely against all common sense. Even still, you might say, "I still have trouble with the whole idea." If so, then you are one of the humans who has been programmed to accept the mythology of creation above scientific probability. There is no Page | 57

judgment with this, but it may delay the grandness of your selfrealization.

When I say Pleiadean, who do you think about? What do you picture?

Perhaps a creature with humanoid form, only a bit taller and very wise? Perhaps they come here in vehicles or (gulp) instantly without vehicles? If they come instantly (as they indeed do), what might that tell you about what they have that you don't?

The Seven Sisters Let me paint a picture about your seed parents: The Pleiadean stars, the Seven Sisters Constellation, is actually made up of nine suns. Of the nine, there are three main habitable planets (all settled by Pleiadeans eventually). They have been a society of enlightened humanoids for two million years. Think for a moment - you've got 200,000 years and 100,000 of it where you actually seeded properly.

Fifty thousand years ago is really where it all began in Lemuria and other related places. Yet I just told you that the Pleiadeans have been at it for two million years!

Therefore, you're looking at a society that is eight times older than yours - eight times! They went through what you did, almost to the tee! They grew up and matured the way you did, and there was a timeframe for them, too. They went into graduate status, like you are now doing, and everything changed for them. Two million years they have been around, and a large portion of that, about 10,000 years, were spent killing each other. Sound familiar? Killing each other!

Indeed, they were in the playground of consciousness casting stones and calling names, without any elegance of maturity while in the dark.

These are the very same issues you have been through. They passed the marker and they began to receive information, just like you.

The Attributes of the Pleiadeans Dear ones, their DNA is structured like yours; only the chemical count is different. You probably knew that. You're going to find this all over the galaxy, for the principles that created it here have created it everywhere. It is the basic galactic building block of life. It exists even in your solar system, and you're going to see it someday when you are Page | 58

able to go to all the places you are observing. You will find DNA! Then the "aha!" You're going to start understanding that it's a naturally occurring life process everywhere.

As they matured and grew up, the Pleiadean DNA started to become more viable. The percentage of its efficiency began to increase - 44%, 54%, 55%, 66%, 77%, 88%. Let me tell you what happens at 88%. At that point, you actually start to meld with the Soul. You're designed to be divine, did you know that? I want to tell you something: You're designed to live forever! Your design is that of renewable biology.

Every cell keeps going and going, especially the divinity in you. When it starts becoming more efficient, cellular rejuvenation creates new ones from the stem blueprints, not copies as it does now. This cellular structure never really gets old. You never get old! “Kryon, this sounds nice, but what are you going to do with overpopulation when a civilization never gets old?” Let me give you a hint: The Pleiadeans have got three planets. Does that tell you something? You learn to move around, and you learn about the Universe. It's not an issue and it's not a problem. It becomes a beautiful, easy choice. In addition, there is divine wisdom not to reproduce - ultimate free choice to control population freely and with collective wisdom.

A Pleiadean is the closest thing you'll ever see to an angel in your life.

They're working at 88%. They have control over physics, and it's natural, not done with devices. They've entangled themselves with anything they want to be entangled with [entanglement used as a physics term here]. The Human Soul is divine, physics at its core, with wise control over everything. The Creator is in the Soul. The Creative Source is the master physicist of the Universe. If you are at 88% of that, you've got control over everything. That's the seed that you have inside. Does this sound familiar? What did some of the masters of the planet do that was so remarkable? Use common sense - it was their control over physics. Miracles? Perhaps master-like abilities are just DNA working at 88%.

The Pleiadeans were seeded by others. We've talked about Orion and Arcturus. These names are your seed grandparents. There's even one before those names, which you've never even heard of. Think of the time scale and it should make sense. Your planet is more than four billion years old. Where have you been? You're the new kid on the Page | 59

block here! You're really new. Imagine what was going on in your galaxy while the earth cooled. Do you know how long a billion years is? Imagine what went on, and the life that was going through its own cycles. This is common sense and involves good probability thinking from those who call themselves scientists.

This is the only planet of free choice in this galaxy at this moment, dear ones, and each selected planet has this attribute - one at a time.

You have just passed a major marker, and all the life in this galaxy that has divine DNA knows about you. The signal was sent in December 2012. I want to tell you what that does. It brings celebration, hope, visitors and help. The real system of maturity begins. This wasn't a "given" in your probability. In fact, you pulled this out at the last moment.

Spiritual Evolution My partner has spent the day talking to you about spiritual evolution within the cellular structure of your body. This evolution begins to create a symbiotic relationship between your DNA, your Akash and your intuition. All of these things he covered, but he never really talked about the Soul. The reason is because we haven't given this to him yet. The system of spiritual evolution comes through the Soul, period. It doesn't come through the pineal or the brain. The pineal senses the Higher-Self. Intuition senses the Higher-Self. But the Soul is the energy that delivers the information. The Soul is connected to the grids. Your Human Soul is the catalyst and always was for the graduation energy that you are now ready to receive. This ascension energy does not come in through the Human portion of cellular structure. It cannot. Many planets fail and destroy themselves, since an entire civilization "growing up" and maturing is a process of free choice through non-cellular systems.

Different Kinds of "Remembrance" The time capsules* that are opening, which the Pleiadeans have activated, are going to be "seen" by several parts of you. Some, through the grids, but some are seen by the Soul part of you. The Soul part of you is only engageable as you approach 44% (of the efficiency of your DNA). evolution is going to be an increase in something that we've never talked about, but which you are starting to feel. We're going to call it Soul remembrance. You are starting to remember things beyond Earth!

Your main Akash only features experiences from Earth. Let me tell you something about that. We gave you information a long time ago about what happens to your Akashic remembrance when you pass over the veil. It stays here on Earth. It's in the Cave of Creation, in a crystalline substance that remembers or stores everything. It's like you have your own crystal, and it stays on the planet. When your Soul comes back, it picks up the information, puts it into your DNA, and off you go into another reincarnate adventure. In other words, your Akash stays here on the planet.

So let me ask you this: If this is so, why then are some of you remembering who you were on another planet? The answer is that some of you are remembering the Pleiadean energy. Some of you are remembering that you actually went through this before! For some, it's giving you hope, because you know what happened. You got to see 88% within your DNA a long time ago, and that's why you're here. The chance of that happening here actually needs this remembrance, and you're not going to miss it! Who knows how long it's going to take? It doesn't matter, because you're going to be here the whole time. This is Soul remembrance, not cellular DNA Akash remembrance. Soul remembrance deals with all life, everywhere. Eventually, you may even remember that you are eternal.

Who were you five million years ago? This is going to occur to you as well. Do you want to really know where your Souls are coming from?

The answer is from all the planets of free choice, which have graduated. They're not coming from the sky in some Soul-well from the Creative Source. They are coming from other places that have gone through this, dear ones. That's who you are. However, the ones in the room and the ones listening and reading wouldn't be here unless you had a certain attribute of Soul remembrance that is already at work.

The Pull of the Future

This attribute of spiritual maturity is so attractive, dear ones, that you can't leave it alone. You KNOW what it feels like to come to a place where you're one with God. You've been there and you've done that, and you were the first on the planet to receive the seed. Now you begin to awaken and remember a little of what it was like - just a little.

You struggle with the conflicts of being a Human, but at the same time you know what might be ahead and what you can do. Frustration happens, and sometimes chemical imbalance. In the last two years, many have even died. Maybe some of these have been friends of yours? You weren't ready for it. Maybe they've been partners? I want to tell you something, if you haven't heard it before: They're back! The reason they left was to have a new blank slate now, at the refresh of the energy. They had to leave in order to pave the way for your return, dear ones, because of what happened in 2012. They were scheduled to leave early, to pave the way for your coming back.

You see, there is a grand system here that is beyond benevolence.

There is a system here that reeks with the greatest love of the Creative Source, and you can't imagine it. It is dripping with honor for you, waiting for you to become one with God. Even beyond that, as you increase the percentage of efficiency of your DNA, your Soul brings in more creative energy from the Central Source. That's the evolvement of the Human spirit. It's way beyond biology, way beyond consciousness, as you handshake with the Creative Source of the Universe.

Timing: Always the Issue I complete this simple story of the Soul. Now you know what's happening. You might want to review the words, "How long will it take?" Too long. [Smile] Dear ones, this is just the beginning. You're in year two [2013 was the year of recalibration; year 2014 was year one]. Now you will slowly start to see Humans mature in spirit. We have said it over and over. The things that are so out of balance today in humanity will start to be balanced and mature with time. Right now the dark energy is fighting for its life. Eventually, you'll see change everywhere in every aspect - even politics.

Balance, compassion and wisdom will start to be seen. When you reincarnate next time, you're going to remember who you are, that's Page | 62

my promise. You may not remember your name or what Human you were, but you will remember that you were here and you are back.

You're going to pick up where you left off. You'll be a wise old child beyond any children you know today, and you're not going to make the mistakes you did this time around - none of them.

This is new wisdom and it comes in with you. Much more than the normal Akash, Soul remembrance will keep you safe and your children will carry what you carry. That's the way it's going to work.

Basic Soul remembrance will propel it forward past peace on Earth into graduation! Is this too esoteric for you? It's okay. I've got time for you to understand it. Check in with me - in about a million years.

It is our Sisters and Brothers who have forgotten who they are and the fact that they are One with all Life that need our help at this time. It is due to the fact that they are so trapped in the illusion of separation and duality that they think the only way to survive is to lie, cheat, steal and kill. These are the very people we are being Called to help. These are the people who will make the most positive difference in our lives when they Awaken and choose to stop Creating such pain and suffering for Humanity.

Instantaneously, I see the Truth of every person on Earth. I see ALL of my Sisters and Brothers in the Family of Humanity, even the most recalcitrant or asleep souls, as precious Sons and Daughters of God, no matter how far their behavior patterns or their life experiences may be from reflecting that Truth. I perceive all of the painful human miscreations associated with my Sisters and Brothers as innocent primordial energy entering my awareness now to be Transmuted back into Light and Loved FREE. I happily greet all of these Sons and Daughters of God and all of their mis-qualified energy the same way my Father-Mother God would greet them. I greet them with Comprehensive Divine Love from within the embrace of Eternal Peace, Detachment, God Confidence, Supreme Authority and Cosmic Forgiveness.

I AM enveloped in an Invincible Forcefield of God’s Infinite Light, as I invite my Sisters and Brothers into the Kingdom of Heaven within my Heart Flame. I hold them in my arms of Light as I would an injured child. They cannot overwhelm me or control me in any way. I simply hold them and Love them until they surrender to the Love of God, desiring on their own to enter the Kingdom of Heaven within the Divinity of their own Heart Flames.

Now, rather than feeling rejected and thus perpetuating their negative behavior patterns, my Sisters and Brothers feel accepted and Loved as the innate Sons and Daughters of God they are. They voluntarily release themselves into the Light, and they begin to KNOW that they are ONE with ALL Life and that ALL Life is Divine.

I rejoice that every person and their unascended energies are finding their way Home and I release myself into the Peace of KNOWING: “My I AM Presence is handling ALL imperfection Page | 69

As these Sons and Daughters of God Awaken and surrender to their I AM Presence, they begin to remember who they are and why they are on Earth during this auspicious Cosmic Moment.

With this Sacred Knowledge, they once again find their proper place in the Family of Humanity. "Ostara-The Spring Equinox" By Ellie Blair

Spring has finally arrived. March has roared in like a lion, and if we are really lucky it will roll out like a lamb. Meanwhile on or around the 21st of the month, we have Ostara to celebrate. It’s the time of the Vernal Equinox if you live in the Northern Hemisphere, and it’s a true sign that Spring has come. It is the season of balance when light is equal to darkness. This is a great time to celebrate the rebirth of the soil and land. Ostara is known as a time of fertility and abundance, a season to welcome back life after the long dark Winter.

The word Ostara is just one of the names applied to the celebration of the Spring equinox on March 21. The Venerable Bede said the origin of the word is actually from Eostre, a Germanic Goddess of Spring. She has the shoulders and head of a Hare. In Celtic tradition, the Hare is sacred to the Goddess and is the totem animal of lunar goddesses such as Hecate, Freyja and Holda - the Hare is a symbol for the moon. The Goddess most closely associated with the Hare is Eostre, or Ostara. The date of the Christian Easter is determined by the phase of the moon. The nocturnal Hare, so closely associated with the moon which dies every morning and is resurrected every evening, also represents Page | 74

the rebirth of nature in Spring. Both the moon and the Hare were believed to die daily in order to be reborn - thus the Hare is a symbol of immortality. Of course, it's also the same time as in Jewish Faith, Passover takes place as well. For early Pagans in the Germanic countries, this was a time to celebrate. planting and the new crop season. Typically, the Celtic peoples did not celebrate Ostara as a holiday, although they were in tune with the changing of the seasons. Similar to those observed at Easter, symbols for Ostara include eggs, rabbits, flowers and seeds.

Many neopagans believe these symbols to represent the fecundity of spring and incorporate them into rituals, altars and celebratory feasts. Depending on your particular tradition, there are many different ways you can celebrate Ostara. It's a time to celebrate new life and rebirth, not only the physical embodiment of renewal, but the spiritual as well. Try some or all of these ideas to ready your altar for Ostara.

Colors: To get an idea of what colors are appropriate for spring, all you really have to do is look outside. Notice the yellows of the forsythia and the Primroses blooming behind your house, the pale purples of lilacs, the green of new leaves appearing in the melting snow. Pastels are often considered spring colors as well, so feel free to add some pinks and blues into the mix if the idea strikes you. Decorate your altar in any of these colors, try a pale green altar cloth with some purples and blues draped across it, and add some yellow or pink candles to carry the color up.

New Life: Ostara is a time of new growth and life; add potted plants such as new crocuses, daffodils, lilies, and other magical Spring flowers. This is the time of year when animals are bringing forth new life to -- put a basket of eggs on your altar, or figures of new lambs, rabbits, calves, etc. Add a chalice of milk.

A point of perfect balance on the journey through the wheel of the year. Night and day are of equal length and in perfect equilibrium; dark and light, masculine and feminine, inner and outer, in balance.

“Real and Sincere Apology: A Vital Life Skill” By Barry & Joyce Vissell

Joyce and I understand that hurting another person is inevitable.

Most of the time, we do not intend to hurt someone, but still we may. We may be insensitive with our words or actions or even our lack of words when words are needed. We may hurt someone through miscommunication or lack of understanding.

Sometimes we hurt someone intentionally, like when we are angry. In either case, we need to apologize in order to keep growing spiritually. The results of a sincere apology are often amazing. Most people feel lighter right away after apologizing, as if they have let go of a heavy burden.

Here are some real examples. Stan apologized to his younger brother for some of the abusive things he did when they were growing up, like hitting, playing cruel practical jokes on him, and saying mean things. Gail apologized to her ex-husband for not having the courage to share her unhappy feelings in the several Page | 77

years before she left him, when they could have gotten help.

James apologized to his mother for holding a grudge against her, and not speaking to her for ten years. In a couple’s workshop, Susan apologized to her partner, Frank, for the pain she caused by comparing him unfavorably to her former boyfriends.

Apologizing and asking for forgiveness are two very different things. Apologizing doesn’t ask anything of the person we have hurt. It doesn’t depend on what they do or how they feel about us.

The person may or may not accept our apology, or may even choose to stay angry at us. What the other person does is out of our control and really doesn’t matter. Apologizing is simply our own work on ourselves, our own righting of the wrongs we have committed, or in 12-step terms, it is “making amends.”

So why don’t we apologize to someone we have hurt? There are two main reasons. First, we may feel that we are right, that we didn’t actually do anything wrong. It’s their problem that they are hurt by something we said or did. Naturally, the hurt feelings may belong to the other person, but to maintain this position is to deny our own responsibility in the interaction. Needing to be right is needing to win, but relationship is not a game. In relationship, if there is a winner and a loser, both people lose.

One person only wins if both people win. If someone feels hurt by us, we need to apologize no matter whether we hurt them intentionally or unintentionally, or whether we feel innocent or guilty.

The other main reason for not apologizing is shame. In the first case, we don’t apologize because we feel innocent. When we feel guilty, we don’t apologize because of shame. We may feel so badly about what we did to another that we hide in shame, slide into inertia, and do nothing. We may hope that time will heal things, or that we or the other person will forget, but it doesn’t go away, at least not until we apologize sincerely. Some feel that to apologize is to admit defeat or show weakness. This has its origins in shame, too. We are ashamed about making mistakes, but apologizing for our mistakes is a sign of courage, not Page | 78

weakness.

Remember, making a mistake doesn’t mean you are a bad person, just a momentarily clumsy or unskillful person. Feeling like a bad person because of your mistakes can lead to toxic shame, which is identifying with your mistakes, rather than identifying with who you really are, a beautiful soul on the journey of life. You can make mistakes, but you are not a mistake.

Apology does not work if it is half-hearted or insincere. Saying “I’m sorry,” and not sincerely meaning it, does nothing. True apology comes from the heart, not the mind. Sometimes, you may think that you’re apologizing, but you’re only going through the motions, and no one feels better.

Automatic, or knee-jerk, apologies may not help either. It doesn’t contain thoughtful consideration, and it doesn’t show that you actually understand how you hurt your friend. Real, sincere, apology requires that you truly understand why your friend feels hurt. For when you understand why they feel hurt, and can acknowledge this understanding, they can much more easily accept your apology.

Here’s an example: In a couple’s retreat, during an apology exercise, Anne asked her husband, Ted, for an apology for watching pornographic videos online. When she had confronted him in the past, he would often say, “A lot of men watch porn.

There’s nothing wrong with it.” Anne started to explain why this was so painful to her, but Ted got angry. He clearly didn’t want to hear her feelings. And he was invested in being right.

Joyce and I had to intervene. We asked Ted to listen to his wife.

Anne hesitantly began to speak, “In my previous marriage, my husband constantly criticized my body, and compared me to younger women. There was no way I could win. In his eyes, I felt ugly most of the time.” Anne started sobbing.

Ted had never heard his wife’s pain about this. It appeared to move him deeply. He gently put his arms around her and said, “I’m so sorry, Anne. I had no idea about any of this. Now I can see why my watching pornography would be so painful to you. I commit to never watching it again. It’s just an old habit that I thought was innocent. Your body is so beautiful to me! I’ll make sure you always know this.

Ted’s apology was real and sincere. He understood Anne’s hurt.

So please don’t read this article and say to yourself, “Nice article, good ideas,” and then do nothing. Challenge yourself to practice the skill of real apology. Who are you needing to apologize to and for what? Do you need to more clearly understand this person’s hurt feelings? If so, make the effort to find out. Close your eyes and speak your apology with as much sincerity and feeling as possible. Then follow this up with an apology to the actual person. Free yourself for even more love in your life.

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information.

For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time.

The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are Page | 89

remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state.

Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce.

He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet” because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

For all of life's seemingly obstacles are merely illusions set in your path to test your strength and force you to grow and evolve on this plane.

You don't walk this path alone. Your Guides walk with you and whisper to you from above – always giving you directions and encouragement – lest you lose your way. So walk with us in laughter and love, for all is merriment and all is life.

The road never ends, it only winds and turns and goes on forever.

So wherever you find yourself on the road, just smile, and know that we are beside you on your return home to God. You will all find your way, for there is only one way – although the turns are many.

Know that I travel with you always as a seasoned traveler who never wearies of the dust, nor complains of the hardships. By focusing on the Light all falls away, and your path becomes clear of debris. Thank you for making this trip with me.

"Surrender to What Is True for You" By Rebecca Couch

It is the time of going within. The stronger your light inside, the more resilience you will have to maneuver the outer world. So, you know what to do: breathe, calm, ground, open your heart and crown and receive the light to expand. Stay anchored in Mother Earth, for she is transforming, and you are riding with her. The outer world is spinning off what is lower density so we must surrender our attachment to it. While not fully understanding what that means, our willingness is important to ease the transition. So, watch your investment in outer world dramas and chaos with detachment…the more energy it takes from you, the more you need to replenish to remain balanced.

Keep a watch on that meter!

You can feel that these are powerful days of transformation, caused by a myriad of alignments, all profound whether numerologic, energetic, planetary, earthly, physiologic. You are being bombarded with frequencies that will assist in this transformation. Keep riding high on the waves and do not let them sink you. If you start to feel overwhelmed, go within and recalibrate. You are sovereign. You are that light, so allow it.

Allow it to bend and mold and charge you. When your brain gets tangled in trying to decode what is going on while the structures collapse, withdrawal or you will go down with them. If you have chosen to rise with the light, this is not the direction to go!

Ground. Centre. Breathe. You are more guided and protected and inspired than you can even imagine now, so also trust that, even blindly.

Surrender doesn’t mean giving up; it is the contrary. It means you actually know your own truth and honour it by not participating in anything that goes against it. Surrender to – allow – only what is right and true for you. In this selfhonouring, your frequency is established and all that is in alignment with it will arrive. This is the sorting of the wheat from the chaff so to speak, the time of reckoning. You must choose your stance, your place, your right, your freedom, your dignity, your sovereignty and all that is your resonance. All else will come to you. Watch the miracles arrive. Do not waiver, no matter what is taking place in the outside world. You are you. You are true.

All of the rules you know apply and self-care is of utmost importance. This is how you calibrate yourself in each moment to adjust to the radically changing frequencies. And keep an eye on your energetic exertion meter and intake needs to be predominant now. Call on help from the etheric planes of the highest resonance and keep in close touch with your intimate support team. This is the lightworker Olympics now…and the warriors of the light must be maintained and calibrated for optimal performance. Rest, regroup, recalibrate, rejuvenate, all towards rebirth.

From this place of stillness anchored within, you can witness the falling of the outer structures in a calm way. This strength will be needed for others to witness as this kind of conviction is contagious. Like being in the presence of a Yogi. You are your own Yogi, and as a result, are the Yogi example for others. Yoda had it right all along! Breathe yourself through this rebirthing process, and don’t push. Allow. Surrender. You’ve got this.

We cannot emphasize enough how important the breath is in reclaiming your Divine nature. Not the shallow breathing the majority of people on Earth have accepted as the proper way to Page | 103

breathe. This type of ineffective breathing has resulted in many debilitating symptoms and dis-eases. It has also limited your intake of Divine Essence, which is critical to your well-being and the reclamation of your vessel of Light.

We have explained and emphasized the Infinity Breath, the Accordion Breath and how important is the practice of breathing with intention. The Infinity Breath could be called the Ascension Breath, for it aligns your galactic chakras with your physical vessel, and it opens the return passageways to the higher Dimensions via the Binary Sequencing Technique. It speeds up the process of building your ascending vehicle of Light, and it also facilitates the opening of the portal to your Sacred Mind and the front and back portals to your Sacred Heart. The Accordion Breath facilitates a double benefit: it draws forth the Adamantine Particles stored within the root chakra and also the Adamantine Particles stored within your Etheric Replica, which is located within your Fifth-Dimensional personal Pyramid of Light.

Your SOUL SONG is composed of mid-Fourth- and higherDimensional vibrational patterns of unconditional love, wisdom, balance and harmony. You should be aware that this transformation process is a long and complex cycle; however, it can be a grand journey if you will take advantage of the wisdom teachings and the tools we are offering you. The Law of the Circle states that every new creative endeavor must begin from within the Still Point of Will Power of the Core Essence of the Creator and also the cocreator.

Remember, one person who is centered within their Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind can convey Cosmic truths and inspired thoughts to millions of people, while the loving vibrations of their auric field blesses everyone with whom they come in contact. It matters not if people deny the truth in what we are conveying to you. Here again, the inner veil that allows you access to your greater wisdom applies, and you must break through the limitations of the negative Third- / FourthDimensional environment in order to gain access to an expanded, wondrous reconnection to Cosmic Consciousness. The sense of disconnection is all within your mind, and the way to “unlock the door” to the River of Life is within the SACRED HEART. "When Life Is Difficult, Does That Mean We Have Failed?” By Patti Fields

Question to my guides: I’ve noticed that there is a tendency to believe that if we are good spiritual students, bad things won’t happen to us or those we love. We want to protect ourselves from bad things by doing the “right” thing. When we do face challenges, we judge that “bad” things are happening because we are either “lost in the ego mind,” have unhealed, unconscious beliefs, or have failed to repeat enough affirmations or prayers.

Yet, problems and difficulties seem unavoidable. What would you share that can help us when we face challenges and hardships?

What happens when you have to face a shadow in your life? Do you conclude that you have failed? We tell you this firmly now.

Please listen carefully. The world was made long ago to exemplify duality. The darkness you see is an opportunity - nothing more, nothing less. When you are in the dark, there is no judgment and only one purpose. Use the moment to feel the Divine Presence that exists in that moment.

To fulfill this purpose, you need the means. There can be a process needed or an instantaneous awareness. Be content with either. Both will get you to your goal. If the process reveals blocks, it is good. If there is a moment of recognition, it is good.

Your struggle is your confusion about the purpose of what you are experiencing. You see the purpose as a moment when you have failed to do the “right” thing. The appearance of darkness is not any one person’s fault. It is there. Accept its existence and decide what it is for. And then be willing to go through the process to achieve your goal.

Do not judge your success as a spiritual student based on how wonderful your life is. Challenges are a part of awakening. For those who want to avoid challenges, be aware of why that is. At the root of your judgment that it is not spiritual to have challenges, is your judgment that you have failed to do the “right” thing. Therefore, you are undeserving of God’s love. Spirituality is the quest for the awareness of what is true. All you can ever fail at is to not be aware of the love that you are and the love that the Creator has for you. The good, the bad, and the ugly, are all moments when you can become aware. You believe the good is proof you are good, and the bad and ugly are proof that you or others have failed to be good. Do you see how contrary this idea is to the truth?

Do not judge yourself or others when darkness is a part of your world. Your judgment is a burden undeserved. Change your judgment to repurposing the moment to seeing, acting, and being Page | 110

the love that you do deserve.
