"The Energetic Dance of Friendships" by Michelle J. Howe

We choose our circle of friends.

We dance with them.

Why do we choose certain people, and not others, to dance with us?

There is one word that explains our decisions.

The word is RESONANCE. Resonance is a metaphysical term describing a subconscious energy dynamic that is plays a role in our decision making.

The term ‘resonance’ measures our desire, drive or lack thereof for an idea, person, place or thing. It measures our agreement or lack thereof to an idea, person, place or thing. Resonance measures our general feeling or vibe.

To be ‘in resonance’ feels expansive, appropriate and comfortable. In this way, we move towards something that resonates with us.

To experience ‘no resonance’ is sometimes referred to as ‘dissonance’. It shows up as a repulsion or aversion. In this way, we stand back from it.

Resonance shows up when you experience: • An immediate liking or attraction to one another.

• An interest and commonality of interests.

• A feeling of excitement or a similar sense of humor.

• A synchronicity of sorts that allowed you to meet.

When a thought, idea, place or thing holds resonance for us, we listen, connect or, gravitate towards it.

When a person shares a resonance with us, the stage is set to come together. The doors open for this individual to step more fully into our life.

They come into our sacred space and, we dance together.

Resonance begins the dance – to learn, share or support one another.

The dance of friendship isn’t always smooth.

There can be a mix of fun and entertainment. There can be casual enjoyment of time spent together or jarred engagement. There can also be conflict as well – as friends don’t always agree.

The dance continues for a season, a reason or a lifetime. It ends when there is no longer a desire, drive or circumstance that brings the two together.

Within each dance, the melody changes with twists and turns.

Each dance brings unique energy dynamics between you.

Positive dynamics includes companionship, laughter, dependability or affirmation of value, love, affection, etc.

Negative dynamics include drama, lack of validation, dismissive attitudes, betrayal, etc.

Neutral dynamics brings a steady, comfortable and paced connection between you. In this way, you accept one another, there is a vibrational match between you and, an equal exchange of energy.

Within neutral dynamics, each person allows space for independence and interdependence. Within these wonderful dynamics, each person takes special care and responsibility for themselves and their life.

Why don’t we all embrace neutral dynamics in our friendships?

Unfortunately, neutral dynamics are not the norm. Most people engage in a friendship dance with a mix of negative and positive dynamics.

Neutral dynamics are precious and rare. They show up in select relationships or friendships that involve old souls who are deeply aware of their heart connection.

Old soul are awakening today to embrace neutral energy dynamics. Their goal is to empower themselves – to enjoy beautiful connection, support and harmony with others.

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. I would like to continue and expand the subject of "connection," which I started earlier today.

There are so many questions that Humans have about this seemingly intangible idea of a Creator, or God, or of a source that is beyond your Page | 17

imagination, yet that's one that some how you’re directly connected to. It's also very difficult for you to truly believe that there is an entourage, if you want to call it that, or a group around each of you all of the time. This intangible spiritual group knows your name, and not the name you have now. The name is of a soul group, the name is bigger even than you can imagine, the name itself exists in light, and the name is not an identifier, but rather a descriptor of magnificence. It is patterned and speaks of your soul group in this galaxy that belongs to Earth.

God In Human Box If I could summarize all of this, let me again say that "God knows you," and this, dear ones, has to be either fully realized or somehow trained into a Human Being. The reason for this is common and obvious and I will go into this yet again. Humans have the perception that everything around them that exhibits any intelligence will echo a Human’s intelligence. When you have a pet, and of course the pet cannot understand your language, you still talk to them as though they understand everything. You project your humanism and emotion on the animal to communicate, even though the animal has no idea what you’re saying or doing. However, that animal can feel the love that you have since love is universal. Human consciousness is not.

In reference to the creative source, I’ll call this issue the "God in a Box" syndrome, and the box is a Human box that you perceive God exists within.

The Human projects everything that is Human nature onto the almighty.

God is then portrayed simply as a super Human, but with the same dysfunctions as Humans: anger, disappointment, judgment and punishment. I’ve told you that every civilization on this planet has done the same thing yours has done. I’ve also told you that you are civilization number five. You are also the civilization that would be present during the precession of the equinoxes (2012) and would have the ability to see the shift.

Other Civilizations Before Yours Other civilizations before yours have gone through similar things. We don’t speak much of that yet because most of humanity doesn’t believe it.

You are told that civilization is only 6,000 or 7,000 years old. I have told you that you’ve been here more like 50,000 to 60,000 years. Would it shock you if I told you that some of the inventions you have, the basic ones such as electricity, were present early in your civilization (5,000 years old) but also in the civilizations before yours. The common sense reason is that Page | 18

electricity is easily discoverable. Nature produces it and anyone watching and looking and interested with an inquiring mind can discover how to eventually create it. So you’re not the first, and it leads to things which I’ll mention in just a moment. However, the other civilizations before yours also did the same thing with God in a box.

The Dream of Communication Communication is interesting with humanity. It has always been paramount with you, staying in touch. Let’s talk only about your current civilization and what happened very early. It's so interesting that you feel you’re so technical right now. Actually, your technology is very high compared to your past. However, your ancestors also had high-tech in their own way. What if I told you that long before the telegraph or the radio or the telephone, you had a system of communication at the speed of light, but only about 20 miles at a time? You may laugh, but it's true! Your ancestors did it. All they had to do was climb a mountain and get smoke signals to the next mountain. That's communication at the speed of light, 20 miles at a time. One mountain group would talk to another that would talk to another that would talk to another. The language was perhaps a little inelegant (not many words), but it was very fast communication. It was needed, figured out, and used for thousands of years.

The continuous dream of inventors has always been "instant communication". In a very early time, if you wanted to send a message to a family member in a town or a village that was far away, the system was to write a note, get on an animal of some kind and ride the animal to the next town. That eventually became the mail. Today you laugh at how slow that might have been, for sometimes you would say “hello” in a letter and three weeks later you’d get a “hello” back. That was as good as it got.

In about the 1700s in your civilization, along came a system of the telegraph (based on electricity) where you could then send messages through code at long distances. One hundred years later, this led to the invention of radio and then the inventions suddenly came quickly and you could communicate to another continent in real time. Some thought that was about as good as it would get, and they said so in publications of the day.

Next you did it with pictures, then with video, and now dear ones, the world is yours through simple devices you carry in your pocket. If someone has the correct equipment on the other side of your pocket device Page | 19

transmission, you could talk to the planet and they could all hear you at once. The secret, of course, is "all of you having the correct equipment".

It's interesting, isn't it, that communication to God was always linked to your current Human abilities and invention. In an older energy, when nobody could dream of instant communication with everyone else, you had to approach God in a limited way. Someone else with training and awareness was needed, and you talked to them, and they talked to God. In addition, it was like smoke signals in that there weren't many words. This whole idea is centuries old, but still exists today. So, you limited the "receiving equipment" of God to exactly what you were able to do or imagine as a Human. It was slow, not very clear, and someone else had to go "ride somewhere else" to deliver your message [a metaphor]. Do you see a bias?

Even today you haven't extrapolated your new technological improvement on your "God Box". Did you realize that? You’re still sending letters. Now many might say, "Well, wait a minute. That’s not true. I can pray and I know God hears me,”That is so, dear ones, but you’ve always felt it was one way because you never felt that God could hear you enough to give you an answer immediately. The perception was that God never had the "equipment" because you never did. How quaint of you.

This continues even today. There’s no technology high enough to have a real-time communication with Spirit or God where you could have a back and forth message at the speed of light. it simply is not acceptable thought.

Don’t you find this odd, when Humans can do it between themselves? Does that make you wonder what the real "technology of God" might be – one that has no bearing on what Humans have invented or can imagine?

Even today, most of humanity still has to go through some kind of interloper that translates your message. Sometimes it's through an existing living Human and sometimes it's through a prophet who is no longer alive, but it's still "God in a Box". Somehow God simply can't be next to you – only the Human facsimiles can. I told you this morning that it gets even more dysfunctional than that, because this process is often accompanied with steps of achievement or funding in order for you to "receive your message". Humanity still has no widespread perception of an immediate connection to the creative source. By the way, that's what's coming next, with Human evolution of consciousness.

Dear ones, all of this seeming dysfunction is truly understandable because this is the only model of communication you have. That model is yourself and humanity in general, so if there’s an almighty God somewhere, the logical perception is that to get to this source, you must do the same kinds of things you might have to do if you needed to get to any world leader.

There might be all manner of steps, procedures and activities that you do in order to achieve that communication, and all of those would be a mirror of what you do as Humans with Humans.

The Equipment is There, Always Has Been We told you this morning that truly, you’ve got the equipment already inside you for instant communication with the creative source of the Universe – God. You had this equipment even when you were doing smoke signals and sending letters with express riders on horses. You had this stellar speed-of-thought communication at the very beginning of your civilization, but you didn’t understand this because you always applied the process of prayers to God to the process that you communicate together.

What’s interesting is that you never updated your God Box! Even today for most of humanity, you are taught that it is difficult to speak directly to the Creator. One person even reported, "The Internet is just a little too hightech for God." A Different Energy and Perception My message is this: You have always had a 100 percent speed-ofconsciousness connection to the creative source. The reason? The logic?

It's because the creative source knows you and your soul. The Creator made you in the image of love. You are not a stranger to God. Here is another interesting thing about how Humans have handled their mythology. If indeed a mythological God can hear or see you, then be careful, for you will also be judged for what is "heard". Do you see any bias in this? No matter who you were as a child, Santa Claus could hear all of the requests at the same time worldwide. However, you better be good, or you don’t get a present. See where you go with this? Here is "God in a Box" for you: Even if Humans believe they can communicate with God, there’s still the question, "What does God think about what I said or did? Is it possible that Spirit can be angry or judgmental?” Anger? The answer is no.

That is a low consciousness Human emotion. Judgment? No. That is a Human nature reaction. "God in a Box” is God in YOUR box. Understand how this has worked?

Emotions and the Creator "Kryon, you told us that Spirit has compassion. Isn’t that a Human emotion?” No, dear ones, that is a Creator attribute that you get by being a Human. Listen: Love, compassion, benevolence and the coherence of putting things together are all attributes given to you from the creative source. Humor is also from the creative source. The creativity of music, the idea of harmonies causing emotional effects and sending you into coherence, is right from the creative source. These attributes represent things given to you in light that you have free choice to use or not. They are then balanced with the things you create as a Human in the darkness. That is the definition duality. It is the Human Being's perception of where to place their importance within their own consciousness. It's the balance of light and dark in your world. But make no mistake: What you consider as the emotions of love and compassion are right from the Creator.

Where Do you Go From Here?

So, what's next? Once you get to the place where you realize you don’t have to climb stairs or go through someone else to get to the original creative source of the Universe, it's far easier than you think to proceed with great communication. First, do you really believe all this? If so, you can sit in your chair, know you are magnificent (created in the image of Love) and say, "Dear Spirit, I know you are with me. Dear Spirit, I know you are here.

Dear Spirit, I expect benevolent things in my life because that is the plan you have allowed for me."

Once you get to that stage, dear ones, you simply have thrown the switch that was always there. From now on, you begin to get real communication and results. But here is where it also gets difficult. "Kryon, you are wrong.

I've tried this and nothing has happened. Kryon, it doesn't work.” I wish I could take you by the hand and lead you to higher consciousness, but I can't. It must be your own free choice, and how you do it is important. You see, the switch you throw isn't done with your linear mind. It's done with your aware, consciousness mind. It's done with faith and understanding, patience and trust in God. Many just "try it" and never understand that it's a full consciousness experience, and not a "I'll try it" experience. However, unless you actually begin to understand and love yourself, nothing much is going to happen. More on that in a moment.

You are not in a box either. Let us say, for instance, you are a healer, and for so many years you’ve had the gifts and the tools of healing. Let's say for the past years there has been frustration because these past gifts either don’t work all the time, or they work in ways that you haven't seen before, or you feel you cannot control them. For any of these situations, it would be because those gifts are using spectacularly advanced energy that most Humans do not have. Do you know how to work with this? Most do not, due to the God in the Box bias. It even frustrated the shamans of old that sometimes the healings occurred and sometimes they didn’t. That even got them in trouble because those around them expected linearity in healing.

They expected the linearity that happens when you cook a meal or make something. They expected a paradigm that is far different from what a healer has. Good communication with Spirit creates good results in your life, but it must be a non-linear communication that creates it. What is that really? It's a "trust me" paradigm. Can you explain love? Can you explain the compassion of God? These concepts are totally out of linear thinking, yet you can use then and trust them.

Most of you are attempting to work with non-linear energy in a linear world, and it's tough. It's tough because thinking in a linear way is an actual habit of reality. If you still think in a linear way about God, your efforts to really communicate will be limited. Metaphor coming: Imagine you want to call God on your cell phone. Common sense says hold it high and get a better signal. But instead you dig a hole and stand in it, since you don’t understand the technology, and people you trust have told you that you must be "grounded" to talk with God. You see? That limits the cell signal, but it's old logic. That's a very simply example of old thinking about a new paradigm.

You have an entourage around you and every single one of those in the entourage loves you dearly. However, they continue to watch you flounder in many of these things because in some ways you still have the bias of God in a Box. Even if you believe you can communicate instantly, you still don’t think God cares enough to work with you on the issue – honest. Free choice allows you to continue this all your life.

"Kryon, I'm fine. I know what I'm doing with Spirit. Don't tell me that I'm still biased in linearity.” Really? How do you think about yourself? Do you feel magnificent or are there some real issues with personal things that you can't shake? Your healing work with others and your own issues will absolutely be affected by how you feel about yourself. Period. That's a fairly new attribute that comes with advanced energy.

Many of you might go a lifetime or decades with an entourage around you, begging you to just ask and work things out because you are in communication and the line is open. However, you can't go any further than the true amount you can love yourself.

There is a new reality I want to tell you about. You really have only gone to first base, as they say. You just threw the switch and now you can talk. But what if God then talks in another language? Actually, you see that it's not a language at all, but a consciousness that needs to be interpreted. What if you need to put some things together that you never thought about to make these communications better?

The Communications Kit Imagine another metaphor. You are now being asked to help "design" your gifts – this means the healer as well as the non-healer. The gifts are the tools for good spiritual communication for every Human on the planet.

God in a Box can't work now, since that is a Human construct. Old habits of thinking about how things work cannot be in your mind. You have to think out of the box to now understand how to do things.

So, now you must design or construct something that has your stamp on it.

After all, multidimensional things require the energy of consciousness, not stair climbing or bead counting. So, let's say the pieces and parts of what you must create all land in your lap so that you can design them. Imagine the cook somehow getting all the ingredients falling out of the sky and there they are, with all those parts of the meal around them. But the frustration is that the cook does not recognize any of the new ingredients!

Things don't make sense, yet the cook is a good one. But suddenly someone says, "Are the ingredients multidimensional?"

You answer, "Yes. They must be. That's why I don't recognize them."

"Then why don’t you just use your intuition and put them together without using the linearity of the experience of past cooking or having to understand every piece and part?"

You answer, "I can do that! Now I get it!"

So, even though the ingredients that go into the potential meal are a mystery in a linear way, it's okay. Because now when you add the intuition and magic of an advanced consciousness that says, "I don't have to understand things in the way I used to in order to be able to create Page | 24

magnificent things in my life.” The meal starts to cook itself! What guidelines did the master painter follow on the blank canvas? What sounds did the master composer hear when he wrote the symphony? See? It all came through intuition.

That metaphoric meal you cook will be more nourishing than anything you ever made before, but you never thought about cooking those odd, nonlinear ingredients, did you? You never thought you were in control enough to design the pieces and parts of the gifts you have, did you? You never thought you were worthy of it, did you?

Perhaps, just perhaps, you are still entertaining the habits of God in a Box. Again, the more you love yourself and trust in your intuitive self, the clearer the communication.

Not too long ago, we gave you a message that if you are a healer or you have any kind of gifts of Spirit, they’re going to increase. We told you that in this new light/dark relationship, suddenly you’re going to find yourself with an increased potential. You may see things you never expected or never had seen before. Results in your work may double, triple or even more. Did it ever occur to you how this is going to happen? Did you think you might actually be involved in the new design of the gifts? Perhaps you just thought they would appear and work? Not a chance. Oh, they will appear alright, but they will be uncontrollable for you. They will just fly around and come out (or stop) any time they want. Frustrating? Yes. That’s what will happen unless you understood the beauty of the design that you have around you, and how you are being asked to work with the new tools in ways you never did before – with no linearity – with nothing anyone has ever told you before.

"Okay Kryon, you got my attention. I’m a healer. Give me something practical. How do I design it? How do I cook the meal?"

How It's Done Dear ones, you have an open communication with an entourage that knows your name and who sits there when you’re awake or asleep, looking at you.

I want you to have a communication right now, like so: "Dear entourage, dear Spirit, thank you for these marvelous gifts. I now realize that it’s time for me to help design the improvement since they have my name on them.

Give me the intuition and the energy I now believe in, which helps me to know what to do with them. Do this with me in order to suppress the things that need suppressing and release the things that need releasing. Let me Page | 25

have the patience for the timing of it. Let me do all these things in love and compassion."

Repeat this as often as it takes for you to believe it. It actually only really takes one verbalization, dear ones; however, repeating it lets the linear part of you hear it and believe it. After a while, the process then becomes this: You start to get the intuition you need and you start expecting the results. Then things start to work. Next, you want some more! Then you start expecting more! It’s a process like exercising a muscle, so you practice and practice and soon you realize that with the help of the entourage around you, it indeed is working.

Lightworkers, listen: Spirit knows you so well, however many of you are sitting in this group or listening to these words and I want you to know that there is a custom pattern for each of you to help you drop your fear and to help you get control of your biology. All of these things have your name on them. What this means is that this process is not a generic "take a pill" experience. It's customized for your own consciousness and energy. All this happens through communication.

It’s not too much for Spirit to listen to millions at the same time! That’s the spectacular energy of the consciousness of God. But it's also possible for Spirit to work individually with millions at the same time for a solution, and to create synchronicity that is outside of "luck" and what you think is possible. Don’t limit what you think is possible just because you don’t believe you are in touch to a high degree. You are. That’s the invitation.

The invitation is to begin to understand all this.

If you think God is too far away to hear you, there is going to be an issue.

That's God in a Human Box. However, if you think you can whisper and be heard and loved by the eternal creative source, then you’re on the right track. You see, it's not linear, is it? It's not the physics you have been taught, is it? It's not the doctrine of spirituality on Earth that you have been taught, is it? What if, just what if, God is bigger than anything you were ever taught? What if, just what if, I'm correct and you are indeed magnificent in the eyes of God? Are you getting this? Ponder this message in a way that allows for truth to appear to you individually and understand that this is personal and customized energy just for your life. "The Truth and Answers About Free Healthcare" By Gabriel of Urantia

Jesus wasn’t a politician. However, I recently watched both Democratic and Republican debates. I was hoping to watch a third-party debate, but that’s another article. Maybe 10 minutes of the more than four hours of presentations were spent on the need for free national healthcare. And in those 10 minutes, from all of the candidates, I think I understood about 5 seconds of their 26-letter, bureaucratic jargon—jargon that really means nothing. As the Native American elders would say, “They speak with forked tongue.”

In order to talk about “free” anything, you have to realize what the root of the problem is. And that is: plain greed. You see, doctors are supposed to be healers. They are supposed to go into the profession because of a calling from God, not for the desire to become rich or to have top status in a broken and materialistic society.

I’ve known of or met few true doctors in my life. Albert Schweitzer was a true doctor. Patch Adams is a true doctor. The several doctors who recently treated my son for a serious health situation are true doctors.

Many physicians get caught up in a system perpetuated by greed, due to: first, the schools they attend and the high cost of becoming a state-certified doctor, and then interning in hospitals that they then spend the rest of their lives associated with.

A large majority of the hospitals are privately owned and function under the capitalistic policy of profit. As a matter of fact, if you can’t pay, you just might die. You may ask yourself this question: “Why would a doctor or a healthcare facility do that?” I guess we can also ask: “Why would a person with a scientific mind work for a government or corporation making Page | 29

nuclear bombs and other weapons of chemical and biological warfare?” So, perhaps privatization and public health should not be mentioned in the same breath.

I think that in a government that is truly “for the people, by the people, and of the people,” in that kind of republic, democracy should take care of the health needs of its citizens. So what has happened?

As it is in the media and the entertainment business, so it is in health services—privatization and monopolization have become the rule. This happens over time because of the inequality of social status (which includes wages, education, and opportunity) as well as many other factors.

As I’ve said before, at the root of these evils are greed and the pursuit of power, which I would call dio power, as opposed to a good kind of power that I would call Deo power or God-given power to help others. In Western civilization, most schools perpetrate dio power from first grade to doctorate levels, and it manifests in every career because these institutions are so much a part of the larger society or system that is steeped in diopower-oriented materialism.

Many altruistic students who graduate with a degree in social services and get a job in “the system” soon discover the inequality of the system. I know that I may be saying things that you’ve already heard and even experienced, but I’m trying to put it in relation to an answer to the problems.

You see, people have to change and have to stop supporting those in the system who perpetuate the lie. What really needs to change are the hearts of people.

The true “Great American Dream” had to do with freedom and concern for its citizenry, not for individual wealth at the expense of others. Somehow this dream got twisted to imply that individuals had the right to make as much money as they could (regardless of negative impacts on land and society), basically benefiting from slave labor. In this method, which is still dominant worldwide, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

We have to start thinking more on a planetary level. The “Great American Dream” needs to become the “Great Planetary Dream.” We need to start seeing all people of all nations as our brothers and sisters, as stated in this phrase I have coined: “We are all one planetary family.”

I think the answer in all of Western civilization, and indeed the world, is pretty simple: we need more standardized and fair salaries, straight across the board.

Who’s more important: the architect or the carpenter? Without the carpenter’s hands-on labor, you wouldn’t have a house to live in. An idea is great, and putting it down on paper is a gift. But you also need the gifted carpenters to build it.

Who’s more important: the sports hero (who gets to play games all his life, like many of us did before we had to grow up) or the teacher (who intellectually nourishes and hopefully inspires your children)? Why should the sports hero make millions of dollars per year and the teacher receive a barely-survivable income?

Who’s more important: the owner of a supermarket chain or the farmer?

Without the farmer, there would be no food in the supermarket.

Who’s more important: the car designer or the mechanic (who fixes it when it breaks down)?

Who’s more important: the rock star (who all too often becomes a star because of being willing to compromise his or her music and ideals and live a lifestyle of moral decadence) or the non-compromising musician (who is barely able to make a living because he or she won’t stoop to those levels of compromise and immorality, who just wants to create beautiful music)?

Who’s more important: the doctor of American-Medical-Association (A.M.A.) mentality (who supposedly diagnoses your illness and prescribes certain drugs to fix you—drugs you can’t afford in the first place) or the true healer (who tries to get to the root of the problem and prescribes proper thinking, herbs, diet, exercise, and a holistic health program, which includes preventative measures)?

How many doctors have told you that you’ve got to change your attitude in order to heal? That you have to be a nicer person, a more giving person, or whatever they intuit about your dio (erroneous and selfish) thinking and behavior? As Ralph Waldo Emerson stated: “What lies before us and what lies behind us is not so important as what lies within us.”

In many states certain alternative healing practices are considered illegal, and authors who write books about alternative healing methods have to protect themselves with statements like the one below from the book, The Yeast Syndrome by John P. Trowbridge and Morton Walker.

Be aware that nutritional dosages for food supplements which exceed the recommended dietary allowances of the National Research Council of the U. S. National Academy of Sciences represent a therapeutic intervention and should be taken only under the direction of a properly trained and experienced holistic physician.

If you watch the early evening news on any of the major networks, you are inundated with approximately 15 minutes worth of commercials in a halfhour program. In those 15 minutes you will see a “quick fix”—in pill form— advertised for every disease and discomfort known to modern man, and some that are made up. If there isn’t something wrong with you, after seeing all of those commercials, you can’t help but begin to think you need a pill.

One of my favorite made-up diseases is the “restless legs” syndrome. I’ve got a free answer to that one: instead of taking a pill full of synthetic materials that cause all kinds of side affects, simply get up and go for a walk! Get some exercise! Get that blood circulating! And you might want to look at your diet too!

The pharmaceutical companies, closely linked to the A.M.A., make billions of dollars trying to convince you you’re sick somewhere in your body. Their lobbyists and lawyers work very hard against any kind of alternative healthcare or common-sense, holistic healing.

Perhaps a way to help change the system is to find “true” doctors, “true” healers who aren’t trying to get rich on you and your loved ones, and go to them for help with your health problems. Give your support to those healing practitioners (which do include some physicians) who are trying to Page | 32

make a living in a moderate manner while helping others heal and develop health-promoting lifestyles and habits.

How can you find a decent way to make a living without being caught up in greed and desires for an unsustainable lifestyle that not only causes poor health for you but for many others too?

Capitalism in itself is not wrong, but it’s how it is used by those desiring too big of a piece of the world-resources pie. There’s nothing the matter with using capital as a means of exchange. It’s the value that some people put on their so-called talents that is way out of whack. How rich do you have to be? How about rich enough to support you and your family and live comfortably? The problem is what some people consider “comfortable”. I guess that’s going to have to be between you and God. The problem is that there are many people who have no idea what God wants them to do or even care to know! You see, if you trust God and not mammon (material wealth), God will provide for you and your family. He will take care of all your needs, but not necessarily your wants. Now this doesn’t mean that you don’t have to do anything to support yourself and your family; it means that if your trust comes from Godly principles rather than principles based on greed and selfishness, you will find worthwhile work.

In the dio system, we are bombarded by corporate-controlled media to desire things we don’t really need—things made and sold by those who advertise with the media. This has everything to do with healthcare because healthcare is part of a whole system that needs to change. This allencompassing system, of which medical concerns are a part, needs to become a system in concern for other people, not just for ourselves.

Basically the answer is living the first two commandments which are: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, and soul.

And then your neighbor as yourself.

Wow! What an idea! If this could be followed by doctors, governmental leaders, politicians, corporate executives, educators, professionals of all careers, laborers, and religious leaders there would be free healthcare, free education, and a lot of other things free.

So, you’re thinking, “This will never happen.” But it can happen, beginning with you. Join those who have already applied this divine principle to their Page | 33

lives. There are people doing it. We need to find each other. We need to form communities outside of the system. We need to barter with each other. We need to be givers instead of takers.

And we need to also realize the simple truth that I coined for our religious community to follow: “Your child is my child, and my child is yours.”

You can take this truth another step: “Your grandmother and grandfather are my grandmother and grandfather, and your mother and father are my mother and father.”

In this manner, we begin to care more for each other. Under this simple but profound thinking, we realize that “nationalism” breaks down to family, and we are all one planetary family under God. With that kind of thinking, worldwide cooperation, peace, and harmony will eventually evolve. This is not an impossible dream; this is the future. This is the new millennium that is coming, which The URANTIA Book calls the first stage of light and life.

Evil will work itself out within people, because people will begin to see that it doesn’t work. It doesn’t work in their own lives, and it doesn’t work for the good of humanity. People will begin to make right and higher choices.

It is happening now. And it is happening at an accelerated rate.

Maybe you’re one of those unhappy doctors or dentists who would rather be a coach or a cook or an athlete or an actor, or whatever, but you’re trapped with bills and kids to support. Or you want to be a doctor, but you can’t really heal anyone because you’re trapped in the system of formulas for prescribed medicines, many in which you really don’t believe can bring a cure or healing.

Here’s a phenomenal idea: QUIT! It’s better to have bad credit or no credit at all for a while than to develop a bad heart or the manifestation of another disease.

Trust your higher dreams. And most of all trust God, the Originator of idealistic dreams that, when realized, would contribute to your and others’ good health—physically, mentally, and spiritually. With faith and trust in God and in making choices that are for the good of others, God will help Page | 34

you fulfill those dreams of altruism and morality. But you must begin to take the first baby steps of faith, away from a system that doesn’t work—for you, your children, or humanity.

"Metaphysics: The Sacred Geometry of Unity Consciousness" By Ethan Indigo Smith

“Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else.” — Leonardo Da Vinci Most often when the term ‘four dimensions of geometry’ is mentioned, people generally assume the subject is about the mapping of a place in coordinates.

A coordinate in three-dimensional space is a point of intersection of three lines by way of three directions, or three dimensions. One line goes up and down, another goes forward and backward, and the third goes across, left and right. The lines can also be imagined as planes intersecting in the same manner, as pictured.

When we talk of four dimensional geometry, the first three dimensions are spatial, and the fourth dimension is temporal — the dimension of time.

Time, including the past, present and future, is the fourth dimension. With these four dimensions we can precisely point to a location in time and space, plotting the geometry of points, lines, planes and solids.

Each of the four dimensions are based on contrasts or polarities. There is up/down, left/right, and forward/backward in the spatial dimensions, and there is fundamental polarity in the alignment of the lines or planes of those dimensions.

The temporal dimension, however, is not just the contrast of past and future. Quantum physics and metaphysics alike suggests there is time and timelessness. The polarity represented by the temporal dimension of time is the past, present and future contrasted with timelessness. On one end of Page | 39

the contrasts places time being everywhere and yet in nothing; the other end of the contrast places time nowhere and yet in everything.

Conceptualizing timelessness within physical orientation is difficult for the linear mind, for timelessness is metaphysical. Tibetan Buddhist concepts specifically refer to four aspects of time; past, present, future, and timelessness. At the same time, the comprehension of timelessness is related to quantum physics, which holds that we supersede the limitations of basic cause and effect of space time; that consciousness rules space as well as time, instead of space and time confining and determining all.

One way to begin to imagine the concept of timelessness is through consideration of the Chakra system. The Chakras are sometimes associated with organs and glands, and are said to spin clockwise and be stacked in a certain physical layering, but Chakras are not fixed in time, nor space. As energetic portals, the Chakra system exists in a way that is beyond three dimensional placement and time restriction, in an amorphous condition in the space of timelessness. When biological position is used to relate ideas in the Chakra system, it pertains to symbolic aspects of the Chakras. “Time is the following; that being which in as much as it is, is not, and in as much as it is not, is. It is intuited becoming.� — Wilhelm Hegel (*The accuracy of the source of this quote is questionable, however the idea itself is splendid enough to be worth mention.)

Consciousness measured in quantum physics experiments bypasses the typical limitations of space and time we have become accustomed to, and perhaps also accustomed ourselves to. For this reason, meditation as a practice of consciousness enables better understanding of timelessness and potentiates our quantum consciousness. Meditation, like quantum physics, deals with energy unrestricted by the constrictions of space and time. It enhances our understanding of the potential we might not be constricted and hinged by sociological and psychological limitations we have set upon ourselves, as well as constraints upon our very own consciousness set up by our own consciousness, allowing us to be more in tune with space and time as well as feeling somehow beyond space and time.

Comprehension of timelessness opens up quantum consciousness, and meditation provides for the clarity needed for comprehension. Without the hindrances of our very own thoughts and emotions, and our very own physical limitations, our minds can move beyond space time limitations we Page | 40

have set upon ourselves in a quantum consciousness manner. When we are operating in quantum consciousness, strange things occur. Placebo healing, considered theoretically impossible, actually happens, as do other correlating and coincidental events that defy the limitations of the typical four dimensional physical construct.

The Consciousness Dynamic The ability for geometric concepts to be used outside of their original design is revealing of their power as a comprehension tool. The more potent tools are compatible and applicable to many systems, and go beyond their original design, so as to become metaphysical.

Metaphysics is based on integration rather than compartmentalization.

Quantum consciousness and the meditative mind state operate in this same manner, going beyond the obvious dimension of placement.

Quantum physics suggests there are perhaps connections through the temporal structure that supersede the spatial, and further aspects of consciousness that supersede the temporal structure as well the temporal.

A major part of quantum physics contains the uncanny idea that what we commonly understand as being insubstantial and intangible is actually more substantial to our existence than what we perceive as substantial and tangible.

Quantum physics experiments suggest that consciousness can influence the trajectory and nature of light in manners that are not confined by the laws of time and space. The idea that consciousness can influence anything at all, let alone light, let alone light in a manner that supersedes time, is astounding. That consciousness influences light in this manner is astounding on its own, as are the implications and questions it raises; yet what is more remarkable is that consciousness exerts an influence without trying to do so — by simply observation.

The measurable effect of consciousness in quantum physics demands an enhanced understanding of the spatial and temporal dimensions.

Moreover, this dynamic or power apparent in quantum physics experiments demands and enhanced understanding of our very own consciousness, and suggests the value of meditation to refine our conscious observation.

This dynamic, this consciousness potential, may have been known as a Siddhi among yogis. A sanskrit noun that essentially means “attainment” or “realization”, a Siddhi is best understood as quantum consciousness Page | 41

cultivated through meditation. However gaining Siddhis is not the point of meditation, and further, it is said that if gaining Siddhis is your focus in meditation then they will not become. Siddhis are side effects of meditation practice toward gaining enlightenment such as enhanced intuitive awareness.

Meditation practice of whatever sort assists gaining clarity. The more clear we are the more easily we realize everything is connected in a manner more substantial than the material, in a way resembling unity expansion and totality. The less muddied our perception the more we are able to visualize, perceive and act unhindered. The more refined our comprehension, the more sensitive our perception the more easily we note that the origins of entirety is light and energy, and unify with that energy.

The more we raise our spirit the more capable we become of moving past spatial and temporal limitations in a timeless manner, exemplified by eliminating negative patterns and enhancing intuition, for instance.

The Four Worlds of The Kabbalah As our senses and sensibility become more refined, the more real and substantial the immaterial becomes and the less important the material world becomes. This idea is at the core of The Four Worlds of The Kabbalah, and the corresponding ten Sephirots (divine attributes) of the Tree of Life. The Four Worlds of the Kabbalah are sometimes known as Emanation, Creation, Formation, and Fabrication. We exist in the world of fabrication, the material. The Four Worlds and the ten attributes of the Sephirots contain numerous lessons of great depth, and at the basis or core of The Tree of Life of Kabbalah is The Four Worlds.

One way to comprehend the concept is to break down the etymology of the word “Kabbalah�, by noting the two major words it comprises: kabb or kaba is Hebrew for cube, and alah or Allah is God. Literally, it describes the cube of God, with The Tree of Life expressed through its four dimensions.

Our world of material existence, the world of Fabrication, begins in the spiritual world of Emanation and the energy moves through the other worlds before manifesting here. Even if your negative thoughts are going a mile a minute keep concentrating on your breath as best you can.

Tune into your heart. Lightly rest your palm over your heart in the midchest. This energy center is the entryway to compassion and spirit. In a relaxed state, inwardly request to connect with a higher power, a force greater than yourself that links you to love. Then, in your heart area, notice what you intuitively feel, not what you think. You may experience a soothing warmth, comfort, clarity, even bliss. I often get shivers, a wave of goose bumps, or am moved to tears. If negative self-talk still arises, keep your compassion flowing; the self is doing the best it can.

Secret 3: Learn the Energetic Power of Your Emotions In Energy Psychiatry I’ve learned to see emotions as a stunning expression of energy. Positive ones nurture you. Negative ones deplete you. You feel emotions internally, while their energy extends beyond your body, affecting everyone you contact. Similarly, the emotions of others can register in you. I’d like you to begin to think of emotions in terms of subtle Page | 49

energy, a “vibe” emanating from yourself and others, an intimate sensing.

Subtle energy is right in front of you, but isn’t visible. It can be felt inches or feet from the body.

I realize that it’s one thing to know this, and yet another to live it. The problem is that negative emotional energy is basically louder, wilder, and more seductively grabs your attention than the positive. On an intuitive level, emotions such as grief and terror are easier to sense than the lower keyed vibes of calmness or confidence. It’s important that you channel this knowledge into new behaviors so you’re not the doomed moth eternally drawn to the flame.

Applying the Third Secret: Learn The Energetic Power of Your Emotions Try An Intuitive Experiment: Sense the Difference Between Positive and Negative Emotions In this experiment, you’re going to compare two scenarios. With both observe how your words and tone affect your body and emotional state.

Spend at least a few minutes trying these words on.

Scenario 1. Stand in front of a mirror and sincerely say to yourself in a loving, appreciative tone, “I look terrific and I’m a fantastic person.” Stay focused on your positives. Then feel, don’t think. Notice: How does your body react? Are you breathing easier? Do your shoulders relax?

Scenario 2. Stand in front of the mirror and say in your nastiest, most hateful tone, “I look horrible and I despise myself.” Really mean it. Flare those negatives up. How does your body react now? Notice: Your shoulders? Your gut? Chest?

I’m so taken by this exercise because it spells out that positive and negative energy are about as opposite as you can get. No confusing them. Ask yourself: Which do you prefer?

Secret 4: Map the Psychology of Your Emotions Why do you feel what you feel? Where do fear of commitment, alpha achieving, or looking on the bright side begin? Which emotional coping styles hinder or serve you? These urgent questions are the life-blood of psychology’s study of emotions and behavior. You need to know your psychological self so unhealthy patterning doesn’t stifle you. Here’s a look at how psychology can liberate your heart and head. I’ll focus on one Page | 50

principle–“You are not your parents”–which is so central to your emotional freedom that it can dictate how you treat yourself and everyone you love.

Applying the Fourth Secret: Map the Psychology of Your Emotions Take An Emotional Inventory of Your Parents To get a well-rounded picture of your parents, I’d like you to take an inventory of their top five positive and negative traits. When identifying these traits, try to see your parents as human rather than idealizing or demonizing them. Get their pluses and minuses down on paper so they can stare right back at you. When reviewing the inventory, consider ways your parents’ assets or liabilities impacted you. Also, be truthful about the traits you too possess. If they are positive, embrace them. If they are negative, begin to work with one at a time to free yourself. You don’t have to worry about turning into your parents if you take action not to parrot their dysfunction.

"Why Neutrinos Behave The Way They Do & What They Represent" By Sean McCleary

I just read an article that had been posted in the media about the advancement of research on the existence of neutrinos. I do work in evolutionary cosmology and the evolution of consciousness and wanted to explain some information about neutrinos which are referred to as "Ghost Particles". There is actually a reason that neutrinos are referred to as ghost particles and it has to do with the activity of the introduction of the big bang. Scientists are discussing now the possibility of dark matter existing before the big bang. The Methuselah star's matter was calculated to be older than the big bang. Now there was a recent article on a theory called CCC which stands for Conformal Cyclic Cosmology which was theorized by Roger Penrose; which means the universe iterates through infinite cycles.

What is actually the case is this universe came from a larger body of consciousness and energy. I utilize 4 primary components in my work to discuss the nature of the basis for evolutionary activity in the cosmos.

These are; consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure. There has been a lot of resistance in the scientific community to the proposal of consciousness being a primary element contained in the framework of existence everywhere; but there is a reason for this as well. I will explain why this has been happening further down in the article. Energy contains Page | 53

frequency vibrations and this has already been established here in the study of quantum activity. Energy contains frequency vibrations because this is how energy itself experiences evolutionary development. These frequency vibrations represent thought. This is necessary for the purpose of conceptualization. Conceptualization exists at the most powerful quantum level within these frequency vibrations contained within energy.

This drives evolutionary development; and consciousness and energy need to be the basis for evolution everywhere to ensure the integrity of infinity.

The most powerful will in existence contained within evolutionary development is thought or consciousness to exist forever; and this is contained within the dynamics of everything. Before this universe existed there was thought and light and dark energy everywhere. Thought and higher frequency vibrations represent light energy and thought and lower frequency vibrations represent dark energy. This is how light and dark energy exist. This thought, vibration and light and dark energy had always existed; and this is why the concept of infinity exists within the consciousness itself. An evolutionary event took place over 13.8 billion years ago and this thought that existed everywhere made a decision to combine the two frequency vibrations of light energy and dark energy together with conceptualization and the first introduction of matter took place with the Higgs boson. The Higgs boson contains the thought and energy from the source that introduced this universe and the identity of this universe itself. That's why the Higgs boson is the fundamental particle.

The Higgs boson contains the highest concentration of thought, energy, infinity and evolution; because this form of matter represents the source of where this universe originates from and the evolution of the universe itself. Subatomic particles have to represent every form of activity that has taken place in the universe because they belong to these aspects of time and space. The Higgs boson represents the beginning of the universe, the foundation for evolutionary activity and the basis for the identity of the universe as well. After the introduction of the Higgs boson there was a formation that took place like a child in the womb of a mother and this is also how reproduction was introduced into existence. Reproduction on Earth is a representation of matter and evolution of the early formation of this universe and the introduction happening in time and space. This is why there is discussion now among the scientific community on what Roger Penrose theorized as Conformal Cyclic Cosmology. It was actually an early formation and introduction of the universe which happened; which somewhat simulates another universe.

The early formation of the universe contained Higgs bosons and due to the conceptualization of life being introduced in the formation the frequency vibrations began to change and the evolutionary development of the universe began producing subatomic material from the convergence of the frequency vibrations that contained thought and light and dark energy.

Pressure was introduced into the formation as well due to the mixture of light and dark energy with different states of evolution happening. Because light energy contains higher frequency vibrations and dark energy contains lower frequency vibrations; when converged with different types of evolutionary development there is different degrees of polarity that occur which generates pressure. There was evolutionary development happening which represented force and there was resistance occurring in the formation due to the uncertainty of change in the state of evolution itself. The reason is; this formation of consciousness and energy had previously belonged to this larger body of consciousness and energy and a new development was taking place in existence with the introduction of the universe.

Contained within the formation there was very powerful evolutionary force and very powerful evolutionary resistance. The resistance to change in evolution transferred into energy and this transferred into some of the subatomic material that was being produced. This is how antimatter was introduced into existence. The resistance contained within the formation that generated antimatter was thought, frequency vibrations and light and dark energy that was transferring back towards the source of the introduction in the formation. This was supposed to happen so when the introduction from the big bang took place there could be a source of connectivity between the universe that was being introduced and the source that was introducing the universe; so a transfer of thought and energy could be maintained and there would not be a complete separation between the universe and the source of thought and energy which introduced this universe. When evolutionary development became powerful enough and the resistance level dropped significantly a large amount of matter and antimatter collided creating an explosion which caused the big bang to occur.

There was a lot more matter than antimatter in the formation because evolution is more powerful than the resistance; so this allowed for the formation of this universe and the introduction of life. Life for this universe actually began in the early formation with the introduction of the Higgs boson. The formation took place with conceptualization; there was an increase in evolutionary activity and development with the introduction of more matter and a higher concentration of light and dark energy and Page | 55

vibrational frequencies. The big bang took place so light and dark energy could fuse together within the frequency vibrations and another form of thought and energy could be introduced as a structure inside of this larger body of thought and energy. This was so this universe could experience a new development of life with the introduction of matter and this ultimately would increase the power of the larger body of consciousness and energy that this universe is contained within. This is how and why reproduction exists and the continuation of life occurs within the dynamics of the universe itself. This universe was introduced with the basis of the advancement of life itself; which means the advancement of consciousness and energy.

The reason that the scientific community resists the proposal of consciousness being a primary element of matter and energy is due to Earth's location in time and space. Earth is located in a region of time and space that is 13.51 billion years old. Because this universe contains thought within these frequency vibrations; this thought and energy stores memory.

Earth is located in time and space where the memory is stored of the early formation of this universe and the initial introduction with the big bang and Earth is supposed to be in this location for a reason. Life and the evolution of consciousness needed to be introduced into a location in time and space close to where the origin of the introduction of the universe took place so the universe itself could experience a more powerful development in evolution; with the activity of life existing close to where the introduction of the universe took place; because previously there had been no life in this location and it was necessary that this happened so this universe could experience a higher degree of evolutionary advancement.

There was supposed to be scientists here studying the behavior of matter and energy so matter and energy could experience evolutionary advancement in this region of time and space. There was supposed to be resistance to the proposal that consciousness exists within the framework of matter and energy on Earth so the resistance that was experienced in the early formation and introduction of matter into existence for the first time could experience evolutionary development and advancement. The reason this happens is because scientists themselves represent life and life experiences evolutionary development and advancement. There are other forms of thought, energy and matter on a global level that represent the evolutionary development of exactly what took place with the early formation and introduction of this universe because we have to here on Earth. You have probably heard before that we contain the universe inside of us or we are the universe experiencing life. This is exactly correct; but Page | 56

because of Earth's location we are the universe experiencing the most powerful level of evolutionary development and advancement.

Like I mentioned before subatomic particles have to represent the activity that is occurring in time and space or what has occurred in time and space previously. Something very powerful happened when the big bang took place. The early formation of the universe underwent a very powerful change and advancement with the introduction of the big bang. The advancement came from a very powerful convergence of thought and light and dark energy when fusion happened with the big bang itself. The fusion that occurred with the big bang generated more power in evolution with thought, light and dark energy and the introduction of matter. Thought, light and dark energy being introduced into a new form called matter in existence was the advancement of evolution in existence. This is why the universe was introduced as well; so matter could be represented in a structure of a new development of time and space. A new introduction of a construct of "time" was also an advancement because what had existed before was thought, light energy, dark energy and infinity. A new construct of time was introduced so everything could evolve with an incorporation of this construct within the dynamics of infinity itself which would generate more power within this infinite body of thought and energy that the universe is contained within. In other words time was introduced to create more power within the evolutionary development of infinity itself.

Thought, matter and energy contained within the universe has an extremely powerful desire to exist forever within the dynamics of time and this desire or will is what produces more evolutionary development within the existence of infinity itself. When the big bang happened the thought and energy in the formation became completely unaware of what was happening for a moment. The big bang represented a very powerful change in the evolutionary state of thought, energy and matter which were contained within the formation. This is how death was introduced into existence. Death is different than what human beings currently perceive of what is happening in Earth's environment. Death is extremely powerful here on a global level because Earth is located close to where the big bang took place. Life is being introduced on a global level within fractions of a second and death is following close behind. This is very powerful activity that is taking place in time and space and this represents the evolution of the activity that took place with the introduction of the universe with the big bang.

When the big bang took place there was thought, matter and energy contained within the formation that represented life from the introduction Page | 57

of the Higgs boson and other subatomic material; that went through a very powerful transition with the explosion. Life was being experienced right up to the moment of evolutionary change with the fusion that occurred with the explosion. Life lost awareness for a moment when the explosion happened and life transitioned into a state of change with the explosion that occurred. Thought lost awareness for a moment then the introduction of the universe took place. This is what has been happening with living organisms on Earth consistently. When the experience of death happens here; the resistance contained in the body and consciousness (which are one in the same) which is represented by pressure contained within the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy in the body is released and the identity of the individual which is uncompromising in time and space is transferred into the frequency vibrations of the Higgs field. When this happens the individual accelerates with the universe and redevelops along the way and enters into a new state of evolutionary advancement and development into a different location in the universe; which is in the Whirlpool galaxy. They arrive safely into world's contained in this galaxy.

This moment that I am describing about death which is a change in the evolutionary state of a living organism that was introduced into the universe with the big bang was introduced into the universe and exists within time and space; and is represented by certain frequency vibrations and energy. This is where neutrinos come from. Neutrinos were introduced into this universe at this exact moment that the change in the evolutionary state of this universe was taking place. That moment transferred into universal evolutionary development and this aspect of the universe is very powerful in this location of time and space because of Earth's location. When this moment of change and transition occurred thought lost awareness and light and dark energy fused together in a very powerful way. Because of the transition that was taking place it meant that evolution itself was changing and there was no resistance involved in the process. This is why neutrinos have no charge. Believe it or not this is also why they are referred to as the "Ghost Particle". This description of this subatomic particle was formed in consciousness here so a more powerful form of evolution can take place on Earth; and this is happening now with Earth's evolutionary development. This is why there is so much discussion on the neutrino right now in the scientific community.

The term Ghost Particle is in reference to the experience of death. This term actually evolved into the consciousness of the scientific community so the consciousness and energy associated with death in the universe; particularly in this location could evolve into the activity in the scientific community and help this aspect of the universe evolve into life here on Page | 58

Earth. This is what is happening now is these two elements of thought and energy are evolving together. These two aspects which are life and death were introduced into existence and transferred outwardly with evolution with the introduction of the universe and have remained separate entities in the universe from the beginning of the introduction. Now what is happening with evolutionary development is these two aspects of existence are converging back together because they both came from an infinite source in the first place; and everything has to evolve back into this state.

The difference now is this universe contains matter and existence was changed forever with the introduction of matter; which will generate more power within this infinite source of consciousness and energy. This universe was introduced to advance the evolution of thought and energy by introducing matter into existence in the form of living organisms and a diversity of other systems which contain life. The Higgs boson was recognized first here in Earth’s environment as the evolution of life from the early formation of the universe. Neutrinos are becoming more popular now in scientific research because the consciousness and energy of death is converging into life with evolutionary development.

Neutrinos can pass through matter unimpeded or undetected because they represent this form of consciousness and energy. Neutrinos can pass through matter without being affected by it also because of what they represent; because the matter which they transfer through represents the evolutionary activity of life itself in the universe. The matter that they transfer through contains frequency vibrations that represent the evolutionary development of conceptualization or thought. When neutrinos were formed the frequency vibrations of thought that were being generated in that moment lost awareness and this is what transferred into this type of matter known as neutrinos; so when they transfer through matter the frequency vibrations in the matter they are transferring through don’t affect or change the state of the neutrino. This is why they remain “ghostly” and are very elusive. Life and death are converging together in Earth’s environment through evolutionary development. This is what happens when a living organism on Earth experiences death is they transfer into another location in the universe into world’s in the Whirlpool galaxy. Because the experience of death transfers into the living organism they contain this other element of time and space; therefore remain eternal. They are returned back to the source of the introduction of this universe. This activity is emerging and evolving into this region of time and space in the Milky Way galaxy and within Earth’s existence.

Many have called this the Shift in Consciousness and others call this the Apocalypse. There is nothing to fear with the term Apocalypse. Apocalypse Page | 59

means a revealing of information and a transition into a heavenly state.

The heavenly state comes from the evolutionary development of the source which introduced this universe; which is contained within the Higgs field evolving into Earth. This is what is happening now and very remarkable changes are upon us now. My work involves introducing or revealing information that human beings have not previously been exposed to before. This is because consciousness and energy are evolving here in Earth’s environment and new information will become integrated into human consciousness here through evolutionary development, activity and advancement. This is what my work is about is; introducing consciousness into the evolutionary development of matter and energy into the scientific community on a very powerful level. The empirical evidence of my work is evolving with myself and my work itself and soon the scientific community will be exposed to this proof because my consciousness is going through a very powerful state of evolutionary advancement now.

"Finding Your Fundamental Pitch" By Jill Mattson

The raising of our energies to the highest pitch - without getting out of balance - if a musical interpretation of what spiritual evolution is all about.

All of your thoughts, feeling and physical activities within your body cause vibrations. Each of us then has our own unique overall vibration, which our unique voice reflects.

So how do you find your overall pitch???

Jeffrey Thomas uses medical equipment to measure which tone puts your hypothalamus gland into homeostasis, saying that pitch is your fundamental pitch as this gland controls the others. Fabien Maman used Kirlean photography to photograph cells when they were exposed to various pitches. Your fundamental pitch emits energy in a symmetrical circle, while the other pitches do not.

There are many ways to identify your fundamental pitch. Your fundamental pitch (or composite pitch) will be the pitch that you can sing the easiest and loudest. Try singing different pitches, as if you are a fire siren. Using the same effort, which should make everything the same volume, you will find that some pitches fade and others are amplified in volume. The loudest tone is your fundamental tone.

Compare it to pitches on a piano or a pitch pipe (available free as phone apps) of you want to identify the pitch...for example, it is a F or a B? Others have suggested that you sing the highest pitch that you can without your voice cracking and then the lowest pitch. Your fundamental pitch will be half way there.

"Ancestral Cycles" By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. Our intention here is to offer ways to reconnect with our roots though the ancient art/science of Astrology.

The New Moon at 6 degrees Libra (there are 30 degrees in each sign BTW) on September 28 initiates our next emotional cycle and marks the start of the energy pattern for most of October. At this time there will be four heavenly bodies - Mercury, Venus, Sun and Moon - in this sign that seeks balance. fairness and beauty. This emphasizes the need for give and take, especially in partnerships of all kinds. Our process will focus on seeking clarification of our own needs and desires through interactions with another. The craving for understanding that is so integral to Libran energy will catch our attention at this time, requiring us to go deeper in our preparation for the more internal time that is coming, namely winter.

This will be a great time to look at the night sky when it is clear as the first few evenings of October will feature the growing lunar crescent above bright Venus, which will continue to be higher and brighter through the next several months. Venus is strongly associated with Libra (and Taurus), so we can expect the focus to be on justice, fairness, social connections, elegance and possibly the arts.

The faster-moving planets - Mercury, Venus and Mars - all return to visibility during October. Beginning early in the month, look near the horizon in the west shortly after sunset to spot Mercury and Venus still Page | 67

traveling together. So our communications with each other are optimized around understanding and the art of compromise.

With Mercury and Venus traveling together and moving from Libra into the deeply emotional, intense and secretive sign of Scorpio there will be a marked shift in the energy. Mercury (communication and commerce) makes this move on October 3rd and Venus (love and the arts) follows on the 8th, providing us all with a deep dive into darker places both personally and on the world stage.

In the second half of October, Mars is becoming visible before dawn because it is no longer traveling with the Sun, as it had been at the end of August. This will reflect an easing of some of the recent volatility that occurred when they were so close together.

And on October 4th, Mars moves into Libra, reflecting a shift in our drive from a hands-on mode to a more social one. As astrologer Stephen Arroyo has described the combination: “Physical energy and decisiveness are strongly affected by one’s close relationships and by aesthetic influences.�

We can expect a strong focus on justice and fairness at this time.

On October 13 the Full Moon will be in Aries, providing a spotlight on individualism in contrast to cooperation within relationship. We will undoubtably be witness to power struggles in the cultural arena and possibly in our own lives as well. We will all need to contend with forces beyond our control, which probably will include the element of surprise.

And for those born close to Jan 10, April 10, July 12 and Oct 13, these energies are likely to have the strongest impact.

The energy of the second half of the month will be strongly influenced by the planet Uranus. This slow-moving, eccentric giant is closely tied to revolution and disruption. In fact, this planet was first discovered during the revolutionary times of the 1780s, when our country was picking up the pieces following the Revolutionary War and France was in prerevolutionary turmoil. It has played a prominent role in our collective history including the 1930s, the 1960s and our current decade as well.

Astronomically it stands out among the planets in our solar system because of the unusual axis orientation: It looks like a top spinning on its side. And it shows up in our lives in a very similar energetic way.

On October 28 there will be a New Moon in the early degrees of Scorpio, initiating yet another round of deep revelations due to its position exactly Page | 68

opposite Uranus in the zodiac. Those born near Jan 25, April 25, July 28, and Oct 28 will have the most direct access to the effects of this lunation.

Mercury will once again be turning retrograde (it does this three times each year), this time in the often secretive sign of Scorpio, dominating the energy of late October and November. The apparent backward motion takes place between October 31 and November 20, however its energies will be felt from the second week of October through the first week of December. This spotlights the need for full attention and flexibility around all communication, contractual, transportation and scheduling activities.

Uranus will also be in play during this cycle, adding an element of unpredictability. As always, this time is best used for revisions, reconsiderations and reviews rather than initiating new projects or purchases.

Interestingly, all of the Mercury retrogrades this year are in the emotional water signs, not the most comfortable place for the winged messenger to inhabit. Our thinking processes and communications will primarily be influenced by, if not focused on, feelings. This season’s retrograde in Scorpio is prime time for probing and even, at times, non-verbal communication as a way toward intimacy. And we are all likely to be more sensitive, susceptible to bruised feelings and possible insult.

These energies of October can best be handled by carefully digging deep within ourselves and mining as much centered calmness as possible. For some‌‌. this may be very challenging to accomplish.

zen habits by Leo Babauta "The Guide to Insecurities You’ve Been Waiting For" By Leo Babauta Everyone feels insecurity. It’s a part of our lives, which are filled with uncertainty, no matter how much we want to get rid of that uncertainty.

We often use the term “insecure” to negatively label a person who doubts themselves, but in truth, no one is free from feeling insecure. We feel selfdoubt, we feel anger that stems from a feeling of insecurity, we feel fear and groundlessness and frustration. All of this comes from the insecurity of the uncertainty of life.

And none of it is a problem.

It’s not a problem that we feel insecure sometimes. It’s not a problem to feel fear or self-doubt or anger or frustration. These are just feelings, and they come up in response to the uncertainty of the world.

The problem comes from how we deal with the feeling of insecurity. We might curl up and hide, lash out at someone in a hurtful way, harden our rigid views of the world so that everyone else is wrong and we’re continually angry. We might procrastinate and run to distraction, use social media to avoid feeling insecurity, try to control others or the world around us to end the feeling of insecurity.

And so in this guide, I’m going to share a method for dealing with feelings of insecurity that are more helpful. But first, let’s dive a little more into where the feelings of insecurity come up, and how we usually deal with it.

Cause & Effect of Insecurities Let’s look at some common examples of feeling insecure, where the feelings come from, and how people often react: • Jealousy in a relationship. You get jealous of someone who seems to flirt with your partner (justified or not, it doesn’t matter). The cause: You feel uncertainty about whether your partner loves you, is attracted to you (or the other person), will leave you, will hurt you. This uncertainty is certainly understandable, relationships of all kinds are filled with uncertainty. Common reaction: Lashing out at your partner (or trying to control them), making them feel less trusted, possibly hurt, possibly defensive or closed off, damaging your relationship.

• Jealous of someone on Instagram. This applies to all social media — you see someone on there that has qualities or a lifestyle that you want (they’re beautiful, fit, living glamorously, etc.), and you feel jealous. The cause: Insecurities about yourself, whether you’re good enough in the ways this person is showing up. Also understandable, as we all have uncertainty about ourselves. Common reaction: You feel bad about yourself and/or irritated with the other person, and these can lead to a number of actions, like stalking the person with jealousy, criticizing yourself more, or comforting yourself with food, distractions, shopping, etc.

• Irritated with the way someone acts. You see someone acting a certain way (maybe they’re being annoyingly brashly confident) … and it irritates you. The cause: Often it’s not really a problem with the other person, but more of an insecurity about yourself — you’d like to be more confident (for Page | 73

example) and so when the other person seems confident, it touches a wound of uncertainty about yourself. Common reaction: You get irritated with the person, shut yourself down to them, judge them, putting up a wall between yourself and others.

• Feeling self-doubt. We all feel self-doubt about ourselves, and it can come up in many ways. The cause: This self-doubt stems from not knowing if we’re good enough to deal with the uncertainty of the world around us.

We don’t know if we’re strong enough, smart enough, good-looking enough, likable enough, interesting enough to be liked, admired, loved, successful in this world. Common reaction: There are a lot of common reactions to self-doubt — hiding from doing hard things, criticizing yourself frequently, projecting your doubts on others, and more.

• Procrastination on a difficult task. We all procrastinate, not because we’re lazy and weak, but because a task is uncertain, uncomfortable, overwhelming. The cause: The insecurity of the task comes from not knowing how to do it, fearing failure, feeling like it’s too difficult for you.

Common reaction: Put off doing the uncertain task, going to a distraction or easy task that feels more secure.

• Worried about an upcoming trip or event. You have a trip or upcoming event that feels uncertain, so you’re worrying about it a lot, maybe even thinking about not going. The cause: Just the uncertainty of the upcoming situation causes insecurity — it’s not your usual situation that you’re comfortable and familiar with. Common reaction: Lots of worrying, trying to control the situation by overplanning, lots of research, considering avoiding the event/trip.

• Feeling overwhelmed or behind on everything. Many of us feel this almost every day at some level, but even higher when we are forced to take a break (when traveling or when we get sick, for example) and feel like we’re really behind. The cause: The uncertainty of whether we’ll be able to handle the huge workload we have, or a huge and complicated task.

Common reaction: When we get this feeling, we commonly get some anxiety, and either want to shut down and run to distractions, or we lash out at others or ourselves because we don’t like the feeling, instead of just doing the work. These reactions often make the problem worse.

• Not wanting to take part in something out of your comfort zone. Let’s say a workshop or other kind of activity that is not familiar, overwhelming, strange to you, not your usual thing, and so you might want to just avoid that kind of uncomfortable thing. The cause: The activity is completely out Page | 74

of your comfort zone, and causes you all kinds of uncertainty about what it will involve, how you’ll do, what you’ll be asked to do, what kind of other people will be there, what they’ll think of you. At the heart is uncertainty about whether you’ll be up to the task and whether you’ll be OK. Common reaction: Avoiding these kinds of uncomfortable activities, which means we never stretch beyond our small zone of comfort into something bigger.

We limit ourselves.

As you can see, these situations (and there are many more common situations involving insecurity) all have a couple things in common: 1.

Cause is uncertainty: Our lives are uncertain. Projects and tasks and events and trips and activities are uncertain. Relationships and how other people act and what they think of us are all filled with uncertainty. Our minds feel this as a kind of insecurity, felt within the body. And then it triggers a thought pattern about ourselves, about the situation, about the other people.

2.

Common reactions are unhelpful: We avoid, shut down, run away, procrastinate, lash out at others, complain, beat ourselves up, run to distractions, shut our hearts to others, limit ourselves. These are not usually helpful patterns, but they are the ways that we habitually deal with the feeling of insecurity.

We can’t avoid the feeling of insecurity in our vastly uncertain lives. But we can find more helpful ways of dealing with the feeling.

A More Helpful Method In short, a more helpful way of dealing with this feeling of uncertainty is to just stay in it. Learn to be OK in it. In fact, learn to see the deliciousness in it, so that we no longer have to run to our old patterns.

Here’s how I’d recommend working with the feeling of insecurity: 1.

Drop in. Notice that you’re feeling a feeling of insecurity in this moment, and drop your attention from your thoughts about the situation to the sensations in your body. Stay here for a moment, turning towards in with curiosity.

2.

Don’t act on your feeling of insecurity. Whatever you do, don’t take action from this place of insecurity. Not yet. Notice your first urge, what action you want to take … but don’t follow the urge. It might be to judge Page | 75

someone, complain, lash out, run to distractions, procrastinate, comfort yourself, shut your heart down, hide, avoid, quit. Don’t take that action.

Just stay in the insecurity for now.

3.

Relax into it. We often feel tension and anxiety around having a feeling of insecurity. Allow yourself to relax into it, relaxing the muscles in your body that have tensed up because of the feeling of insecurity. Open your mind to this feeling, allowing it to be there, finding more curiosity about it.

4.

See that you’re OK. Sitting there in the insecurity, not acting, relaxing into it … you can check to see if you’re OK. Can you breathe deep into your belly? If so, you’re OK. You’re not in physical danger. The world isn’t literally falling apart, even if it feels a bit like it. You’re OK. Feel the goodness in your heart, that’s always there. Feel your OK-ness.

5.

Be centered in the midst of it. The feeling of insecurity hasn’t gone away, but neither have you. You’re sitting or standing in the middle of a sea of insecurity, feeling into it, relaxing into it, centering yourself in stillness.

Feel your breath. Be the presence & consciousness in the center of the chaos.

6.

Find joy, gratitude & deliciousness. In the middle of this feeling of insecurity, see if you can find a little gratitude for being in this space, alive and witnessing the beauty of chaos. See if you can find a little of its nourishing deliciousness, filling yourself up with the life force of insecurity. See if you can find joy, being alive right now, fully feeling your insecurity. It’s not a problem, this feeling, it’s a beautiful experience.

Through this practice, we start to change our relationship to this feeling of insecurity. It’s not a problem, it’s completely OK. We can be friendly with it instead of needing to get away from it or banish it. It’s just a part of our human experience, nothing to panic about.

And from this place of OK-ness, we can start to find the deliciousness in this experience, the joy in it, and witness the awesome beauty of this moment, insecurity and all.

MBO TO NEVER LOSE AN EARRING AGAIN Daralyn writes: I have a story which will sound extraordinary (I can hardly believe it myself) but I swear it’s true! Last week, my husband and I flew to California where he planned to attend a professional meeting. I wear earrings every day, and prefer the style with hooks as they are easier to get in, but have the disadvantage of being easy to dislodge if I merely touch my ear. That evening, as I was preparing for bed, I discovered that I was missing one earring. I assumed it had fallen out in the plane, and gave up ever seeing it again. But I was so mad at having lost a nice gemstone earring that I requested an MBO for never losing an earring again!

The next day as I was doing my morning preparations, I noticed that there were two earrings, not one, on the bathroom sink. I asked my husband where the second one had come from, and he said, “I found it in my pocket!” It is totally beyond me how Spirit could drop an earring into the pocket of a man who not only was seated, so the pocket opening would be squeezed shut, but also had the seatbelt buckle fastened over it!

Nevertheless, it was undeniably there, and it had not gotten lost, as per MBO. Thank you. Spirit!

MBO TO FIND MATCHING TILE Kathy writes: One of my sons installed a new vanity cabinet in my bathroom. It was 2 inches shorter than the old cabinet with left a gap in the tile. Since our home is over 20 years old we were afraid we might not be able to match the tile and after 3 days of hunting in every store plus Amazon with no luck my husband thought we would have to retile the entire bathroom.

I said a MBO and the thought came to me to check the ReStore down the road. If you are not familiar with ReStore, it receives donations of building supplies, old furniture, etc and sells them very reasonably and the money goes to Habitat for Humanity. Almost unbelievably, THEY HAD A MATCH! But even more amazing is that they only had tile in 2 colors and the other color was a larger size tile.

Margaret writes: This comes from my general morning prayer: I’m expecting great things this day, I’m expecting great things tomorrow, and I’m expecting great things the rest of this week. I jockeyed my car into the middle our driveway so my husband could get in. He wasn’t ready so I fed the birds. I went back to the car and it was deader than a doorknob. My husband’s van was blocked in the garage by the angled way I had moved my car. So he couldn’t jump my battery. I had to use an emergency service I had never tried before.

I did a MBO that they would come right away, and a MBO that I could get safely to my dealer several miles away during rush hour without stalling out and blocking traffic, and the dealer could install a new battery that evening. Not only did the emergency guy easily jump my car, but we had a great time chatting up on city politics and education. The dealer had my new battery installed within 20 minutes, even though they were very busy.

The general prayer had me protected so my car died in my driveway. It could have died out in the far burbs later today, or even further away for my Monday chiropractor’s visit, or even worst for my Tuesday drive into the middle of the city for jury duty. The MBOs helped to keep my panic down. The morning prayer always raises my energies for the day. They made sure my battery gave out in the safest place and time possible. It wasn’t the middle of the winter to come. Thank you Tom for the knowledge of these prayers.

"Choosing the Right Wood for a Wand (Make Like a Tree and Leaf)"

By Su Weber and Elizabeth Chapman Why choose a specific wood if you are thinking of designing a wand? The quick answer is that various types of wood have magickal associations just like everything else such as herbs, crystals, or colors.

If you read up about making a wand, there are those who will tell you that you need to go out and harvest a living branch from a tree after asking permission. We have discovered that choosing to use “found” wood, i.e. discarded branches on the ground from wind or whatever, work better than the method discussed above. To us, it seems almost presumptuous to ask a tree to give up part of its living self for a wand when you have to wait for it to dry before you can begin to make your wand anyway.

It is quite possible to make more than one wand if you choose to go around gathering different kinds of wood. "Apathy and Passion" By Barbara A. Guiney Do you feel you are acting your way through your daily life? Are you too tired to become involved or care much about anything? If you don't care what happens anymore you are experiencing the higher realms for these feelings have a perfect and distinct purpose. You are detaching from the outcomes of your life and becoming apathetic. You are then much more in the moment.

In the higher vibrations, there are no agendas and plans. When feeling no attachments, having a good connection to Source with great trust, and a knowingness that everything is always in divine right order, you become aware that nothing really matters anyway.

In order to create successfully, we have to have no attachments. It is always precisely when we no longer care about having something, that it arrives. “The watched teapot never boils.”

Isn't it strange that the areas in our lives that we do not have strong opinions about seem to always go along just fine? When we don’t get what we think we want we are forced to let go which puts in a place of acceptance. When things don't go our way, many times it is because we are not following our true self’s desires. We may be coming from a desperate or analytical self that is trying to solve a problem the way we think we should. Later we are usually glad that it never happened.

Being in a state of apathy, caused by never seeming to get what we want, puts us in a place where we can create just about anything. Being happy where we truly are always brings the Page | 83

next step of creation. When we have to have things a certain way, we block the universe from giving us something even better. It is when we are contented with simply being, that all our needs are met.

Passion is a seeming contradiction because it is a very strong attachment. However, what we are passionate about is in perfect alignment in every way with our higher selves. We usually experience apathy when we are releasing desires that are not from our true self and therefore don’t need them anyway. Passion comes from our true self whereas apathy does not.

Honor your state of apathy and know that it is great training for a higher level way of being.

Congratulations, as you are learning the detached state of neutrality and choosing a life with passion.

"Learning the Lesson of Trust" By Barry & Joyce Vissell I love this photo of our son-in-law Ryan and our almost three-year-old grandson Owen. Ryan is taking Owen for his first surfing lesson. Owen is holding his hand and looking up at him with complete trust. He knows that his father has great wisdom in this situation and will take care of him.

Ryan is a lifetime surfer and knows the ocean very well. Owen cannot manage the ocean by himself. Ryan is a safety engineer and is always looking for ways to make Owen’s life as safe as can be.

I love this photo because I want to have the trust that Owen has here. I want to look to my unseen Father/Mother to guide me in a safe and wise way. I want to trust that, even though a situation may be scary, the One who is guiding me can see further ahead than I, and knows the gifts and blessings of the journey. Even though I can only see the wave in front of me, my guiding light can see the whole ocean.

I have been tested in this kind of trust over and over again in my life. A time that comes to mind is when our family experienced the 1989 earthquake which totally destroyed our home with all five of us in it. Our son was only five months old and our girls were seven and twelve. There were so many miracles that happened during the earthquake, situations Page | 85

that could have easily killed all five of us. And yet we were protected. But our home and most of our possessions were gone forever. It would have been easy to feel abandoned by our great Mother/Father. And at times I did. Unable to find a suitable place for our family, because so many homes were destroyed, we ended up camping on our neighbor’s property for almost a year. Yes, we did have a small camper, but we also had three children, one in diapers, two going to school with homework. And also a dog and four cats. Having always worked at home, Barry had to get an office space far away and was gone long periods in the day. The children and the animals were insecure, and they looked to me as the mother to bring stability. But I felt insecure as well. In my rare quiet moments alone, I looked to my great Mother to bring the security I needed. I felt Her saying to me that she has the big picture in mind, and that I needed to hold Her hand and trust Her wisdom for myself and for our family.

The beautiful part of this extended camping experience was that we camped right next to the property that we had always loved so much while living in our home. I was able to walk on this property every day and realize that this is where we were supposed to live. Barry was busy trying to find a suitable home for us to buy and yet he never could. Nothing ever felt right. And yet, day by day, this bare land right next door felt more and more right. Finally, Barry was able to catch my vision and we were able to buy it. The owner sold it to us for far below the market value because of the earthquake.

Twenty seven years later, we are still living on this beautiful property next to where we camped for those many months. Everything about our land and the home we built feels right, and we are able to hold seven workshops a year right in our home, using the land for camping and hiking. We had loved our first little home that was destroyed by the earthquake. But it was way too small for three children and a home office and never could have worked for workshops. We were content there and perhaps never would have made the change. But our Mother/Father made the change for us and brought us lovingly to a place that is perfect and very affordable for our work and our family. I learned a major lesson in trusting the higher wisdom and power.

We are blessed to work with many people who are in recovery. I find most of these people to be incredibly conscious and beautiful human beings. I always want to hear their stories and especially the point when their life of addiction started to change. For most people, the moment came after a particularly difficult and low period when they felt they simply could not go on anymore. It was at this low, desperate time for many of them when Page | 86

they realized that they must invite a higher power into their lives. They realized that they could not overcome their addiction without help. They had to hold the hand of their Mother/Father and ask for guidance and protection out of the mess of their life of addiction. This beautiful Higher Power brought them to meetings and sponsors and 12 steps that could usher them into a life more beautiful than they could have imagined. Most people in recovery realize that the success of their recovery depends on them constantly holding this hand of the Higher Power, trusting the higher wisdom and guidance.

When I was twenty-two years old, I was completely in love with Barry and wanted to marry him and live the rest of my life with him. But his Jewish background did not allow for such a marriage of a non-Jewish woman, and I had always wanted to marry someone of my Christian faith. Every human we trusted suggested that we end the relationship. I clearly remember as if it were this morning, the loving voice of my great Mother/Father speaking to me in my heart saying, “It is OK to marry Barry. You cannot figure it all out yet, but you will have a beautiful marriage.” The best thing I ever did in this life is to trust that inner voice, for indeed being married to Barry these fifty years has been the greatest blessing of my life.

Taking the hand of our Mother/Father and trusting our lives in their care is difficult, but it can also lead to the greatest blessings.

Vedic astrology is based on the sidereal fixed star and is astronomical correct. Understanding which Lunar Mansion your Moon is in at birth gives vital information to your personality, emotional equilibrium and purpose in this life. The planets at the birth, the moment one takes its first breath, gives the collective imprint from previous incarnations. This will include such things as, relationships in general (parents, children, romantic/spouse and social), as well as work and career-related issues, fortune and spiritual progress, to be experienced this lifetime. This sensitive manifestation has of course a lot do to with how one create an individual perception. In addition it indicates the extent to which a person will possess common sense (as apposed to pure intellect) as well as memory, stability, general health and happiness. Generally the Moon will indicate the ease with which success will be achieved and will contribute to the overall emotional equilibrium of the chart. One can observe the influence of the Moon at oneself quiet easy, by new Moon or the darkest nights of the month, one feels more introverted, while during the full Moon our social tendencies become more active. someone with a waxing Moon in their birth chart will be more outgoing and confident and will attract attention, whereas someone with a waning Moon will be more reflective and reserved. The Moon is used in Vedic astrology to determine the best time to start new ventures of any sort. Like in Bio dynamic Farming, where seeds should be planted during a waxing Moon, as this indicates growth and expansiveness which is highly favorable. Conversion of "Invisible to Visible" basically means a very strong connection between materialistic and spiritualistic world - The prime motive of our human life.

"Portals: Access Points to the Star Systems" By Jaap van Etten My interest in portals started by reading about it in science fiction stories.

The idea of going somewhere through space and time was a fascinating idea. At the time, I never considered it to be a true possibility. Now I know I was wrong. Maybe it may be somewhat different than most of the science fiction, or fantasy describes it, but from consciousness and metaphysical perspective, it is possible for everyone to use portals.

I recently learned that science fiction had become science fact. According to Emery Smith, there is a technology which makes it possible to create portals. People go through them and take samples from other planets, whether it is geological, botanical, or even animal (1).

Another recent development is that NASA mentioned that it had discovered portals. They are called X-points, and they are connections between the sun and the planet Earth. NASA believes that these x-points exist throughout the universe (2). While this discovery started all kinds of discussions, these x-points are “portals� within electromagnetic systems that pass on energy. NASA is not, or not yet, talking about portals that will allow people to go through. The portals NASA talks about are different from those about which Emery Smith talks. The importance, however, is the recognition of the existence of connections in the universe that are more extended than was originally thought. In this article, I want to talk about a type of portal people have used through eons of time: portals to star systems.

Portals throughout the Universe In the book Gifts of Mother Earth, I dedicated a chapter to the subject of portals (3). At the time, it was the only type of portal I knew. I defined them as vortexes that instead of connecting two systems within the Gaia system, connect places on Earth with different time and space systems, which means outside of our Earth reality. Studying these portals was like studying a new language. Soon I discovered that there are portals with different energies. It suggested that they may go to different star systems and that started my journey of learning the energies of star systems.

Looking back, I realized that it truly took courage to start this journey.

There hardly is any reference point, and, initially, it felt as if I was making up a story. However, when you search and are dedicated, you will always find bread crumbs that are left behind by others. If you follow them, you learn, and your understanding of the energies of portals begins to increase, leading to patterns in energies. These patterns lead to definitions, and the language begins to unfold.

While I am aware that the research of the energies of portals and the star systems they relate to, is still in an initial stage, there are enough fascinating results to share. There are portals to many systems in the universe. A high number of these portals go to star systems in the Milky Way. There also are some portals to the Andromeda Galaxy and a few that connect to the Triangulum Galaxy. There may be portals to other galaxies, although, I either have not yet found them or I am unable to recognize them due to lack of a reference system.

Crystal Skulls and Portals Those who are familiar with the two books on crystal skulls I have written (4) also will be familiar with my belief that the information connected with Page | 94

crystal skulls came from twelve different star nations. While there are different opinions about the origin of the crystal skulls, this was the story with which I resonated. In the initial phase of my work with crystal skulls, that story formed the basis from which I worked with them because I was fascinated by it. I dreamed about it, saw images in my meditations, and gathered the information I received while working with crystal skulls. It ultimately led to the definition of the twelve star-nations connected with the twelve original skulls and the determination of the locations of the portals through which the information from the star nations came into our world (5). At that time, I began to learn to differentiate between the different energies of the portals and the connected star systems. It was an interesting time, even though it often was also challenging and frustrating.

You can not look for portals and feel into their energies without being affected. Sometimes these effects were quite unpleasant. These experiences were not induced by the energies of the portals but because of my resistance to open me for these energies. When I opened myself, it induced shifts and changes, which could give unpleasant reactions. One of the portals that induced the strongest effect in me was the portal in Mexico connected to the star system Zeta Reticuli. Most people will think I connected to the Greys, but that was not the energies of this portal. The key word that belonged to the energies connected with this star system was “change.� I experienced the deep truth of the meaning of that word after I visited that portal (Image 1). It changed my life dramatically.

The results of the research of portals connected with the crystal skulls resulted in the definition of all twelve star-nations and the elemental powers with which they are connected (Image 2). In the image, there are seven names indicated in bold. Indigenous people believe that their ancestors came from the stars. They even mention with which star system their ancestors are connected. The seven names in bold are the ones that they mention most frequently. An example is Chief Golden Light Eagle, who mentions six of the seven names during one of the Star Knowledge Conferences (6). These names are The Pleiades, Sirius, Arcturus, Alpha Centauri, Orion, and Andromeda.

I have visited several of the portals connected with the crystal skulls. One of these portals is responsible for my move from The Netherlands to the United States: The crystal skull portal to Sirius is in the Sedona area.

Looking for the portal, I found something far more important: love. I fell in love with Jeanne, and I moved to the United States. And, I found the portal (Image 3).

Portals and Indigenous People The indigenous people believe that their ancestors came from the mentioned star systems. I wondered whether they left signs indicating they were using portals to connect with their ancestors. Once you know how to look for them and recognize them, these signs are abundantly present.

They exist everywhere in the world. Because I have done most of my research in the Sedona area, most of my information is from there.

However, I also found these signs in Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, Taiwan, and many places in Europe. Most likely, these signs exist throughout the whole world. I want to give a few examples.

In the Sedona area, the Sinagua, who lived in the area from around 750 to 1425, left many small and larger ruins. All ruins that I checked have a portal and all these portals connect to one of the six mentioned star systems. There is no doubt that the Sinagua people had a belief that is very similar to that of the contemporary indigenous people. In this area, the most common portal we found is to the Sirius system (Image 4). However, in certain parts of the Sedona area, the dominant portals are to the Orion constellation (image 5), or Arcturus.

Just north-east of Mexico City is a famous ancient city with pyramids that have become quite famous: Teotihuacan. The best-known structure in this complex is the Pyramid of the Sun (Image 6). This pyramid has a portal that connects to the star system of Sirius. In Taiwan, I found a portal to the Pleiades at a location where the indigenous people of Taiwan used to connect to their ancestors.

While I could give many more examples, the pattern is clear. Over the whole world, people used to connect with their ancestors and to do that they used locations that had portals to different star systems.

Portals of the Sidhe In my dialogues with the Sidhe, which led to the writing of Birth of a New Consciousness (7), the Sidhe mentioned the importance of staying in contact with the star system of your origin to be able to stay connected to your essence. The Sidhe are closely related to us. Their name is Celtic and is short for Aes Sidhe, which means the People of the Mounds. They are a race of humans that are out of phase with the world in which we live, and therefore, they are invisible to most people.

Initially, people believed that the Sidhe are people of legends and lore.

However, an increasing number of people connects with them and share about these connections. I met a group of them in the Sedona area. This connection led to communication and the writing of the mentioned book.

After finishing the book, my curiosity was peaked. Do the Sidhe connect with the same type of portals as the indigenous people did and still do?

That question started the research that continued for many years, looking at portals in the area where the Sidhe lived. It was initially a rather frustrating journey because I was not familiar with the type of portals we found. It took a long time before I got a clearer picture.

The portals that the Sidhe use are different from the ones that are used by the indigenous people. At the beginning of 2019, we had found in the Sedona area, portals to forty different star systems with which the Sidhe have a connection. I also found portals in connection with Sidhe in North Carolina, Minnesota, and Northern California and all of them are the same as the ones we found in the Sedona area. That seems to indicate all Sidhe connect to similar star systems. In this list, there are two familiar names, Arcturus and Andromeda. However, the frequencies of these portals are different from the ones used by the indigenous people. Something either changed or the Sidhe and we are not related after all. We found the answer in a more extended study of portals in the Sedona area.

Portals and the Founders To understand this research, we first must make a small sidestep. Human consciousness is held a collective field and grid systems with vortexes that connect these two. The lines of the grids that hold the active part of the collective human consciousness are characterized by lines that have sublines that vary in number from 1 to 13. These sublines always have three wires, and that is why I called them triad lines (8). The consciousness grids were far more extensive than I originally thought. Many years of study resulted in a deeper understanding of the human consciousness grid systems.

Image 7 summarizes the results of the study. There are twelve levels of consciousness in addition to that of the Founders, the first souls that came to Earth to fulfill an agreement with Gaia in which humans were given cocreatorship to help the physical system of Gaia to ascend. The Founders realized that their consciousness had a vibration which prevented them from being an integrated part of the physical system of Gaia. That is why they created twelve levels of consciousness. The purpose was to go down in consciousness until the vibration of humans allowed them to be an integrated part of the physical system of Gaia. That is where we are now.

During the descend in levels of consciousness, we lost the connection with the star systems from which we originated. Therefore, to understand the Page | 97

starting point, it is important to look at the star systems with which the Founders connected. Doing so helps to understand human connections better. Before doing this, let us look at the level of consciousness of the Sidhe. They function on levels 7 to 10 of the human consciousness system.

Considering that we currently function mostly at level 1 with an increasing connection with level 2 and incidental moments at level 3, it becomes clear why the Sidhe are better able to remember their origin then we do.

When we compare the portals of the Founders with portals of the Sidhe, there is a strong similarity in the type of portals. The Sidhe may have a wider variety, but all the Founder portals are also in the list of portals of the Sidhe.

Conclusion Based on the results of our research, we can conclude that the idea that we originate from star systems is an integrated part of human awareness, that stayed with us even when the level of consciousness decreased. However, we may have lost the ability to define the original systems. Besides living on Earth, many souls also have lived on star systems that helped them to fulfill their purpose here on Earth: contributing to the ascension of the Gaia system. However, these star systems are not their origins, but in the memories of the souls, they may be most present. Therefore, people tend to believe that these are the star system from where they came.

Fundamentally, it does not matter from where we came. What matters is that we allow our essence to awaken again and express it through our physical system. Any star system that can help us to awaken the aspects of our essence we need in this life is worth connecting with. Visiting sacred sites and being open optimally for the energies of the portals present at those sites will always contribute to your awakening.

Other portals Most of my research focused on the above-described portals, which are the ones connected to star systems from where souls originate. Only recently, we discovered other types of portals. One type of portal connects to star systems that bring information into the Gaia system. This information can contribute to the morphogenetic system, or can be aspects of DNA. Although knowledge is limited, I like to give an example. Image 8 shows the location of a portal to the star system of Musca. This star system provided information that contributed to the diversity in lizard species by providing DNA fragments.

Even more recently, we found a multi-portal (image 9). A multi-portal is a location that gives access to many different star systems. In this case, the portals are to star systems that help us with the transition of our current world, that in many traditions is called the fourth world, into the new world. These portals are the first signs of support for this important transition that we also call ascension or moving into the golden age. We truly live in exciting times, opening possibilities that we at this moment cannot yet comprehend.

I do not doubt that we are at the brink of big changes. We all can choose to be an active part of this process!!!

On the Holy Breath, I now breathe in and out deeply and rhythmically through my Heart Chakra. With every Inbreath, I align with the Divine Love of my Mother God and the Sacred Fire Breath of the Holy Spirit.

With every Outbreath, my Mother God opens my Heart Chakra to new breadths and projects her Transfiguring Divine Love into the physical plane of Earth.

Through this activity of Light, the portal within my right-brain hemisphere and my Heart Chakra, through which the Love of my Mother God originally flowed to bless all Life on Earth, is once again opening to full breadth.

As the full potential of my Mother God’s Pink Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love pulsates through my Heart Chakra, it is brought into perfect balance with my Father God’s Blue Flame of Power within the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in my Heart.

This newly balanced Threefold Flame in my Heart has a dual pulsation.

The first pulsation is the Inbreath—assimilating and absorbing the Power and Love of my Father-Mother God, and the second pulsation is the Outbreath—expanding and radiating out the Power and Love of my FatherMother God. On the Inbreath, my Threefold Flame extends up in vibration piercing into the very Heart and Mind of God, the Source of never-ending perfection. On the Outbreath, my balanced Threefold Flame radiates the blessings from the Heart and Mind of my Father-Mother God into the physical plane of Earth.

On every Inbreath my Heart Flame Ascends into new heights of Divinity, and on each Outbreath, through my fully opened Heart Chakra, my Heart Flame becomes a stronger pulsation of my Father-Mother God’s blessings into the world of form.

Because of the dual activity of my Inbreath and Outbreath, my Heart Flame is both the portal into the Pure Land of Boundless Splendor and Infinite Light within me, as well as the Source of all of the Divine Blessings from my Father-Mother God to Humanity and Mother Earth.

My Threefold Flame is also the inward portal for my return to Christ Consciousness and my open heart and mind telepathic communication with my I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven.

This means that through my Holy Breath, my return to Christ Consciousness and my inner journey back to my Father-Mother God are balanced with my outer service to Humanity and all Life. It is within this balance that I open my Heart Chakra once again to the perpetual flow of my Mother God’s Transfiguring Divine Love.

Now, the portal through which my Mother God’s Divine Love originally flowed is open to full breadth. This is allowing the Blue Flame of my Father God’s Power and the Pink Flame of my Mother God’s Love to be perfectly balanced within the Divinity of my Heart Flame.

These two aspects of my Father-Mother God now merge into the magnificent Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection. This Sacred Fire now blazes up from my Heart Chakra and into my physical brain structure, expanding the activation of my pineal, pituitary, and hypothalamus glands, and the ganglionic center at the base of my brain.

This activation of my spiritual brain centers creates the sacred space for the opening of my Crown Chakra. As this occurs, a greatly intensified frequency of the Yellow-gold Flame of Enlightenment, Illumination, Wisdom and Christ Consciousness begins flowing from my I AM Presence into my pineal gland. This intensified Yellow-gold Flame is anchored within my Heart Flame completing this greatly intensified expansion of my Father God’s Blue Flame of Power, my Mother God’s Pink Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love, and the Son’s and Daughter’s of God’s Yellowgold Flame of Enlightenment and Christ Consciousness within my Heart.

With this influx of Light the full Divine Momentum of Christ Consciousness flows through my Crown Chakra and my pineal gland into my mental and emotional bodies. As I return to Christ Consciousness, my Heart and Mind are recalibrated to higher frequencies of Oneness and Reverence for All Life than I have experienced since Humanity’s fall from Grace aeons ago. In this Enlightened state of Christ Consciousness, I AM able to easily communicate with my I AM Presence, my Father-Mother God, and the entire Company of Heaven through the natural process of open heart and mind telepathic communication.

I realize now, as never before, that Christ Consciousness is my Divine Birthright as a Beloved Son or Daughter of God. Through this level of consciousness I AM One with my Father-Mother God and every particle and wave of Life throughout the whole of Creation. As I live, move, breath, and have my Being within the Enlightened state of Christ Consciousness, I realize ALL that my Father-Mother God have is mine.

I now KNOW that the Enlightened Path of Divine Love leading to Christ Consciousness is the Way, the Truth and the Life for every Son and Daughter of God. For this I AM Eternally Grateful.

Many of the Spiritual Masters compare the process of obtaining selfrealization to the struggle of climbing a mountain. Anyone new to their spiritual practice may find this analogy daunting.

However, this upward journey can only be completed step-by-step, and it is certain that the limited knowledge you have now, will expand into new levels of Awareness with each step.

In short, the journey is a peaceful one once you accept that you will only have access to new wisdoms as they are needed. Right now, you have only experienced life through the Rational Mind, and it attempts to protect you by only allowing you to move forward when it is certain of the potential outcome.

For this reason, the path of self-realization then is also a Leap of Faith.

Each step of this journey is a step into the Unknown. You must face the fear of uncertainty, and climb out of the place that you are so you can rise into realms of Higher Wisdom.

Accept now, that each step of this journey will deepen your Inner Wisdom enough to take the next step. To achieve this, you must let go of all beliefs and patterns of the mind that are bound inside fear and doubt. The more you release and free the mind, more clarity of mind is awarded.

THE FIRST SET OF LIMITING MIND PATTERNS TO RELEASE ARE ALL IDEAS ASSOCIATED WITH, “I,” “ME,” AND “MINE.” Such thoughts are Rational Mind trying to make sense of the fears belonging to the unheard emotions in the subconscious. Trust me, you will Page | 107

believe the logic that Rational Mind produces, however; it is these thoughts that veil your unlimited potential.

HOW TO LET GO OF EGO * Realize that the stories of the Mind that produce emotions of anxiety, fear, doubt, depression, and overwhelm actually belong to deeply buried subconscious mental patterns. * Begin to use your emotions as Spiritual Guides. For example, when you notice that anxiety or depression has taken you over, say to yourself, “This is not me, this is not my True Nature.” And here is the key… * Listen to the Story that the anxiety is telling you. What is it? That you are not good enough? Is the story that you might fail at the goal you are trying to achieve? Is the story that you will never have what you want?

Once you have noticed the Story of the Mind, it no longer has any power.

You are no longer a prisoner of the Mind, you have become the Observer.

And from this viewpoint, you REALIZE that YOU as the Observer are very different from IT, aka: The Story, (the subconscious.) * Now breath. Smile. You have just entered a new realm of Being.

Because you have observed Rational Mind’s need for “I,” change the concept of “I” to IT. For example, instead of saying, “I feel tired,” come to realize that the truth is better expressed by saying, “It feels tired.”

The problem with “I” is that it belongs to an illusion. It is born from the thought patterns buried as habits of an untrained mind. Each of these thoughts is an IT that wants something, and IT will never be the highest and Absolute version of You. Stop saying “I” want, and realize “IT” wants.

Practicing this first Self-Realization will allow you to begin to untangle the unwanted, and limited thought patterns that hold you back from expressing yourself in your fullest potentiality. This shift offers you peace and freedom.

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the nonverbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room.

When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream.

There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet� because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and Page | 110

then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

"We Are Expanding Our Levels of Consciousness" By Dianne Robbins

We are the Cetaceans. We speak to you today of Love. Love from one species of Light to another species of Light. Regardless of the category of species, we are all Light – no other name matters. For Light encompasses all of God’s qualities and God’s qualities are inherent in all living forms, whether or not they are aware of it. So the awakening to the Light that humanity is feeling now is being felt by all species on the Earth. All species are being called to wake up from their long slumber and to embody the Light and Love that is now available to all on Earth.

We, too, are being called to the Light, even though we are already awakened to our full consciousness in the seas. We are being called to other levels of consciousness that exist in the Light. For there’s no end to the levels of consciousness you can rise into. It is never ending – it is God’s Glory that never ends – but always rises and expands from within our Page | 111

Souls. There is Glory unending just as our Father’s mansion keeps expanding its rooms of consciousness to contain higher and higher levels of awareness, so too do we keep expanding our “rooms” or levels of consciousness to move into more and more of our Father’s mansion.

In our Father’s mansion, there are many rooms – each room expanding into a higher dimension of consciousness – unending – our expansion goes on through Eternity – we are never “there” for there’s nowhere to get to – there is always expansion into more and more of the Source, and the more we expand the more the Source expands.

We, in the depths of your oceans, know this. That’s why we don’t mind being “trapped” in the depths of your 3rd dimensional oceans, because although we are here physically, spiritually we are everywhere. Our consciousness is everywhere. We can take in the whole Universe and be aware of everything happening on many different dimensions while still swimming in your Oceans.

You, too, will be coming into your awareness of the different dimensions and you will be integrating these dimensions into your beingness, so that you, too, will be aware of many higher dimensions while still walking on Earth.

It is at this juncture that we, the Cetaceans, and you, the humans, will meet in thought on a higher dimension of frequency, where we await you.

Until that time, which is rapidly approaching, think of us in the depths of your oceans and connect with us in thought, as we are always thinking of you and are always sending our thoughts to you on shore.

"I AM" Spirit Uranus Talks By Hanni Salovaara My Self, I AM is the fundamental starting point of the love of the universe and the foundation of all existence. Like in your holy book, the Bible, God expresses Himself by the words I AM and with the help of it, God expresses Himself, for is there another way to express the infinite to the finite? Can the finite have words to express the infinite?

Underneath everything there is reality, your fundamental and true being, your own core. By saying I AM, you are in touch with your own core, for reality, the present moment, IS. If you think what reality is: it simply IS and that will not change. My aspiration is that you will internalize and put to use this state, I AM. Then you can give up the delusion inside you and find your own senses in yourselves.

Do you think that on this side of the wall, on the visible side, is your true being? What is the core underneath all your layers, your true being? Truth and honesty simply ARE, and when you are honest, you are open to reality. Then you listen to the present moment and make your decisions from the present moment. I AM is connecting to reality, or to your own core, and when you connect to your core, you are in reality and in the present moment. In this way you move everywhere in I AM –state, or in yourself, and are capable of taking everything that you need. When man is in his own state and in himself, he will never hurt another person unless he wants to do it consciously.

When man is in the guidance of himself, his own state will never restrict the state of another but only takes its own space. My intention is that you get into the I AM –state gradually as your senses keep sensitizing. Then you sense your own state and environment wherever you may be. Then you also act according to the principle of I AM, not in a state of “I take whatever is left”. Then your self is not in contradiction with the surroundings, and confusion goes away. I AM is aspiring at its own state, at living from the starting point of I AM, when contradiction goes away. Then, man himself takes his own space and place in himself and also in the world surrounding him, for man has a universal, fundamental right to it. Everything in your nature acts according to the principle of I AM: plants, animals, everything. Even the stars in the sky are in the I AM –state.

An illusion tells always that man is communicating through the outer world, not through himself. Then he takes information from the outer world and relates it to himself. When man is in himself, he, instead, takes information from himself and relates it to the outer world. He is then in the I AM –state: he does not get bigger or smaller, he simply IS. Channel this energy to the entire globe and to the people you want! Channel this energy to one another and to your body as well! By touching yourselves and one another, you transmit this energy to your body when it, too, can experience the state I AM. In this way the defects of the body, which are always apparent in man, are being repaired, and the whole, invisible to human eyes, gets nutrition. I AM –state is pure acceptance and love.
