IT’S NOT UNCOMMON TO ENCOUNTER
CLUB BRAMAN members who have remained loyal to Braman Motorcars for years—or even decades. These clients are the lifeblood of our dealership, and guaranteeing an unmatched experience every time they visit provides every staff member with a sense of purpose behind their job.
What many of these same clients may not realize is how the Braman Motorcars culture is experienced from the other side of the sales or service desk. The commitment to customer service first and foremost requires visionary leadership; the kind that can only come from a similar long-term commitment to our brand. A perfect example of this leadership is Director of Service, Megan Wall.
Megan has counted herself among the Braman Motorcars staff for more than 17 years, dating back to her first days as a service advisor. Her dedication to service and natural work ethic—often pushing her to personally handle her customers’ needs—earned her the opportunity to open the Braman BMW Jupiter service center, before moving onto Porsche West Palm Beach; and ultimately her current position, in which she oversees the 200-member staff– including 85 technicians, 112 service bays, 6 Service Managers, and 35 Service Advisors–under the Braman Motorcars service department banner.
Ironically, while her desire to personally assist with customer requests paved the path of her success, it is the one aspect that must be relinquished in favor of providing a guiding hand across each department. Through this delegation however, Megan is able to implement her vision from the top down. By personally coaching her managers in her methods, she can still leave her personal imprint on the customer experience–even across the 4,000 or more repair orders completed each month.
The delivery of a top-notch experience is baked into the daily and monthly goals she sets for her departments. That means going beyond receiving a vehicle and notifying its owner once it is ready to be picked up. Modern luxury and sports cars are technological marvels, requiring extended diagnostics, repairs, and explanations. Consistent communication with the client is key to establishing trust that the work will be completed efficiently, and to the highest manufacturer standards. With each member of her team focused on a common goal, Megan admits she is able to accomplish far more for her clients than could be done individually.
This vision and execution results in hundreds of thousands of loyal Club Braman members year after year, and it all generates from Braman Motorcars lifers, like Megan.
