RIDZLAN & PARTNERS Sdn Bhd was established to provide its services in aiding credit organizations the uphill task of recovering loans. The Company is committed to providing the highest quality service to clients with the ability to meet the growing and changing debt recovery needs and demands of the Malaysian business sector. The Company also stresses the importance of accessibility and prompt response to its clients’ requirements. We have a mix of legal and debt collection knowledge and experience, and are headed by a professionally qualified management team. This management team has extensive experience in the finance, manufacturing, trading, debtor management, debt recovery and legal fields. Such a blend of experience ensures that the client benefits from accurate and objective advice on debt collection and risk management needs and progress in order to achieve a successful debt collection programmed.

As the Director Of Ridzlan & Partners Sdn Bhd, he has been in the debts collection more than twenty years (20) of working experience and in Credit Managements. He is experienced in handling debt collection for established organization in Malaysia. He is responsible to recover the bad debts for most of the leading financial institution and also has gained vast experiences in co-coordinating the collection team day-by-day activities.

His recognition and expertise in risk management is

undoubtedly beneficial to the company, as it would certainly boost the performance of debt recovery and benefit the business productivity.

Being a hands-on person together with his persistence and unique ability to negotiate and his inter-personal skills he has managed to grow a pool of dedicated and professional collectors and negotiators that establish Ridzlan & Partners Sdn Bhd as a significant player in the industry.

Being a hands-on person, he also has his own skills in

Influence and Negotiation, customer oriented

mind-set, managing teams effectively to achieve excellence, planning and organizing to produce results, In depth undertaking of bank’s products and procedures, knowledge of bank’s risk/ compliance/audit standards.

He has been certified Diploma in
