POND 12 Automatic Scale The production automatic scale, POND 12 type, allows for the weighing of granular and floury products with a range varying from 12 to 270 mÂł/h. An electro pneumatically regulated bucket slide valve, positioned at the entrance hopper, regulates the flow of product to the tubular weighing system which, suspended on load cells system, allows to determine the weight with an accurate and stable method.

MULTICLEANER Vibro gravity separator This machine used in the cleaning process of cereals, is composed of a separator with tarar and one classifier destoner. In the upper machine type VB, the grain is cleaned from coarse and fine impurities, an adjustable aspiration channel removes light impurities. SAP Air Separator The air separator SAP, is inserted in the cleaning section for separating light impurities from cereal. Dust, glume, light seeds, etc. are easily removed. The grain inputted into the air separator’s hopper is distributed on the whole width of the machine and passed by acounter-current air flow that allows for the suction of the lighter particles. Beyond being used as a stand-alone machine, it can be combined with other cleaning machines such as the vibroseparator VIBROBLOCK model and the intensive scourer PO model.

GTCL Bran cutting machine Using the GCTL bran shredder it is possible to reduce in one single process the granulometry of bran from 700-800 to 250 microns, producing a homogeneous wholemeal flour suitable for the requirements of the food processing industry. Golfetto Sangati, unique in the world, has been producing this type of shredder for decades, also using it for other applications. The current market demand has led Golfetto Sangati to reengineer the GCTL by equipping it with a 98-bladed steel shaft (tempered steel blades) with a maximum rotation speed of 3500 rpm. The shaft is inserted inside a casing that rotates in the opposite direction, guaranteeing the highest grinding performance and facilitating the cleaning effect ensured by a rotating brush made of nylon threads and a pneumatic brush.

Q-BELT Pelletmill Golfetto Sangati has designed and built a pelletmill for animal feed called “Q-Belt. The new series has been manufactured in the sizes QB 4/5 followed by the indication of the die diameter and by the installed power expressed in kW (see technical data sheet). The pelletmill series Q-Belt is characterised by an innovative power transmission system by means of toothed belts and by the “Condisan”, a long term conditioner for adding steam and liquids, and performs based in an original mixing concept with controlled filling degree. These valves are divided into two groups: a crossed flow (VAS/P) and DropThrough (VAS). Consist of a reinforced quality cast iron housing, a tray impeller with steel shaft fixed with supports. SBR-SD 25 Deshusker Hulling is the process of removing husk from paddy. This is achieved by the gentle action of the rubber rolls applied to the paddy rotating with different speed. This is possible through a new machine designed for optimun performance, durability and sanitation (SBR-SD 25). The Rubber Rolls Husker reduces rice breakage, has great aspiration efficiency and considerably improved rubber roll life when compared to the traditional machines.
