With every end, comes a new beginning, and it is my hope that we all aim to fill this New Year with joyful memories as we continue to pursue our dreams and aspirations. I’m praying that you receive a fresh start with renewed energy and confidence throughout this New Year.
Now that 2021 has come to an end, I reminisce on all of the great things that the supporters of this great publication have brought us and I would be remiss not to thank all of our Pastors, Sunday School Directors,
Superintendents and Teachers who have helped us make a successful transition to the online ordering system. Making a big, technological move like ours, in the middle of a global pandemic in 2020 was a challenge that we gladly accepted in an effort to provide you, our subscribers with more dedicated customer service, faster shipping, cleaner inventory and an overall Bookstore experience that you could be proud of. Thank you to our customers for over 2500 orders in our new bookstore. This is a tremendous accomplishment that would not have been possible without the consistent support of our entire Pentecostal Assemblies of the World family and subscribers. As a publication, we’ve consistently seen month-over-month growth in pre-order and overall magazine sales; a statistic that I don’t take lightly and I am perpetually grateful to all that have played a part in this success. I’d also like to thank Bishop Marion Wright, The North Carolina State Council, Sis. Betty Thomas and Roger Green for allowing the Department of Publications to share with the delegates during the October 2021 Council. Opening the doors of the NC State Council to allow us to share what we’re doing at The Christian Outlook took much time and effort, and we have not forgotten their work and labor of love.
I’m also grateful to our Presider, Bishop Theodore L. Brooks, Sr. to be given the opportunity to serve as the Editor-inChief of this world-renowned publication, The Christian Outlook Magazine. The Bible declares that the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord (Psalm 37:23) and most assuredly our Presiders steps have been ordered as he has prayerfully navigated the P.A.W into another year. It has truly been a pleasure to work under his anointed leadership, and I look forward to all that God has in store for us as we are “Walking In His Promise -,” our hope-filled theme for this year. N It is my fervent desire that a magazine as trusted as ours, continues to be a beacon of hope in this ever-darkening world. May “the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.” (Ephesians 1:18 NKJV) Within these pages filled with challenges and triumphs, it is my earnest hope that you are inspired to earnestly believe that God hears and answers prayer by the words of Bishop Clifton Jones; that you are motivated to build your business by the testimony of Malissa Grandberry-Brown, and that you are fully equipped to follow your dreams by the journey of College Prep and Scholarships of Tenia Clayton, Esq. This year, be determined to stand on the Word of God for your life which states with promise that, “He which hath begun a good work in you, will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” (Phil. 1:6) Blessings,
