About
Pop Up and Serve Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in November 2024 by Kennedy Zachery. Our mission is to uplift communities through purpose-driven projects that reveal the goodness of God to women and children in need.
Rooted in Psalms 27:13, we believe that God’s goodness is not just a hope for heaven but a promise for here on earth. Through every act of service, we strive to be goodness in action, offering women and children tangible resources, encouragement, and love. By meeting essential needs, we show that hope is real, love is present, and no one is ever forgotten.
Pop Up and Serve Inc. is a registered 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization and is tax-exempt under IRS regulations. All donations and sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Help SisterA Out
Help A Sister Out began in 2022 as a small but impactful program in Kennedy’s dorm room while she served as a Resident Assistant in college. She organized a donation drive to collect toiletries and self-care essentials for women in need, with the first donations given to a local domestic violence shelter in Tuscaloosa.
After interning at the same shelter the following fall, Kennedy felt compelled to keep the initiative going. Now in its fourth year, Help A Sister Out has grown into a community-driven movement, providing essential toiletries, hygiene products, and self-care resources to unhoused women, women in transitional housing, and underserved communities every March during Women’s History Month.
This year, all funds raised will support the creation of 300 Empowerment Packs, thoughtfully tailored to meet the needs of: 150 women living on the streets, with each pack containing essential toiletries and survival items. 150 women in shelters, receiving full-size personal care essentials in bulk, ensuring they have the necessities they deserve. Through Help A Sister Out, we aim to ensure that no woman has to go without the basic necessities she deserves.
Help A Sister Out is more than a fundraiser. It’s a way to show kindness and remind women they’re not alone. Even small essentials, like a first aid kit or bar soap, can bring comfort and joy.

Strategic Partnerships
This year, our goal is to raise $5,000 to assemble 300 carefully packed hygiene kits, that will be distributed to women in shelters and women experiencing homelessness. To achieve this, we need your partnership.
We invite you to become a 2025 Help A Sister Out Partners at one of the following levels: Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Your partnership will directly contribute to purchasing and distributing essential toiletries for women in need. As Pop Up and Serve Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all sponsorships are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Silver Partner | $1,000
Silver partners will receive recognition in our monthly subscription email, highlighting their commitment to supporting women in need. Additionally, their name will be included in our sponsor appreciation post at the end of the campaign, ensuring they are acknowledged for their generosity.
Gold Partner | $1,500
Gold partners receive all the benefits of Silver Partnership, with additional placement of their company logo on the Pop Up and Serve website as a valued supporter.
Platinum Partner | $2,000
Platinum partners receive all the benefits of Gold Partnerrship, plus an exclusive opportunity to provide a promotional offer or discount to our network, included in a special donor appreciation email. They will also receive recognition in a dedicated social media post, ensuring that their support is showcased to our online community.
