The plunge pool in the private balcony offered a chance to relax on a stunning backdrop of sunsets and lush lawns measure 55 sqm, the suites sprawl over 240 sqm, and o er panoramic views of the sunset. I stayed at the King Premium Riverview suite. It was extremely luxurious and exclusive, with a separate living and dining area. It also had a powder room, artistic French windows, and a skylight bathroom with a tub to unwind in. The plunge pool in the private balcony o ered a chance to relax on a stunning backdrop of sunsets and lush lawns. Basic amenities like a fridge, ironing board, free WiFi, and a Nespresso machine were available.

FOOD AND DRINK The hotel has three restaurants with a variety of cuisines. @Saipe is an all-day dining restaurant known for its multi-cuisine specialties. The decor is inspired by the classic Goan vibe, and lends a relaxed atmosphere adorned with Indo-European designs. The live kitchens were a visual delight, and transformed the restaurant into a culinary theatre. The bu et breakfast o ered a range of breads, pastries, cereals, a charcuterie station with cold cuts and cheeses, along with the basic bacon, eggs, sausages, and hash browns. For lunch, I indulged in a classic seafood meal to complement my stay at Goa, with prawns for a starter followed up with fried fish and Goan bread. Dinner consisted of sumptuous fried fish, paired with a glass of Cabernet. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, restaurants COCO and Doce weren’t operational. Following Covid-specific norms, menus were available via a QR code displayed at each table.

MEETINGS Well-equipped for the needs of the business traveller, the hotel provides a total of 1810 sqm of events and meeting space. This includes an expansive pillar-free Grand Ballroom along with four flexible meeting rooms. Amongst other things, the hotel o ers a pre function area, and rooms unico, dois, tres, quarto, and terraco. Two lush outdoor banyan lawns are also available for holding events.

LEISURE Don’t miss out on the hotel’s very own spa for relaxing massages and treatments after a long day of sightseeing or attending conferences. One can also unwind by taking a swim in the tranquil waters of the outdoor pool, or grab a quick workout at the well-equipped fitness centre.

VERDICT Hilton Goa is ideal for business travellers. Set in a scenic location, with mesmerising sunset views, luxurious amenities, and proximity to the beaches, the hotel is a haven of relaxation.
