UN CSW62 – Little Stones Documentary on Art & Gender Equity March 14 @ 8:30 am - 10:00 am

Please join us for a special screening of the documentary “Little Stones” at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. This CSW62 Parallel Event will include a screening of the 58-minute documentary, followed by a panel on the role of art in global women’s empowerment. Location: Church Center for the United Nations Second Floor 777 United Nations Plaza New York, NY ABOUT THE FILM Little Stones is an award-winning documentary that unites the personal narratives of four women around the world using art to create positive change in their communities. From a gra ti artist speaking out against domestic violence in the favelas of Brazil to a dancer rehabilitating sex-tra cking survivors in India, each of these women is contributing a stone to the mosaic of the women’s movement through their art.
