The workout rolls from exercise to exercise without a break using different tools-dumbbells, Pilates rings, bars, and bands. It is easy to follow moves that help burn calories and strengthen muscles. Using hand-building and coil techniques, students will get a feel for making beautiful works of functional and sculptural ceramic art. Students will create their own designs as well as copy examples of historic pieces. This class will help develop your sculpting skills and empower you to a higher artistic ability.
