ABOUT US A Little Bit About Us I’m Andrew Cutmore, Director and owner of Cutmore Family Funeral Directors. I am a fully qualified and licensed funeral director and also an accredited tutor for the National Association of Funeral Directors, which enables me to teach other funeral professionals to become qualified. I have almost four decades worth of experience and, together with my professional, experienced and thoughtful team, we are ready to assist in every aspect of arranging the perfect funeral.

FUNERAL COSTS At Cutmore Family Funeral Directors we believe that Funeral costs should be straight forward and honest. We are committed to providing a quality funeral service whilst offering value for money. The cost of a funeral is divided into two parts;

1. The fees due to us for the professional services we provide 2.T he third party fees, sometimes known as disbursements, which we pay on your behalf These include the Crematorium, doctors and officiants fees We will provide you with a complete written estimate at the time of making the arrangements. As such, we have listed our three funeral options below.
Classic Option £2250 + Third Party Fees Our classic option is a dignified funeral of the highest quality and we guarantee to provide: • Our professional services including making all the necessary arrangements and attending to all administration relating to the funeral • Guidance on Registration • Bringing your loved one into our care (within a 15 mile radius of our funeral home) • Care and Preparation of your loved one including dressing them in their own clothes or one of our classic robes • Visits to our private chapel of rest • The provision of our hearse, limousine and four attendants. • The personal attention of your Funeral Director throughout • Provision of a quality Oak veneer coffin fully lined and fitted. This can be upgraded from our coffin range brochure at an additional cost • 24 hour support and assistance everyday • Administering of any charitable donations • We kindly request that all third party fees are paid within

Simple Option £1895 + Third Party Fees Our Simple option is a dignified funeral of the highest quality and we guarantee to provide: • Our professional services including making all the necessary arrangements and attending to all administration relating to the funeral • Guidance on Registration • Bringing your loved one into our care (within a 15 mile radius of our funeral home) • Care and Preparation of your loved one including dressing them in their own clothes or one of our simple robes • Visits to our private chapel of rest • The provision of our hearse and four attendants • The personal attention of your Funeral Director throughout • Provision of a simple Oak veneer coffin fully lined and fitted. This can be upgraded from our coffin range brochure at an additional cost • 24 hour support and assistance everyday • Administering of any charitable donations • We kindly request that all third party fees are paid within 72 hours of the Funeral arrangements being made

The family owned Vintage Tea Room specialises in afternoon tea and caters across Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton. We offer three catering options either at our tea room, at your home or at an alternative venue of your choosing.

We’ll cater for your event with our staff and crockery at a venue of your choosing.

Afternoon tea consists of sandwiches with a mixture of fillings, cheese, fruit and plain scones served with jam and clotted cream, as well as a variety of cake. Tea and coffee is included, however we also have an alcohol license in store and can cater to your requirements should you wish for us to serve alcoholic drinks or alternative soft drinks.

Cremation Only Option £1495 including third party fees For an unattended service, with no use of the Crematorium chapel our dignified Cremation only option guarantees to provide: • Our professional services including making all the necessary arrangements and attending to all administration relating to the funeral • Guidance on Registration • Bringing your loved one into our care (within a 15 mile radius of our funeral home) • Care and Preparation of your loved one including dressing them in their own clothes or one of our simple robes • Visits to our private chapel of rest • A suitable wood effect coffin • Provision of our hearsette to take your loved one direct to the Crematorium. • Any relevant third party fees are included in this option
*The Cremation Only option requires that full payment be made within 72 hours of the funeral arrangements being made. **Date & location of the cremation will be of our choosing, you will not be informed of the time as the crematorium does not permit mourners to be in attendance.
COVID-19 In light of the current situation and until further notice, we have decided to provide an all inclusive cremation and burial costs during the Covid-19 restrictions. OUR SERVICES Our services to you start when you contact us, whether by telephone or calling personally; and often extend way beyond the day of the funeral. On initial contact we will ask for some preliminary details, whereupon if your loved one has died at home or in a private nursing home we will organise conveyance of your loved one to our funeral home. The Funeral Director will then meet you to arrange the funeral. If you want something that is a little bit different we will always do our best to fulfil your wishes.
