OUR TEAM Jeffrey Eschbach is the CEO and founder of Page Vault, a company dedicated to bringing cloud-based business solutions to the legal space. Page Vault’s flagship product permits lawyers to easily capture webpage content in a way that is also highly admissible in court. Before starting his current company, he gained over 15 years of high-tech innovation experience at best-inclass corporations such as Intel Japan and Motorola Research Labs. His leadership positions have spanned technical R&D, product management and corporate strategy, with assignments across Asia, Latin America and the US. Jeff has earned seven patents for creative technological inventions and has repeated success in developing elegant, easy-to-use solutions to complex problems. His work has directly impacted context-aware communication systems, intelligent tracking devices, and virtual reality platforms for first responders. He is a National Science Foundation Fellow and earned both his BS with distinction and MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. Jeff later received his MBA with highest honors from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Tech Strategy.

OUR TEAM Elana Harris Head of Business Development Operations

As a licensed attorney in Illinois and California, Elana combines her legal experience and journalism background to develop and implement new business opportunities and partnerships with the legal community. Elana also creates and presents CLE presentations for legal professionals. Her CLEs focus on authenticating online evidence under the Federal Rules of Evidence and best practices for collecting and presenting web evidence in court. Elana received her JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and degrees in journalism and Spanish from the University of Kansas. She is a Certified Mediator.

Patrick Schweihs is passionate about the use of new technologies for the legal industry. Patrick is the Vice President of Customer Solutions at Page Vault and helps legal professionals capture website evidence with Page Vault. Patrick holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Patrick is a licensed attorney in Illinois, and is a member of the Northern District of Illinois General Bar. He is also licensed to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Patrick practiced Intellectual Property law in Chicago for several years before establishing his own legal consulting practice to help luxury brands find and prosecute counterfeits of their products online.

Todd Price is a recognized technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise-system development and management. As a former VP of Information Services, his responsibilities included data center deployment, HIPAA-policy design, and product management. He is an accomplished consulting technologist who has created and deployed companywide applications in Fortune 100 enterprises. He has led teams in security initiatives, data migration projects, data center construction, and site infrastructure deployments. As CTO of Page Vault, Todd manages development and system operations of the current product. Todd’s innovations include Page Vault’s cloudbased browser and hosted web-portal, its secure API, and its orchestration services. His revolutionary and patentpending architecture, the backbone of Page Vault, leverages cutting-edge capabilities available from Amazon Web Services.
