November’s full Moon is called the Beaver Moon. What is the reference to the Beaver? The beaver at this time of year begins to get their homes ready, supplied with food for the long winter.

November 11, 12 - Northern Taurids Meteor Shower. The Northern Taurids is a long-running minor meteor shower producing only about 5-10 meteors per hour. The Northern Taurids is produced by dust grains left behind by an asteroid. Best viewing will be just after midnight. Meteors can be seen from the constellation Taurus, but can appear anywhere.

November 16, 17 - Leonids Meteor Shower. This shower is unique in that it has a cyclonic peak about every 33 years where hundreds of meteors per hour can be seen. The Leonids are produced by dust grains. The shower runs annually from November 6-30. It peaks this year on the night of the 16th and morning of the 17th. The crescent moon will set early in the evening leaving dark skies for what should be an excellent show.

November 30 - Penumbral Lunar Eclipse. A penumbral lunar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes through the Earth's partial shadow, or penumbra. During this type of eclipse the Moon will darken slightly but not completely. The eclipse will be visible throughout most of North America, the Pacific Ocean, and northeastern Asia including Japan.

Where Did Thanksgiving Come From?

Who invented Thanksgiving?

In the middle of the American Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln, prompted by a series of editorials written by Sarah Josepha Hale, proclaimed a national Thanksgiving Day, to be celebrated on the 26th, the final Thursday of November 1863.

Who was Sarah Josepha Hale? Hale used her persuasive writings to support the creation of Thanksgiving as a national holiday. Beginning in 1846, she charged the president and other leading politicians to push for the national celebration of Thanksgiving, which was then only celebrated in the Northeast. Her requests for recognition were largely ignored by politicians until 1863. While the nation was in the middle of the Civil War, President Lincoln signed into action “A National Day of Thanksgiving and Praise.” Hale’s letter to Lincoln is often cited as the main factor in his decision. ___________________

"The Shift" By Melissa Watkins

Loving each other is a prime focus for being on the human plane of existence. As humans we get so caught up in the need for love in our lives that we can overlook the need to love ourselves first. As we have become more materialistic by letting our fears overtake us. We have been programmed through fear for years by the advertising industry as well as our government to keep up with the Jones’ to have what they have, to want what they want and to surpass them in acquiring things for economic purposes. We have been programmed to need to look a certain way, weigh a certain amount or have the right things‌this programming has led us away from our ability and need to be authentic.

We did not come here to have a similar experience to anyone else. We came here to have our own unique experience. It is time for us to embrace our uniqueness. Our size, hair color and all the ways physical and non-physical that we are different. Undoing the programming is hard. I was contacted a few days ago by someone inquiring about Shadow Work: getting to know yourself, healing your traumas and finding your patterns of behaviour. We are embracing who we are at a rate not seen before. Getting in touch with what makes us tick. Our passions and inspirations. So much of the mainstream ways of being and doing is being let go of out of necessity because everything is changing. The new paradigm is beginning.

Individualism vs Herd Mentality. Getting back to our roots.

We are hearing about farming, growing, planting, medicinal plants and homeopathic, herbalist resources to counter the big drug companies. Getting away from being told what is good for us and going with what we feel is good for us. We are discovering our roots in all ways. Not allowing ourselves to be led as sheep to the slaughter but waking up to what we ‘know’ to be true and in line with what is best for our basic human needs. Learning how to grow our own food and what to take for ailments and sickness that was used for thousands of years before big business.

Systemic racism and slavery in any form. These are evils that have been swept under the rug for many years. The light is being shed on so many inequalities, injustices and heinous crimes by those who felt above the law. We are exposing the depravity. We are exposing the secret societies and agencies that have been conspiring behind the scenes to write the narrative for us all on things that are our right to know and be a part of the decision making. Policies and procedures that affect us, human rights, and our planet.

Nothing has to be gotten in a day. These changes on the global scale will take the next few years at least. Today, you can start by questioning everything. Going with what feels right for you and yours.

Change is here and as for everything getting back to normal. It isn’t.

We are entering into a new normal. Schedules, focus and authenticity shifts will be revealed as the normal emerging from the decisions that will be made from a governmental stand point but more importantly from your stand point of what is needed for you and yours. Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is taking one step at a time through the fear. We are all being called to be courageous in our own way for our own good.

Learning what you need to know.

Questioning everything that does not resonate.

Being ok to stand up for your own beliefs.

Courage in the face of fear.

Love for all: people, plant, animal and planet.

The normal that is being missed was the pollution to our souls, bodies and land. That normal cannot exist if we are to leave a legacy of prosperity for our children and the planet. We are being called to be the change, make the difference and to have the courage to take back our rights as humans to live as we see fit for the good of all.

"Healing Through Pain And Sorrow With Mary Magdalene" By Dr. Seema Khaneja

Sometimes in life we encounter a painful situation that sits heavy on our hearts for days, weeks, months, perhaps even years and decades.

We feel a sense of sheer loss, utter abandonment, and perhaps even a sense of stinging betrayal related to something someone did to us or did not do for us.

We can share our story with all who will listen and perhaps we can even talk to a counselor in the hopes we can better understand what happened. This is certainly helpful because we may feel lighter after we express and share what is on our hearts.

Yet are we at peace?

Are we able to see this person and situation in a way that brings us peace? Or do we still feel triggered by this event or person?

Do we still feel ourselves trapped in feelings of sadness, anger, or fear?

Do we begin to believe that we are powerless, helpless, and forever bound to these upsetting or even heartbreaking memories?

This painful situation may feel like walking across a path strewn with thorns while deep within all we want to feel is the gentleness and softness of the petals of a rose. This can create a deep inner conflict that may prevent us from truly being available to what is before us because the past experience casts long and dark shadows on our present moment.

Enter Mary Magdalene In this state of mind where we feel disturbed and perhaps even tormented, Mary Magdalene arrives like a ray of light filled with grace, comfort, and support. According to Cynthia Bourgeault, author of The Meaning of Mary Magdalene: Discovering the Woman at the Heart of Christianity, when Mary Magdalene arrives in your life, she brings an infusion of love. Our choice is simply to accept or not.

I have chosen to accept Mary Magdalene - whom I know as Maggie - in my life so she can carry me through such situations and help me see them differently. I have discovered that if I stay at the perceptual level of what happened, what should have happened, what hey should have done, or what I could have done – I find myself going in circles and feeling greater and greater stress and dis-ease. I find I need to either go deeper or be lifted above the battleground to see what the real cause of my upset is – which is a belief or concept about myself or the world that needs to be exposed and released.

This is not easy to do when we feel the event or person deeply triggers us; we may feel like we are walking barefoot among landmines – not knowing where or when the next explosion may occur.

How can we heal when we don’t feel safe? How can we truly go within when we all we feel is sadness, fear, and anger?

I strongly believe that for true healing to occur we all need a trusted guide and mighty companion to accompany us like Mary Magdalene (Maggie). Someone who has transcended the plane of duality – where we see good and bad, right and wrong, and victim and victimizer.

I completed my medical school and residency in pediatrics in NYC at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and NY Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. I then went on to study integrative healing arts including homeopathy, Ayurveda, yoga, and mind body medicine. "Change Your Life With Three Words" By Rev. Colleen Irwin Three Words can change your life. We are coming up on the end of 2020 and some may be looking at their new year’s resolutions and thinking about what to resolve in 2021. I want you to think about doing something different this year. I want you to select three words to focus on for the year instead.

Every year since 2015 I have selected three words to help guide me through the year. Back in 2014 I saw a tweet from Chris Brogan (#my3words to find other examples) about this idea and immediately felt that I could implement this exercise in my life. With his guidance, I use these words to guide me through the year. I make decisions using these words and reflect on them almost daily. I repeatedly ask Page | 25

myself -- Does what you want to do jive with these words?

It has in many ways the words have set the lessons I needed to learn. I cannot blame anyone for the words, I selected them. To understand how this works let me share some of my past words and their impact.

The word patience still triggers me all these years later, at least now I do not break down in tears when I hear the word. Connection was more about letting go of connections rather than creating them. 2017 words were all about me and my relationship with myself not others.

Back in 2015 I was afraid of my own shadow let alone coming into the person I was meant to be. I had to persist to push through the fear I was feeling. 2020 words I thought movement would be the power word for the year, it has been the word release.

How do you select your words? Well that is deeply personal to everyone. I keep a list of words the weeks leading up to the first of the year and select from them. Some basics you need to understand: • They need to be three separate unique words. So “COME OUT WITH” is not a good idea. It is one thing. Publish is a better word, giving you two other words to select. In this example the word WITH is completely wasted.

• Trust yourself if a word resonates with you use it!

• I stick to positive words Fearless instead of Afraid.

• Action words work best.

• Hyphen words count as one well- conditioned for example.

• I try to select words that fit various aspects of my life, not all business or personal.

• Try to use words that you would not associate together.

• Choose only three words – In numerology the number 3 is highly original and embraces unique thinking and creative expression.

When you look at Angel numbers the number represents that good things are going to happen in your life.

• Check your thesaurus for other variations and choices.

• I have not repeated a word, but I have not eliminated the possibility of doing so either.

Each word has had an impact for the year. In 2018 my husband started using this exercise and I relived all the trauma the word patience gave me in 2016. It was a year that patience got the best of Page | 26

both of us. If you do this with a significant other understand that at the end of the year those words may have impact upon you as well.

Why I keep both sets of words on my desk. Still select your own words! We haven’t selected the same words yet but we agree that one of us will select another word.

Just look at the past words I have used: • 2020 – Movement, Voice & Release o George selected Build, Believe & Inspire • 2019 – Adventure, Discernment and Peace o George selected Understanding, Fun & Balance • 2018 – Connection, Joy & Gratitude o George selected Patience, Fortitude and Healing • 2017 – Forgiveness, Trust & Love • 2016 – Patience, Genuine & Steadfast (Spirituality, Growth & Faith) • 2015 – Fearless, Compassion & Persistence This can be a powerful tool in your life if you choose to use it. The effect of these words you may see immediately, or it may be at the end of the year. Some years you may shake your head like I did in 2019, which when I chose Adventure, I was thinking travel not health related. Other years you may hate the word by January 10th, stick with it. After six years of doing this once you commit to the word it will change your life in ways you cannot expect. Surprisingly for the better!

In past years Fearless, Patience, Forgiveness, Connection, Adventure and Release each had important lessons for me. I struggled with them throughout the year; and when I say struggled, I mean it. In the end of each of those years I grew in ways that I had not expected. I do not regret any word I have selected and each year I take this task seriously.

I believe in this process. That is why I share it with you. Keep an open mind and give it a try. You may wonder what words I will be selecting for 2021. I select them the week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Top words right now under consideration include bounce, thought, on-target, refine, surrender, engage, complete, soften, Page | 27

evolve, animate, aware, and observe.

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. If you’ve just tuned in, this is the ninth channel of the series given in the island nation of Iceland.

The group comes together for the last time, and I wish to speak to the group and say this: In these days, dear ones, there have been some seeds planted with each of you. The seeds are good ones and, like any other seeds on this planet, when they are buried in the dirt, the farmer has the option to water them or not – to let them grow – to take care of them – or to care if they are there or not. This is the free choice of every single one of you.

Some seeds have been planted in those who would never come to a Kryon channel without this tour. Some seeds went to those who were curious and wanted to know a little more about esoteric things. Many seeds were also planted with the most esoteric of you, and those seeds are for growth in perceptions past where you are currently perceiving.

Every single one of you is known to God, known to Spirit, and known to the Creative Source. You are not known by the name or the face that you carry, but by the attributes of your unique soul, something you have that is acknowledged by almost all humanity. Humans intuitively have recognized the soul as something that is eternal.

Every belief system on the planet talks about where the soul goes after death. It is part of you; it is above you; and, even if you don’t believe it, Page | 29

the traditions of eons of maritime seagoers always talked about souls onboard. The soul’s existence is assumed; it is innate; it is something that all humanity, at some level, recognizes as real. And the Human who is connected to the soul is also well known to us. We know why you might be here, what you think, and what you need.

Free choice is the phrase that we use now. It means that nothing happens, no seed grows, unless you ask it to. Nothing spiritual happens for you unless you are willing to look beyond that which you’ve been taught and, perhaps, say to yourself: I doubt this is true, but I want to know more. And if that’s you, you’d be just like my partner who now sits in the chair.

I would like to briefly repeat a parable I gave you many years ago because it’s germane to your time. We sit here now at a time on the planet that is worried about the virus. [March 2020] Much is happening regarding trying to slow it down, and many are wringing their hands wondering what’s next. They are in fear.

Parable of the Mother and the Son The parable I give now was also given many years ago, but it’s a parable that needs to be repeated. The parable is about the mother and the son. Imagine, for a moment, in this allegory, in this story, that a mother has a small infant son, three or four years old. Inquisitive he is, and he is just learning to speak better. The mother, like all mothers, will spend time looking at him and saying: “Oh, you have so much to learn, my son. I wish I could give you advice that you could understand and know now. I wish I could tell you about things which you’re going to encounter that might frighten you – and show you they are okay. I wish I could tell you the pitfalls of life – what not to do and what to do – if you’d listen. I wish I could have a moment with your soul. I wish I could have communication that I know isn’t available right now, that you will have when you grow up. I know that you will get to a certain age where you won’t listen. You’ll go your own way, and then, you’ll listen later, and then, you’ll have to learn your own things your own way.”

Every mother wishes these kinds of things as they look into the eyes of their newborns and say, “What a life is before you! What beautiful Page | 30

things you’re going to discover. I’d love to show you more.”

Imagine, in this moment, an angel appears and says to the mother: “Dear one, I’m going to give you your wish, for just a moment. It won’t last long, so make it count. I want you to go look at your child because, when you look at your child and he looks at you, he will have the mind of an adult for just a few moments. He will be allowed to ask three questions of you, and you will be able to answer him because his intellect will be the same as yours.”

This is just what she asked for! However, she cannot do anything but answer his question. She cannot talk to him other than that. She cannot teach him or give him advice on what to do or what not to do.

He must ask. He gets three questions.

The mother was astonished! “This is it,” she thinks. “This is what I wanted all along. It’s going to happen! What an opportunity to help him!”

The mother gets ready emotionally and goes into the room with her son. She looks into his eyes, and he looks back and smiles. “Greetings, mother, I love you so much.” Oh my! Can you imagine for just a moment the intellect that poured into him just as an adult spanning thirty years or more? It was amazing and she sees that he is very aware of what is happening.

The mother then says, “Oh, this is a great time, son. Please ask your questions.” The boy looks around at his room and he looks at his mother, deciding what to ask. He looks at all the things around him, then he turns and looks out the window. He says: “Mother, there is something I’ve always wanted to know. Why is the sky blue?”

The mother is almost mortified with the question! Oh no! That can’t be the question! Get to something substantive. Who cares why the sky is blue! He wasted the first question.

She does her best to answer, as any mother would do. The next question comes and it’s about the waves in the ocean. Not again! The Page | 31

angel said he was supposed to have an intellect! He is supposed to be like I am. He is supposed to know what to ask. He’s smart. Why doesn’t he ask something wise?

The mother discusses the tides of the ocean and things about the sea and the moon. He listens and obviously understands what she is saying. He is so happy to have this conversation! He is completely satisfied and it’s a very loving time for both of them.

The third question comes, and it’s just as simple as the other two. The mother tries hard to hold steady and hide her disappointment that the boy doesn’t know what to ask, or how to capture this profound moment to find out something really important to life.

What the child has done, dear ones, is to look around his reality, sum up what he has seen and experienced already in three years, and ask the best questions he can. He asks the ones that are most important to his level of reality and his level of experience.

The mother, although disappointed, has had the conversation of a lifetime with her small child, and forever will be happy that she got a “magic” time with him. She realizes that he just didn’t know what to ask [that she feels is vitally important for him to know]. __________ The story, dear ones, is a metaphor. The metaphor is about you and about your time right now.

So I’ll ask you: What if you were given, right now, the choice to ask three questions of the Creator of the Universe. As a Human Being with the intellect that you have right now, what would you ask?

The parable would indicate that the most common questions would be about your situation right now as you huddle in your homes away from a virus. You might ask: “Why did this happen? How do we get out of this world mess? What next?” In other words, you’d waste every chance and question because you’d only ask questions from your perspective as a Human Being, caught up in your own reality of Page | 32

the time.

You would not know what to ask because you don’t know what you don’t know.

So the parable ends with a solution: What’s the best question to ask?

What’s the only question to ask? The answer has always been the wisest one to ask: Dear God, dear Spirit, dear Creator, tell me what it is I need to know.

It’s not really a question, is it? You can posture it as one if you wish, for it’s still a request: Dear Spirit, what do I need to know? Then you can sit and be informed or sit and be loved. It is very profound because it’s a request that opens a door for all of the teachings that you didn’t know how to ask about.

LISTEN: If the boy had made this question or request to her, she would still be talking now … perhaps for hours or days. Do you understand this? The question is not limiting or time-sensitive or linear. A door is opened to the mysteries of life, with the intent of the question. It gives you what you need, even without knowing what to ask!

It can be about your next step in life, or about how to take care of yourself. Perhaps even better, where to meet the right people or find the right things for your future. Some of these who you may meet may be sitting here [in the seminar], but you haven’t really met them or listened to them yet. There is a lot of knowledge carried by lightworkers in these groups, dear ones. I sit before many Old Souls.

“Dear Spirit, tell me what it is I need to know.”

Then sit back. Don’t expect handwriting on the wall or a voice from beyond. Instead, be quiet and continue your life. Wait for the synchronicity that belongs to you, to supply the answers that you didn’t expect. This is the most mature, wise, and profound question a Human can ask – yet they often do not. Instead, they ask about immediate reality and things that are linear, that have nothing to do Page | 33

with their magnificence.

As an Old Soul, you know the difference, or you wouldn’t be reading these words or hearing this message. I tell you this because, as you go from this place, these things are going to be needed.

Let the seeds of this message take hold and blossom within you. Let the seeds of this message that have been planted this day in every single one of you create solutions in your life that last forever. Leave differently than you came.

"Do You Have a Guilt Tripper In Your Life?" By Dr. Judith Orloff

Guilt Trippers are world class blamers, martyrs, and drama queens.

They know how to make you feel badly about something by pressing your insecurity buttons. They use guilt to manipulate so you do what they desire. They like to see you squirm and throw you off your game.

This gives them a sense of power and control.

Guilt can be conveyed with words, tone, or even a glance. Guilt trippers like to play dirty. To get their way, they exploit your desire to please them or be a good person. They often start sentences with, “If it wasn’t for you…” or “Why don’t you ever..?” They’ll talk about life being unfair and compare your efforts with others who’re doing it better. “Why can’t you be more like Buster–he’s so good to his wife and is such a hard worker.” They also remind you of how much they always do for you. After you’ve been guilt tripped, you may feel two inches tall if you believe these people’s crafty ploys.

Action Steps to Deal with Guilt Trippers from “The Power of Surrender” 1. Surrender the notion that you have to be perfect The guilt tripper tends to lose interest if you don’t go for their misguided manipulations. Everyone makes mistakes. It’s human. You don’t have to be perfect or squeaky clean. If you hurt someone or made a mistake, accept that you can’t change the past. But you can make amends when appropriate. Apologize for offending a relative, pay back money owed, or simply convey, “I wish I had been there for you more.” Focusing on solutions instead of wallowing in guilt is a way to surrender to positive forces, rather than succumbing to the pull of negativity.

2. Surrender guilt with tears One physical way to release guilt if you’re fixated on a mistake you made or not meeting someone’s expectations is to cry. Do this when you’re alone or with a supportive person. Tears release stress hormones and help you heal. As you cry, your body expels guilt and tension. This helps you let it all go. Don’t fight the surrender of crying.

Let tears cleanse stress from your body.

3. Know your guilt buttons No one can make you feel guilty if don’t believe you’ve done something wrong. However, if you doubt yourself, guilt can creep in.

Believing you are doing the best you can in a situation can quell any guilt and bring comfort no matter what anyone says.

4. Set limits Start a conversation positively. In a matter-of-fact tone say, “I can see your point of view. But when you say (fill in the blank) my feelings are hurt. I’d be grateful if you didn’t keep repeating it.” You might make some topics taboo such as money, sex, or personal appearance. Keep the conversation light, don’t go for their bait, and try to gradually heal Page | 46

your insecurities so you don’t buy into their guilt trips.

Be aware that there’s a difference between healthy remorse and guilt.

Remorse is regretting how a situation turned out or how you behaved.

Then you can acknowledge the mistake and make amends. You’ll feel genuinely sorry, but you don’t stay stuck there. Guilt, however, is when you become attached to remorse and self-blame, a reverse form of ego where you keep focusing on a “lacking” or a mistake.

During this extraordinary time, what I AM hearing most often from people all over the World is that they know something really BIG is happening on Earth and they realize intuitively that this is the reason why they are here. Many of them say that all of their life they have had an Inner Knowing that whatever they are here to do is going to make a tremendous difference in a very positive and healing way for Humanity and Mother Earth. Now, due to the monumental changes that have taken place since the Birth of this New Decade in 2020, every person’s I AM Presence has been able to fully integrate into the Core of Purity within the atomic and subatomic cellular structures in his or her Earthly Bodies. That means that this aspect of our own Divinity can now communicate directly and far more obviously with our conscious mind.

For this reason, the Beings of Light want me to reiterate something they have been sharing with Awakening Humanity over the past several decades. This information has been given to ALL of us, not to flatter us or stroke our egos, but rather to give us the trust, confidence, strength and courage we will need in order to accomplish the awesome facet of the Divine Plan that is unfolding on Earth during this Cosmic Moment.

The Company of Heaven has revealed and our Father-Mother God have confirmed that the Earth is in the midst of a unique experiment that has never been attempted in any System of Worlds. Never in the whole of Creation has a Planet that has fallen to the depths of pain and suffering that Humanity has experienced since we fell into the abyss of separation and duality, been given the opportunity to Ascend through two Dimensional shifts in such a short period of time.

Since Harmonic Convergence which took place in August of 1987, the Earth has been Ascending up the Spiral of Evolution from the 3rd Dimension through the 4th Dimension and into the initial frequencies of the 5th Dimension. Normally, a Planet’s evolutionary shift from one Dimension into another takes millions of years. However, this time through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth something dramatically different is being cocreated.

The success of the experiment we are in the midst of is destined to permanently change the evolutionary process for every Son and Daughter of God in a most wondrous and positive way. Once Earth’s Ascension into the 5th Dimension is completed, never again will the Sons and Daughters of God, in any System of Worlds, inadvertently through curiosity and ignorance make the fateful decision to use the Gift of our Life Force in devastating ways that are not based in Love.

Aeons ago, when the Sons and Daughters of God evolving on Earth originally made the free will choice to use our creative faculties of thought and feeling to misqualify our Life Force in that selfdestructive way, we had no idea what the results would be. We did not comprehend that our reckless behavior would result in the manifestation of the gross mutations and painful maladies that have caused so much suffering in our individual and collective lives to this very day. But now, we do know.

Once this experiment and Earth’s Ascension process are victoriously accomplished, the sum total of the details of Humanity’s horrific Page | 51

descent into the abyss of separation and duality and our victorious Ascent back into the Light will be permanently encoded in the Sacred Halls of Knowledge and Divine Wisdom in the Inner Realms of Illumined Truth. From that moment forth, every Son and Daughter of God throughout the whole of Creation will be able to learn from Humanity’s mistakes and avert our painful experiences by studying about our miscreations and our fall from Grace. They will be able to learn the lessons of what NOT to do through research rather than physically creating that pain through trial and error as we did.

Our Father-Mother God said that with the Victory of Earth’s Ascension, Humanity will cocreate a NEW OCTAVE OF GODHOOD and never again will the Sons and Daughters of God have to experience the depths of pain and suffering we have endured on Earth due to the miscreations we inadvertently and often ignorantly manifested Because of what the success of this facet of the Divine Plan will mean for every Son and Daughter of God, the whole of Creation is focused on this one tiny Planet. That means that Legions of Light from Suns beyond Suns and Galaxies beyond Galaxies have already assisted us and are standing in readiness to assist us NOW with the unprecedented PLANETARY REBOOT for which Humanity and Mother Earth are now preparing.

So, what does all of this mean for you personally? Well, because of the urgency of the hour and the critical need for Humanity to succeed in this experiment, nothing has been left to chance. Every single person who has embodied on Earth since the latter part of the 1800’s was specifically chosen and has been preparing for Lifetimes to fulfill a particular role during this Cosmic Endeavor.

During the latter part of the 1800’s our Father-Mother God issued a Clarion Call asking for volunteers from both the Earth’s evolutions and throughout the Universe, who would be willing and able to embody on Earth in order to assist with this experiment. Literally billions of souls from all Systems of Worlds enthusiastically volunteered to serve in this way. They clearly perceived what the success of this Divine Mission would mean for Sons and Daughters of God everywhere. In spite of the horrific chaos they were destined to Page | 52

face on Earth during the final stages of this experiment, they understood what a Gift their sacrifice would be for all Creation.

In choosing the volunteers, however, enthusiasm and willingness were not enough. Every person that was selected to embody on Earth was carefully evaluated. Our various Lifetimes and our personal experiences were noted, so was the way we were able to stay focused on the Light and to handle challenges in difficult situations. The Company of Heaven said that for every person who was chosen to embody on Earth there were millions who were turned away. That is not because those of us who were allowed to embody are more special or more evolved than our Sisters and Brothers who were turned away. We were chosen because our Father-Mother God and the Company of Heaven felt that because of the way we were able to stay focused on the Light and stand in our Truth in the face of all adversity, we had a better chance of succeeding victoriously with Earth’s monumental experiment.

Because the success of our Divine Mission at this time will result in creating A NEW OCTAVE OF GODHOOD that will prevent the Sons and Daughters of God from ever having to experience the depths of pain and suffering that the Earth has experienced. Our presence on Earth is a Gift beyond the comprehension of our finite minds.

Please take the following words into the deepest recesses of your Heart Flame. Our Father-Mother God said that because of the Gift Earth’s experiment is providing for the Sons and Daughters of God throughout ALL Creation, “The greatest privilege and honor of any Son or Daughter of God, in any System of Worlds, is PHYSICAL EMBODIMENT ON PLANET EARTH DURING THIS COSMIC MOMENT.” What Is Your Mission in This Unprecedented Experiment?

Once permission was given for us to embody on Earth, every person’s I AM Presence was shown what our individual Divine Mission will be in this Holy Endeavor. Our Missions are as diverse as Humanity and they consist of the full gamut of Earthly experiences. The first part of Humanity’s Divine Mission involves those who will be working with the Company of Heaven in myriad ways to assist in Earth’s Ascension Page | 53

process and to cocreate the patterns of perfection for the 5thDimensional New Earth. These Sons and Daughters of God will also be called to hold the sacred space for the Awakening of our Sisters and Brothers whose Mission is far more perilous.

The second part of Humanity’s Divine Mission involves the Sons and Daughters of God who have the most difficult challenge. These are people who have volunteered to reach into the gross mutations and destructive patterns of pain and suffering which they created previously through the fragmented and fear-based consciousness of their fallen human egos.

Their Mission will be accomplished by each of them acting out of those same abhorrent patterns and bringing them to the surface to be exposed and Transmuted back into Light. This is the time referred to in the Bible when “All that is hidden must now be revealed.” Because of the chaos and fear this essential purging is destined to create, this difficult time is also referred to as “The time of screaming and the gnashing of teeth.”

The tightrope the people are walking who were chosen for this part of Humanity’s Divine Mission is the challenge of delving into the quagmire of their own miscreations without becoming enmeshed in them and perpetuating their own descent into the horror of the pain and suffering they previously inflicted on themselves and others.

Many of these people are successfully accomplishing this facet of their Mission. They are then Awakening and lifting into the Light unscathed. Unfortunately, others are becoming enamored with the trappings of greed and power once again. This is preventing them from wanting to change their destructive behavior patterns which is blocking their willingness to let go and to Transmute their gross miscreations back into Light.

The Company of Heaven is stating clearly that both parts of Humanity’s Divine Mission are essential to the success of this experiment and Earth’s Ascension into the 5th Dimension. One person’s Mission is no more important than another. Remember, in most instances, we have all had hundreds of Lifetimes since we were first Breathed forth from the Core of Creation, so we have probably all Page | 54

been everything and done everything.

At this critical time, as we observe the mind boggling negativity that is surfacing in the outer world and the adversity from these negative behavior patterns that is affecting every facet of Life on Earth, the Company of Heaven wants us to remember that YOU and I and the rest of Awakening Humanity have the ability to intervene in powerful and life-transforming ways.

“Judgment” and a “holier than thou” attitude are totally inappropriate. We have no idea what another person’s Mission is and whether or not they are succeeding. Instead of feeling superior to any of our Sisters and Brothers, we should feel Gratitude for the sacrifices they volunteered to make on Humanity’s and Mother Earth’s behalf.

Remember, “There but for the Grace of God go I.” Instead of criticizing and forming negative opinions about other people which only adds to the problem, we can easily become part of the solution by daily invoking the Infinite Power of the Violet Flame on their behalf.

Due to the miracles that were accomplished during Earth’s Ascension through the Lion’s Gate on August 8, 2020, every single person’s I AM Presence has fully integrated into his or her Earthly Bodies. This aspect of our Divinity now has the ability to communicate much more obviously and directly with our conscious mind. This means that when our I AM Presence invokes the I AM Presence of our Sisters and Brothers in the Family of Humanity who are embodied on Earth, our invocations are being heard more clearly and the other person’s I AM Presence is able to utilize the Light we are invoking to guide them intuitively in much more tangible ways.

The Company of Heaven wants to remind us that the reason the massive amount of energy Humanity has misqualified over aeons of time is being allowed to surface at such an accelerated pace during this extraordinary purging process is because millions of people on Earth know about the awesome power of the Violet Flame and its ability to instantly Transmute negativity back into Light.

If Awakening Humanity will daily invoke the Violet Flame through the I AM Presence of every person on Earth, the Company of Heaven has been granted permission to amplify our efforts one thousand fold Page | 55

every single day. The Violet Flame is infinitely more powerful than Humanity’s gross miscreation. Through our invocations we have the ability to Transmute unfathomable amounts of the surfacing negativity back into Light in what will be perceived as “the twinkling of an eye.”

Today, I will share with you an example of my daily invocation to demonstrate how very easy it is to become a dynamic Force of the Violet Flame every single day.

First, whenever you begin, take a moment to go within and center yourself. Then, take a few deep Conscious Breaths before stating your invocation.

“I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of every person on Earth. Together, we invoke the Violet Flame with the power and might of a thousand Suns to Transmute back into Light every thought, feeling, word, action, memory and belief Humanity has ever misqualified in any time frame or dimension both known and unknown.”

After your invocation, feel the power of that magnificent Violet Fire flowing from your Heart Flame into the Heart Flame of every person’s I AM Presence. KNOW that this influx of the Violet Flame is being amplified by the Company of Heaven moment-by-moment with every Breath you take throughout the day.

Then, when you wake up the next morning say your invocation again and you will create another powerful wave of the Violet Flame that will be added to the tremendous influx of the Violet Flame that has been bathing the Earth since your invocation the day before.

The Company of Heaven said that it is difficult for Humanity to fathom how powerful the Violet Flame is, but they want us to know that our daily invocations will assist Humanity and Mother Earth in immeasurable ways as we prepare for our PLANETARY REBOOT. Earth’s Planetary Reboot The Beings of Light have said that during the unprecedented purging process we are experiencing, Awakening Humanity and the Company of Heaven will cocreate a PLANETARY REBOOT that will catapult Mother Earth and ALL Life evolving upon her into frequencies of Light beyond anything we have ever been able to safely assimilate.

"What is Success?" By Rachel R. Tipton

Kevin is a successful accountant, father of two girls and husband to his lovely wife Kimberly. He has been working for a large company since he graduated 17 years ago with an accounting degree from a State University. He lives a happy family life and manages to squeeze in some bowling with his friend on Tuesday nights. He loves his job and is lucky to have moved up the ladder since he started from Junior Accountant right out of college.

He keeps hearing whispering and gossiping in the office of downsizing and layoffs. He is worried sick about it happening to him and wonders how he would manage if it transpired. He feels the pressure of being the only breadwinner in the family now as his youngest is only nine months and his wife is a stay at home mom.

How will they live without the income until he finds something else?

What if he does not find anything? He has only been at this one job, how will he fit in? Anxious thought about meeting new people and interviewing keep him up at night. He even takes a few minutes to polish up his resume if he gets laid off.

It was a Friday when it happened. It took him a little off guard as he was in pretty good spirits from his night before. It was his wife’s birthday and they got a baby sitter and had a glorious steak dinner with a bottle of red wine all topped off with desert. It was an expensive night but she was worth it. She deserved a night to get all dressed up and hit the town and forget about bottles and diapers.

Now he is regretting that decision and feeling guilty for spending the money. He was called into his bosses office where he brought with him the latest crunched numbers as he thought this was what was going to be discussed. He was met by HR and the inevitable happened he lost his job. So it seems the cause was he lost his job and the effect was now he is unemployed. It is out of his control.

But what if I told you he could have prevented it. That his thoughts bring in everything? What if I told you cause and effect were reversed? The effect what you think in your brain came first and then the cause. The effect was I am going to be unemployed as this is what Kevin kept thinking and the cause was he lost his job.

The bill at dinner is going to be wrong you think. Then it is. I won’t get the promotion, then you don’t. I don’t have enough money to pay my bills, so you can’t. If you can realize this and change your thinking to keep things positive then life stays on track. I will get that promotion.

That new office is mine. I am a leader. Then boom you get it.

The University of Ascension Science and The Physics of Rebellion (UASPR) has a staff of medical personnel, a Ph.D. clinical psychologist, and other professors and instructors who study science, metaphysics, and spiritual phenomena—not UFOs, etc., but how true spirituality is a tool that the Creator gives us to heal ourselves and other people.

The study and practice of healing is not new, for it has been used by adepts and sages, shamans and mystics throughout the centuries, which includes the ancient Druids and their priests, who were students of the energies of the sun and moon in relationship to evolutionary mortals and understanding the laws of nature.

The science of healing is a big subject that volumes have been, and continue to be, written about. However, we humans are still just at the beginning of our learning. So when we, as healers, hand out a business card, we should realize that we are just beginning to be a healer, and just beginning to be a shaman, and just beginning to be a doctor or acupuncturist or counselor or chiropractor. We need to realize that none of these disciplines has all the answers when it Page | 63

comes to healing, because healing has to be threefold: the soul, the mind, and the body.

Volumes of information can be given on each one of these three subjects, but I will try to write this article in simplicity and not use terms of physics and other disciplines of science that the common person will not relate to. And I do not want to repeat what can be heard on the news every day.

The Covid-19 virus is the seventh mutation of the original coronavirus. There are many theories of how the Covid-19 originated—from a snake, from a bat, from a rat, from a chemical weapon that got released by mistake, in China, in America, in Canada, and on and on. It does not matter where this virus originated. What we must realize is why the Creator allowed it, why it is here now in 2020, and if it truly can be stopped.

Scientists realize that Covid-19 is looking for another host, to become worse than what it is now. The Center for Disease Control and other research centers refer to the “basic reproduction number,� which has to do with the increase in intensity of mutations within a period of time, and this particular virus is much worse than the influenzas in relation to contagion and death rates. In our spiritual understanding of ascension science and the physics of rebellion, the human host that the virus is looking for would be a very iniquitous human being.

It is understood by those who study metaphysics that thought is energy. And for we who read Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation, found in The Cosmic Family volumes, there is good energy and bad energy. We try to oversimplify it by just talking about good and evil.

However, there are various levels of good and various levels of evil.

The URANTIA Book and The Cosmic Family volumes begin to teach that error is basically ignorance and lack of wisdom, that sin is willful wrongdoing out of selfish motives, and that iniquity is persistent and determined thought-out wrongdoing, usually stemming from extreme narcissism and not caring at all about who is hurt in the process of getting what one wants to get.

Humankind, for the last 200,000 years since the Lucifer Rebellion, has either thought and acted within those three levels of wrongdoing Page | 64

or attempted to do the right thing within their understanding of reality. Jesus gave many teachings on the highest of all reality—doing right moment to moment, encouraging His followers to be a servant of all and to be good, kind, loving, and compassionate to all human beings.

All the great adepts through time have taught the same thing, in one way or another. Lao-Tse taught to stay on the Tao, the Way, and the Good Path. The fact that there are laws within our heart, written by the Creator, can be easily explained by knowing the difference between right and wrong and by what is called common sense. For instance, when desiring to do right, we do not drop a baby on the ground. We do not put poison into someone’s food. We do not steal from anybody. And we certainly do not murder anybody to get something we want. If we do not care who we hurt in our selfish pursuits, then we will do wrong; we commit sin or iniquity.

Goodness and rightness, within the Creator’s laws, are called absolutes, and wrongness, which breaks those universal laws, are considered non-absolutes. The Creator wants us to live by absolutes, because if we do not live by absolutes, we have chaos within ourselves and in society. The continuance of chaos in anyone’s life leads to disease of the body and eventual death. Our choices and actions have a domino effect with other human beings and our earth, because—as the indigenous say—Mitakuye Oyasin: “we are all related.” So our wrongdoing will affect others, not just in our immediate environment but all around the planet. *** Prophesies are not only found in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible but also found in the Bhagavad Gita, the Torah, the Quran, the Book of Mormon, and in the traditions of various indigenous people.

These written texts and oral prophecies are part of almost every world religion and are considered holy because they include the messages of righteous men and women who taught what they heard from the Creator.

Prophetic teachings of the old world passing away and a new world coming are found in most sacred texts and teachings. The old world is Page | 65

the world of evil, sin, and iniquity, of rebellion against the Creator’s universal laws. The new world is the world of harmony and peace, in relationship with God the Universal Father and His pattern of living.

These scriptures of different religions also prophesy the coming of a Messiah-type leader, a God-man who will bring the new world of healing and peace to our planet of disease and destruction. This world will be adjudicated of the Rebellion that it has been in for the last 200,000 years.

It is also predicted that in order to awaken humankind from their own evil, sin, and iniquity so that they can be part of this new world, various catastrophic events would happen, like increased earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, plagues, and wars among the nations.

These things are not the wrath of the Creator. These things are the cause and effect of cumulative wrong thinking and wrongdoing of humanity at this juncture on our world. At The University of Ascension Science and the Physics of Rebellion (UASPR), we have come to the conclusion that the Covid-19 virus did not start in any animal but in our own bodies, due to our wrong thinking.

If indeed Covid-19 did start in China, why might it have started in that country? Consider the concept that this virus is the result of the cause-and-effect law of bad energy being created by wrong thought.

The Chinese population (of about 1.4 billion people) live within a Communist materialistic value system of no belief in a divine Creator.

As a result, might not this disease have been created by the thoughts and choices of people outside of the Creator’s universal laws? Of course not every Chinese person is part of the cause, for there are many believers in God, though they usually have to keep that very personal and quiet in China. The majority, though, are not believers and live their lives with no understanding of a Creator, with no understanding of a relationship with the Universal Father, with no understanding of the Threefold Spirit of the Father, Son, and Mother, which is within all human beings.

However, we cannot blame just the Chinese, because there are people all over the world in every religion and nation who live under Page | 66

materialistic values and outside of the Creator’s laws, even many who claim to be religious but really have no understanding of the Creator either, or the Creator’s laws. In a manner of speaking this virus (and other diseases) was created by people who live in every corner of the planet.

Consider why the U.S., among all nations, now has the highest rate of infection and deaths from Covid-19. Though the majority of the populace in the U.S. claim to believe in God, too many do not understand the true nature of the Father Creator, who loves all of humankind, regardless of religion, race, nationality, economic status, or political leaning. Many religious people, all over the world, do much wrong in the name of “God” or “Allah” or Whoever. *** The Old Testament of the Bible tells of Moses going up the mountain of Sinai to commune with God and bringing back the tablets of the Ten Commandments for the Israelites. According to The URANTIA Book, long before Moses, in Abraham’s time, Melchizedek gave to the people commandments that were very similar to the commandments given in the Garden of Eden 36,000 years ago, which were patterned after the commands of “The Father’s Way” given in Dalamatia 500,000 years ago. Almost every religion has something similar to the ten commandments of Moses with practically the same laws, which are the absolute laws of thinking and doing within the Creator’s pattern.

These universal laws of God are not just for mortals on a fallen world such as ours; they are common to every inhabited world in time and space. No society on any world can survive without the human inhabitants following them. If they are not followed, eventually the societies based on disobedience to those commandments will crumble and be replaced with something new.

Here are those commandments, which, as applied to our times, help us stay on The Universal Father’s Way: 1. You shall not serve any God but the Most High Creator of heaven and earth.

2. You shall have no idols of anything that is not Godly.

3. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain by doing evil in His name.

4. Keep the Sabbath day holy in thought and deed.

5. Honor your father and your mother and show respect to true elders.

6. You shall not murder.

7. You shall not commit adultery or fornication (sex before spiritual union/commitment).

8. You shall not steal.

9. You shall not bear false witness against anyone.

10. You shall not covet what others have.

These ten basic laws of morality and ethics are not the only ones for us humans to follow. There are other unwritten ones that live in our superconscious minds. We can simplify that and say that they live in our hearts, and influence us every time we make a choice between right and wrong within our circumstantial reality. *** Why do some people live through the Covid-19 virus and some do not?

This cannot simply be explained by saying those who usually die are elderly and/or have underlying health issues and the ones who usually live are the younger and healthier people. From an ascensionscience perspective, here’s why that medical explanation is true in some cases. The elderly have had a whole lifetime to choose to do right, to choose to become better human beings, and those souls who continuously did not make those right choices will more likely succumb to Covid-19, because it is the time for the new world to come, and the old-world souls of continuous wrong motives and selfish thinking who refuse to repent and change will not be able to remain in this new world.

The Hopi prophecies name these current times as “the Times of the Purification,” Christians call this “the tribulation” or “the end times,” Page | 68

and others refer to these times as: the Turning Point, the Cleansing, the Awakening, and so on. New Agers do not have a word for these times per se, because so many are deceived by teachings that started with the Lucifer Rebellion, which encourages: the amorality of no right or wrong (“I’m O.K., You’re O.K.”), self-assertion, unbridled liberty, and “the Universe says . . . .” rather than “God the FatherCreator says. . . .” As a result, they do not understand that there is good and evil and that there is a need for repentance of wrong-doing, of being out of the Father’s will.

The New Age movement has a lot of wonderful old truths, which have brought millions of people to spiritual and metaphysical concepts. Its major deficiency is in not teaching a relationship with the Creator and has completely disassociated itself from the person of Jesus Christ and the Spirit of Truth that He left behind when He ascended back to His capital headquarters Salvington (as referred to in The URANTIA Book). New Age teachings speak of the “Christ Consciousness” without teaching the personhood of Christ.

Those who truly believe in the Creator, or the Universal Father, will most likely have a relationship with the Universal Father, who is first and foremost a personality. Those who only acknowledge a divine power or source or spirit but not a “Person” cannot have a “personal” relationship with their Creator God. Any other worship, to anything other than the personal God/Creator, would be considered idolatry; it does not have to be a graven image. The “universe” cannot tell us what is right or wrong, but a father can.

What does this have to do with the Covid-19? Everything! If individuals are pure in their thoughts and actions, or are trying to be, and are trying to obey the Father’s universal commandments, which remind the people of what is already written in their heart tablets, they have a better chance of being spared from dying of this Covid-19.

However, for some individuals who are basically good people but already extremely unhealthy due to poor health-related decisions, it is highly possible that they would pass on from Covid-19 and graduate to the next, higher plane of existence, the mansion worlds.

Some more healthy good souls might get infected, due to being in the wrong place at the wrong time, or not following through with Page | 69

practicing social distancing, or washing hands, or a number of other common-sense prevention practices. In that case, those persons are in error in their choices and increase their chance of getting sick with this virus. However, they have a better chance of not dying from this disease due to their being more right in their lives than wrong and looking to the Father (not to the Universe) for their healing, especially their spiritual healing. *** Though scientists are attempting to create a vaccine for Covid-19, they will not be successful in finding one that really is effective because this virus is different than all other ones. Those in the medical field are puzzled by the “unusual pattern” of this virus, which seems to randomly choose what victims will die and who will survive, as if it has a “mind of its own.” There are many questions that need answered. One of those questions is: Why does Covid-19 kill younger, seemingly healthy people (in their 20s, 30, and 40s), and not just those who are older or who have underlying health issues?

The Covid-19 virus does in a way have a mind of its own because its pattern of behavior so often parallels the minds of freewill sentient human beings who can choose between right and wrong. To reiterate, energy does follow thought, and so the virus will tend to be more destructive within the bodies of individuals whose minds are more evil than good, and vice versa. Possibly many of the younger, seemingly healthy people who succumb to this virus are old souls who have karma built up from past-life choices that now need to be addressed.

Just as there are spirit personalities of divine mind, there are also spirit personalities who have chosen to rebel against the Father Creator and thus have fallen from divine pattern. One of those fallen beings who work behind-the-scenes on this world is Caligastia, who is also commonly known as Satan or the devil. From a physics-ofrebellion perspective, it is the energy of the evil, sin, and iniquity within freewill personalities—fallen spirit beings and human beings— from which Covid-19 and other viruses and diseases have emerged and will continue to emerge.

The only real protection that any soul has from the ravages of this world is to become perfected in God (in mind and heart), become like God (Godly), and act for God (by following the commandments). It is time to stop justifying sins and justifying selfish pursuits that bring much pain and suffering to others, as well as degradation to the earth.

At this juncture of our planet, the grace of God is just about over, and the administration of divine justice is unfolding. I again want to emphasize that the “wrath of God” is not punishing us with the increasing devastating weather events, threatening pandemics (like the current Covid-19), and the unraveling of financial and social systems. These are caused by the cumulative build-up of human choices that go against the Creator’s physical and spiritual laws.

Addendum — October 15, 2020 The Covid-19 virus is a virus specifically for the tribulation, as a cause and effect of dio or wrong thought and actions of mortals. Sometimes when the Covid affects the elderly and death quickly happens, it is a blessing in disguise, as these elderly would have experienced much pain and suffering because of a disease that they already received (even though they may not have even known about it) and the Covid is actually, in those cases, an agent of mercy.

The Covid-19 virus, for both old and young, if acquired, acts in conjunction with the superconscious mind to help the soul become better thinkers in purity, to raise their consciousness to accept the next right choice or God’s way over the fallen mind or Lucifer’s way.

When a soul contacts the Covid-19 virus, when they seem to overcome any major symptoms quickly, it does not mean that they are immune to the Covid-19 virus, for the Covid-19 virus once contacted stays within the body at a subatomic level and cannot be seen and is reactivated by wrong choices and rebellion against the true laws and principles of the Creator.

The Covid-19 would then be a catalyst that would combine with other dio or diseased cells to cause other diseases that would cause paralysis to the body (and there are many of these kinds of diseases) or other diseases, such as cancers and accelerated Diabetes Type 1. It would also then affect the neural transmitters and other areas of the neurological system that would affect the mental thinking processes, which would short-circuit the synapses.

So once infected by the Covid-19 virus, unless a soul that survives adheres to the laws and commandments of the Creator in the soul’s decision-making processes, the first infection will lead to a shorter lifespan through a fatal disease, and the Covid-19 becomes a binary cell, joining in a number of other pulmonary infections or infections of other areas and systems of the body.

Covid-19, again, as mentioned in the beginning of this article, is a result of cause and effect of the wrong thinking and wrong decisions of the soul or, in the case of children, of the parents. Children are taken so that the parents would come closer to God and ascend more quickly, so that they would all be together in the next kingdom.

The healing of this disease cannot be healed by any vaccine but by right relationship with the Universal Father or the Spirit of Truth, which is a gift of the Son through Jesus Christ, who said He would send The Helper, called the Paraclete. If one is serious with God the Father, the Spirit of Truth will fuse with the cells of the body and drive out any and all infections permanently, as long as one stays on the path of righteousness, or, as Lao-Tse said, on the Tao—which is one and the same—The Way. And Jesus said that He was the Way, the Truth, and the Light.

"Gathering Our Tribes" By Frank Chodl

What exactly constitutes our “tribe?” As I have written about in my books and newsletters, it isn’t the differences that separate us that matter, it’s our similarities that unite us. Tribes typically gather for several reasons. First is safety. There is strength in numbers. Next is economy. The more members we bring into the tribe, the more skills and benefits we can all share. Skills like farming, hunting, carpentry, medicine, and more will all be of value to the tribe. Then there are the shared beliefs. We seek those who give us validity and permission to do or be what we believe is “best,” safest, and most comfortable.

More than anything, core beliefs unite us. We usually form our tribes around our families and partners, our circle of friends, and those who share our beliefs or values. These tribes become our congregations, communities, cities, and nations. We create our power structures, governments, around those beliefs. The governments devise laws to Page | 74

provide order to the function of the tribe. When rifts or differences arise in the interpretations of those beliefs, the tribe begins to splinter and new tribes, or factions such as sects, political parties, or social classes, emerge. We divide ourselves through political and religious practices, rituals, and rites, that evolve from the very core beliefs that united us in the first place.

What is at the heart of the tribal mentality, however, isn’t the outwardly expressed beliefs, but what Abraham Hicks refers to as our “vibrational alignment with source.” Finding that vibration can be a challenge. In the United States our electrical system vibrates at approximately 60 cycles per second, or Hertz. In Europe it’s 50 cycles. A 60-cycle electrical grid emits a vibration or hum in approximately the key of B (61.74 Hz), while 50 cycles is closer to G# (51.19 Hz). Ask someone from Europe to hum a random note and they will almost always be right around G#. Likewise, Americans usually hum a B. We have achieved a synchronicity in our vibrations, or a vibrational alignment within our tribes.

What happens when we change our vibrational frequency? Most often we feel uneasy or unwelcome. We either look for another tribe with which we can find synchronicity, or we settle back into the old hum.

As we grow in our understanding and our awareness of our understanding, we do, indeed, raise our vibrations. It is time now to seek out those with whom we share vibrational alignment and find the strength in numbers that gives amplitude (volume) to the frequency (tone) of our spiritual being. Let’s sing out our new tune.

Others will hear us and join in, and, if we allow it, those whose vibrations are higher than ours can affect us to a higher pitch.

zen habits by Leo Babauta "A Guide to Dealing with the Growing Tiredness & Boredom of the New Normal" This pandemic is no longer an exciting (but scary) novelty. We’re a couple months into this lockdown and crisis, and it’s starting to wear on many of us.

We experience it as boredom, tiredness, exhaustion. We experience it as ongoing burden, and can’t wait for it to be over. We lose patience, and want to do anything else but this.

That all makes sense. It’s also exactly why we have difficulty sticking to habit changes, to long-term deep commitments, to ongoing projects and long-running challenges.

It’s one thing when things are new, novel, exciting, fresh. It’s a completely different thing when things are boring, dull, tiring, burdensome.

What would it be like to work with this difficulty inside ourselves, and shift it?

What would it change for us if we didn’t have to get tired of long-term challenges, or feel them as boring difficult burdens? What would it shift if we could develop the joy of patience?

Just a few possible benefits of shifting this: We can endure long challenges, for months and even years.

We can shift habits long term, instead of dropping new habits after a couple of weeks.

We’ll have more patience for people who usually tire us out or get on our nerves.

We’ll be less drained by things that weigh on us or bother us over the long term.

We’ll have a greater capacity for endurance, fortitude and patience overall.

I’d say those are benefits worth working toward!

And the good news is, with the boredom and tiredness we’re feeling from the lockdown and pandemic, we have the perfect practice ground. This is the time to practice, right when we’re feeling like not facing this difficulty.

So how do we do that?

Let’s first look at why these kinds of situations try our patience, and then how to work with them during the current situation.

Why These Things Try Our Patience If we think about it, there’s nothing in most situations that we face that makes them inherently difficult or annoying. We create the difficulty.

For example, let’s say you had to sit in a room with no devices, nothing to read, nothing to do … for two weeks. Most people would find this tedious, boring, tiresome. (Not everyone, but most.) Why though? There’s nothing wrong with an empty room. It’s not worse than any other situation — except that we make it worse, by deciding that it’s not fun, not exciting, not interesting.

That’s our decision. We create the experience of boredom, burden, difficulty.

The good news is that if we create the experience, we can change it.

We have the power to not be bored, impatient, burdened, annoyed, frustrated.

The shift comes from letting go of the thoughts we have about the situation, which are creating the difficult experience.

“But it really is boring/frustrating! It’s not just my thoughts about it!”

No, it’s not. In reality, it’s just life. The world, and life on earth. It’s just molecules and energy. We create the narrative that it’s bad or good. We can let go of the narrative.

If we let go of the beliefs and narrative and thoughts about the situation … it’s not good or bad. It’s just life. And in fact, we can create Page | 80

a new view: that it’s a miracle to be alive, to witness the universe like this, to be interconnected to other living beings in so many ways; that it’s something to be grateful for. Or just experience the experience, without thoughts and narratives.

It’s up to us. We can practice with these thoughts and experiences.

Using the Crisis to Practice Patience So with this in mind, let’s use this current crisis to practice patience.

Whenever you’re feeling restless, bored, tired of the situation, frustrated, unhappy, exhausted by it all … delight in the opportunity to practice!

Let yourself find the beauty in the practice.

Look at the situation around you, and ask, “Why is this frustrating or tiresome? Why don’t I like it?”

See what thoughts come up. “I just want it to be over. I just want some human contact. I just want to go to my favorite restaurant. I don’t like having to stay home.”

Notice that a lot of those thoughts are about what you want or don’t want. What you like or don’t like. This is about us getting our way — and we always want our way.

What would it be like to not need to get our way, but to love things just as they are?

Look around, and see the beauty in this moment. See the incredible miracle of life and the world around us. Feel the connection to all other human beings, to all living beings, in everything you see.

Or just experience the moment without the thoughts. Just the sensations of this moment.

When you’re feeling frustration, it’s also an opportunity to experience the sensations of frustration, without judging them. What does it feel Page | 81

like in your body to feel frustration? Can you just experience that?

Over and over, the feelings will come up. We can just experience them, without judging. We can just experience this moment. We can see the beauty in this moment.

These are practices of patience. And with practice, we can increase our capacity.

Or we can practice frustration with not getting what we want.

BP FOR ANTS TO LEAVE & FAERIES Chrissy writes from Brisbane Australia: Not sure if this in the area of an MBO or not. I have read with interest about you talking to the Fairies, Birds and other animal souls. I was washing the dust from our outdoor chairs ready for our summer season. I noticed there were ants walking along the leg of one chair and when I turned it over, they were going into a hole just under the cross bar.

As I really wanted to soap up the chair to wash off the dust, it came to mind that maybe I should ask the ants to leave. So that is what I did, I asked them to please move their eggs and move them elsewhere so I could wash the chair. I went inside to do other things and left it for about an hour. When I returned, there were no signs of the ants, so I thanked them for moving.

Also, something a little different. I read that you also have spoken with the fairy King. So interesting! I have believed and spoken to the fairies in my garden off and on over the years and read many years ago that they look after your garden. Another thing I do every day when I leave for work is to ask the Angels and Fairies to stand at the doors and windows and the corners of the house and to protect it while I am away. There has not been any problems.

I use MBOs extensively and taught my family to use them or at the very least to believe in them. I even have a couple of close friends I have taught to say and use them – Life is good!

1). Our beloved Labrador dog passed away in February, before her time, of a fast moving illness. After the worst of the mourning was over, we began to hope for another dog, but because of the pandemic, the shelters are generally not allowing the public inside, and there is a shortage of puppies.

Although I remained relaxed about it, I began occasionally saying MBOs for being led to the right dog for us, at the right time. Many weeks passed, but I didn’t worry; I knew it was “in the works”.

Last week my sister sent me a photo of a litter of puppies! She said they belonged to her co-worker. They had been born on a day special to my husband and me, and on top of that were Labradors. One of the puppies was a unique color too. We inquired about getting a puppy but were told that they were all taken. I was disappointed but said the same MBO and put it out of my mind. Within just a few hours we were contacted and told that someone had backed out and a male was available. The picture she sent was of the one we had admired! The puppy was affordable and would be available soon.

He’s a wonderful boy and has brought us joy. Another happy outcome from using MBOs! 2). I use MBOs for everything, all day long and they work. It’s a good life.

One of them I often use is for my protection, safety and well being as I go through my day. Where I work, a temporary job was given to a man who seemed to be down on his luck. I would not deliberately endanger myself, after all, my GA shouldn’t have to do all the heavy lifting… I am careful. This man was always funny and nice around me, and I felt no fear about him, so I began giving him rides to and from work.

He had no car and I would see him trudging through the snow. All the rides were uneventful and it wasn’t much out of my way. In time, it came out that our boss had not vetted him because he was a temp; he was a convicted murderer and on parole for multiple violent felonies.

He had also been harassing and threatening some of our coworkers and even stealing from them. I never had anything but good relations Page | 85

with him, indeed I was protected!

"The Sacred Geometry of Tarot" By Ethan Indigo Smith

The Tarot Cards are a means to comprehend subtle energy. The Tarot is often used to perform divination, essentially intuitive understanding of specific subtle energies. The Tarot reveals the story of energetic development of an individual and the situational through the understanding of subtle energy via the lessons in the symbolism of the cards. The Tarot reveals the ascension process, again, pertaining to the individual and the situational as well as being used for divination.

The study of the Tarot is useful in simply understanding individuals and situations without necessarily utilizing it as a divination tool. I refer to these energy relationships in reference to meditation in The Geometry of Energy through the energies of concentration, connection, circulation, and unity expansion.

There are innumerable ways to utilize the comparative of the points, lines, planes, and volumes of geometry, sacred geometry and The Tarot, many are explored in The Geometry of Energy How to Meditate. "Where Stonehenge Came From and What Happened With The Evolutionary Development of Human Beings� By Sean McCleary

Stonehenge has puzzled people for a long time and has been an ancient mystery. I do work in evolutionary cosmology and a big part of my work involves planet Earth, the human race and why life exists here the way that it does. What has been a big question for me is if planet Earth is almost 5 billion years old, then why have they only discovered certain ancestry from homo sapiens that are only 6-7 million years old known as hominids. Hominids were the intermediates between apes and people; and I have reached some very important conclusions on what I believed happened on planet Earth. There is also the story of Adam and Eve in the Bible; and I believe that human beings existed here from both conclusions, and I will explain. There is also the great mystery of the lost city of Atlantis as well. I am quite sure I understand what caused the continents to shift apart also and all of this activity has to do with what happened with the big bang. Earth is located in the Milky Way galaxy and this galaxy we exist in is 13.51 billion years old. The cosmos has been going through evolutionary development for 13.8 billion years. What happened with planet Earth's evolution has to do with what occurred with the big bang when the universe was introduced. This has to do with Earth's location in this galaxy with space and time.

This universe had to come from both consciousness and energy because there is a particular design involved with the universe and this universe is a concept; therefore had to be conceptualized by something else. Consciousness is the will contained within energy that is responsible for evolutionary development. This universe is contained within another structure which I like to call Infinite Consciousness. This universe evolves into Infinite Consciousness; and Page | 92

gets its evolutionary drive from Infinite Consciousness. Infinite Consciousness is a higher form of consciousness and energy than the universe and this is why this universe gets its evolutionary drive from Infinite Consciousness. I need to explain the introduction of the universe first so I can clarify what happened with planet Earth and the human race. Infinite Consciousness contains pure dark energy and pure light energy; and this is where the dark and the light actually come from. Pure light energy is produced by consciousness and higher frequency vibrations. Pure dark energy is produced by consciousness and lower frequency vibrations.

Over 13.8 billion years ago this consciousness made a decision to conjoin the two frequencies together with evolution to introduce this universe. When this happened the first subatomic particle was introduced which was the Higgs boson. This was the introduction of life with this universe. Then the activity of evolutionary development followed. A formation took hold and this was the beginning of the creation and introduction of the universe. What followed was very powerful concentrations of consciousness, light energy, dark energy and frequencies that were mixing together. The frequencies of light and dark energy are different and when combined with evolutionary activity can cause pressure. Pressure accumulated into the formation which caused even further changes in the frequency vibrations.

Because evolution was happening this was generating subatomic particles out of these frequencies. Different variables of frequency vibrations came from different concentrations of consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure, time and evolutionary development.

This caused different types of subatomic particles to be generated out of the frequencies like protons, neutrons and electrons. What was also happening is resistance to evolutionary development was occurring. This resistance came from this consciousness wanting to remain in the same state it was originally in as belonging to Infinite Consciousness. This caused certain aspects of this consciousness to fight the process. This resistance produced a level of energy that was associated with an opposite charge. This was transferring into subatomic particles and this produced antimatter. Evolutionary development continued and what was contained within the formation was Infinite Consciousness, the beginning of Universal Consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure, matter, Page | 93

antimatter, evolution and time. Because of development there is evolution. Because of change within the development there is resistance. Certain aspects of this consciousness fought with everything it had. When the design process was complete for this universe; those aspects of consciousness that were fighting stopped resisting. When this happened pressure was released and a lot of matter and antimatter collided. It has been discovered lately that two bottom quarks can fuse together producing a flash which produces another subatomic particle called a nucleon; and this can cause an explosion greater than an atomic reaction.

When all of this came together the big bang happened and this universe transferred out everywhere. What happened was infinity and consciousness broke apart within itself in a very big structure known as this universe. When the consciousness and energy that was being formed into this universe came together and experienced an explosion something else happened. When everything came together at the point of the big bang consciousness lost awareness of itself for a moment before it transferred out and formed the universe through evolution. This is how the aspect of death transferred into the universe. Death is a disruption in time and space that facilitates evolutionary change. The Higgs field transferred out everywhere. The Higgs field is the most powerful aspect of Universal Consciousness.

This energy field represents the basis for the evolutionary development of the behavior of matter and energy. The Higgs field generates frequency vibrations out of its structure and this is how subatomic particles are produced; out of these vibrations of energy.

Earth is located in the Milky Way galaxy that is almost as old as the introduction of the universe itself.

Because this universe has a consciousness; it also contains a memory.

This memory is represented by the activity that occurred when the big bang happened 13.8 billion years ago. This aspect of consciousness contains a very powerful energy as well. Earth was introduced into a location in existence where the formation of the universe took place.

The reason that scientists have had a difficult time locating where the origin of the big bang took place is because we exist within this location. Earth was introduced into this location almost 5 billion years ago. Earth started originally forming and there was the evolutionary development of this planet and life which took place.

When Earth reached a point in its evolution where it could sustain life human beings were introduced into Earth’s environment at one point when land masses could sustain civilizations. Science and religion have been in conflict about the existence of human beings and I suspect both are correct. There have been mass extinction events on Earth associated with the activity contained within space and time here due to what happened with the formation of the universe and the big bang.

The Higgs field which is responsible for the evolutionary development of consciousness and energy was different here billions of years ago.

The beginning of the formation of the universe was the beginning of life and the Higgs field in the universe. Human beings were introduced into Earth’s environment a very long time ago and Adam and Eve were the first human beings that were introduced into the environment. This was when Earth was a lush tropical paradise and the land masses were different. Civilizations of human beings flourished from there and they were in a more advanced state of existence due to their interaction with the Higgs field. They lived much longer, were extremely intelligent and possessed very powerful physical capabilities. This was due to experiencing space and time in this location of the universe that was associated with the consciousness and energy that existed in this location from the introduction of life when the universe was under formation. This consciousness and energy had transferred out with the universe and existed in this location in the Milky Way galaxy. When consciousness and energy evolve what happens is the memory contained within the consciousness evolves through space and time. Earth and this aspect of life existed in this universal memory at that time period; and was experiencing this with life and existence here. When the universe was being formed like I had described previously what had happened is Universal Consciousness had fought the change and its own evolutionary development which created resistance. When the universe stopped fighting, the pressure was released and the big bang happened.

When the big bang happened a large part of consciousness and energy that was being formed into this universe lost the awareness of itself completely before being introduced into a new state of development as this universe. This is how death was introduced into the universe Page | 95

like I had described above. What happened was consciousness, energy, space and time from that activity contained within the universe transferred into planet Earth and affected the environment.

Living organisms go through the experience of death here and transfer away from planet Earth into the next stage of evolutionary development which is located in the Whirlpool galaxy. This is where human beings were originally introduced into planet Earth from a long time ago with Adam and Eve. This is where they were originally designed at with DNA. What happened with these extinction events is Earth itself has been experiencing death over the last 4 billion years.

This is a result of the consciousness, energy and pressure transferring into Earth from the activity that occurred with the big bang. The most powerful form of this pressure system broke the landmasses apart forming the continents that exist today.

The pressure that has been transferring into Earth’s environment affected the Higgs field and this is why human beings experience death now at an average age of around 80-85 years old. Human beings have not had much interaction with the Higgs field for a very long time here and this is why they age and experience death so quickly.

The second stage of evolution that human beings went through that Charles Darwin described in his work was for a reason. When Earth went through one of its most powerful extinction events; the first stage of human life and everything associated with its existence were wiped out completely. Earth itself is going through a very powerful transition in evolutionary development and Earth’s entire consciousness is evolving. Because Earth in its entirety are evolving consciousness and energy here had to blend in between nature, technology and materialism. This is why human beings experienced the 2nd stage of evolution from primates like Darwin had proposed.

What is happening here now is the Higgs field is evolving through universal development. The activity that occurred with the formation of the universe and the big bang are evolving in this location of the universe. Stonehenge was left by a civilization a very long time ago that archeological records could not indicate due to extreme climactic and geological changes. They left Stonehenge as a monument to symbolize the existence of a previous race of people for future enerations of human beings to see as evidence of life here a very long time ago.

"Understanding The Transformation" By Kent & Renee Miller

We are in the midst of a great Transformation. But it’s not what most people were expecting. For many, the Transformation was going to shift all of humanity in an instant. We would be in this third dimensional reality and then, suddenly, we would be in a new fifth dimensional paradigm. In fact, a friend recently confessed, “We didn’t think it would be like this.” So, what happened?

It encompasses not only the balancing of all of Earth’s scientific fields, but that of all galactic and universal bodies and fields. The transformation is bigger than anyone could have imagined, creating an evolution to a higher expression of all thinking processes and all mass to support a higher transference of thought in an expansion of universal consciousness.

While it will seem as though everything will change in an instant, the moment where our reality shifts will be equivalent to a crescendo of various instruments playing in a long orchestral piece, vibrationally attuning everything in its path. Let’s back up a minute.

Remember all the hoopla around December 21, 2012? What happened? December 21, 2012 was brought into our consciousness through the deciphering of the Mayan calendar. The Mayans had been taught an elaborate system for keeping track of various cycles. They noticed that similar events would occur on certain days within those various cycles. They took that knowledge and projected forward, making predictions for future events. But why did those predictions suddenly come to an end, perpetuating the idea that the world was coming to an end? Because it had come to an end of a much greater cycle. Knowing that our reality was going to change in the next grand cycle, they were unable to predict what would come next.

Earth has come to completion of a larger cycle, which lasts 25, 986 of our Earth years. It does not relate to time as it is understood universally. The Transformation is the period of transition between one grand cycle and the next. It is a rebalancing of everything that is out of balance and upgrading matter to start a new cycle, aligned to a higher vibration. Even subatomic structure is changing to some degree to support a new physical manifestation of a higher value that is able to better communicate with All That Is. This is to exponentially push humanity forward in understanding and spiritual abilities to more closely mirror that of other universal beings.

The purpose of all of creation, which includes our physical existence, is that of ever-expanding spiritual and intellectual understanding.

Universal laws dictate this movement to ensure the expanding Page | 99

conscious value of All That Is. All That is is the variable totality of all consciousness at any given moment. The word variable is used to reflect the fact that consciousness is always changing. Conscious movement occurs when we share information.

As we muddle through our existence on Earth, we are contemplating our events and we are receiving spiritual communication that helps bring clarity to our confusion. But we often do not recognize it as such and usually attribute it completely to our own thoughts.

Channeling, the communication that takes place between another entity and our higher selves and is interfaced by the physical self, brings new understanding of our spiritual being. That communication travels on strings of charged atoms, called plasma cords, within the atmosphere. To upgrade the communication system, there has to be a restructuring of subatomic matter. Our physical bodies also have to be upgraded within its neurological and chemical systems to be able to receive, or receive to a higher degree, this spiritual communication. So, all mass is going through a subatomic change.

This is a period of time where the destruction of one way of life gives way to a new and higher way of life expression. It is the collapse of many institutions that we have created in this completing cycle to force us to reinvent a new way of doing business. We can expect that our financial, educational, governmental, spiritual systems, etc., to drastically change.

Peace rules when everyone understands the more expansive truth.

Our infighting directly correlates to the fact that the truth no longer exists, everyone holding their own truth, but no one holds the universal truth. So, this is a time that is calling out our misperceptions, forcing us to do our own homework as we try to find the truth, correcting our thoughts and beliefs as we piece together the facts we are gathering in the process. This is the introduction of the new conceptual learning for mankind, the collecting of information, connecting the dots, to see the bigger picture. We are moving away from the perceptual learning of the past into our future as conceptual beings.

In addition to improving spiritual communication, our neurochemical systems must go through a physical transformation to be able to process a higher level of information. This change enables the nervous system to work more efficiently, making the connections between various data we have collected in our new conceptual learning. The incoming cosmic rays, beginning around 2010, are transforming our DNA to various degrees, depending on our exposure, creating a new “gamma race.” New DNA expression is also occurring within our children, ushering in a New Age of more gifted humans. This is done in stages: the endigot (not indigo) came first, now the blue ray children are being introduced. In the future the magniferious children will come, bringing exceptional abilities to the human race. All changes will bring humanity’s abilities forward to more closely mirror that of other universal beings, opening up a new era where we will, once again, have a teacher-student relationship with others not from here. Our physical bodies have to change to be able to process the information that will be given to us in the future.

The universe is rebalancing. New learning spheres are being created.

Orbits have to be changed. Earth’s axis will shift, causing a shift in the ocean waters to create balance. New waves of energy are coming in from the universe, causing much volcanic and earthquake activity.

Earth’s surface will be reconfigured, presenting a new classroom for humanity, focused on the natural world and Universal Laws and Concepts. Rain patterns and weather will change, eventually set to create a warmer, more tropical climate for a period of time before a later cooling off arrives.

We are under tremendous change: universal changes, Earth changes, molecular change, physical change, societal change. All this has been occurring for some time, yet, for most, it goes unnoticed. We are in the midst of the Transformation. It is not an easy task and it is stressful to all as the world as we know it is being destroyed to make way for a new and better place. All fields are being corrected and upgraded as we speak. When it everything comes together, and is lined up, our reality suddenly seems to shift. To be clear, we are not moving into the fifth dimension. We will be moving into the shadow of the next dimension, to be prepared. Even so, when all is lined up, the shift occurs and it is then that will seem like it happened in an Page | 101

Here's an Excerpt from Chapter 3: The Resonance of Perception: Instinctive Sensing as a Crucible for the Anomalous The late Donna Williams was a remarkable person. Raised in Australia, she was autistic but didn’t know it until diagnosed at age 26. Up to that point, she had been regarded as exceedingly strange.

“Retarded,” “mental,” “stupid,” and “crazy” were some of the terms used, starting with her own family.

In many respects, Donna was encased in her own world. She would see patterns and spaces, losing herself in what she gazed upon or felt herself a part of. She loved making collections of things and endlessly ordering them. She largely saw parts of people - hands, arms, faces and didn’t easily connect the whole person together. Similarly, the Page | 107

meaning carried by gesture and intonation was often lost, with the sounds of words alone having an impact.

Donna constantly dealt with a barrage of sensation, finding highpitched sounds, bright lights, and even the most basic touch intolerable. Emotion scared her, and she coped by further withdrawing on the one hand and developing a pair of trusty personas on the other. She also, it turned out later, was allergic to various foods; her behavior and demeanor improved to some extent when this was addressed. Donna ultimately became able to feel her feelings rather than being scared by them and retreating into her private, inaccessible world.

A Web of Sensory Impressions In her memoirs, Williams strikes several themes that are highly useful in understanding what it is like to be autistic. Her first key point is that people on the autism spectrum view themselves and the world primarily through a web of sensory impressions, not mental constructs. Whereas most people know a comb, for example, as an object that has utility with hair, and that happens to be flat and has teeth and is often black, for an autistic person that same comb might be fascinating for the scraping sound it makes when run across one’s teeth. In the same way, individuals with autism perceive other people, animals, even insects based on characteristic colors, smells, vocalizations, and movements rather than taking them in as “wholistic” organisms.

A second, fundamentally related point is that people with autism will often “merge” into the web of sensation they are witnessing. They “resonate” with whatever is being experienced, losing their sense of body boundaries so that they seem to become one with the object.

“Suddenly,” observes Williams, “there is no you and what had been you just becomes a tool, like a sponge through which this sensing or resonance is taken in. What is sensed is not taken in by the conscious mind and there is no thought and no reflection, no wonder and no curiosity. There is just a journey into whatever is being sensed.”

Resonance in Autism The “intense world” hypothesis posits that people with autism are bombarded at an early age with sensory stimuli, and that they Page | 108

subsequently withdraw from the world in order to cope. It’s also worth noting that emotional stimuli are as prominent as physical stimuli in that barrage. Donna Williams calls it “an intense, uncontrollable empathy.” Around someone with a broken leg, for instance, she “felt their pain in my leg.” Similarly, “I could feel when people had . . . emotional pain whether they displayed it or not . . . I felt it within me, and [my] connection to my own feelings . . . simply switched off as though some frequency had interfered with my aerial.” The mechanism, as she describes it, is one where too much information is coming though and the person can either attend to the external stimuli or the internal stimuli but not both at the same time.

We Could All Be Born Autistic My proposition is this highly attuned sensing is the “default” setting of human beings, beginning in utero. Gradually, through infancy and childhood, this fluid and multi-modal way of perceiving is superseded (in most people) as neuronal connections mature and sense perception becomes more discrete. Some people, because of a combination of nature and nurture, retain this mode of perceiving to a far greater extent than others. Individuals who are fantasy-prone, or who find themselves easily absorbed into various situations or pursuits, or who are suggestible, or who have thin boundaries are the types of people I mean. For them, it takes little or no effort to slip into a reverie, to empathize intensively, to “merge” into something or someone else, to conjure up a memory with such clarity and vividness that the recollected situation seems to be taking place all over again.

Williams suggests that people with thin boundaries are more likely than others to have anomalous experiences. This is not because they have some sort of arcane psychical powers but because they literally take in more information at a pre-conscious level.

The Centrality of Emotion In reflecting on all we have covered, I return to the centrality of emotion in the formation and expression of self. Emotion is elemental to our existence. It allows us to recognize other people’s state of mind and, just as often, signals to us the state of satisfaction with our own situations and lives. The expression of emotion cements bonds between people - far more than the transmission of thoughts and ideas. Emotion plays a pivotal role in our preconscious, as it flows and manifests in associations, imagery, and dreams. Ultimately, Page | 109

feelings are essential to judgments of self-worth and the meaning of our lives.

The people most sensitive to emotional energy are those whom the rest of us find the most difficult to understand. But, I submit, they have access to a gateway to greater understanding of our embodied existence and the universe we are born into. I am reminded of Donna Williams’ frequent mentions that she was afraid of feelings and repelled by touch for much of her life but that, just the same, she would “resonate” with people and places without conscious effort.

What to Do, Let Alone How to Live and Be, in Corona World These are beyond troubling times. In these - the current word to describe coronavirus' world-wide outbreak is pandemic - peaking times, we acutely search for meaning as keys to responding and resolving.

To uncover meaning and transcendent ways to cope, heal, protect and grow, through and beyond, is all of what I want to offer - and as a working definition of empowerment and transformation. In addition, of course clients have asked me about all this - and also of course, as are we all - I too am in the midst of it, amidst peaking concerns of who I most love, and us all.

Pandemic Anxiety . . . Dysfunction Massive anxiety as a primary response to feeling threatened without key solutions entwines like its own virus in the mix of "flight/fight/freeze". What a prescription for dysfunction . . . which dictates all that plagues us (of course coronavirus, speaking of related experiential meaning, reminds me of the Black Death/bubonic plague that reduced Europe's population during the Middle Ages by nearly half - maybe more), ongoing, in the world.

Dysfunction terribly, tragically reflects powerlessness and pitches endless quick fixes that bargain and increasingly erase conscience Page | 111

and consciousness. Delusional "others" are fabricated as an excuse to dominate and endlessly force submission that destroys everyone.

The Truth About Codependency Specifically codependency results with its lock-in triangle of victim, persecutor, rescuer - and massive degeneration of heightened awareness, personal power and freedom to choose - my longstanding titled real substitutes for the entangled, endlessly used, nonexistent and therefore conflict-ridden word CONTROL. How to breathe through layers of present and past trauma is required to more greatly understand and be in the best position to survive, support the greater good, and develop; which I continue to believe is all our "karma" - and mutual gift for and with each other throughout all the adventures of our well-lived lifetimes - some of which are terrible, tragic challenges, ultimately meant to further force learning and equally peaking, miraculous results.

This always hard-won choice offers ways to become better, just like research in 2014 said after studying the remains of who survived the plague. It noted a significant increase in longevity and overall health, and relatedly improved quality of life and societal functioning than before.

What Are the Real Operative Rules of Life?

Speaking of core meaning, the great rules, as I call them, of how life really is are so profoundly and centrally driven home with the unleashing of coronavirus: 1. Life is endlessly precarious - and regarding its specific course, unpredictable.

2. We are all the same, just humans - no better or worse than each other - in being subject to life's possibilities. THERE ARE NO OTHERS OR WAYS OUT other than death, which remains mysterious, coming in its own way and time to us all.

3. In peaking times and circumstances, in all kinds of ways, related "explosions" occur which always produce "reset" results. In Star Page | 112

Wars terms, resistance is futile . . . but we are enormously, potentially and endlessly adaptable in our creative wherewithal to ride those waves that seek higher resolution.

4. All real resolution, which is an inevitable completion of major cycles of change, are "win-win" - there is no "win-lose" - that is not completion, just perpetuating dysfunctional versions of more of the same real causative factors.

5. Within our real human potential there is always core possibility to find our way through embarking on our own uniquely heroic journeys, speaking of the key messages of Star Wars and all our ongoing myths - to produce our own transformation and become greater; and support the greater good - so much more than we were and understood before.

6. All existence is living energy, whose function is infinite flow/All That Is, forward - there is no going back.

7. Therefore learning is growth - ongoing, endlessly new and creative, expanding through and beyond all that produced it, seeking through unfolding paradoxes, ease through dis-ease - and all related.

What About the Real Operative Ways to Best Cope and Produce Wellbeing?

"Learning to Trust" By Sarah Itkin

The twists and turns of my life never cease to amaze me. My visit from Dr. Wayne Dyer, the deceased internationally renowned author and motivational speaker, truly rocked my world.

Wayne has written 21 New York Times bestselling books and created many video and audio programs. Wayne said, “My purpose is to help people look at themselves and shift their concepts”. His goal was to help us overcome the challenges of being human so we could become the highest and best versions of ourselves.

Before I continue writing, I want to honor Wayne’s friends and family. I can’t imagine how they felt when they lost him.

When I give readings, spirits appear to me in my mind’s eye. They show me specific details so I’m certain I’m connecting to the correct spirit.

For example, if you wanted to connect with your deceased grandmother, she would appear to me in my mind’s eye holding gardening tools and flowers because she liked to garden when she was Page | 116

alive. She would tell me that you liked to walk on the beach together and collect seashells, which you would verify as being correct. Then I would start relaying direct messages.

I was giving a reading to someone who knew Wayne Dyer, and he came through. Afterwards I told my friend Tracy who was a huge Wayne Dyer fan that he came through during my reading (without violating confidentiality). Suddenly Wayne appeared again! I asked him to show me something about himself so I could be certain it wasn’t just my imagination. He showed me that he used to smoke cigarettes. Later I googled “Wayne Dyer and cigarettes” and read that he was a smoker and helped many people quit smoking.

Tracy was excited because she said reading his books helped her overcome very difficult challenges in her life. She asked Wayne several questions which he answered through me. Then he told us we were his protégées and that we could call him Uncle Wayne.

Afterwards I told myself there was no way I could be Wayne Dyer’s protégée and chalked it up to my imagination getting the best of me.

Months later I was sitting in the kitchen by my computer, when Wayne appeared to me in my mind’s eye! I asked him to prove to me that I wasn’t using my imagination, as I never had a visit from a spirit when I wasn’t giving readings.

Wayne told me to look up the facts he was going to share on the computer so I could be certain. First, he showed himself reading a children’s book to me in the children’s section of the library. I googled Wayne Dyer children’s books and saw that he wrote several books.

But then I remember that I’ve seen one of his children’s books before.

I asked Wayne for another sign. He appeared to me sitting on a bench with bare feet, laughing, and shaking his head reluctantly while putting on a pair of men’s dress shoes. I googled Wayne Dyer Shoes, and a blog post titled, All God’s Children appeared. Here’s an excerpt: “In preparation for taping a special for PBS based on my new book, I had to buy shoes. Of course, I argued a good case for going barefoot or wearing my customary sandals, but I was finally persuaded by the good people in charge of the show that I really needed the generally Page | 117

accepted footwear this time. While complaining that my feet, like my soul, prefer freedom, off I went to the nearest shoe store in downtown San Diego. I should have known that the Universe had something in mind” …

I was bowled over.

Still, my inner skeptic wanted another sign. Suddenly I saw a butterfly perched on Wayne’s hand while he was smiling blissfully. I googled “Wayne Dyer butterfly” and pulled up a YouTube video with the same picture I saw in my mind’s eye. The title of the video was “Wayne Dyer’s Amazing Butterfly Story”. In the video, Wayne recounts the story of when a butterfly landed on his hand and stayed with him for hours. Wayne said this was the most profound spiritual experience he ever had.

The butterfly stayed on Wayne’s hand for so long that he was able to have his assistant take a picture! He decided to use that picture as the cover of his book, Inspiration, Your Ultimate Calling.

At that point I couldn’t deny the fact that Wayne Dyer was with me. I was so excited I wanted to jump out of my skin. As soon as I calmed down, Wayne told me he wanted to be my teacher. In my mind’s eye he handed me an expensive looking pen and told me I was to write a book. I would channel his teachings and share my own experiences and lessons I learned from my angels and guides.

He wanted me to read a book about Miracles. I thought he was referring to the book The Course of Miracles, but a few minutes later I found a book of his titled “Magic and the Art of Creating Miracles” under my bed. A friend gave me that book a few years prior and I remember thinking to myself that I would never read it. I accepted it as my first homework assignment.

But once again, the doubt crept in. I accused myself of making up the idea that Wayne wanted me to write a book. He appeared again, shaking his head, holding a large mango in his hand. I googled Wayne Dyer Mango, and what I found blew me away.

I pulled up an excerpt of the book Big Beliefs in Small Bites: The Pilgrims Project by Reg Nicholson on google books. He Writes: “… The bestselling author Dr. Wayne W. Dyer gives us an interesting illustration to describe faith. He calls it the Mango Experience.

When Speaking to a large audience he invites someone who has never tasted a mango to volunteer for a little experiment. Then he asks people who have tasted a mango to tell the volunteer exactly how a mango taste.

As each person attempts to convey the flavor of a mango, they realise how fruitless their attempts are. The conclusion is that it is impossible to convey this information in words. Wayne Dyer says the mango tasting exercise is analogous to our ability to have faith when there is doubt".

I also clicked on a link that led me to Wayne’s introduction in his book “Inspiration, Your Ultimate Calling”. He writes: “…This is the most personal book I’ve ever written…I’ve chosen to use examples of my own life-that is, those I’ve experienced firsthand…I discovered as I went along that, in order to write a such a deeply felt subject as inspiration, I needed to convey what I felt as authentically as possible. Just as one can never actually know what a mango tastes like from another person’s description; I wouldn’t have adequately been able to convey my familiarity with the experience of inspiration by citing case studies of others…”

I had no choice but to trust that Wayne really did want me to be his student. Someone asked me why I was so full of doubt in the first place when I channel angels for a living. I know that angels surround all of us with love and support, and many people can communicate with them.

But writing a book under Wayne’s guidance felt so outlandish. I never considered myself to be smart enough to write a book, even though two psychics told me I was going to write one eventually. I also put Wayne on a pedestal as an enlightened spiritual guru, and it was difficult to believe that his spirit would single me out as one of his Page | 119

students (I’m assuming he’s chosen others to work with as well.

I asked Wayne how the book would ever see the light of day. A few weeks later I gave a reading to New York Times Bestselling Author Leanne Ely. It felt like Wayne burst into my consciousness, and I started channeling him directly. During the reading Wayne told me the author would be my teacher.

Afterwards I shared my story with Leanne and she said she would help me become known and introduce me to her agent when my book was complete!

I have felt more guided, supported and loved ever since Wayne showed up in my life. Now I can talk to him whenever I need to. He’s given me advice when I think I’m not smart enough to write, how to move through anxiety, sadness, fear, and I’m learning how to channel his teachings.

"Two Religions One Heart? Believe Me You Are Not Alone!” By Leticia Ferrer-Rivera

Religious and spiritual practices have taken a twist within the last decade, especially when it comes to individuals (like me), who have their heart shared (not divided) between two or more religions. There are still a lot of taboo and misconceptions around this.

At first, I had issues and this internal fight with the male God of the Catholic side, as I never had issues on continuing my connection with the Virgin Mary in all her ways. I also have a connection with certain Orishas from the Santeria like Yemayá and Oshún, but for now let’s keep it Wiccan Catholic and I will go deeper on the Orishas at a later date.

I have discovered through different groups in social media that I am not the only person with this “debate” and the feelings are similar, especially for the new ones who are starting to walk the road now.

That motivated me to write this article as I have not seen any other on the internet yet. So, I want to let you all know that you are not alone.

How did I give myself permission to continue sharing my heart within all these deities and spiritual connection with all the divine at the same time? The more I studied Wicca the more I saw there were no Page | 121

specific rules, so staying more on the Wicca side, I felt freedom of religion and freedom to reach up to connect with each of the divine beings, but each of them are there for specific situations. I am going to share a bit of how I have made it work, I hope it helps you too or at least to ignite your own creative way of making it happen.

My method has been the following: 1- I started doing separate meditations in order to find the type of feelings I had for each side and to find the purpose on connecting with each of the deities I decided to work with.

2- Try choosing the keep specific deities. An example is let’s say I made my choice for keeping Diana (to me is The Moon Goddess too), Kernunos, Virgin Mary, Other Goddesses like Freya, Hecate and Persephone, and other forms of Gods like the Green Man and the Sun God. 3- The Angelic Realm is across the board in all religions. I also have started working with the main four Archangels and this year I started working with the rest of them. I did the same regarding studying them and getting to know each of them personally by connecting with them following the messages they send me.

4- Study deities and Archangels both ways, in literature and personally. During all these years I understood that you have to maintain a strong spiritual connection with each of them (as much as you can), but also they will be there for you no matter what.

5- I also learned that some likes to receive an offering when working with you, some likes a prayer, and some do not ask for anything and are there for you unconditionally.

6- I also learned that you do not summon or call the wrong deity, it can be dangerous (some Goddesses who have a dark side can get upset), it can be disappointing and definitely will not work. You will immediately feel the energy that you are working with the wrong deity.

7- Something I made was altars for the four main Archangels and one for the Virgin Mary in a separate room. I learned very quick that it is Page | 122

healthier to maintaining them in separate rooms, even if you say a prayer that includes them all.

8- I also have created temporary Crystal Grids or smaller altars for other deities I do not normally work on a daily basis, but to honor them, call upon them or even just show them gratitude I consider that creating smaller areas for them, even if it is a temporary one, helps a lot with the connection, the intention and the results.

9- When it comes to wearing sacred jewelry, I always felt that mixing a cross with a Pentacle felt great. It feels like the highest level of protection, similar to the one you feel when carrying or wearing Jet or Black Obsidian. This is because I found that people (and me) do not click necessarily with the religion itself, but the click is with the deities.

10- I learned that they all love incense, smudge, candles, oils and crystals and that makes it easy as I can light a candle with one incense stick and it covers all, I do not have to ignite anything for anyone specifically, unless I am summoning or evoking someone for a specific ritual or intention.

11- The divine has specific colors they like, so for requesting help for a specific issue, I use the crystal(s) or candles with the colors of the deity I want to get attention from. This is not only applied to Archangels, but it is across the board, in all religions and deities in the World. Same applies for aromas, they have their preference.

What I am sharing here is what I have discovered in my years of experience but also in some literature I have search and read for different deities and the Archangels. It is imperative you really get to know the deities you want to connect and work with, it is important to feel each of them around you and in your heart. It is important you talk to each of them and you show them gratitude in different ways, even by saying a short “thank you�, it is important to be grateful for them and what they help you with in your life. Feel free to use this as a starting guide or to get more ideas.

I was at an event, listening to a speaker when my neighbor was saying that there is so much to learn. She was wondering out loud how she can accomplish this. She's motivated and wants to get on it now. I knew what she was talking about and I knew what she needed. We believe that everyone has an internal spark of the Divine (imminent) that longs to connect with the external Divine (transcendent) of the Universe itself. ● Balance is a personal goal of our spirituality so we have done Shadow Work and will continue to do so as needed along with a focus on spiritual growth and development. ● To work on balance, we know that the worlds of the magickal and the mundane overlap constantly and we call these meeting points, the betwixt and between places and the blurred lines between, “The Hedge”. A hedge marks a boundary yet is also porous to allow energy to move freely back and forth. ● We are Witches who practice the Craft. We define crafting as using our individual creative gifts to write rituals and spells, to make items as touchstones to remind us that we are the magick, and to perform daily practices to enhance our spirituality. ● We choose to work with the yearly Solar Cycle in very different ways. We believe that the stories of the relationship between the God and Goddess told to explain these eight festivals are parables to introduce individuals to shifts in energy and have split the eight into two sets of four. The first are the Sabbats which are the Solstices and Equinoxes where the focus is on very specific energy shifts between Light and Dark Energies throughout the year. The other four, which The Path titles the Cross-Quarter Times, are periods of time where one of the Physical Elements’ Energy is more available allowing us to focus on specific workings dealing with inspiration and creativity, growth of our practice foundations, analyzing our personal beliefs, and emotional work. ● To us, all space is sacred and we choose to cast a circle as a way to contain energy we raise for various workings rather than as a space to keep energy out. The Old Gods are not from a specific pantheon, but are the commonalities that ancient peoples chose to worship to explain natural phenomena such as storms or moving waters or to understand human emotions such as love or anger. There are two types of Ancestors, personal from whom we are descended through genetic connections and spiritual which are those who were Witches before us.

We choose to call our practice The Path because we have studied and practiced to learn to recognize the next step along our spiritual journey. At heart, we are seekers of knowledge, personal and practical, that we can adapt to craft rituals and spells that create the internal changes we need to become our most authentic selves. "Ancestral Cycles" By Aeolea Wendy Burrell and Peter Doughty Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with our roots through the ancient art/science of astrology.

We offer a glimpse into the current celestial cycles under which we are all currently operating, so that we may have some awareness of how to use these energies for the highest and best possible outcomes.

To fully understand personal impact from these energy patterns, it is necessary to know one’s own birth chart, but much can be learned by staying alert to the world around us.

We will again begin by focusing on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest-moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer. Since, in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday life - it is also the most easily observed in a personal way.

For the first two weeks of this month we will undoubtedly be dealing with the fallout from the Taurus Full Moon Oct. 31, which strongly featured Uranus, the planet of sudden change, and most likely has brought a surprise or two. On Nov. 15 the New Moon in late Scorpio suggests an opportunity for each of us to begin a new cycle of emotional deep cleansing in concert with practical organization, as it supportively connects with the Capricorn cluster. At this time also, these era-defining planets in Capricorn (Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto and Pallas) are in a tense configuration with Venus, the goddess of love, harmony and beauty, in justice-loving Libra. Finding equity, direction or purpose in the rapidly changing social and economic landscape that is our current life will be highlighted and may be challenging.

On Nov. 30, the Full Moon in early Gemini is also a partial Lunar Eclipse which, if skies are clear, should be visible locally at 4:29 am.

In addition to being visible in the U.S., bestowing even more significance, it is also making contact with freedom-questing Uranus in the Sibly chart (1776) of our country. This taps even more deeply into our well of unexpected developments over the coming months.

Those born on or close to Nov. 30 and May 30 can expect to feel this most strongly.

At the start of the month, Mercury (communications) in fair-minded Libra is concluding its last retrograde of 2020. It will station (appear to stop) on Nov. 3, the final day of the U.S. election. When a planet stations, its significance is magnified and up for review. In this case, we will likely be focused on reconsidering the accuracy of information and viewpoints around us. On Nov. 10, Mercury moves into deeplytransformative, investigative Scorpio until Dec. 1. We should prepare for uncertainty about the outcome of this election in the near future.

Mercury was similarly positioned in 2000, a year marked by the Bush/Gore deadlock. All indications point toward an even more tumultuous period for months beyond election day this year, related to other planetary cycles.

Venus moved into the artistic sign of Libra on Oct. 28, with which she is strongly associated. Through the first three-week stretch of November, our attention with be drawn even deeper into social awareness and issues of fairness. On Nov. 21 she moves into mysterious Scorpio, characterized by focusing even more intensely on Page | 132

complicated emotions.

During this entire time period, Venus will remain visible in the predawn sky, and if you’re up that early, look to the east. She shines very brightly and is easy to spot with the naked eye.

The prevailing potent planetary player for the second half of this year and especially in November is Mars, bright and red in the night sky, rising in the east after nightfall. Its energetic prominence is due to several factors: First, it is rare for Mars to spend six months in Aries; the last time this occurred was 1988, a year also marked by heat and drought. Second is the fact that it is in a very tense configuration with the historic group of planets in Capricorn. Mars has been retrograde since Sept., and on Friday Nov. 13 appears to stop (station) once again to make the third and final run at the gauntlet that is the Capricorn cluster. This week will undoubtedly mark an important energy shift, especially in the realm of political and military matters.

Altogether, warrior Mars will have been retrograde for nine weeks and its influence will continue even afterward, challenging the “old boys network� meeting in the Capricorn board room well into Jan. 2021. Venus joins the dynamic configuration also, bringing the feminine perspective on justice into the mix - again. Tensions will be sky-high, and it will be most important to choose our battles wisely. It IS possible to use these energies productively in order to avoid being abused by them. Those born Jan. 5-17, April 4-16, July 7-19 and Oct. 820 will register these climactic energies in their personal lives most strongly.

The planets beyond Mars move more slowly through the zodiac.

Jupiter (expansion) and Saturn (restriction) have a regular cycle of coming together every twenty years. Their union registers with great significance in social, economic and political terms worldwide. Since they are slow movers, we feel the effects of this pattern long before they meet late this year on the Winter Solstice, Dec. 21. Before leaving the Capricorn boardroom, Jupiter (largess) will meet with Pluto (deep transformation) for the third and final time. These planetary energies will continue to work on what remains of the ‘Old System’; the established structures which includes big money in technology, banking and oil. We will no doubt be able to watch those in power try to hold onto what is left of their tight grip. This is also leading up to the exact Pluto return in the Sibly chart of the U.S. in 2022/23. This has never happened before in the history of our country, and it means that the planet of death and rebirth will return to where it was approximately 246 years ago when the American nation began, and will continue to feed the evolution of who we are collectively and what this country wants to grow into going forward.

And finally on Nov. 29, Neptune (illusion, delusion and vision) will appear to stop in the middle of dreamy Pisces and resume its slow forward motion. As noted in reference to other planets, these stations are especially potent moments. Whether it begins or ends retrograde phases of the cycle, the energies are intensified. Neptune signifies great collective dreams as well as individual fantasies. We can reliably expect a disruption in the flow of ongoing processes. This may be most apparent in the rear-view mirror due to the subtle ways of both Neptune and Pisces. But it is there. Tuning into it is apt to require being still and quiet.

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet” because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

"Helping - Spirit Uranus Talks" By Hanni Salovaara

In your world you talk a lot about helping and healing, like Christ healed with his own existence and his energy field, but man has the possibility to do the exact same when he chooses into his life love and the will to help. His energy field is then very healing and he heals merely by his existence, when every individual who is in this phase, is in his own existence as healing as Christ without knowing it. Love and a will to help is always constructive, for then every word and action is constructive. Then man serves himself, and when man serves himself, he serves everything everywhere. It is in him and he does not have to think about it separately, for service is then realized in his presence alone in everything in his life. For instance, he is standing in a line in a store and is thinking about preparing lunch, and in front of him in the line is a very distressed person whose life is in a complete knot and who sees no other choice than to end his life through his own hand. Behind the person who is thinking about the lunch is a person who has been suffering from pains for a long time. The person who is thinking about the lunch has been waiting to heal his neighbors for a long time, but he does not know that he is healing at that very moment. The distressed person standing in front of him finds suddenly a thought that brings hope at which life opens, and he will not end his life that day. The person suffering from pains suddenly notices that his pains have been alleviated and he is feeling well. What happened? What happened was what happens all the time: energy communicated with energy as it does all the time everywhere, and the Page | 150

energy field of the person who wants to help received the distressed person’s request of help.

On the other hand, helping is not always that one wants to help another person see his situation as brighter, but it is often that one is able to accept the state of the other and also support the other in it. It is respecting the other person, when one lets him live that state and experience those emotions which the other feels that he needs, no matter what they might be. If one strives for too much in helping, it becomes the opposite, and the situation does not serve anymore; then the counter force really starts working. If I try to do everything at once, I no longer serve the person who asks me to help, but I then serve myself and my identity: “I am good and capable! I can help this much!” If I amass more responsibility than what my share is, I do not respect the person who is being helped, for if one tries to give the Lord’s word to a hungry person, it creates frustration and even anger in him. We can regard him as an ungrateful person, this person who is about to die of hunger because, even at the moment of death, his last words are full of anger. We look down on him and feel great pity: “Where might that one end up!” We try to save him and give him that which is necessary and important to us at that moment, for in our great selfishness, we do not pay attention to him but we want to give him our own importance. We want him to notice how much we already know and can and how good and admirable we are. In our own importance and self-admiration, we are blind to his needs. When he asks for a bowl of wine, we hand him our own importance, when the result is that we cannot help him at all. The one who is being helped becomes more and more locked, and the helper remains in a perfect delusion which only takes him away from himself.

It is very important to realize this if one really wants to help, for every moment when I am in myself is helping. Helping cannot be defined or foreshadowed for it comes unexpectedly. If one starts to analyze helping, the moment when one could serve another can be over. The helper would have had the exactly suitable words inside him, and the situation would have become a discussion serving both, for true helping always serves both the helper and the recipient of help. The recipient of help gets then help, and the helper gets understanding, for understanding expands his ability to be aware of things. The form of helping has no importance whatsoever, and you cannot demarcate Page | 151

it either, for it is only about that you yourself understand what helping truly is. The foundation of helping is always honesty without requirements, and if something else is involved in it, it does not serve neither of them, when both the helper and the recipient of help are alone in that state. Alone the thought “Now I can help” should set the alarm bells ringing in the helper, for then it very soon becomes a game in which one plays a good helper and a good recipient of help. It does not serve neither of them, for no true interaction will come of it, and that who is being helped will not get help.
