Currently, Ridzlan Partners Sdn Bhd is doing recovery for the whole Malaysia. This

of calling customer and (business venue & house venue). also filed visiting through their last known address

As Negeri Sembilan and Melaka are easily accessible, these areas are covered from KL. Initial contact is attempted by telephone. Irrespective of this a team of collectors make a field visit to states every fortnightly. More frequent visits are made in the workload warrants it.

Similarly, Perak and Johor state are covered and the same operational procedure as Negeri Sembilan and Melaka apply.

Currently it is not economical for Ridzlan & Partners Sdn Bhd to open a few branches. Hence, collections will be conducted through our office in KL. It is for our close monitoring and to reduce operational cost.

As other major towns in Pahang like Bentong, Mentakab and Temerloh are closer to KL they are covered by a day trip (depend on number of cases).
