Through this publication, we will be guiding you to some of the skate spots around the Lion City, whether it’s the hidden, or the famous ones, whether known by the locals or not. By bringing more foreign skateboarders and foreign exchange, we hope that Singapore’s government will open their eyes and create more friendly skate spots. But in the mean time, why don’t we just skate and thrash em’ all!

Note: Beware that there will be many workers sleeping and resting during lunch break, and on weekends it is often be used for a picnic spot.

If you are looking for a decent flatground and or banks in the middle of the city, Esplanade Banks is one of the best place Singapore can offer. Located under the bridge, it will cover you and your crew from the rain and the flaming heat.

Do some warm up tricks or throw a firing line on this smooth marble ledges. Accompanied with the monument on the background, it is best to skate at night where the lights are on, shining down your skater soul, creating a unique place to shoot some photos.

Looking for a rather unique spot in the middle of Singapore? head on to this sick ledge/gap spot. make sure you bring out enough crew to look out for your board and to distract the security.

Do some stylish hippie jump or slide tricks on this ledge sized handrail beside this happening mall in Bugis. If you are not a rail guy, just go over this handrail or the 4 stairs, and film some fun stuffs and just have fun on this spot.

For a bit mellow sesh, check out the Golden Landmark which have 4 sets of stairs, and some smooth ledges all around, then if you are warmed up and ready, hit on the double set on the other side.

This newly renovated place have this sick 7 set of stairs, accompanied by some ledges, and different sets of stairs. Having a rather wide space, you could also have a little flatground tricks or throw some game of S.K.A.T.E. with your homies.

Note: This spot could be very dangerous and restricted. You can easily be kicked out by the cops or securities as it is located besides the MRT station, and it is visible from the road and the station itself.

Ever watched someoneâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s video part on a giant drainage banks and wonder where to find it in Singapore? you could try out this spot, and shoot some sick photos or even videos. Just be careful if suddenly thereâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s water flooding over the drainage.

Note: Due to the location nearby these famous tourist attraction, the spots will most likely be filled with pedestrians and tourists, and some patrolling securities occasionally from time to time.

Feelin’ a little bit ‘kinky’? Try out this spot nearby the famous Marina Bay Sands, and Gardens by The Bay. Grind on to the kinked rail, or just thrash the huge double sets of stairs with style.

Note: As mention before, it is located just outside the MRT station, beside the bus stop, in front of an office, and alongside the road. So be mindful and aware that there will be many pedestrians passing by and sitting around the spot.

Still craving for more stairs to skate? Head on to Tiong Bahru MRT station, and this spot is located just outside the MRT station and beside the bus stop. Skate them 8-sets and hubba with a long space to prepare your run.

Note: Even though there is a no-skateboarding sign and bunch of CCTV, the security level is moderately low due to the location, up on a hill. And becareful no to shoot your board or fell off the bridge.

Try to surf this wooden waves of Henderson Waves Bridge. Located 36 metres above Henderson road, this spots offer several things; from a steep downhill, to wave-like structure, to ledges. This is one of a kind spots Singapore can offer, just bare in mind that it is made out of woods, and just hope that it would not break while you land a banger there.

Note: Beware of the water fountain next to the stairs, getting your board out from the water is probably the last thing you wanna do while trying to land a trick.

If you are aiming for bigger set of stairs in the middle of the city, head over to the Civil War Memorial where you could find and trash a 10 set. Due to many people skating around here, some of the ledges and bench are given bucnh of skate stoppers, but you could still skate the ones with broken stoppers.

This famous 8 set of stairs had been skated by many pro skaters from around the world, such as Nyjah Huston, Cyril Jackson, to 2015 Skater of the Year champion; Wes Kremer. Located on one of Singaporeâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s main tourist attraction, this spot is easily accesible.
