Cladding: Stringer to be concealed with oak tongue and groove panelling to side. Balustrade: Frameless toughened laminated glass fixed to stringer with continuous channel fixing cranked to follow stair profile. Aluminium channel cap piece to top side.

Upper flights: Stair: Exposed feature steel stringer cranked to follow stair profile, with metal treads to take engineered timber flooring finish. Open risers with rod welded in between stringers by manufacturer to comply with part K. All exposed steel to be powder coated to RAL TBC. Balustrade: Frameless toughened laminated glass fixed to with exposed washer fixings to stringer. Aluminium channel cap piece to top side.
