Ste. Anne Celebrates Canada’s 150th Birthday!

Multiple organizations and volunteers pulled out all the stops to create a memorable Canada Day in Ste. Anne.

Successful Health Walk Community members and supporters joined together on June 3rd for the Ste. Anne Health Walk. The walk kicked off at the hospital grounds and proceeded 4kms around town ending up back at the grounds for a BBQ lunch, great prizes and lots of activities for the kids. This year’s walk raised $28,000 for the Ste. Anne Hospital Fund with approximately 200 participants taking part. For more information about future events visit www.fondshopitalsteanne.ca/healthwalk.

It Could Have Been Worse

On July 29 just before 6:30 pm a funnel cloud was seen to the south of Ste. Anne. The photo was taken from the school’s bus parking lot.
