We always say that people matter to us and this has got reflected in multiple ways over the last couple of years! Bajaj Finance promises ample opportunities through job rotations and internal postings. We ensure that these opportunities are provided to our 35,000 workforce across the country. A large amount of work subsequently happens to upscale and multi-skill our people, giving them better opportunities to enhance their variables and incentives.
Our cultural anchor, 'the wheel' as we call it, leads to the fundamental construct and where the culture, transparency, execution rigor and the trust that we built across levels empowers our people to do their best and grow to higher levels. A testimony to this is that 80% of our top leadership is by people who have stayed with us and grown with us through the years.
We have taken multiple initiatives to build engagement with our employees. We pride ourselves in one such initiative called the 'Own My Branch Framework.' Every leader at the HO has connected with one branch on the ground, where they communicate with each other every quarter, listen to grievances, celebrate success and festivals with their families. They are part of their family life and bring their challenges and their suggestions back to HO for action.
We have initiatives like the Dhan Utsav and Tree Plantation Drives which our employees contribute wholeheartedly in. We launched a technical training initiative called BYTE and hired 600+ engineers. We have a diverse talent workforce in the company.

Branch Visits by HR
Our branch visits enable us to gauge the pulse of the employees and take effective measures accordingly. We act upon the feedback received, not only from our employees, but also from our off-roll partners.
Pulse Calling Program is over and above the regular branch visits conducted. It is to ensure that employee concerns have been addressed satisfactorily and enables us to consistently maintain all important human connect that makes our people feel valued.

Our Manager Capability Development initiative has trained close to 6000 managers in FY23 on people management skills.

BYTE
We believe in hiring young and training them right. We have introduced a Campus Talent program called BYTE (Bajaj Young Technical Engineers). This 5-week program focuses on grooming new talent and building capabilities in Information Age technologies and Data Sciences which covers not only soft skill and personality development but also basics like Excel, Data Structures and moving on to SQL / No SQL, Power BI, Python with PySpark, Databricks, Cloud (Azure) and DevOps.

DMS One App
DMS One App is a one-stop solution for the on and off-field Debt Management Services team. It provides access to all the functionalities required by the sales team to drive and deliver the results. The key benefits of this app include facilitation of Learning, Statement of Account Visibility, Scheduling of Meetings and Mobile Receipting.
The Sales One app has minimized the dependency of the sales team on product function and rationalized routine sales workflow. It has streamlined lead management with visibility regarding business & performance metrics through reports & dashboards in one place. Some more benefits of the Sales One app are the real-time alerts that help them to plan efficiently, better customer service management and competitor tracking.

BFL has a set of trained psychologists that provide one-on-one counselling sessions for its employees and their families. Issues like parenting, relationships or any other matters that cause mental stress can be resolved by seeking help and getting counselling. The process is entirely confidential and free of cost.
In FY 2022-23, 206 employees have benefited from the 1to1Help initiative. Till date, 48 employees have benefited from the face-to-face counselling sessions initiative.
Almost 4000 employees are covered under these stress management sessions conducted by a qualified counsellor. All employees can share their appreciation for a fellow employee on Gratitude Wall, in our intranet portal. Till date, 1028 such appreciations have been posted.
