CHECK-IN My departure was from Kempegowda International airport, Bengaluru, Terminal 1. There was almost no line at the separate check-in counter designated for Business Class passengers. I kept my Covid-19 vaccination certificates handy and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free.

BOARDING Boarding happened promptly and on time. The crew greeting the passengers were wearing face masks and it was reassuring to see such protocol maintained. I was kindly shown my seat by a member of the cabin crew and instantly felt at ease due to the spacious arrangement of the seats.

THE SEAT The JAL Sky Suite (Business Class) seats were extremely comfortable as they stretched out into a fully flat bed. One can take a short nap on the exclusively are designed with the intent to provide privacy and convenience.
