The Cree Regional Authority in collaboration with the Secretariat to the Cree Nation - Abitibi-Témiscamingue Economic Alliance are organizing a major economic Conference on the Construction industry. This event is to be held on March 11 & 12, 2009 in the town of Val-d ‚Or. The main objective of this conference is to highlight the potential, the opportunities, the issues and the challenges of this industry including human resources opportunities, regulations in the Cree territory, employment and training initiative related to construction projects in the Cree communities.
