The Violet Flame is a gift from the Heart of our Father-Mother God. The Divine Intent of this gift is to help Humanity transmute into Light the human miscreations we inadvertently manifested through the misuse of our thoughts and feelings. This includes anything that exists in the physical plane that is not reflecting the love, harmony and balance of Heaven on Earth.

The Violet Flame is the perfect balance of the Outbreath of our Father God, the masculine sapphire blue Flame of Divine Will, Power and Authority, and the Inbreath of our Mother God, the feminine crystalline pink Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love, Adoration and Reverence for Life. When the Outbreath and the Inbreath of our God Parents merge into one rhythmic pulsation, a Violet Flame of unfathomable power and might is birthed into existence. This sacred gift of Violet Fire has the ability to transmute into Light every malady existing on Earth and every electron of energy Humanity has ever misqualified. I know from the consciousness of our finite minds that seems too good to be true, but the reality is that statement doesn’t even begin to reveal the incomparable assistance contained within this gift from our Father-Mother God.

Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain has been instrumental in bringing the knowledge of the Violet Flame to the conscious minds of Humanity. In the Heavenly Realms, he is known as the Son of Freedom, and he has volunteered to sustain the Violet Flame on Earth for the benefit of all Life evolving here. In his exalted service in the Heart of our omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Father-Mother God -- All That Is -- he is the Keeper of the Violet Flame. At that time, even the Lightworkers were able to withstand only the most gentle frequencies of this Sacred Fire. Saint Germain started by teaching Lightworkers how to use the Violet Flame’s gentle qualities of mercy, compassion and forgiveness.

As time progressed, Lightworkers learned to use the frequencies of transmutation and purification. Eventually the Violet Flame frequencies of justice, liberty, freedom, opportunity and victory became known to us. As we developed the ability to withstand greater Light, we learned how to use the rhythm and Divine Ceremony of the Violet Flame.

Now, during the 70th anniversary of Humanity’s first tangible experience of the Violet Flame, Saint Germain and the Legions of Light associated with this gift from our Father-Mother God are offering to be the Open Door for an unprecedented 5th-Dimensional activity of the Violet Flame that will greatly assist Humanity in our Ascension process. Due to the incredible changes that have successfully taken place within Humanity’s Earthly bodies over the past few years and the influx of Divine Consciousness that has bathed Humanity since the initial impulse of the Shift of the Ages, we are capable of assimilating higher frequencies of the Violet Flame. This greatly empowered 5th-Dimensional frequency of the Violet Flame will accelerate the awakening taking place on the planet and catapult Humanity up the Spiral of Evolution into frequencies of harmony and balance beyond anything we have experienced since our fall from Grace millions of years ago. This selfless act of Divine Intervention by Saint Germain and his fellow exponents of the Violet Flame will assist Humanity is ways beyond the comprehension of our finite minds. To get an inkling of what this will mean in our everyday lives, we need to understand just how the Violet Flame works.

How the Violet Flame Works The Violet Flame it is available to every man, woman and child. All we have to do to take advantage of this amazing gift from our FatherMother God is invoke it into our lives through our I AM Presence.

Like all assistance from the Heavenly Realms, we must ask before we can receive. This amazing tool will not interfere with our free will, but Page | 19

once we ask for the Violet Flame to intervene in our Earthly experiences the floodgates of Heaven open, and the Violet Flame will follow our decree and accomplish whatever we ask it to do. When our I AM Presence invokes the Violet Flame, which gives it permission to enter our lives, the Violet Fire flows through our Silver Cord into our Crown Chakra, then it descend into our Heart Flame. When the Violet Fire enters our Heart Flame, it is stamped with our individual electronic pattern. After that is accomplished, it awaits direction from our I AM Presence in order to fulfill its mission.

For example, if we are interested in transmuting the obsolete patterns of poverty consciousness that we developed over many lifetimes through our belief in lack and limitation, we simply ask the Violet Flame to accomplish that goal. This can be done through this simple invocation.

“I AM my Beloved I AM Presence, invoking the full power of the Violet Flame to transmute cause, core, effect, record and memory every thought, feeling, word or action I have ever expressed in any time frame or dimension, both known and unknown, that reflects poverty consciousness or lack and limitation of any kind.”

With that invocation, the Violet Flame immediately goes into action.

It blazes forth from our Heart Flame, stamped with our electronic pattern. It travels through the atmosphere of Earth and expands out into the Universe. On its journey, it seeks out and magnetizes to itself every electron of energy vibrating with a frequency of poverty, lack or limitation that is stamped with our electronic pattern.

No matter how dense the frequency of poverty is that cloaks the energy we misqualified during our many lifetimes, there is still a core of purity in every electron that contains its original Divine Potential.

That means that within every electron manifesting as poverty there is still, pulsating within its core, the Divine Potential of God’s Limitless Abundance. Within every electron manifesting as hatred there is still the Divine Potential of God’s Infinite Love. Within every electron of war there is still the Divine Potential of Eternal Peace. Within every electron of disease there is still the Divine Potential of vibrant health.

Once the Violet Flame engulfs the misqualified energy that is stamped with our electronic pattern, it penetrates into the core of purity in each electron and activates the Divine Potential that is encoded there.

As the Divine Potential of God’s Limitless Abundance is activated within every electron of our poverty consciousness, the atomic and subatomic particles and waves within the electrons begin to spin more rapidly on their axis. The centrifugal force of this acceleration casts the dark frequencies of poverty, lack and limitation into the Violet Flame. The Violet Fire instantly consumes the frequencies of poverty and transmutes them back into Light. When the transmuting process feels complete, we must then ask our I AM Presence to fill the void where the frequencies of poverty existed with the Golden Light of God’s Limitless Abundance.

It is important for us to take a minute to grasp the magnitude of what this merciful gift from our Father-Mother God means in our lives.

With the consistent use of the Violet Flame, we can actually transmute our negative thoughts, feelings, words and actions from all of our previous embodiments before the Law of the Circle returns them to us, bringing all kinds of problems into our lives. The Violet Flame is truly a gift of Divine Grace that is designed to help us transmute thousands of lifetimes worth of our misqualified energy, in the twinkling of an eye.

The Violet Flame can transmute anything we want to heal or transform in our individual lives or on the planet. It can transmute back into Light anything that is not reflecting the love, harmony and balance of Heaven on Earth. All we have to do is invoke the Violet Flame into action through our I AM Presence.

When invoking the Violet Flame, we can work on specific issues in our lives or tackle particular global problems or we can create an invocation that covers the gamut of problems manifesting on Earth.

In that case, we can use the invocation as a mantra and be an instrument of the Violet Flame any time and any place. For example, a simple invocation might be: “I AM my Beloved I AM Presence, invoking the full power of the Violet Flame to transmute cause, core, effect, record and memory every thought, feeling, word or action Humanity has ever expressed in any Page | 21

time frame or dimension, both known and unknown, that reflects anything less than the limitless perfection of God.�

By memorizing a simple affirmation like this, we can say it frequently throughout the day. Then we will be a constant force of the Violet Flame wherever we are and whatever we are doing.

Occasionally, people invoke the Violet Flame without seeing the results in the outer world that they would like to see. This gives them the impression that the Violet Flame is not working, but that is never the case. The Violet Flame is a gift of Divine Light that works scientifically to the letter each and every time it is invoked by the I AM Presence. But there is a factor that determines how quickly results will manifest in the world of form when using the Violet Flame. That is what we call reaching critical mass. It is important for us to understand how reaching critical mass affects our effort to transform our lives.

Reaching Critical Mass A very common scenario is that when we awaken, we become aware of the power of our creative faculties and the gift of the Violet Flame.

This awareness prompts us to work at controlling our thoughts and feelings, and it inspires us to utilize the Violet Flame. We put forth the effort to think positively and to control our emotions, and we focus our attention on what we want to manifest in our lives. We invoke the Violet Flame to transmute our misqualified thoughts and feelings from the past, and we empower our efforts with daily visualizations and affirmations.

Often, after what seems like a valiant effort, we continue to experience some of our old problems. This causes us to become discouraged and to lose trust in our ability to change our lives. At that point, we feel our efforts are futile, and we usually give up on trying to improve our situation. We stop invoking the Violet Flame, and we let go of our visions. This causes us to regress back into our old, negative behavior patterns. We start dwelling on our fears, problems and challenges instead using our thoughts and feelings to empower our goals, hopes and dreams. As a result of that relapse, things get worse, and our situation appears even more hopeless.

The Natural Law involving critical mass is responsible for this particular phenomenon. If we understand how critical mass works, we will muster up the courage to persevere, even in the face of apparent failure, until our goals are tangibly manifest in the physical plane.

Everything is comprised of energy, vibration and consciousness.

When we explore a portion of the vast science of quantum physics, we learn that when something reaches critical mass, there is an unstoppable shift that takes place. For instance, when an electron is increasing in vibration, the moment it reaches critical mass, the entire electron is pulled up into the higher frequency and nothing can stop that shift.

Critical mass is 51 percent of the energy, vibration and consciousness of whatever it is we are talking about. When 51 percent of an electron is vibrating at a higher frequency, the remaining 49 percent is instantly absorbed into the new vibration. So, how does this facet of quantum physics affect the Violet Flame and our ability to transform our lives?

When we use the Violet Flame, the same laws of quantum physics apply. If we want to transmute poverty consciousness, for instance, we invoke the Violet Flame and ask that every electron of poverty consciousness we have ever expressed be transmuted back into its Divine Potential, which is the Limitless Abundance of God. The moment 51 percent of our energy, vibration and consciousness is resonating with frequencies of God’s Limitless Abundance instead of poverty, lack and limitation, we will have reached a critical mass of prosperity consciousness. When that occurs, nothing can stop abundance from manifesting in our lives.

The problem is that we never know just when we are going to reach that magical moment of critical mass. There are often no outer-world signs, and it may even look as if we are very far away from that instant of transformation. That is when we usually feel our efforts are failing, and we tend to give up. Sometimes we may be just a breath away from reaching critical mass, but we don’t realize that, so we get discouraged and stop trying. Then we end up never reaching our goal.

The key to our success is that we must keep on keeping on even in the face of adversity. It is vital for us to understand that the Violet Flame is infinitely more powerful than any fragmented human miscreation we may have inadvertently created. Poverty has no power over the limitless Abundance of God. Our Divine Potential is infinitely more powerful than disease, failure, dysfunctional relationships, hatred, greed, corruption, war or any of the other humanly-created maladies appearing on the screen of life.

As long as we choose to consistently use the Violet Flame and consecrate our thoughts and feelings to empower only the positive experiences we want to create in our lives and not the negative experiences we don’t want, we will manifest our visions and dreams and transform our lives into what we want them to be faster than we can possibly imagine.

This information is being reiterated by the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth during this critical moment on Earth to help us remember that if we don’t like what is happening in our lives or in the world, we have the option, and the ability, to do something about it. This is true for each of us individually, and it is true for all of us collectively as a global family.

It is time for us to accept responsibility for turning our lives around.

It is time for us to invoke the assistance of the Company of Heaven and the Violet Flame to help us transmute our past miscreations. It is time for us to focus on cocreating our highest Divine Potential. When we do these things, our efforts will be empowered by the unfathomable Light of our I AM Presence, and our success is assured.

We don’t have to believe in the various Universal Laws in order to exist on Earth, but since we are ALL subject to them, it is just common sense for us to try and accept them. We don’t have to believe that every single thought, word, action and feeling we have will go out and affect the world and then return to us to affect our personal lives, but this is happening scientifically, to the letter, in spite of any disbelief we may have.

It doesn’t matter whether we believe in reincarnation or whether we understand that we have an accumulation of experiences from other Page | 24

time frames and dimensions that are influencing our present lives; it is happening anyway. If we stop resisting this Truth and just accept it as a possibility, it will certainly be to our advantage. We will experience a positive shift in our lives even if we just say to ourselves, “Maybe it is true. Maybe I can turn things around in my life by accepting the Law of the Circle and working with this principle instead of fighting against it.” When we are willing to take this first step and genuinely put forth the effort to transmute the past with the Violet Flame and correct our behavior by changing the way we think and feel, the floodgates of Heaven will open to assist us in accomplishing our goals.

"The Professional Psychic-Medium and Covid-19" By Connie Wake & Susan Fiandach

During a recent interview with Coast-to-Coast radio, Dr. Dean Radin, the Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, recently discussed his work with the Global Consciousness Project (GCP). The GCP has been collecting data for over 23 years using electronic devices called random number generators (RNGs), which are located around the globe. "The Impact of the Sounds of Languages! By Jill Mattson

As civilizations change, so do their languages -- in subtle ways bringing about mental, emotional, and physical alterations. The people are exposed to the different sounds with different languages.

In ancient Greek times, for example, children were not exposed to vowel sounds, as the associated energies were considered too stimulating during people's early formative years. Many languages, in Page | 30

fact, left out vowel sounds....

As man’s soul and spiritual energies has "involved" into matter (or identified with matter) throughout the ages, he delved into deeper experiences of duality, moving further from God. As the world and energies of man changed, so did his experiences and languages.

One way to recapture the higher vibrations of some ancient cultures is to listen to their extinct ancient languages – taking a vibratory shower into the past! These vibrational matrices can bring back the sounds that created a state in which man could approach God closer.

I often wondered why friends enjoyed listening to Catholic masses in Latin. They didn’t understand a word! They told me that it felt "holy."

Now I understand that idea better. Latin is an ancient language.

Likewise the Hindi and people from other religions treasure their sacred words, because the sounds transport them into a closer position with God. Sacred sounds leave a trail for us to find the Divine.

Ancient extinct languages are called Languages of Light, in many ancient secret teachings. I often wondered what is so special about them. Through years of studying, I now understand and am prepared to share this secret.

If you say a word over and over for hours under a drum with sand on it, the sand will vibrate, eventually go out to the end of the drum and then travel back inwards. The sand will pile up in some places where it intersects and other places will have no sand. Picture can be created in the sand. In my Ancient Sound Modern Healing book, there are photographs of such pictures. Elaborate patterns and pitches are formed.

For example, one sound creates a perfect picture of a dragon fly. In ancient times that sound would be the name for the dragon fly. These ancient languages of light were not symbolic as our language is today, but they were the vibratory versions of the things (sound waves). In Egyptian (an ancient language of light) the word ben means to walk forward and the word neb means to walk backward (neb is ben spelled backwards). One sound moves energy forward and the other Page | 31

moves it backward. The sound and what it describes are the same. It is far more than symbolic.

The ancient languages were more powerful than those we use today. I think back to the Egyptian magicians and the tales of “Magic Words.”

Ahhaaa. I now get it. Magic words were the energetic vibrations of a thing.

Reflecting that all of these powerful languages are now extinct, I feel it is for the best. Today, words hurt people – deeply. They would be a greater weapon if we used more powerful languages. So the weaker vibratory language – saves us from ourselves!

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service.

Dear Human Being, you are not in our dimensionality and we recognize that. You cannot see us as we see you. There seems to be a test at hand, and you are aware of it. However, it's not a test of the Human Being, but rather it's a test of energy. How far will you go with the divine energy you are discovering in yourself? How far will you stretch out your hand to meet the hand of the Creator inside you? You are a piece of the benevolent creation of the earth, disguised as a Human Being in corporeal form, unaware of your creative seeds, of even how you got here. That's who you are. In your linear form, however, you continue to ask all of the common linear questions: "How do I do this or that? How many times should I do it? How often?

What duration?"

These are all wonderful questions you ask - if we were linear. But we're not. Many of you are confused on what to do next and how to do it. You are also always asking about the timing involved. It's no wonder you are asking these linear questions, because it shows you are aware of your spiritual path. It's honored! But again we say, even if you are asking in a linear, intellectual way, we are only able to answer in an intuitive, conceptual way. However, since you only hear in a linear way, you're not going to understand it all, since your antenna of understanding is linear.

You're waiting for the 3D list of what to do, or you're waiting for a linear, practical answer to a practical question. But what we give you will be concepts to help steer you into things that are even beyond what you're asking for. We are also constantly giving you the concepts

of love, even when you are asking a "how much, how long" question. I want you to relax - all of you - into the arms of God right now.

Isolation from Spirit Spiritual organized belief on this planet is in a very old, survival energy. It places the soul in an isolated status, in a linear Human box.

Your spiritual systems do not see your soul as a part of God at all. It is somehow suspended in a place where it's going to survive or not survive. If you don't do the correct linear Human thing, your eternal soul is going to be punished or rewarded accordingly. Dear ones, does this information sound like the Creator, or does that sound like something that men created for you? I want you to get rid of the concept that your soul is somehow in the dark and linked to Human action. Your soul is part of you and me. We are allied; we are the same throughout all history, and there's a new energy on the planet that literally is shouting to you through a transmitter that you're not quite tuned into yet. I want you to relax and feel the love of this large paradigm shift. It's so important for you to understand how integrated we are with you!

There is so much misunderstanding about the real relationship between Humans and God. When you meditate, know that we've been with you all day. You understand that, don't you? We are aware of your life and all your circumstances. Your existence and your soul are all totally known by God! I want you to approach things more gently and with more patience and understanding. Perhaps you might say this: "Dear Spirit, I don't understand what's happening and I don't understand what I'm supposed to do next. I'm a little confused. What should I do?" What do you expect we're going to tell you? "Take four steps, turn left, and breathe deeply five times?" [Kryon laugh] It's not going to be that way. Our answers come from synchronicity, change and concepts for you.

"Kryon, what is the timing of my situation?" The answer to this question is always the same. Be patient while synchronicity unfolds.

But this is not a linear answer and many are frustrated by this. After Page | 34

all, this answer is not on any calendar or clock. Dear ones, it's time to more fully understand synchronicity.

The Metaphor of the Cook I present a new metaphor: We're going to cook a meal. Now, this makes my partner very nervous, since he has no idea about cooking.

Just relax. [speaking to Lee] Cooking a fine meal on this planet is an art. You enjoy food and the best cooks are the ones who start early and prepare and prepare and prepare. In a professional kitchen, there are multiple cooks, but in this metaphor, there is only one.

Perhaps you have cooked for a large family, and now you wish to prepare a meal that is exotic, perhaps a little different from any kind of existing recipe. Perhaps you're the kind of cook who makes up your own recipe and uses your cook's intuition? Whatever the case, you often start by assembling the ingredients in preparation. Some of you will actually put these ingredients in containers, getting ready to compile them into that which is going to be cooked at the right time.

At first, you don't mix them together. Instead, you may have a bowl of lettuce, a bowl of rice and perhaps some vegetables. Then there are the sauces and the au jus, which will be what the meal will be cooked in, and actually added later again.

There are some ingredients that are going to be placed on the main meal as it is cooked at a lower temperature, then removed as the temperature is increased. These may be put aside and then cooked finally later, as the main finishes. Then there are the seasonings before, during and after cooking. You will be putting them in various containers and bowls as well. As a great cook, you might even mix seasonings beforehand.

You may even be preparing the night before, because there have to be certain parts of the meal that need to be soaked or marinated in certain ways, perhaps even pre-cooked, in order for them to be timed correctly to the final fruition of the meal. It will eventually come together in its beauty and elegance. The aroma will be lovely, ready for consumption with a beautiful taste. When combined with certain kinds of sauces and certain kinds of beverages, it's a feast that is filled Page | 35

with love and great appreciation. Congratulations! For, as a cook, you really know what you're doing.

The Kitchen Comes Alive Now I'm going to alter the metaphor, so stand by. Our metaphoric story continues and the reality paradigm of your kitchen has just shifted. Every ingredient in every bowl now has a unique consciousness. Every single ingredient in every single bowl also has no idea what you are doing - none. The ingredients also don't have any idea about the final meal. They are just ingredients sitting there, but because they now have consciousness, they also may now have an attitude! Well, not necessarily an attitude that is negative, but certainly one that is inquisitive.

You are the cook and you are the creator of the meal. As the cook, you have placed ingredients around you in bowls and sealed containers, getting them ready. Let's say one is the lettuce, for instance. It may even be one of first ingredients to be prepared, for it has to be chilled.

It might even have been sealed and put in the refrigerator 24 hours before the meal is served! But it is there all alone, being chilled in the refrigerator - and it's suddenly complaining! "Why am I in the refrigerator? Look, I couldn't help but notice there are some other things going on. I'm all alone. What's happening? Why am I here in this refrigerator and how long will it be before I meet the vegetables?

This is not acceptable."

Now, the vegetables are mad because they also expected something to happen by now (vegetables are often that way). They are waiting and waiting, but the cook is over preparing something else - the sauce. The sauce has no idea about anything (sauce is like that). It's just happy to be here, no matter what. It doesn't know why it's being whipped up or what's coming. It's used to whatever happens, but it's aware of a strange seasoning that is being mixed with it. It's a bit anxious (there is nothing worse than anxious sauce).

Dear ones, in this metaphor, Spirit is cooking a meal with you for your life, but it's always going to be cooked with others. The metaphor is this: What ingredient bowl or container are you in? How are you being prepared? How long will it be until the other ingredients come Page | 36

together with you in a certain way, in order for the final meal to be cooked? Are you all right with the fact that there may be some preparation? You may come together with some other bowls now, but still there is no completion and things are stalled. How long will it take? Sometimes the bowls are combined, only to sit there some more!

All this planning with others depends upon synchronicity. It must be coordinated, too. When certain bowls of ingredients meet each other and are ready, they are now prepared. But then the mixture may have to be preserved over time. So if you are the lettuce and say, "Dear Spirit, I've been waiting! How long is it going to take? What should I do? Are you there?" The real answer is, "Chill out, lettuce!"

[Laughter] That's often when you get religious and frustrated and say, "Lettuce pray."

[Lee's joke, not Kryon's] [More laughter] The ingredients of this wonderful meal are being gathered and prepared beautifully and with elegance. They are participating in the timing of a master chef. But each ingredient is totally unaware of how it's coming together or if it's happening at all. You're impatient, aren't you? As ingredients, you wish to know when, where and how long.

The cook knows because the cook looks over all the ingredients and knows the plan. When it comes together, dear ones, it happens unexpectedly and all at once. But even then, there is more action, for again there are certain ingredients that must be added even in midcooking, even at the table!

How are you doing with this? Are you involved in the pre-preparation or later, during the heat? Perhaps you are the salt that comes last?

You don't know, do you? And that's the point. How much trust do you have in the cook? It boils down, no pun intended, to you trusting that which is the Creator, the master chef, for the meal that is being cooked is the final solution that you have asked for. Where you're going with this, no matter what it is, will always involve others. Even if you are asking for a personal healing, it will involve those around you. It's a meal that is being prepared with many ingredients. Do you Page | 37

understand that for you to have an answer, other Human Beings are going to be involved? Do you understand that they have free choice?

So now, let's make this meal even more complicated! Every single ingredient not only has an attitude, but they now have free choice!

They can say no. Imagine what the cook faces at this point in cooking.

The vegetables are backing out! You're going to have to get new vegetables. Now, that's going to delay the meal just a little bit. New vegetables come forward, and they are then prepared. Wow! They are even better veggies! So all the other ingredients must wait just a little longer, but they don't know why. Now the lettuce is more frustrated than ever, sealed and waiting in the chilling darkness. But the meal is always in process for, you see, the cook is very patient.

Elegant it is, the system. Beautiful it is, and misunderstood by almost all of you! You want the meal to be finished now! I know you understand this metaphor. So, where are you in the scenario? How long has the meal been in progress? Is there an ending in sight? Are you impatient yet? Do you want the finality now? Did it take a seeming detour? Can you taste it, yet it's not yet here?

The cook knows your name, dear ones. The cook loves you, dear ones, and everything that we have told you is benevolent for you. What if you are, indeed, the lettuce and you have been waiting for so long!

You've been chilled and perhaps even chopped. Then you came out, but something happened, and you were back to chilling again! Then suddenly, the cook finds that the ingredients really have come together in an unexpected way, and the meal suddenly changes direction. It's going to be something else! "Back in the refrigerator for you, lettuce!"

What finally takes place is something you could never have projected in a linear way. Against all odds, the outcome may take a different direction - perhaps even better than the originally planned meal, because new ingredients came forward that made it more complete.

You see, the cook sees all the ingredients, all the time. You only see one - you. Nothing is too complex for the cook.

How about it? Are you willing to understand synchronicity? Seeing how it all works requires patience and faith in the cook. We have Page | 38

asked for this before, even in things that would seem immediate, like healing. Sometimes processes on the planet that require answers right away are simply part of a greater picture. Sometimes you won't understand why the vegetables would back out, or even why death would seem to triumph. The final meal is a bigger one than you can imagine, dear ones. But through all of it, we want you to know that we have never disengaged from you - never ever. You see, we know your name. You are our family. Could it be any clearer that our hand is stretched to you. The meal is a good one. Trust the cook. Patience!

And so it is.

"Sacred Living" By Niann Emerson Chase

Being raised by a spiritual, scientific father who was a water and soil conservationist on four different Indian reservations in Arizona (where I freely roamed the surrounding wild lands), I grew to understand the interdependence of humans with the natural Page | 42

environment and to hold sacred not only the life and health of human beings but also all life—plant and animal—and the ecosystems that keep us all alive.

In college and the ensuing years, I increasingly realized that it was almost impossible to live in the sacred manner I desired under the influence and control of the dominant culture of materialism and the conquer-all-in-nature mindset. And so in my 20s and 30s I lived in a conflictive state of compromise within mainstream society, doing what I could to live simply, buy minimally and responsibly, conserve water, recycle, repurpose, garden, participate in a cooperative where we bought organic foods in bulk and split among ourselves, and so on.

I constantly researched and learned of better ways to live sustainably and attempted making changes within my nuclear family unit, which was at times challenging when certain family members did not want to participate.

Now I live in an EcoVillage of about 110 people that I co-founded more than thirty years ago. How did this happen? First and foremost I trusted the guidance of the Universal Creator of all and the Threefold Spirit within me. I worked from the “inside out,” being open to accepting challenges of trying higher ways of thinking and living. I had to continually rethink, unlearn, and relearn. I joined others who had similar goals, and we worked together to manifest what we thought was the highest good for ourselves as well as for our neighbors and the rest of people on the planet. We embraced Mahatma Gandhi’s premise to “live simply so that others may simply live.”

Often I personally felt inadequate and vulnerable, as did my comrades. We often floundered, faltered, and sometimes failed in our endeavors, but always striving to think, feel, and do what we believed was for the highest good of all on this world. Many people have come and gone, as is the tendency of humans to drop out when becoming disappointed and discouraged with the difficulties of living outside of mainstream values and continually assessing ourselves personally and as a group for ways to improve. It indeed is tiring to swim against the current of a river, which sometimes is gentle and requires little endeavor but at other times is rough rapids that require all the Page | 43

strength we have. *** On our 220-acre land, to which our parent organization holds the title (rather than any individuals), our Earth Harmony homes are clustered in order to have open land for natural flora and fauna.

Planted around our living areas are shrubs and trees that not only serve as food for the many birds, bees, and butterflies that pollinate our organic gardens, but bring beauty, shade, and food for us humans. We harvest rainwater, use gray-water and bio-remedial black-water systems, and recycle/repurpose everything that we can.

We try to buy locally-produced and fair-trade items as much as possible, shop in thrift and re-sale stores, and have regular clothing, housewares and furniture exchanges among community members.

All of the food served out of our kitchens is organically grown and mostly locally acquired. We compost all food waste and strive to keep our trash that is going to landfills as minimal and biodegradable as possible.

As individuals and as a group we are actively involved in being informed of ongoing environmental issues, participating in local activism groups dedicated to protecting our bioregion, signing petitions and sending letters to legislators that encourage broader and forward-looking perspectives that have to do with the welfare of people and ecosystems. And we individually vote for those who support a platform that is protective of human and environmental health.

How we in the EcoVillage think and live, which reflects responsible stewardship for all life, can also be done at some level by individuals, nuclear families, and neighborhoods. It isn’t easy, but it can be done.

We all can regain a sense of what is truly sacred and good, realizing that it is not the material human-made things or political and monetary systems that are so much to be valued as it is each other and our natural world that sustains us in providing our life-support and nourishing systems, healing properties, companionship, joy, spiritual communion, and beauty. If we can embrace the philosophy of some Native American cultures—to take into consideration the impacts that Page | 44

our decisions have seven generations into the future—our world will be on its way to regeneration.

"How to Set Awkward Boundaries: “No” Is A Complete Sentence!”

It may sometimes be awkward to set healthy boundaries with negative or draining people, but it is an important skill to learn. If someone has unrealistic expectations of you or unable to respect your feelings remember “No” is a complete sentence. A key to setting boundaries is to come from a centered, unemotional, place—not to be reactive. For example if someone has been saying disparaging comments about you, from a heartfelt center say, “Please don’t talk about me to others.

It’s inappropriate and disrespectful.” Then refuse to argue about it, even if your buttons are pushed.

Here are some additional tips from my books, “Emotional Freedom” and “Positive Energy” to help you set boundaries, especially when it feels really awkward.

Dealing with an Emotional Drainer If you meet someone and your energy starts bottoming out, don’t think twice about politely removing yourself from this killing interchange. One of my favorite foolproof lines is, “Excuse me; I really have to go to the bathroom.” Even the most intrepid vampire doesn’t have a counter-argument for that. It’s important that you move at least twenty feet from beyond the person’s energy field. Whenever your well-being feels at risk around certain people, make a tactful and swift exit. In a spot, physically extruding yourself is a sure, quick solution.

Dealing with a Constant Talker The secret to dealing with a constant talker is knowing they don’t respond to nonverbal cues. You have no choice but to make your needs audible. Tone is especially critical with these vampires. They’re hypersensitive to rejection, which provokes them to ramp up their verbiage. So, with a constant talker try to be caring–these are wounded people!–but stay definite and neutral. Then, from a heartcenter, set the parameters of your dialogue. Then you won’t be left limp, resentful, or forced into rudeness. You can politely say, “I’m a very quiet person, so excuse me for not talking a long time,” or “I feel left out when you dominate the conversation. I’d really appreciate a few minutes to talk too.”

Dealing with a Criticizer If an intimate or co-worker keeps telling you how to deal with something, politely say, “I value your advice, but I really want to work through this myself.” You may need to remind the controller of your position several times, always in a kind, neutral tone. Repetition is key. Respectfully reiterating your stance over days or weeks will slowly recondition negative communication patterns and redefine the terms of the relationship. If you reach an impasse, agree to disagree.

Then make the subject off limits.

Dealing with a Complainer The moment you sense a complainer revving up, take a slow, deep breath to center yourself. Breathing is a wonderful way to quickly reconnect with your life force so their in-your-face intensity won’t sear into your energy field and cause burn-out. Keep concentrating on your breath. Tell yourself you know what’s happening, and you can handle it. As I remind my patients: you have power here. I know how easily we can lose it. But, when beset by this overheated drainer, you need to own that moment. Do so by letting your breath release tension and ground you. This will keep you from getting caught up in their story. Then lovingly tell them, “Our relationship is important to me, but it’s not helpful to keep feeling sorry for yourself. I can only listen for five minutes unless you’re ready to discuss solutions,” or “I’m really sorry that’s happening to you.” Then, after listening briefly, smile and say, “I’ll keep good thoughts for things to work out. I hope you understand, I’m on deadline and I must return to work.”

If you feel like you are being overwhelmed by a difficult person here are some strategies to help you gain control and become centered again.

When you feel attacked break eye contact to stop the transfer of negativity.

Use the breath to retrieve your life force. Let it function like a vacuum cleaner. With each inhalation visualize yourself power-suctioning back every drop of energy that’s being snatched from you. Keep inhaling until the job is done. Do this in the presence of a vampire or later on.

Exhale negative energy and stress out the back of your lower spine.

There are spaces between your lumbar vertebrae, natural exit points for energy. Touch the area; get a feel for the anatomy. When toxicity accumulates, expel it through these spaces. Envision dark gunk leaving your body. Then breathe in fresh air and sunlight, a quick revitalizer.

Jump in a bath or shower to clear negativity and prevent further drain. If you are feeling particularly drained add Epson salts or sea salts to the water. If you are in the shower you can rub sea salt on your skin and then wash it off. Drink plenty of water to flush toxicity from your system too. Also you can burn sage where this vampire has been to purify every nook and cranny. (This works well in hotel rooms when a prior guest’s left-over energy feels uncomfortable, but use only a little so you don’t trigger the smoke alarm!)

"Precious Memories" By Barry & Joyce Vissell

Our memories are very precious!!! During this pandemic, so much has been taken from us. Where we live in California, our children will not be allowed to go back to school in the fall. Our religious institutions will have to continue online services. Many of the gyms have been closed. Restaurants for the most part are closed. Europe, Canada and Mexico have put a ban on all American tourists. Hawaii is totally closed to others, unless you want to quarantine for 14 days.

Theaters closed, no concerts, and the list goes on and on. Everyone is missing something important for them. For us, the fact that we cannot do our workshops, work that we have done for the past 45 years and we dearly love, causes hurt to our hearts.

But one thing that cannot be taken away is our memories. I would like to invite everyone reading this to reflect on their memories either by themselves or share them with others. Rather than watching TV shows or movies, looking at social media, or the news, why not have a memory evening. We love to do this. We have dinner together, and talk about a certain event that we are missing, and we try to remember as many details and aspects as we can, especially Page | 52

everything about the event that we truly loved. We do not set a time frame for this lovely evening, but rather just allow our memories to have a voice.

For us, we have held our Breitenbush Family Retreat in Oregon for the past 33 years and there has never been a year that we have skipped, until this year when the retreat center is closed due to the pandemic. We love all of our work, but this week-long workshop is definitely our favorite, as our children and grandsons participate as well. No retreat this year, but we have 33 years of beautiful memories to cherish. We have set aside several evenings to just talk about the retreat and remember as much as we can, to laugh at the funny parts, and allow the meaningful parts to touch our hearts once again … to actually feel the memories rather than just thinking about them.

Always we end our “memory times” feeling more gratitude than any movie or especially a news show can ever bring.

Children can also participate in reminisces, and parents can make it into a fun game of seeing what is remembered. Perhaps for many families this year, family vacations will either be nonexistent or very different. But parents can set up special times and play the “memory game.” I love to hear what our children have remembered, and often what they remember best becomes part of the fabric of our family talked about year after year.

And then there are the memories of a loved one that has passed. Try to remember the loving, fun parts of being with this person, and share as many memories with others as you can. As we have to social distance now, perhaps have a video meeting with your siblings or friends to share memories. My father passed from this world twentyone years ago. Our family likes to remember him by the unusual hugs that he gave. My dad was so uncomfortable with hugging people and for many years he just gave a slap on the back, keeping a distance.

This was typical of men his age. As our children grew, they did not want a slap on the back. They wanted a real hug from their grandpa.

Gradually over a few years he changed. He would get close to us as if to hug, and then he would slap our backs with both of his hands, his clear idea of increased intimacy. We all remember his “hugs” with such fondness for it showed my father willing to risk changing a lifetime behavior to show his great love for us with a hug, but still Page | 53

keeping his old tradition with a gentle slap on our back with his hands. When we get together and start remembering my dad, one of us will say, “Let me give you a grandpa hug,� and we all laugh in fondness of the man we all loved so much.

After my father passed, my mother liked to sit for several hours each day and just look at old photos of him. With each photo, she tried to remember as many details as she could, and also how happy she had been to be with him. I checked on my mother every day as she lived right next door. Sometimes she would be right in the middle of her memory time and she would be so happy. Often, I joined her in looking at the photos, but sometimes I left her alone as it seemed something magical was happening.

And then there are romantic memories. Recalling romantic times with your partner can be very healing. Sometimes, in a couple’s workshop, we will have each couple recall together when they first met and why they felt attracted to the other, what they felt when they first saw the other, what it felt like to hold hands for the first time, how they experienced the first kiss, the first time they joined their bodies together, and any other memories they have of their early years together. We have found that this is very helpful in connecting couples back into their hearts and their deep love for each other.

There are also memories that cause pain in our hearts. It is best with these memories to try and feel the gift that you received from this painful event. If you cannot find a gift or way that you have grown from this pain, it is good to connect with a therapist to help you move past the pain. If you keep reliving the painful memory, it can eventually affect your physical and mental health.

But the other memories of joy, laughter, warmth, friendship, fun, love, romance, and spiritual experience are very beneficial to remember and talk about. With so much taken away from us now during the pandemic, the memories that we have can be a source of much nurturing and meaning, especially if the memories can connect with your heart and bring a feeling of warmth and gratitude.

"Emotional Clearance and Ventilation" By Rachel R. Tipton

With Covid-19 still widespread throughout the world I took a moment to clear the air and really have a moment to think about death. It is a weird concept to understand, but then so is the actual act of death. I mean you are not going to be here on Earth one day and you will leave your body behind. You can sort of understand this, but then again, every time you try to wrap your head around death your mind kind of gets warped and you can’t think about it. I think most people block out the concept of death and now that it has been brought to the frontline in everyone’s personal thoughts it has gotten everyone in the world in a frightful frame of mind. I know it has for me as I have to make difficult personal choices that were different than just a year ago. Do I send the kids back to school, can I go out to dinner, should we let our kids play with the neighbors, is it safe to go back into the office? It is all confusing, distressing, disheartening and has us all in a panic stricken mode. Do you realize no one says bless you anymore after someone sneezes? It is sort of like we pretend it didn’t happen and get far away from that person as possible. What strange times we Page | 56

live in.

If you ponder on it, you are dying all the time. It kills me to know my kids are going to grow up and leave me and there will be no more hand holding, snuggling or even hugging for that matter. My little boys will be men and have their own lives. They in a way will die in the form that needs me and I will have to deal with it. They already died as they grew from babies to toddlers to kids. No more carrying them, rocking them or feeding them a bottle. They are gone in that form and in a way that is death.

I myself have died several times as I went from baby, to kid, to teenager, to college student, to working girl, to wife, to mother and now to a different kind of mother to my school age boys. We all have changed and died as we go from one form to another. Our looks change, our body and our voice.

I would like for you to not think of death in the conventional sense.

Since God cannot die than there can be no death for you as you are as God created you and are part of him. Death would mean an opposite to God and he can not have an opposite. He has always existed in true perfection.

Death is only a thought that you are separate from your creator. You see we have really not left the source and are residing with him in true goodness. We seem separate and feel like we are projected here as a separate entity, but we are all one with God. So the reason you are terrified of death is because at this point of transition you can stay in the dark or you have a chance to depart into the light side of God. But the thought of this change is too much for you to undertake as you are comfortable in the dark and still believe that you need to stay here and punish yourself from believing you are separate from God. Death brings you close to the reality of it all and the truth which is beautiful, but you believe to be terrifying. These theoretical ideas made me less scared of death, able to open up more and accept the love that God is offering at any time. So in these hard times take time to remember God and his true righteousness.

Well, here we are in August of 2020. The summer is half over, and our lives definitely seem to be moving faster towards some kind of inevitable end. The whole world we know seems to be dissolving, and many of us are sensing something accelerating in our lives, like we are being pulled in a direction we have no control over.

We all realize that someday we will die, for that is the fate of living things on this world. There are many ways in which we can meet death at this time on the planet: the Covid-19 (or the next one that mutates), earthquakes, fires, hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, and countless other so-called natural disasters, which may not be so natural in these turbulent times. And even more frightening is the threat of a world war of nuclear proportions.

Some of our children, who we raised in the ways of the truth, have left us to follow their own lusts and selfish desires, because this seems to be the way of the world.

Some people in certain religions seem to be so quick to judge people of other religions, as to their salvation. For example, most fundamentalist Christians don’t even think Muhammad Ali was “saved,” and thus he “went to hell.”

And he did go through hell when trying to get people to call him by the name he chose to reflect his spiritual awakening—“Muhammad Ali.” Many small-minded people wanted to continue calling him Cassius Clay, attempting to keep him small too, because they weren’t willing to make the evolution in consciousness that Muhammad Ali did in his early life. Anyone who is not prejudiced and does a study on Muhammad Ali would come to a determination that he was a good man who did good things for people.

There are a lot of true change agents in the world, who don’t stay small but expand their consciousness and become what God wants them to become. Those everyday persons might not become as wellknown and popular as Muhammad Ali, but many of them should ideally be recognized by others.

It’s strange on this planet that we base our heroes on sports figures and not on teachers or spiritual leaders. As a matter of fact, spiritual leaders—who try to rock the boat with revelatory spiritual revelation—are usually persecuted and so are their followers, like Joseph Smith and the Mormons who followed him.

Bahá'u'lláh of the Bahá’í’s, spent years in prison living with vermin crawling all over him, simply because he basically taught that we are all one. All of the great adepts and sages, since the beginning of time, have said the same thing. And the fundamentalists of their eras burned them at the stake, cut them in half, because other men are not big enough to love their fellow man, like the first commandment states: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” But we don’t love our neighbor as ourselves, unless they speak our same doctrines, written by narrow-minded men.

Small men, with little minds, try to make themselves popular on the coattails of great men and women, by demonizing them in any way they can. This is not what our forefathers had in mind when they talked about First-Amendment rights. Yet Facebook and other social media allow these smaller-minded people to say anything they want about these great leaders, in the name of “free speech.”

Individuals like Mark Zuckerberg become billionaires, allowing the demonization of true spiritual and political leaders, and even the demoralization of decent common Facebook users. Facebook and other social media have become online tabloids of cheap gossip and character assassination. Young people have even committed suicide because of the demonization of them by other twisted and mentally sick young people, who have no values or sense of right and wrong.

There definitely needs to be a higher standard set for Facebook and other social media, with regulation implemented if necessary.

Isn’t it strange that now you can’t go out and enjoy other human beings? You can’t hug them, or shake their hands, or sit close to them, because of the Covid-19. But maybe it’s actually because of our own judgments towards one another, and those judgments have turned into viruses. “Oh, that’s not ‘science’.”

However, it is science. It’s called ascension science and the physics of rebellion. It’s a long story now, because for the last 200,000 years, since the Lucifer Rebellion, humankind has decided to do things their own way and not God’s way. And they have thrown away the commandments of God for Hollywood and Wall Street theology.

So people in California, particularly on the beaches, want to have fun in the sun. You’re not going to stop them from going to the beaches or get them to start wearing masks. Those young people (and sometimes not so young) think they’re invincible.

Hollywood continues to put out movies with teenagers being sexually promiscuous and becoming drunk or high on alcohol and drugs. The message is that it’s what everybody’s doing, and it probably is for a large percentage of youth, even if their parents or grandparents raised them differently. All too often, if there is a parent or grandparent who speaks up, the children or grandchildren shun Page | 61

them, because they don’t want to hear the voice of God speaking through their father, mother, grandfather, or grandmother.

What did Saint Francis mean when he said he was an instrument of God? He meant when he spoke God’s truth, he was speaking for God, and that the truth that he spoke was the truth of God, and that God does exist, and that God has laws. If you obey them, you live a more peaceful life and all the things you desire will be given to you in God’s time. What a revolutionary teaching. That’s why Francis was called the Morning Star of the Renaissance.

Jesus said that He did not come to change the law of the prophets. He did not come to change the law of Moses, who received the commandments from God at Mount Sinai. No, Jesus said He came to fulfill the law. Jesus confronted the wrongdoing He saw; He called out error and sin. How can anyone read a truly holy book and not obey the Creator’s laws of the book? Jesus called the particular religious leaders who were not holy hypocrites. They crucified Jesus, not because He wanted to take over their positions, but because He spoke the truth. He held people to the laws of Moses.

There are plenty of self-proclaimed spiritual leaders who make up their own laws and gain thousands of followers, because they teach free sex and do what you want to do, like Osho’s Sannyasins and Aleister Crowley’s religion Thelema. There are plenty of New Age gurus reinventing the wheel of moral divine law, and they really sound great, because sin can make you temporarily happy. It appeases your flesh, your lust, but it cannot make you blessed, which is “Asher” in Hebrew. Being blessed is experiencing a wholeness within self. Being blessed is feeling sanctified within the universal laws and pattern of God. When you are blessed, it is God who gives to you, and you don’t have to do anything but be pure. And when God decides you’re ready for a blessing—like the real complement wife or husband, and children, and all the things you need in life to survive and meet your destiny— it’s God doing it for you. It’s magnificently, divinely supernatural.

But if you don’t know what it is I’m talking about, God forbid, you’ve lost your way. All of those adepts talked about the Way, the Tao. This Page | 62

was Lao-Tse’s message, to stay on the Tao, to receive the blessings from the Creator.

The true laws of God are already written in your soul, in your superconscious mind. Everyone knows right from wrong. And those who choose wrong are looking for teachers to fit their rebellious ways.

When ancient Israel obeyed the laws of God, they prospered. When they started listening to the Hollywood of their time, they were destroyed by invading armies that dispersed their people all over the world, particularly in Europe and England, and eventually the United States.

But there’s nowhere you can go on Earth, or the grand universe, to escape those laws. They are interuniversal laws. Only on this world can a Creator Son of a planet be crucified by the very sons and daughters He created.

Yep, religions can really screw you up, trying to figure it all out, and everybody has an answer. But the answers are really inside us, if we pay attention to the written tablets in our hearts.

Trust in God is a big element. And basically individuals today do not have that trust anymore. Children are not taught to trust God. They are taught to trust the system. And the system tries very hard to keep you in it, by charging exorbitant college tuitions, so that you have to take out a loan to pay for them and be trapped in that system all your life. And once you get a credit card, which is the normal way to pay off bills, you are more trapped, because you begin to obtain things you don’t really need and go into debt.

Today, society is one truck away from having no food at your local supermarket, where the shelves will be empty in times of crisis, because you depend not upon God but upon those Safeways. But it’s the wrong “safe way” that you’re depending upon.

We don’t need a vaccine for Covid-19, because then there will only be a Covid-20. What we need is a SpiritualutionSM, a spiritual revolution, where more and more Americans and peoples of the world come to the Creator, as individuals, and begin to follow the will Page | 63

of God in their lives. And all they have to do is ask, and God will guide them.

The door of Noah’s Ark is being closed, and you better get in, before it’s too late.

"Ancestral Cycles" By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty

Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with our collective roots though the ancient art/science of Astrology.

We offer a glimpse into the current celestial cycles under which we are all operating, so that we may have some awareness of how to use these energies for the highest and best possible outcomes.

We will again begin by focusing on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest-moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer. Since, in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday life - it is also the most easily observed in a personal way.

The Pisces Full Moon on Sept. 2 continues to highlight the themes of feminine empowerment as Venus (in Cancer) is exactly opposite the heavy hitters of Jupiter, Pluto, Saturn and Pallas (aka the Capricorn Cluster) as they continue to foment upheaval. Adding to the mix, Mars is apparently standing still (getting ready to retrograde) in volatile Page | 65

Aries and is challenging Venus. Domestic pleasures and individual pursuits are difficult to balance and are undermined by societal decay. Those born close to Sept. 2 and Mar. 1 will be directly impacted.

The Virgo New Moon on Sept. 17 also features warrior Mars (still in Aries, retrograde) challenging the planetary signature of these historic times: the Capricorn Cluster.

Demonstrations and rallies are likely to not only be continuing but also increasing in intensity. Any new campaigns launched after early Sept. are unlikely to succeed because of Mars’ apparent backward motion. This includes any military incursions around the world.

Especially affected will be those with birthdays around Oct. 20 and April 17.

We live in extremely mercurial times. Commerce and ideas spread around the world in the time it takes for us to tap out the messages or speak them aloud. The winged messenger Mercury starts Sept. in late Virgo, a sign it is at home in, briefly stimulating communication for the Capricorn Cluster and amplifying everyone’s awareness of the shape of changes yet to come.

Moving swiftly now, Mercury will fly through the sign of Libra from Sept. 6 - 27, challenging both Mars and all the planets in Capricorn by moving into a dynamic configuration with all of them essentially at once, over the week of Sept 17- 24. This energy will peak around the time of the autumnal equinox Sept. 22, as we witness and process yet another wave of heated rhetorical exchange. Fairness, justice and possibly legal matters will receive yet another injection of energy. On a personal level, it will be crucial to approach this period with caution and as a time of information gathering in preparation for future action.

Mercury will begin its extended stay in Scorpio on Sept. 28, where it will primarily be until Nov. 20 because of its third and final retrograde of 2020 in Oct. Issues in the forefront of our collective awareness at this moment in time will return to prominence at the time of November’s election cycle. We will all be drawn into more Page | 66

intensely emotional thinking and find ourselves obsessively probing deeper.

Venus begins the month of Sept. late in nurturing Cancer. When expressed in its most positive way, it is welcoming and inclusive, however at the opposite end of expression of this energy it can also be exclusive and nationalistic.

On Sept. 6 Venus moves into proud Leo where it stays until early Oct. Expression of all we value and find beautiful will likely take on a dramatic flair. The days leading up to Sept. 15, when Venus will contact Uranus in Taurus, we are likely to feel the pressures between belonging and independence. Venus in Leo finds natural reflection in a performer on the stage, whereas Uranus (planet of revolutionary change) in the luxury-loving earth sign of Taurus is more likely to be reflected in sudden disruptive earth events.

Venus and Mars - both in fire signs - will find each other vibrantly irresistible the week leading up to Sept. 29th. This might be steamy female/male attraction and it might also be men and women working dynamically well together for the betterment of all.

Next, our focus turns to warrior Mars continuing in one of its home signs, Aries, where it has been since late June and will continue until early Jan. 2021. Typically Mars spends approximately six weeks in a sign. If we are paying attention to the world around us, chances are we have noticed increased anger, impatience, vitriol, fires and more.

Much of this is reflecting Mars in Aries. On Sept. 9 Mars will begin its retrograde period, which will continue till Nov. 14, creating this unusually long sojourn in this impulsive, headstrong sign.

Collectively, we can look for the high-side expression of these energies by cultivating an adventuresome spirit toward welcoming new beginnings. Once identified, these will be best set into motion beginning in mid-November. Those born Oct. 7-20 and April 4-17 are most likely to have the most direct access to this energy.

Sept. 29 stands out as a high-energy, possibly stressful day as Mars makes its second of three difficult contacts with Saturn, the planet of limitations. This is strong PUSH AHEAD energy meeting with major STOP energy. It is much like having our foot on the gas and the brake Page | 67

at this same time. Between now and Jan. 13, when it will be exact for the final time, we will all have the opportunity to know how intensely this requires an open heart and level head to navigate this rough terrain for the best possible outcome.

For millennia, our ancestors had only their eyes and observation skills to connect them with the five visible planets plus Sun and Moon, along with their patterns of movement through the heavens. And while telescopes and computers have expanded our understandings, going out to look at our night sky will never be a lost art. We invite you to open your awareness to the giants of our galaxy.

Throughout the month of Sept., Mars will be approaching its brightest because it is much closer to earth than usual in its orbit. It is visible in the night sky beginning about 10 pm OR if you are up pre-dawn, look to the south-southwest. Mars is easy to spot because it actually looks red and is very distinctive to the naked eye.

Jupiter (planet of largess) will also be making the second of three contacts with Neptune (faith, illusion, delusion) in Pisces, suggesting that any tendency toward religious zealotry may increase. This planetary drumbeat provides a subtle yet strong undercurrent for what is unfolding ahead.

Continuing to appear in the south-southeast night sky after sunset will be Jupiter and Saturn. Jupiter is very bright and hard to miss, Saturn smaller yet prominent to its left (east). Pluto is also there, but not visible to the naked eye. This is the Capricorn cluster, the energetic signature of our times, and it is majestic and awe-inspiring to witness, especially because Jupiter and Saturn only come together every twenty years. At the time of the winter solstice (Dec. 21) they will appear to be at the exact same place in the sky and will be together in the first degree of Aquarius, heralding the unfolding of the new era.

These two giants coming together in the egalitarian sign of Aquarius is a dynamic shift. The shape of this coming era, which will emphasize a popular push toward liberation, may also include a greater sense of loneliness. If we turn even more toward our increasing dependency on electronics to connect us to the world, we may find our selves in Page | 68

deepening isolation. zen habits by Leo Babauta "You Can’t Do Anything Shamefully Wrong” I work with a lot of people on their difficulties, and one of the biggest ones people have is some variation of, “I am falling short of my expectations (or others’ expectations and I feel guilty, shameful, inadequate.”

In fact, I would guess that most people feel that they’re letting themselves and others down a lot of the time.

I told one of my clients, “I see a possibility for you where you feel that nothing you do is wrong, in a shameful way.”

This is the possibility that I see for all of you as well — that you can’t do anything wrong. You might make mistakes or fail, but it can’t be wrong in a shameful way.

What would that be like for you? You work hard, you fall short, and you don’t feel bad about it. You just keep trying your best. You keep failing, but see it as learning and growth. You keep deviating from your plan, but don’t feel that there’s anything wrong with you.

All of it is peace, learning, curiosity, exploration. Nothing is wrong or bad.

What would that be like?

You Don’t Have to Feel Bad About Yourself We make ourselves feel bad a lot. I know this from my own experience, but also from coaching a bunch of awesome people. They are amazing, beautiful, intelligent, good-hearted. And they all feel like there’s something wrong with them, that they are shameful and failing.

Yep, we’re failing, but only in the sense that we’re not quite doing what we hoped. Let’s learn from that. Let’s use it for growth. But let’s not feel bad.

Making ourselves feel bad isn’t helpful. And make no mistake — we’re doing it to ourselves. With the expectations we set, the narrative we have about ourselves, and our habit of comparing ourselves to others and to our ideals.

We make ourselves feel bad, but we don’t need to. It doesn’t help.

How to Let Go of the Guilt, Shame, Wrongness Repeat this multiple times a day: “I have nothing to feel bad about.”

Then feel the sense of goodness in yourself. You have the best of intentions. You have a good heart. You just want to be happy, and hope to be helpful and caring towards others. You have a lot of goodness in your heart.

Whenever you notice a thought or narrative or story that makes you feel wrong or shameful, notice that. Bring awareness to it. Then don’t believe it — pop it like a bubble, or let it stay but don’t give it so much heaviness. Laugh about it, give it a hug, dance with it, but don’t let it rule you.

A couple ways to play with the story & the shame: Have a mantra to tell yourself whenever the story re-appears.

Something like: “I have nothing to feel bad about” or “I’m kicking ass no matter what my old story tells me!” or “What I’ve been doing is exactly good enough.” Repeat it, yell it out, sing it. Have fun with the mantra. Let yourself lighten the mood.

When you notice the shame or story, use it as a mindfulness bell, reminding you to drop into the direct experience of the moment. Keep practicing with that. In the direct experience of the moment, there is nothing wrong. Smile and breathe.

You can do nothing wrong. You are good at your core. Start to believe it, my friend, and see if you don’t find a sense of lightness and freedom.

2) Dealing with difficult tenants and getting paid.

These people made us a say a lot of BPs over their 2 years of stay. My parents’ tenant had to leave the place and had been refusing to pay the trash tax for over a year.

On their departure day, my parents politely asked again to pay. The wife was scowling and reluctant, but her husband, who is more reasonable, immediately said “That’s ok, I’ll pay you right now by check.” That was nice; usually the wife in the boss in their marriage.

They finally paid and everyone remained calm and collected during the interaction.

"How To Stop Being Drained By Negativity" By Michelle J. Howe

We engage in conversations with people, listen to national news, and work within teams that can drain us. We engage with a mix of positive and negative thoughts, ideas and people every day. It’s now time for humanity to stop being drained by negativity.

Today, you will learn some tools to help stop the energy drain.

But first, let’s distinguish negative from positive.

Negativity creates disappointment and competition.

Negativity sees me as the winner, and you as the loser.

Negativity includes arrogance, selfishness and blaming others.

Negativity shows up within us and around us.

Negativity lives within judgment.

Negativity makes you wrong.

Negativity feeds shame.

Positivity creates equanimity and fellowship.

Positivity sees each person as a powerful creator.

Positivity includes optimism, empathy and compassion.

Positivity shows up within and around us.

Positivity lives within acceptance.

Positivity makes you happy.

Positivity creates joy.

Most times, you won’t hear another ask permission to share their negativity with you. You will get caught up in conversations and situations with people that are rooted in negativity. It starts as a simple “Hello, how are you?” It continues from there. The person who’s sensitive and caring typically leaves feeling drained and tired.

There are basic to intermediate skills in navigating negativity. The more advanced skills come with your level of energetic awareness and allow you to project love verses absorbing negativity. Concepts and techniques to help you deal with negativity include: 1. DISCERN – Listen, ask and feel before engaging with another person. You will receive one of three answer – an absolute yes, a clear no, or an anxious no. A strong yes or no – has no emotion or thought.

It’s a clear answer. An anxious no reveals fear, perception or projections that create resistance within you.

2. BEAM – Once you’ve made a decision, stand by your decision. If this person is someone you must deal with in your life, be careful to stay within your energy field. Avoid “tasting” any part of them during a conversation. This means, you do not go deeper into the vibrations that they hold or try to figure them out in those moments. Instead, stay in your heart, beaming out your beautiful energy. This happens best when we are listening instead of talking. See beautiful energy around that person and, smile. In this way, you engage them with distance even if, you’re sitting right next to them.

3. DEFLECT – This approach is unique. You would take it upon yourself to not engage with the other person’s topic as presented to you. In this case, you stand back, listen at a distance without trying to convince. You do not agree or respond in any way to the topic of choice. You then pivot into some other topic that feels better to you.

In this way, you change the stage and dynamic by deflection.

4. AVOID – Simple tactic. Stand back from those who are looking for a fight. They are in the heat of emotions that have them spiraling. This could be someone who is having a hard day – or, it could be someone who sits in this energy all the time, who is a habitual energy sucker.

You need to discern here. Most are only interested in sharing their pain with you. They are not looking for help or a solution. They want to off-load or complain because this is their primary way of dealing with life. They want you to join them. You avoid them when you stand back with no eye contact and, learn to keep yourself busy in other ways. This would irritate them and, they would stop coming to you.

5. ADDRESS – State your truth as you see it. Maintain your composure with a soft but, strong stance. You can add some humor or, use some tactical phrases first that give you permission to speak.

Try out phrases like: “Do you want to know my thoughts?”; “I hope you’re not offended by my directness but…” or, “It might be upsetting to you but…” Keep these conversations short, sweet and to the point.

You are not trying to convince them or anyone else. Speak your truth in neutral tone, without judgement and let it be.

6. ASSERT – Sometimes, the only way to take back our power is by drawing a firm boundary. We must speak! There is a time and place where this confrontation should not be avoided. Situations come our way for a reason. Be aware, stand strong, and assert yourself directly without using put downs or labeling to diminish them. You are simply stating your truth.

I hope you experiment with these concepts to enjoy balance and harmony in your life. It’s time to maximize the joy-factor and stop negativity from impacting you.

"The Resonance Theory of Consciousness and The Foundation For The Human Condition" By Sean McCleary

As I scan my discovery application on my phone to view the latest in scientific news and developments usually daily I keep my eye out for the detection of unusual cosmological activity primarily in the Milky Way galaxy and articles on the nature of consciousness. This is because a primary focus of mine is on Earth's evolutionary advancement and the evolution of consciousness. There has been more discussion on the subject of Panpsychism and more research in understanding consciousness itself. There is a term in the metaphysical community called the Shift in Consciousness which sounds like somewhat of a mystical phenomenon but a lot of people on a worldwide level feel that there is an incredible change in the structure of reality on Earth coming. I am an author, a writer and do work on this particular subject matter and how the evolution of consciousness works on an infinite, universal and individual level for living organisms. I began almost 10 years ago after something of an extremely powerful nature happened to me in Opelousas Louisiana in the summer of 2011. I had a wormhole open up in my consciousness while I was laying in bed one night that my consciousness transferred through in time and space here and the information I saw was extremely vivid and with complete clarity. I was not under the influence of any substances the experience was all natural and very powerful. I had heard about the "Shift" in 2010 and was shown a photograph of the cross in the Whirlpool galaxy. In 2011 when my Page | 84

consciousness transferred into this wormhole I saw activity all over World Consciousness happening; primarily with the human race. I knew then that the shift or change in reality on Earth is very real and my consciousness became adapted into this activity in a very powerful way.

Nine years later I can explain what is happening with this situation in great detail and much more about life on Earth. My consciousness has experienced a very significant change in evolution and soon a lot of people are going to know what is happening to me. There are some philosophers and physicists who work on the resonance theory of consciousness and vibration is discussed in physics as well. The subject of panpsychism suggests that consciousness pervades everything on a universal and fundamental level. This is what I would like to elaborate on in this article and provide very important and specific details on these subjects that people have not been previously aware of in scientific terms or applications. In order to explain the human condition with the resonance theory effectively I really need to clarify the origin of the evolution of consciousness first because there is a primary foundation for all of the evolution of consciousness, matter and energy in existence and the behavior associated with this activity. Scientists have been trying to discover the origin of the universe and how all of this came into creation for a long time. I use the term Universal Consciousness and a lot of scientists might vehemently disagree but using the term the universe is a description of what human beings can see, feel and detect in Universal Consciousness. Universal Consciousness is a living organism that we all live inside of and I will explain how this happened. As all living organisms go through evolution; 13.8 billion years later Universal Consciousness is going through evolution and this is what the Shift in Consciousness is about on Earth; and life on Earth will be very profoundly affected by this activity.

Before Universal Consciousness existed there had been a much larger infinite form of consciousness in existence which has always been here and this is how an individual can conceive of infinity or living forever in their own consciousness. I refer to this form of consciousness as Infinite Consciousness. Infinite Consciousness had been existing forever and also contained eternal love. Consciousness cannot survive without eternal love and eternal love gives eternity a Page | 85

reason to exist. I am referring to a type of love that human beings are not familiarized with because of the type of resistance that has been contained in this region of time and space and I will explain this as well. On the most powerful quantum level Infinite Consciousness and higher frequency vibrations generated light energy in this consciousness and lower frequency vibrations generated dark energy.

This is the origin of the light and the dark and photons in Universal Consciousness evolved out of this activity because matter in Universal Consciousness requires light energy and photons are the result of the evolution of matter and light energy which came from consciousness and vibration. Subatomic activity also evolved out of the frequency vibrations of dark energy as well. There was no matter before the introduction of Universal Consciousness and matter was introduced in order to further the evolutionary advancement of consciousness with matter so life could exist with consciousness.

The frequency vibrations themselves in Infinite Consciousness represent the experience or existence of thought. The reason I mention frequencies is because this is also how consciousness transfers. Because the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy are different when evolutionary development and advancement happen by these two becoming integrated this can generate different degrees of polarity and this causes pressure to accumulate within these vibrations. This causes expansion and acceleration and assists with the evolution of consciousness and growth and development as well. This is how Infinite Consciousness had been experiencing evolution is through the exchange of light and dark energy which had been generating continuous expansion. Because eternal love is the foundation for the evolution of consciousness when eternal love is introduced into this pressure then it means that the pressure can expand and accelerate comfortably in this process and eternal love comes from Infinite Consciousness. So this means that this process had been taking place for a very long time; as well as time could be conceptualized within the dynamics of infinity and consciousness.

Infinite Consciousness had been existing with the frequency vibrations of light energy, dark energy, the regulation of pressure and eternal love. Eventually what happened though was evolution began calling for the introduction of more consciousness or more life through the evolution of consciousness.

What happened before 13.8 billion years ago was over and infinite amount of time; even with the existence of eternal love in this consciousness was the pressure within the frequency vibrations experienced evolutionary advancement and got more powerful.

Pressure transfers into dark energy easier because the vibrations are lower and there is more dark energy than light energy in existence.

The pressure inside the vibrations themselves expanded more and a particular time came when Infinite Consciousness experienced a sensation of separation due to this fact. Because the vibrations themselves represent the existence and experience of thought when pressure was introduced in a more powerful way through evolution what happened was Infinite Consciousness felt the experience of separation for the first time. When this consciousness felt this sensation in a very powerful way what transferred into this consciousness was the concept of "will I continue existing forever?".

As soon as this happened within Infinite Consciousness the concept, consciousness and energy of death were introduced into existence.

This came from the sensation of separation and what this came from was evolution itself calling for the evolution of more consciousness.

This is why Universal Consciousness and the formation of matter were introduced. Eternal love in this consciousness represented one form of energy in consciousness and vibration and with the new development death represented a completely different form of consciousness and energy that evolved into Infinite Consciousness.

Death has been more associated with dark energy because most human beings will conceive of darkness first with this process. The pressure that accumulated over a period of time that generated this sensation in consciousness also took on a new development in consciousness and this was fear. This is still represented in living organisms in Universal Consciousness and Universal Consciousness him/herself as well.

Universal Consciousness consists of very powerful male and female consciousness. So do planets and living organisms. Female consciousness originates out of the frequency vibrations of light energy and male consciousness originates from the lower frequency vibrations of dark energy. When Universal Consciousness was introduced a very powerful fusion occurred and both forms of energy fused together and are contained in living organisms in different concentrations and degrees. When this happened with Infinite Page | 87

Consciousness what happened was the beginning of the early developmental stages of Universal Consciousness. Universal Consciousness began formation inside of Infinite Consciousness similar to what happens with reproduction and reproductive activity is an evolutionary extension of this beginning formation because reproduction exemplifies the introduction of more consciousness, matter and energy into time and space. The beginning stages of Universal Consciousness were very powerful and contained Infinite Consciousness, Universal Consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure, eternal love, eternal life, the introduction of the consciousness and energy of death and fear in the form of different degrees of pressure in the vibrations of consciousness. Human beings have not been able to scientifically detect an early developmental period because consciousness here has yet to evolve into the Higgs field in that powerful of a way and I will explain this further in the article.

The Higgs field began development in the early stages and is a powerful combination of Infinite Consciousness, the identity of Universal Consciousness, light energy, dark energy and eternal life.

The Higgs field maintains frequency vibrations that are a combination of both light and dark energy because the Higgs field contains eternal love from Infinite Consciousness. This was a natural occurrence and this had to happen so Universal Consciousness could maintain a connection with evolutionary activity with Infinite Consciousness and so eternal love could continue transferring into Universal Consciousness and all life in Universal Consciousness.

Because of the new development in evolution what happened was a very powerful form of resistance to evolution was also experienced in the early stages of development. This came from the uncertainty of change that consciousness was experiencing and a build up of a restrictive type pressure in mostly dark energy and some light energy.

Like I stated previously pressure transfers easier into dark energy because the frequency vibrations are lower and I am referring to certain types of activity in evolution when light and dark energy converge together. With Universal Consciousness being formed there was a very powerful element of eternal love which this consciousness contained that was transferring from Infinite Consciousness through the Higgs field into the early stages of Universal Consciousness. This represents the evolution of consciousness in a very powerful way.

Then there was consciousness and dark energy and some light energy in the formation where the pressure began becoming restricted within the frequency vibrations.

When this happens with pressure what this causes is the resistance to the evolution of consciousness because the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy have a difficult time becoming integrated or evolving themselves and the consciousness that contains these vibrations starts experiencing the sensation of separation and this can be measured in different degrees of fear. Matter in Universal Consciousness requires pressure with light and dark energy in order to sustain form and experience evolutionary development and advancement. This pressure needs to expand and accelerate comfortably within matter in order for the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy to experience evolution properly. The restriction in pressure came from the uncertainty that Universal Consciousness was experiencing because Universal Consciousness originally belonged to Infinite Consciousness and in the early stages of development this consciousness did not understand what was happening with this new development and some of this consciousness went through a very powerful experience of separation. What eventually happened was evolution and change got powerful enough in this early developmental period and a lot of pressure was released because the resistance couldn't fight the process anymore. When a lot of pressure was released it caused eternal life which was contained in the formation to collide with the consciousness and energy of death that had been introduced which I described previously. These two primary aspects of existence contained different types of energy similar to a positive and a negative charge. When these two collided together it generated fusion with light and dark energy and the expansion, acceleration and introduction of Universal Consciousness happened which has been scientifically described as the big bang which happened around 13.8 billion years ago. Because of the powerful mixture of eternal life and the new development of the consciousness associated with death there was also energy which represented a powerful level of neutrality. This is the basis of all the electrical and magnetic activity in Universal Consciousness now.

Subatomic activity evolved out of the frequency vibrations as a result of the fusion and this process so matter could experience evolution.

The reason there are so many variables is due to different degrees of time, space and the evolution of consciousness at any given moment.

The Higgs field in Universal Consciousness contains eternal love and eternal life and when a living organism on Earth goes through the experience of death what happens is the pressure is released from the body very quickly and their consciousness, identity, light energy and dark energy transfers into the Higgs field and they accelerate very quickly through Universal Consciousness into the next location of evolutionary advancement which is located in world's contained in the Whirlpool galaxy. Human beings or other life form on Earth don't have that much interaction with the Higgs field because of Earth's location and I will explain but first I want to mention the subject of Panpsychism. Panpsychism suggests that consciousness pervades everything in existence and yes this is absolutely correct but human beings are on the forefront of understanding just exactly how this works and it's not that difficult to understand if you have the correct information. It has to do with the process of conceptualization and identity in time and space. Universal Consciousness has an identity so Universal Consciousness contains consciousness everywhere. Then there are galaxies which belong to Universal Consciousness that contain solar systems and planets. Planets are living organisms in Universal Consciousness that have an identical structure so they have a specific form of consciousness as well like planet Earth. It has been questioned before on how a rock, spoon or grain of salt could be conscious? A rock, spoon or grain of salt exists within Earth's consciousness therefore contains consciousness or frequency vibrations associated with Earth's evolutionary development.

Subatomic particles also have a specific identity just like photons, electrons and neutrons. They contain consciousness as well in the form of vibrations and different degrees of light and dark energy and experience evolutionary behavior in association with their particular location. A lot of electrons belong to planet Earth so they are associated with Earth's consciousness. Subatomic particles, atoms and molecules experience different frequency vibrations within themselves and all evolve differently and accordingly but they all experience different states of evolution in consciousness which is dependent upon what type of environment they are located in and what the relationship is like with this environment.

What is responsible for the existence of life on Earth and Earth’s consciousness as well exists on the most powerful quantum level which has been a topic of discussion in the scientific community and this is what drives the evolution of consciousness, matter and energy on planet Earth. These are the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy which originate out of Infinite Consciousness and are experienced on Earth consistently. These are the higher frequency vibrations of light energy, the lower frequency vibrations of dark energy and pressure. The reason that human beings don’t know everything about this yet is because consciousness on Earth has yet to evolve into the Higgs field in a much more powerful way due to the resistance contained in human bodies and consciousness which are the same thing and the brain consists of a very powerful concentration of these frequency vibrations and pressure which helps to drive the evolution of the individual. The reason I can explain this information is because my consciousness has been affected in a very powerful way from the Shift and I just began to understand powerful subject matter on an existential level and this is increasing for me daily. The Higgs field contains a combination of both frequency vibrations because the Higgs field contains eternal love from Infinite Consciousness and Universal Consciousness. Human beings contain a very powerful form of separation within their entire bodies which is the fear associated with the uncertainty of death in Earth’s environment. This is measured by very powerful pressure contained within mostly dark energy and some light energy in different locations of the body which represent subconscious energy. All of a human beings experiences in life have to do with their bodies because this represents a physical identity in time and space. Memory is stored in the entire body not just the brain and different locations of the body represent subconscious energy which represent the experiences of life itself. The most powerful subconscious energy is stored in and around the heart, lungs, throat and genitalia. This is because these areas of the body are associated with life and death in a very powerful way.

Human beings don’t understand what exactly happens with the experience of death. This produces a very powerful degree of fear in different areas of the body especially in the areas I mentioned. This comes from experiencing the different stimulus in oneself and the environment. Being exposed to the reality of death and beginning to Page | 91

understand this at about the age of 10 or 11 transfers very powerful fear into the body in the form of pressure and mostly dark energy and some light energy. Learning and understanding about death but not knowing what exactly happens transfers a very powerful form of separation into the consciousness and this is why adolescence can be confusing, frightening and awkward for a lot of individuals. Death is already contained in Earth’s consciousness and as soon as life is conceived in Earth’s environment and has another identity associated with life the consciousness and energy of death become an integral part of that living organism because aging and death have been contained in Earth’s consciousness and environment as soon as Earth was introduced into Universal Consciousness. Eventually the individual goes through the experience of death and their consciousness evolves. This is because the concept, experience, consciousness and energy of death came from the evolutionary activity that Infinite Consciousness experienced which gave birth to Universal Consciousness and this consciousness and energy transferred into Earth’s consciousness and has been evolving with eternal life over a long time. The reason that aging and death occurs on Earth is because death is very powerful in this region of Universal Consciousness and the uncertainty of what happens with the experience is so powerful with consciousness in the environment. The truth about the experience of death has not been revealed to the human race yet but this is approaching with the Shift now and soon everyone on Earth will understand this aspect of evolution as well.

Having life contained in a living organism with death this powerful and the uncertainty of this experience creates a very powerful perception of separation in the environment especially for human beings. This experience runs far deep into the structure of DNA and life on Earth. Because the Higgs field contains eternal love and eternal life and living organisms contain this experience of separation in their bodies this is what generates the aging process on Earth.

Death is extremely powerful in Earth’s environment and consciousness in the form of living organisms are consistently being separated by the experience of death and are transferring into different world’s contained in the Whirlpool galaxy. The reason that human beings aren’t aware of this fact is because of the experience of separation contained within their consciousness and bodies. Pressure and mainly dark energy and some light energy in the body represents Page | 92

very powerful and different degrees of fear. The pressure contained within these vibrations of light and dark energy is directly tied into the fight or flight mechanism, the brain and the Central Nervous System. Different degrees of pressure that can either expand and accelerate or become restricted and generate separation in the consciousness are contained all over the body. This is measured in different degrees with individuals. This pressure is very powerful in a human being because they represent a form of matter and are evolving through time and space and have a will. When death is experienced with the body the pressure is released from the body and resistance to evolution because the resistance is represented in the form of pressure which causes separation in reference to the uncertainty of death itself. The pressure is released from the body and the consciousness, identity and frequency vibrations of light and dark energy transfers into the Higgs field because the Higgs field contains eternal life. The reason that human beings are unaware of this field of energy and exactly what it does is because death is so powerful in consciousness on Earth and this generates a very powerful perception of separation and this occurs on a physical, psychological and spiritual level as well. The Higgs field exists within Earth's consciousness and environment but so does death and resistance to evolution as well.

Living organisms on Earth haven’t experienced eternal love for themselves and I mean the type of power that comes directly from the Higgs field in Universal Consciousness. Love gives eternity a reason to exist and this is why this field of energy contains this element and ultimately drives the evolution of life. Consciousness has experienced love in a more elementary state in life on Earth due to the levels of fear and resistance in time and space here but that is all about to change soon. Having death in Earth’s consciousness and environment and the uncertainty of the experience has been an integral part of evolution on Earth and this also affects the way that life experiences reality. As love evolves life becomes more powerful and consciousness experiences evolutionary advancement and this is a global occurrence contained in Earth’s consciousness. There has also been different degrees of resistance to the evolution of consciousness on Earth and this comes from not understanding the truth about why life exists here in the first place and what happens with the experience of death.

both of these counterparts of evolutionary development affects the human consciousness and human condition in very powerful ways on a physiological, psychological and spiritual level and the foundation for this activity is the frequency vibrations of light energy, dark energy, pressure, evolutionary advancement, resistance, time, space, love, eternal life and death. Living organisms on Earth are eternal they just go through the experience of death because of Earth’s location in time and space and what Earth actually represents that has to do with the Shift in Consciousness and evolutionary advancement in consciousness in a very powerful and wonderful way and soon human beings will understand what is happening with this activity.

There are almost 9 million different species of life on planet Earth. On a global level the introduction of life and the experience of death are happening within fractions of a second. As soon as a human being is conceived in the womb of a woman the evolution of consciousness, matter and energy begins for this individual. Conceptualization happens with the introduction of new life and beyond the subatomic level for life there are frequency vibrations of light energy, dark energy and pressure. There is also different locations of time and space, evolution of consciousness and resistance to evolution involved with the introduction. The frequency vibrations of light and dark energy experience evolution with the introduction of matter and subatomic, atomic and molecular development happen with this introduction. There are a lot of different variables to the physiological, psychological and spiritual states of existence for a human being. What generates the experience of life for a human being is the introduction of more life in the environment, love, fear and death. This is the foundation because this is where everything came from as I described previously in the article with Infinite Consciousness and the introduction of Universal Consciousness. This comes from how the vibrations of both light and dark energy interact with the individual in Earth’s consciousness, the interaction with the Higgs field, how the vibrations of light and dark energy converge in the individual, how much pressure is involved in the exchange and is this pressure expanding and accelerating with the evolution of consciousness everywhere else or is this pressure becoming restricted in different degrees at any given moment. At the subatomic, atomic and molecular level of a human being there is a lot of diverse activity Page | 94

especially in the molecular make up of an individual and the chemical processes in the body that are produced like neurotransmitters.

There are different types of resistance in the human condition like hereditary diseases, illness, physical abnormalities, psychiatric disorders, addiction ect. What exists at the very foundation of all of this activity in the human condition is frequency vibrations and pressure. There are different geographical locations of the introduction of life, different variables of time and space, different concentrations of light and dark energy and degrees of pressure involved in the evolution of life on Earth. This generates a lot of diversity in the environment even with the foundation to life being as simplistic as I describe.

Consciousness, frequency vibrations and pressure transfer into subatomic activity, atomic and molecular activity in a very diverse way and constitutes the existence of a human being. The human body is very dynamic and complex due to the concentration of life, death, fear and love in Earth’s consciousness due to Earth’s experience because Earth’s consciousness supports consciousness in the environment as well. The Shift in Consciousness that I mention has to do with an extremely powerful increase in eternal love coming from the evolution of Universal Consciousness and love transferring in from the existence of the Higgs field. Life and death that I mentioned as well on a global level are in the process of converging right now and the experience of separation that Earth and life on Earth has been through has had to end one day and this occurrence will begin presenting itself to the human race soon. This is a scientific article but I need to mention this statement. In the Lord’s Prayer it states “thy kingdom come thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven”. Heaven is located in the Whirlpool galaxy and the reason this location is called Heaven is because the experience of separation from life and death end. When a human being or any other living organism experiences death they transfer directly into the Higgs field and accelerate very quickly into this location and their consciousness evolves on the way there. The planet’s up there contain all the necessary elements to support life so the body can develop as they enter into the environment.

They go through the experience of death on Earth and evolve again into a very advanced state of existence because the very powerful Page | 95

experience of separation in consciousness they had on Earth is gone and so is all of the resistance and this is why they remain eternal.

They evolve through and as result of the Higgs field so their entire existence becomes incorporated into the Higgs field forever which is like the essence of Universal Consciousness that comes from Infinite Consciousness which is eternal. It is just time for Earth’s consciousness to evolve and the Milky Way galaxy in Universal Consciousness to evolve and the experience of separation on a global level will end and this happens with the introduction of the Shift.

Science will also evolve with this introduction as mentioned with the Paradigm Shift that physicist and philosopher Thomas Kuhn mentioned. The resonance theory of consciousness has to do with the experience and existence of thought and thought is incorporated into energy everywhere. Matter like stars, planet’s, solar systems, galaxies and Universal Consciousness exist within our thought processes as concepts. This is the reason that this theory exists within the realms of panpsychism is due to this fact is because of what I mentioned before that conceptualization exists within the dynamics of the evolution of consciousness and this is what drives the evolution of matter and energy everywhere.

The Brow or Third Eye Chakra. Located in the center of the forehead, it is often referred to as the third eye because it is the place of inner seeing -- the place of intuition. The third eye can give us the gift of putting both past and present experiences in perspective. Following its guidance helps us transcend negative emotions and thoughts.

When the Third Eye functions well we feel like we are at the top of our game. Our imagination and intuition are both strong. "The Right Or The Need to Exist" By Jaap van Etten It is easy to say that we believe that every being has the right to exist.

People often say that because they think that it is spiritual to say such things. Sure, a lot of people believe that certain species of animals and plants have the right to exist. It becomes less easy when we talk about mosquitos, ticks, or a virus. So, let us look at some possible issues that may come up when we talk about the right to exist.

Do All Humans Have the Right to Exist?

When we talk about the right to exist, most people will refer to human beings. While it seems that we agree that every human has the right to exist, when we look at human behavior, that does not seem to reflect everyone's behavior. People can go so far as to kill another person because they are different. Sometimes people even kill because they feel that they have the right to take somebody else’s life. That means that amongst people, the right to exist is not uniform. If people can take the right to live away from somebody of their own species, how do they look at other creatures with whom they share this world?

They Have the Right to Exist If Almost all people love nature. People pay money to be able to go into National Parks and enjoy the beauty of nature. We go to zoos or wild parks to see animals. We feed birds, squirrels, and other animals in our back yard. It seems that we give other creatures the right to coPage | 110

exist with us. But do we?

Let us take as an example the beautiful yard you have created. There is a group of gophers that agree with you and come to enjoy your yard in their way. Suddenly, you see hips of soil pushed up in your beautiful yard. Do you still agree that these gophers have a right to exist in your yard?

Many people will say that they like gophers if they do not mess up their yard. That is true for many animals that, according to human ideas, mess up what they believe they own. That means that many people may agree that animals have the right to exist if they do not damage their property. We do not want caterpillars eating the plants that we cherish, even though we love the butterfly they will become.

However, people do not see the future butterfly, only the caterpillar damaging “their� plants. When they see the butterfly, they can enjoy its beauty, forgetting that they were angry when they were still caterpillars What I just describe refers to situations on a small scale. It becomes even more complicated when we look at a larger scale.

The Ever-expanding Human Species For a long time, the human species was an integrated part of nature.

They took what they needed from Mother Earth and all that lives on her. They did that with gratitude. Living in harmony with nature was a natural aspect of life. We still see elements of that in the indigenous traditions. The connection with nature was part of survival, and because people lived in small communities, they were still in contact with nature. Life was about making sure that there was enough food, safety, and a connection with the spirits of the land and all living beings. At a particular moment, this started to change.

There is quite an agreement that the change came when people changed from gathering and hunting to settling and farming.

Agriculture allowed people to stay in one place and begin to create larger communities. In larger communities, people began to provide services. Slowly communities grew. With that, people became specialists. Increasingly people began to carry out jobs and functions for which they no longer needed to be connected to nature. In this Page | 111

way, disconnection from nature began to become stronger.

With the development of industries and technology, human settlements grew, and with that two important things happened.

Firstly, the disconnection from nature increased. Secondly, the need for material to support the growing communities increased. We began to use Mother Earth for our increasing needs instead of taking only what was essential and doing that with respect. With growing populations, a power struggle developed, resulting in those that have and those that do not have. It seems that to have or to have more is a need that only increases, and as a consequence, we plunder the Earth even more. In our attempts to control nature, we developed all kinds of poisons and started to pollute the earth, water, and air.

This development showed that the right to exist only applied to humans, and not even to all humans. We have destroyed almost all values. Even those on a spiritual path get caught in the systems we developed. Many people talk about change. For some, it means going back to nature. Indigenous people want to go back to their traditions.

Is that the solution? Is there a solution?

The Need to Exist From my perspective, the right to exist is a weak statement. When we talk about the different species of plants and animals, it is more than the right to exist. I believe that it is essential that they exist, or they would not exist. From a broader perspective, they need to exist.

However, if we can accept that each species has the right to exist, we may be able to take the next step. I like to explain why I mention that each species needs to exist.

Every existing species, whether it is a plant, a tree, an animal, a human, visible or invisible beings, has a morphogenetic system. This system exists of a field holding the full potential of a species, a grid containing those aspects of the field the species uses, and a vortex connecting the field and the grid (Image 1). The morphogenetic fields of all species are part of the morphogenetic field of Gaia. That is an important statement. It means that all species are an inherent part of the Gaia system. They are an expression of Gaia. For Gaia to express her full potential, all these species need to exist.

When we eradicate a species, we diminish the expression of the Gaia system. We can compare that with removing tissue or even an organ from our body. We still can live, but we need to compensate for the loss. The same is true for the Gaia system. We can destroy a certain amount of species, but there comes a moment at which Gaia no longer can compensate for the loss. I do not know when that moment comes, and I hope I will never find out. However, I sense that it is much closer than we realize.

The human species also cannot exist without a morphogenetic system.

Our morphogenetic system is as much part of the Gaia system as that of the jaguar (Image 2), an oak tree, a grasshopper, or a coronavirus.

Humans tend to see themselves as the center of the world and superior to all other species. However, we are not. We are part of the Gaia system, and like every other species, we are here to fulfill a role.

Our role is to be a co-creator, not a destroyer. We are here to help the Gaia system to evolve so that she can express her full potential. That can only happen when each species has the opportunity to express its full potential. That also applies to us. Like all other species, we are here to fulfill our full potential. As part of that, we need to support all species to achieve their full potential. Therefore, species have the right to exist, and even need to exist for the Gaia system to express herself fully.

Unfolding the potential Anyone who can find the grids and vortexes of the morphogenetic system of Gaia will feel that Gaia is only expressing a limited amount of her potential. We see that also reflected in the situation of humanity. Humanity is also expressing only a limited amount of its potential. We have chosen to be co-creators, and due to our limitations, we fulfill that role insufficiently or not at all. Most of what we call creation is destructive for the Gaia system.

The first step we need to make is to acknowledge what we are doing.

We need to recognize that we express our potential in a limited way.

That is essential, so we can set the intention to develop our potential.

We only can do that if we accept that we are part of the Gaia system and that every aspect of that system is to be respected. It has the right to exist, and it is needed for Gaia to fulfill her purpose.

Many people ask what they need to do to develop their potential.

People have developed many systems, from science to spirituality, to help you. All these systems have their value. All of them also have their limitations. The reason for their limitations is because they are made or interpreted by people, who all are limited. The only answer to the question is in the Gaia system. It is in the morphogenetic field of the human species which we can access through vortexes (Image 3). By learning to attune to this field, we have access to all we need for our personal development. We all are unique and will take out of the morphogenetic field those energies and information we need to express our full potential. When more people begin to do that, they will become the co-creators we potentially are and support Gaia in her process of expressing her potential.

Collaboration Humanity cannot support the evolution of Gaia alone. It is human arrogance to think that. We need all other beings, visible and invisible, to partake in the process. We need to see all other beings as our relatives. They are genuinely our relatives because we all are Gaia’s children with bodies built with material from her material body, Mother Earth. It is difficult for most humans to view other beings as equally important because they tend to see themselves as superior. They forget that we cannot even live without other beings who provide us with food.

Based on all that we shared, it may be evident that all beings have the right to exist, and are needed as an essential part of the evolution of Gaia in which we have chosen to play an important role. Let us start with the first step: respect and love for all creatures with whom we share this incredible planet Earth.

"Perceiving Truth in a World of Delusion " By Steven Boyd

These are some of the most interesting times we are living in. It seems every time we look at a news channel from the television, radio or the internet, we see and hear about all the chaos and divisiveness going on around the world from politics to race to everyday belief systems.

It seems we are under attack from these electronic mediums. Sadly, we are.

With all this delusive content streaming into our minds and hearts 24/7, it's easy to get caught up in the maya or darkness of the current yuga we are living in. For those who may not know, maya in Sanskrit means illusion. It's also easy to let our perception of life get tainted if we are not careful. When this happens, it's like having a wonderful sunny day while being at the beach and suddenly, the dark clouds seem to come out of nowhere. As we watch with bewildered eyes, the dark clouds continue to build until the beautiful rays of the sun are blotted out from our vision.

With life, maya-delusion happens much the same but is usually harder to spot as its nature is very tricky like the magician. If we aren't centered in our true nature of peace and joy each day, we can slowly become off balance and overwhelmed by these storms of confusion and delusion. Once we are off center and caught up in the "muck of emotion and the illusion of Maya" our perception becomes distorted and twisted over time until we don't see ourselves, our loved ones, our work or this world as it really is. Than our happiness, clarity and joy flee like bandits in the night.

Being off balance is not only unpleasant, it opens us up for a host of other troubles such as past negative karmic seeds, accidents and other misfortunes as we are not in harmony and seeing things clearly as God intended for us. I recall a wonderful saying from the movie “Minority Report” that stuck with me. “In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king”. My interpretation of this saying is “the person who only uses his or her two physical eyes is blind compared to the wise soul who uses the inner spiritual eye of infinite wisdom”. For this eye is naught else but divine and all seeing and can transcend the laws of matter and illusion. All the great saints over the millennia have lived by this inner vision as it wavers not regardless of the Yuga we are living in.

Whether you’re new to the spiritual path or have been on it for many years, the power of Maya-illusion can sweep us off our center if were not careful each now. “The writer can confirm this to be true from his own humbling experiences with life”! This path is compared to walking on a razors edge. If we are to be truly victorious in life, which is what God wants for us, we need to make sure our perception of truth is clear. God is the only truth and reality in this dream of life.

So, how do we go about perceiving truth in a world of delusion?

First, it matters not if we have lived in the darkness of delusion for a day, a year or 80 years. What matters most is what we do today, right now with the free choice God gave us. The sure fire way that has been proven by the Saints of all ages is to calm our mind and heart through proper breathing, silence, prayer and meditation. God’s infinite mercy and light are like the rays of the sun. They are always shining down upon us, trying to enter our minds and hearts. It is we who have shut off the divine light through misuse of our free will by identifying with the “things of world, matter, and ego” and not Spirit. Since all true religions seem to be on the same page in that God is universal light, love, truth and joy, we need to make sure we clearly understand this not only in mind, but in our heart of hearts.

It’s easy for the delusive ego to convince us that we are “doomed or failures” because of the mountain of past mistakes we have made.

Since God is pure unconditional love, all we need to do is sincerely Page | 117

surrender ourselves and our past misdeeds to Him asking for the rains of his mercy and love to wash away the mud of delusion from our mind and heart.

Secondly, by practicing daily prayer and meditation, we can learn to separate truth from fiction, which is “our doing from our being” until the clarity of His presence and truth are felt within. Once we feel this calm clarity or “knowingness”, we can go about our lives flowing with God’s will of harmony and goodness for us and all who cross our path.

Being clear and in tune with God provides so many advantages over the self-deluded ego, which promises instant happiness but only gives sorrow in return. As we see life through our new perception of truth and clarity, we can help by seeing others as they are and better know how to help them.

As my Great Guru liked to say, “God’s rays of light and love shine equally on the diamond and the piece of coal. The diamond is able to reflect the light whereas the coal is filled with impurities and can’t reflect the light”. God made each one of us as diamonds so that we could ideally reflect his light of perfection and goodness within His creation.

Since He gave us free will and free choice, it’s up to each of us to reflect his light or wallow in the darkness of despair and poor perception. I pray everyone will give God a chance to work through them so we can see His infinite wonders within and without and know that we are truly one beautiful family and children of Spirit. When this happens, we can start to behold heaven on earth and enjoy each now as the joyous perfection that it is.

I will say that Emilie and myself, we both belong to a new Tarot Era that is born during Pandemia times (regardless on the starting of our projects), and that creates a new vision in many ways. Can you tell us a bit about who Emilie Muñíz is?

Hola, Hi! Thank you so much for the opportunity to be interviewed.

What an honor. A bit about me, I am a New York City native Latina who fell in-love with tarot over 25 year ago. I started diving at the age of 11. My mother would have “Espiritistas” over frequently and I was introduced to divination through that channel. I finished my B.A in business in 2009 and decided to take my passion for divination as a full-time career.

11 years later here I am following my tarot passion still for a living full-time. I am a professional reader, tarot instructor and published my own tarot deck. **What took you to be a Tarot Reader? Do you also consider yourself to be a Psychic?

Let us start with, what took you to create a Tarot Deck?

Consistency and patience! Oh, my goodness what a long project. 2+ years start to finish but I did it. 78+ 2 cards is a big project. **I love the different unexpected faces and skin tones from the special edition of Simplicity Tarot. Talk to us about it and the difference between the two editions.

Simplicity Tarot Minimalism Art 1st Edition was created to help anyone read tarot with ease.

Some color was purposely left out in different areas of each card to create a canvas simplistic coloring book feeling. (Minimalism Art) We also kept the main important key tarot elements and removed some of then more complicated symbology. Keywords were added at the bottom of each tarot card for easy interpretation.

Diverse Edition of Simplicity Tarot – was created with more vibrant colors depicting different nationalities and cultures. Still making it easy for anyone to understand the tarot cards meanings because of its simple drawings and its keywords at the bottom of each card. **Something that surprised me were the two extra cards: Cleansing and Spiritual Guide. To me, this is so Hispanic, so diverse and so unique! However, I wanted to ask why not adding numbers to those two cards?

I love those cards; they really add extra flavor to the entire deck. I did not add numbers to the cards because they are not tarot cards they are Oracle cards. Adding numbers to them will not fit into the tarot system. **I have seen a trend on Tarot Decks lately where the creators are adding some type of information about each of the cards at the bottom. It can be from a long sentence to just couple of words like in your deck. Do you feel this helps the Tarot Reader? How do you think it can impact (or not) the natural intuition of the ones who do Psychic work by having the words at the bottom of the cards?

Many Oracle Cards have sentences or phrases to them. I have not seen many Tarot Decks with that. But in general, I do feel that it helps newbies connect better with the cards.

Having words in the bottom gives them guidance and allows the reading to easier flow.

Advance readers may not like this as much since they have already developed their own meanings for the cards.

In my deck having keywords was important but also making it non distractive while reading was important too. **Emilie, tell our readers which are you favorite Major, Minor and Court Cards. Tell us which is your Top #1 Favorite Card from the entire deck?

My favorite major is ‘The High Priestess’. I think she represents me in every way since I am a Cancerian and a seer. I love the moon and I love the divination which are also some of the main attributes of ‘The High Priestess’ in the Tarot.

For the court I love the night of wants because it represents motivation and drive in the human being. I also love that he’s spontaneous , outgoing and chases his passions what a sexy quality.

My favorite minor in the tarot is the seven of wands. He reminds me too keep your footing, I Page | 121

stand up for what you believe in and that sometimes getting at the top we have to do whatever we can to maintain our position. It is an empowering card I love this card. **Talk to us about your deck now being part of US Games Systems.

I love US Games Systems; they are such a great company to work for. I am their tarot reader for their NYC trade show. They are the ones who really encouraged me and guided me in doing this tarot deck. It’s such an honor to have a tarot deck apart of their line. My first deck that I’ve ever worked with was published by them too. This really is a dream come true for me. **Is there anything you would change from the decks or the process creating these awesome decks? Why yes or no?

No. The reason why is that every hardship and bump that I went through in creating this tarot deck I need to learn. It is a learning process. My next deck though I think I will be a bit more organized from the start. **What is coming next for Emilie Muñíz?

I have two new divination decks on the rise. One Lenormand, Simplicity Lenormand and the other is Tarot. I'm also creating tarot learning courses. This will be part of my simplicity tarot ongoing projects.

"Just Thinking...." By P. Perkins

In this time of Covid I think being silly, having fun and finding fun things to do helps to keep us on the sunny side of life. So what does an avid rock lover do now that they aren’t any rock shows until further notice? We are forced to find ways to support our rock obsession. One of our fellow rock lovers must have made this day up – Collect Rocks Day, celebrated on 9/16. Now that we have a day supporting our need for rocks what can we do?

There are local groups that can help you if you need human/rock interaction. If you Google gem and or mineral club you will find your people. I have attended one of the local gem club meetings. The avid collectors bring in their wonderful finds because they already have too many totes filled with gorgeous rocks and they need to make room for the next dig. They will explain in detail the composition, where they found the rocks and what techniques were used to pull them out of the ground. They even have to wear a hard hat, who knew. This group has a premier rock-hound who has a barn filled with equipment to cut, grind and polish your beauties. They are so enamored with all things ancient stratified mud they are always willing to help in any capacity.

Friends have gone to local beaches where there are so many beautiful rocks they came back with garbage bags filled with their finds. I was jealous! So am I a little rock crazy? Instead of getting a t-shirt or some touristy item, I bring back igneous rocks as a momento of the trip. So Page | 124

"Creating A Book of the Seen and Unseen" by Su Weber and Elizabeth Chapman The Reasons for Crafting One Most people who walk a path that includes the practice of ritual and/or magick want to have some way to keep track of what has worked for them and what hasn’t, what they did and when and why.

Creating this type of reference not only lets you refer back to adapt things for present projects, but also gives a visual record of your personal growth and development.

Background/History Many witches call this type of record a Book of Shadows (BOS). The “traditional” name Book of Shadows supposedly stems from the practices of Gerald Gardner who claimed he received his copy from an older coven that could trace its roots back into the ancient past.

Many feel that he created this name (and even the book) to legitimize what was essentially his personal generation of Wicca. Whether or not there is evidence of it not being ancient doesn’t matter, the name has stuck and the idea is that the Book is to be kept secret or “hidden away from non-practitioners.”

Still others keep what is often titled a grimoire. It comes from the French for grammar which is defined as a way to combine symbols to make correct sentences. Most of the historical ones are books detailing various types of European ceremonial magic. Today some use the term when they are creating a book to record only spells or Page | 126

other magickal workings.

The 2 Young Crones started out creating our own original Books of Shadows as we came from a Wiccan tradition and that was what they were called. Over the years, through the evolution of our personal practices, the title just didn’t seem to fit anymore and has now evolved into what we choose to call our Book of the Seen and Unseen.

On The Path, (what we call our practice) the writing in the book itself is what is Seen and the growth we have experienced through practice is the Unseen for each of us.

Creation Materials If you take a look on the Internet, there are all sorts of fancy journals available offered for sale to create your Book. However, unless you have your heart set on recording it in some fancy leather-bound volume, it’s not the most easily used or practical solution to this sort of created personal reference.

We suggest using a three-ring binder which will allow you to find things more easily because you can group like things together, expand a section as you learn or work with something more, or get rid of a section that no longer serves your current practice. It will also allow you to pull out one particular page if there is something written on it that you want to use during ritual or while crafting a spell. Try putting it in a plastic protector if you want so that it won’t get accidentally ruined and you are good to go. If you want, you can also use multiple binders as it overflows the original one or keep specific sections in a particular one such as having one that deals only with your personal correspondences (see below).

The original of my Book of the Seen and Unseen is currently kept in files on my computer. It allows me to search for specific words if I want when I have it open, add or change things easily, or print a specific page if there is something I need to work with and I don’t want the whole thing with me. If you are a big Google docs fan, you could save it there and pull it up anywhere you want to locate or verify information; think about it being instantly available on your phone and how convenient that could be.

As a compromise, if you feel that you have to use a journal as part of your work or have found one that you just had to buy, consider keeping a journal that records your thoughts and feelings about your practice or to record why a particular ritual or course of study is/was so important to you personally. Use it to write spiritual poetry or to have conversations with the Divine. Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet� because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

I am Mikos, Guardian of Earth's Records ~ Today we will speak about Time, the Time warp that envelops Mother Earth. Earth is out of time with the rest of the Universe, in order for her evolutions to learn the lessons of their souls. When a planet evolves and is in the Ascended State, there is no more time, for from this higher perspective of consciousness you can see into Eternity—and can feel the oneness of all time simultaneously.

You indeed experience your multidimensionality, which is experiencing all states of consciousness and all time and places at once. There are no longer any demarcations or divisions or separateness. All is ONE, and all is simultaneous.

As Earth and all life on her surface evolve in consciousness, time compresses. It becomes less and less, which is a sign that humans are evolving in consciousness. This results In less and less time, until you reach the point in your consciousness when you're no longer "in" time—you've moved out of it into the Ascended State.

As you move higher and higher in your awareness of your self and all of Earth, you will find that the days speed by, even the minutes and hours fly by, and before you know it, morning turns into night before you've accomplished even half of what you used to be able to accomplish. Time is actually becoming elusive. You can't hold onto it any longer. The denser an evolution is, the more time there is, and the days appear longer. The higher the vibration of a species, the shorter the day appears, as they are actually connecting with "Cosmic Consciousness", which is a state of multidimensionality where "no time" exists. Everything just "is".

As time further collapses, you will move into the multidimensionality that you are, and experience "All That Is" profoundly. You will see and feel the Oneness of all Creation, and how all life is intertwined and interconnected. This is what humanity is here to learn. But up until now Earth's density has been so thick that each person has felt separated and alone, and cut off from others. Each person has felt separated by time and space—which in actuality does not exist. It only exists on "evolving" planets so that its species does not get sidetracked and can focus in on what it came here to do.

Time flow has nothing to do with age. It does not speed up when you are older. It only speeds up when you are wiser and have "grown" in consciousness and wisdom. Therefore, if you equate age with wisdom Page | 132

and illumination, then indeed you could say that as you age, time speeds up. But for those who don't evolve in consciousness during their life spans, then time seems interminably long and drawn out for them. They could say that "time gets slower" as they get older. So you see, it's your own perspective, your own rate of evolution that determines time's length—and determines the length of each of your own days. You all have different day lengths and different amounts of time, determined by your state of consciousness. So as your consciousness expands, your minutes and hours decrease in reverse ratio; until you're no longer in a time zone, but in an Ascended State of Enlightenment, where there's no time, no space—only the Oneness of all Creation.

This is what we experience in the Hollow Earth. We feel the ONENESS and ETERNITY of existence. And this Oneness and Eternity is what you are beginning to experience on the surface, in small increments, as the Light of the Creator is pouring onto Earth and causing your consciousness to expand with the illumination of God's Light.

We don't feel the "crunch" of time, as you would say. We feel only the Eternal flow of life ebbing through us, which brings us peace and contentment in every "moment" of our day. We don't even have clocks (as you do and rely upon). We count time in a much different, cosmic way, that's in synchronicity with the whole cosmos. Because we are part of the cosmos, and function as part of the cosmos, we are on "cosmic time"—which is much different from surface time.

As the Light is rapidly illuminating the Earth, soon your consciousness will reach into cosmic time, and you will find us waiting for you there, which is right here—in the NOW. We wish you a speedy journey in consciousness.

"Conversations with Covid; Channeling the Novel Coronavirus" By Christina Linhardt

And so it happened. I tested positive for Covid 19. After months of hearing nothing but news about this “novel” virus here to plague humankind, avoiding it as much as possible, yet not fearing it too greatly, I was exposed at a gig where I was hired to sing back-up for a major pop star from another culture and country.

My symptoms were mostly lightheadedness, the slightest bit of congestion, and the tell-tale, loss of sense of smell. It made sense that it was residing in my head because I tend to be an over thinker. “Er lebt nur im Kopf”, a lady in Germany said about my father, meaning, “He lives only in his head.” It felt as if the virus had a message for me, for us, for humanity. Since I already was feeling extremely spacey, I figured I might as well meditate, go within and see if I could communicate with the Covid 19, in style of Neale Donald Walsh’s Conversations with God. Because the virus is not personal, it does not speak in a human voice and is not motivated by human motivations, I chose not to write my communications in first person form. **Why are you here?

The Covid 19 virus forces everyone to stop, which is easy for the status quo to do, but what about the truly under-served communities I’ve worked in here in the United States? People who can’t afford to stop, people who don’t have the luxury of spending this newfound time with their families, cooking home cooked meals, unplugging from the daily rat-race. The people who can’t apply for unemployment, who can’t even apply for a credit card to rack up debt?

The 30 million children in LA Unified School District who rely on school meals, or school as an escape from domestic violence and abuse at home.

What about UNICEF’s report that up to 6,000 children a day could starve due to everything coming to a halt? Covid-19 is both an equalizer and an unequalizer. **Where are you from? Are you from a lab or from nature or from outer space?

What difference does it make? It is all within the same universe. Where is it from? A time so deep, so ancient and yet so new because viruses live out of time. It forced me to explore my own timeline, out of our human construct of time, time which is an illusion. To me, having the Covid 19 virus felt like a possession either from outer-space, or another entity. **What Do You Want?

The virus wanted me to stop. It wants all of us to stop. But when some people stop, it could be stopping for good. But the virus is not personal. It is the top of the food chain, not we humans. The virus has a job to do. It is the circle of life. It is our human egos that think we can control life. Control the circle of life. It wants to explore. It wants to learn about itself as we want to learn about ourselves. **Why is it benign for some and fatal for others?

Because the virus uses what it finds and uses it up. Obviously there are certain medical factors such as pre-existing conditions that contribute to the virus’ effect. It is not personal. It follows its nature as we humans follow ours, consuming and using all living things in our path. **Why do you use us?

Because humans use everything else. It is not a battle, it is symbiosis. Believe it or not viruses are not as selfish as we humans are. If viruses really wanted to, they could destroy us entirely. But then who would be their hosts? Why don’t humans think about this when it comes to the environment and our ultimate hostess Mother Earth. **Are people overreacting?

People always overreact. If everything just is, all reaction is just reaction. **But people are dying?

Death is just another door. All people die. We all will die, we are all dying. We must accept our mortality within the immortality of our Spirit. To live is to die and to die is to live. It is the only certainty in this existence. What happens in between is up to you. Or is it? Your reactions are up to you. All life is reaction.

**What do you want me to learn?

The virus doesn’t care what I learn. Again, it is not personal in the way we humans perceive. But I learned I had to keep moving. All life is movement.

Even in stillness. If we become small, we can become large. If we become humble we can also become grand. **When will the virus be over?

There is no time. The virus forces me, forces us, to be in the present, to feel the now. At the end of the day it is not all about me. It is not all about us. It is not all about us humans. We are merely specs of Stardust in this intricate cosmic machine.

"For Such Is The Kingdom of Heaven - Spirit Uranus Talks" By Hanni Salovaara

What are children really, and what have you yourselves been when you were born into this world and when you were growing in this world? You have been very open, free and honest, for you have expressed your needs and emotions openly and you have faced everything with open eyes, without prejudice. You have faced everything the way it has come across you and you have looked at it as it is. In the course of time, all this which can be called honesty, has changed in you and yet, it is still in you. As a little child, you lived in the moment and surrendered to the moment, for there was only that moment, and you were happy in that moment. When you surrendered to the moment, you simply were and enjoyed. You were sad, too, but sadness always came into your life from the outside world. Sadness was caused by the restrictions set by the outside world, but already in the next moment it was wiped away when some new thing caught your interest. When a child is crying and something catches his eye, the displeasure vanishes in a flash and a new interest occupies his mind.

There is a lot of joy in a child’s life but the joy diminishes as the child grows. A little child believes in himself and in life; merely the fact that you can walk tells about the way a child confronts life. If a child Page | 143

thought like an adult, none of you would walk or talk, and you would have no skills which are considered self-evident. Think about a child who is learning to walk: what patience there is underneath everything as he tries and tries again and again! If he falls, he sits a while irritated but in the next moment, he stands up and starts again, when everything just succeeds. A child does not disparage himself or compare, for he does not see that the drawing of another is better or worse than his. He sees things as they are and faces life as it is. The title sentence can tell anything whatsoever depending on how everyone experiences it inside, but this sentence also tells in its own way how everyone can make heaven of his life at every moment. How one can live in heaven or how life can become like heaven: meaningful, joyful and happy, whatever heaven symbolizes for anyone. The sentence does not mean that you have to regress to the level of a five-year-old to be well, for you are what you are today and you do not have to change into anything at all.

When you think about the symbolic meaning of the sentence, it will unfold to you. A child is born again into life at every moment, for every moment is a new moment for him. It is like a rebirth, for he is born to that moment and surrenders to it and receives that moment.

A child does not have conditions: he faces everything as it is, for he has no prejudice. In a child, there is also honesty, for he accepts himself the way he is. A child is also flexible, for he can move flexibly from one moment to another and he can find from every moment that which is good for him and which he also can utilize. A child enjoys order but can also be happy in the midst of chaos if he sees something interesting which makes him happy. Absolutely everything is possible to a child, for all power lives in him. You can be of that age, look like you do and be the size you are at the very moment and still be reborn at every moment. Everything is possible for you at every moment, and you can be honest to yourselves at every moment. You can see the world without prejudice and step into it boldly and you can face the world without requirements and conditions and see what it offers to you. You can choose.

Think about all this symbolically and with an open mind and compare your life with walking, for when you stand up to walk, you do not question walking. You do not think whether this leg will bear and whether the other leg will obey, and you do not think whether you can Page | 144

turn your head, whether your eyes will surely open, whether you can look and whether you see the right things. A child sees and experiences exactly the same way, for in the same exact way, life in itself is different at every moment. You can notice that there is nothing wrong and nothing right, for there is nothing that one ‘must’; through all this, one can find a connection to oneself and experience, face and feel. Everything is an expression of the same love, that which we are and breathe and all that we see. The states of a child cannot be understood with the reason of an adult, because a child does not have the reason of an adult, and a child only lives through his world of emotions, for the smaller the child is, the stronger his world of emotion is. A very small child only has needs and the world of emotions which is expressed through them. The child you once were, however, has not disappeared anywhere but is living in you. Accept this child, reach out your hand to it and take it in your arms, for when you accept him, he can influence in your life with his own contribution. In a child, there is enormous creativity, and this way you get the child’s abilities for your use. As an adult, you can fully carry and protect this child, for the adult living in you can take responsibility of your life There is unlimited information in you which you can utilize in every moment for your best interest. You are adults in whom there are the abilities of all the past incarnations at your disposal, but how little you use this immense package of abilities! When you give a permission to the child living in you, you open a door to this package of abilities with the curiosity and enthusiasm of a child, when joy steps into your life as well. The child which you have been can come alive just as happy and balanced as he has been underneath everything, even though he, as a child, would not have been capable of this due to the conditions. Every child is a child, and in every child lives joy, creativity, curiosity and faith, and when you accept the child into your life, the adult and the child in you will walk hand in hand.

In everyone lives also parenthood where all the patterns and restrictions are; when the child reaches out his hand to the adult and the adult takes the child by the hand, this parent in you remains in the background. When this child/parent-entity strengthens in you, the parent, with his restrictions and patterns, begins to serve. It becomes the part in you which always makes you reconsider things, when you Page | 145

see them more broadly; ultimately this entity works hand in hand for your best interest.
