HubIT RRI Organization monitoring tool home page has two sections: 1. Section 1: RRI list and RRI’s indicators, values and thresholds. 2. Section 2: user authentication and registration.
User registration To register a new user, fill in the registration form (see the picture on the left) with required information. Mandatory fields are highlighted with the (*) symbol. If the registration process succeeds, the system will show a confirmation message (see the picture below).
New user accounts need to be approved by platform’s administrators. Administrators have also the permission to set users’ roles. If a user tries to login in to the platform before having the admin approval, the system will show this message:
Roles HubIT RRI organization monitoring tool have 4 users’ roles available: 1) Admin – platform administrator, can edit any content. Enables supervisor, manager roles and approves new accounts. 2) Supervisor – RRI administrator. Assigns manager roles and adds indicators, parameters and thresholds to his RRIs. Creates surveys and adds questions. Can be in charge of multiple organization’s RRIs and surveys. 3) Manager – fills in surveys and RRIs. Can be in charge of one organization’s RRI and survey. 4) User – visualizes content but has no permission to add or edit information.
Tool sections
HubIT RRI organization monitoring tool have 2 main sections: 1) RRI– in this section, organization’s users can create and manage list of indicators, which can be quantitative or qualitative. 2) Survey– in this section, organization’s users can create surveys, which could be made of multiple choices or open answer questions.
Supervisor: menu
Supervisor user menu: 1. Show Users – shows registered users list. Here users can assign and edit roles. 2. Manage RRI – contains RRIs management functions. 3. Manage survey – contains surveys management functions.
Supervisor: show users
Clicking on Show User, supervisor will see a page containing a list of registered users. Section 1 contains a set of buttons that can be used to filter users by state/role (All, Users to approve, Managers, Supervisors, Administrators). Sections 2 contains a list of filtered users, and for each user a button to assign manager roles.
Supervisor: manage RRI Clicking on Manage RRI, supervisor users will see a page containing a tab for each organization’s RRI is in charge of (1). Users can edit/add a description (2), add/delete supervisors (3), add/delete managers (4) for each organization’s RRI in the list. In Section 5, users can manage RRI’s indicators (add and edit), delete them, add parameters and thresholds.
Supervisor: manage RRI – add description
Clicking on add description button, [Manage RRI – (2)], the platfom will show a dialog box in which description can be filled. Then click on SAVE to add the description. Close or X button cancels the process. The saved text will be inserted in RRI’s tab. In the same way, user can edit RRI’s description.

Clicking on Add supervisor button, [Manage RRI – punto (3) e punto(4)] the platform will show up a dialog box to search for users. By inserting a keyword and clicking on Seach button, the platform will show the search results (2). For each user, the system will create an Add button (2). This button can be used to add the user to the RRI. By clicking on this button, the system will assign the supervisor role (3) and will update supervisors list (4). Only the supervisors added during the session can be deleted throught trash icon (5). In the same way, users can add manager roles.
Supervisor: manage RRI – add indicator Clicking on the Add indicator button, [Manage RRI – (5)] the system will show a dialog box to add indicators. Mandatory information to add indicators are: • Objectives’ category(1) • Objectives (2) • Indicator name(3) • Indicator type (4) (qualitative o quantitative) Clicking on Save button, the system will save the indicator. Close or X button cancels the process. Added indicator will be in RRI’s indicator list (5) in the RRI tab.
Supervisor: manage RRI – search indicator
Clicking on Search indicator button, [Manage RRI – (5)] a dialog box will appear containing all the indicators already added. The system will show name, objective and objective’s category of each indicator. Through Add to RRI button, users can add the specific indicator to the chosen RRI. The system will give a feedback about the adding (2), and the indicator will be inserted in the RRI’s indicator list.
Supervisor: manage RRI – add parameter
For each RRI’s indicator, the system creates a tab to manage indicator’s information. Users can delete an indicator through this button (2) or add parameters (1). Users can choose already added parameters (3) or add new parameters via Add a new one! button (4). Each set of parameters is inserted in a list in the indicator’s tab as shown in (5).

There are two functions per each set of parameters: • Trash icon: to delete the set • Graph icon: to link thresholds Clicking on the Graph icon, the system will open a dialog box where there is a table to insert values the indicator needs to be in compliance with. The table is made of: • Row: combination of values of the chosen parameters • Column: thresholds to approve acceptable/non-acceptable values.
Supervisor: manage survey
Clicking on Manage Survey, supervisor users will see a page containing a tab for each organization’s survey is in charge of (1). Users can add/delete supervisors (2), add/delete managers (3) for each organization’s RRI in the list. In Section 4, users can manage survey’s items add and edit or delete them.
Manager: menù
Manager user menu: 1. Fill Survey – shows the survey’s list and allows its manager to answer questions. 2. Fill RRI – shows the RRI’s indicator list of its manager and allows to fill in the values.
Manager: Fill Survey
Clicking on Fill Survey menu button, manager user visualizes all the surveys divided on the Organization reference basis and date. Manager user can answer to its surveys and read other surveys.
Manager: Fill RRI QUANTITATIVE INDICATOR
Clicking on the Fill RRI menu button, the system shows the RRI indicator list and for each indicator, the set of value to be filled.
