Brief: The brief was to produce an Annual Report for the watch brand Swatch. I decided to produced another annual report as this is a sector I am becoming more interested in. The concept for the identity of the annual report was influenced and developed from personas of the audience who ware Swatch products.
The personas mainly consisted of young people and the hip movement. From this I colleted visuals to represent data and visuals for the delivery of the product.

The delivery of the Swatch Annual Report to be sent out on request using the abstract shapes and bold colours as visuals. I have also added a few textures I made to give it a more authentic look to refer to the Swatch consumer. As the design is influenced by
consumers of the the product, presenting the annual as if it was for a consumer commuincates to the reader who Swatch are and who buys into this brand.

Range - Double page spreads of each section within the Swatch Annual Report: Range, Production & Financial Report
The design of the layout, type & colour refers to the origin of the brand by referring to 1950s Typography Swiss Style. This created a balance within the annual as the covers were simple, bold in colour but inside the reports only use black ink and offset white 90gsm stock.

Range - 4 Swatch Annual Report posters for 2011 - Delivery of the Posters to conferences
As part as the range I have created a series of four posters highlighting the success of four key areas found within the Swatch 2011 annual report pdf I found online. The diagrams are influenced by the personas I made for the brand. The visuals represent Swiss watch hand designs. Any data that was
a negative % is communicated anti clockwise and the positive data is reflected by the visuals clockwise. The posters will be delivered to conferences as shown above with a weighted tube and a watch strap to hold the posters together. The strap carries on the watch strap idea used on the cover of the annual report.

The screen based Swatch Annual Report had to consider the different users from different countries who use various languages, because of this the website design is kept simple and to the point. The organisation of the content is kept well organised referring to the Brand that makes watches which keep costumers punctual and well organised.
