CODE OF CONDUCT & PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION

Ridzlan & Partners Sdn Bhd - Obligation to Clients.

A. Ridzlan & Partners Sdn Bhd recognized that in the course of initiating collections for our clients we are representing a reputable organization and thus will take all efforts to protect the reputation of our clients. No methods or tactics used by us will be inconsistent with or repugnant to the policies of our clients.

B. While Ridzlan & Partners Sdn Bhd shall use its

best efforts to ensure maximum recovery on all accounts referred to us, we shall at times comply with all laws and regulations governing the conduct of the

commercial agents and like persons. legal profession, debt collectors, and

Staff Conduct

A. All Ridzlan & Partners Sdn Bhd staff (collectors and clerical) is well

trained and professional in handling client’s accounts. Upon completion of their basic training, all collectors undertake to abide by the Company’s code of conduct. Periodic in-house training and seminars are conducted to further sharpen their collection and negotiation skills.

B. As our collectors are also representing reputable clients when visiting an account holder, a strict dress code is forced. All our collectors must be properly attired i.e. long sleeved shirts and pants which must be clean and pressed. A necktie is

compulsory. T-shirts, shorts and jeans are strictly forbidden.

C. Furthermore, any staff found to have been using abusive language, threats or strong arm tactics will be immediately dismissed. This clause is clearly included in their terms and conditions of service.

D. To help our clients alleviate any doubts about Ridzlan & Partners Sdn Bhd collectors, the Company will furnish them with a list of all collectors who will be handling their accounts. Our clients are at liberty to undertake any third party check to vet their background and thus their suitability to handle their accounts. Only those collectors approved by our clients will work on their accounts.

Secrecy Clause

A. Ridzlan Partners Sdn Bhd assures our clients that it will not disclose any

information concerning their account holders to any person or

persons at any time. All staff of Ridzlan & Partners Sdn Bhd, whether clerical or collectors are required to sign an internal Declaration of Secrecy as an employee.

B. With regards to our clients, staff will also require signing specific forms to this effect and there forms will be presented to our clients (if required) for their keeping.

Any breach

of this particular collector. clause shall result in the termination of the services of that
