Overview
Translate your work tasks from post-it notes on a wall to a digital board on your computer, laptop, mobile phone or tablet. With Planner, you can create plans, organise and assign tasks, and then view your individual and team’s tasks in different ways. Helping you understand what’s completed and not as well as see how you and your team can collaborate to get across the line.

See which tasks are running late
In the Charts view: a. choose Group by and select Due date b. on the right, you’ll see a list of your Late tasks (if they aren’t showing, click the arrow to open the list). c. You can also expand view tasks due Today, or tasks due in the future, sorted by date.

c Identify who’s overloaded and reassign work
While you can’t see if someone has more work assigned than they have time for, you can see if one person has more tasks than everyone else. In the Charts view, the bars represent the number of tasks each person has in the plan, colour-coded by progress.
In this example, Megan has many late tasks (red), one in-progress task that’s on track (blue) and one task she hasn’t started (grey). By selecting the red section of Megan’s bar, you can see she has 5 late tasks. Debra, doesn’t have as many tasks and seems to be on track. It may make sense to see if Debra is able to pick up some of Megan’s work, to get the plan back on track. To reassign work, you can select Megan’s red bar to view their late task list and then choose a task to change who it’s assigned to.

Dashboards of program, project and individual work
a. Program dashboard - Planner hub is a single high-level view of all the teams and projects you are part of. Helping you to quickly identify the status of each team and project.
b. Project or Team dashboard - Plan is a consolidated view of all the tasks belonging to a team or project, that you are a member of. Enabling you to see where you and your colleagues need to prioritise your time and energy.
c. Individual dashboard - My tasks is a unified individual view of all the tasks you have been assigned to. Allowing you to see how you’re tracking individually and what tasks you need to follow up to get across the line.
