First Step
SURVEY In order to start the prototyping, I built an online survey using google forms which helped me get few answers and paved my path to building the prototype

Objective The objective of this exercise was to learn the incentives people have in order to make decisions in companies along with their knowledge and enthusiasm for sustainability initiatives.
Particpants Individuals working in a variety of industries from product to consulting
Responses Almost all agreed to trying the prototype
Learning There were a variety of users that filled the survey and most of them were open to testing the prototype that followed. Most of these people didn’t think a sustainability report was relevant to the services of the company. the ones that did had either already had a sustainability report developed in the past or didnt know where to start from.
The survey was sent to companies across consulting, energy to consumer goods to see the variety of answers and if they change according to the service provided by the particular company.

Most of these companies have an overarching view about practices. Great with financials and internaiton standing but at the same time, sustainable companies and work towards practices that are sustainable with responsible measures.

Objective The objective of this exercise was to see how people would walk through the sustainability funnel and if they are able to input the information needed.
Learning The impact tracer turned out to be very overwhelming. Most of the information is simple and goes in a set-by step direction but all of a sudden the impact tracker gets confusing. Some of the information, like the assumptions and the over all direction werenâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t as intuitive. The over all reason why this is happening needs to be focused on more The idea is nice, but it needs a person to help them walk through it.

Objective How fo people respond to idea generation with the given directions. What are the incentives and what are the points of confusion
Learning People really liked the idea and direction but there were some hiccups. It needs to be tested out in companies to see how corporations would respond to it. Looks great but confusing at places, could do with colour coding and reducing the amount of instructions given. Its good to translate information in numbers because companies use that language but at the same time the numbers need to be more understandable.
