Wine Dinners & Tastings

NYC mixologists concoct refreshing, innovative libations for members. The new Boaters’ Grille Bar cocktail menu features a variety of beverages that are perfect for accompanying a meal in the Boaters’ Grille or for relaxing after a boat ride or walk downtown. Here’s a sampling of signature club cocktails.

Maritime Cosmo

Tangy and Chic

Almost too pretty to drink, the Maritime Cosmo is handshaken with Absolute Citron vodka, Cointreau, cranberry, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup that combine to create a sunset-pink drink that’s as delectable as it looks.

Second in Co and

Fragrant and Enchanting

A bartender favorite, the Second in Command is a showstopper. The fl avors of gin, St.-Germain elderfl ower liqueur, fresh lemon, and lavender will fi ll your senses as you sip this deliciously enchanting succor.

Sunki ed Mojito

Bright and Cool

The Sunkissed Mojito is the ideal cocktail to enjoy on the South Lawn as the sun sets to the west. Our house-made orange rum is the perfect partner for lime, mint, and a splash of club soda for a refreshing classic.

This is only the tip of the crushed ice—there are many more craft cocktails to try. Stop in and take a sip the next time you are in the Boaters’ Grille or let the NYC bartenders mix up a custom order that fi ts your tastes.

The Mangrove King

Smooth and Exotic

Named after NYC’s fi rst clubhouse, this rum-based drink features tropical fl avors with both white and dark rum, Chambord liqueur, pineapple, and lime.
