Welcome Aboard

for the 2022-2023 Season!

Once again, I would like to thank the board, members, and staff for the warmest welcome. I am pleased to have been selected as your new General Manager/COO, and I look forward to leading our team in continuing the traditions that make NYC so special, as well as creating exceptional member experiences befitting one of the top 50 yacht clubs in the world.

Our goal is to make NYC your “home away from home,” the place where you socialize with friends and your club family. Our talented team is ready for season and excited to welcome all of you back to the club.

I am eagerly anticipating getting to know everyone and finding out what Naples Yacht Club means to all of you. Please know that my door is always open, and I encourage and enjoy engaging with members and receiving your feedback on how we are doing to make your experience here a memorable one.

Inside Waypoints

During the past year, Naples Yacht Club has truly grown in more ways than one. Coming out of a year that created uncertainty, NYC strived to be the beacon of historical steadiness and hospitality for our members that has been expected for 76 years. As an organization, I believe that we have accomplished this through the service and attention to detail that NYC staff takes pride in delivering. And, it goes without saying, the patience, respect, and positive attitudes of our fun-loving members played a big part in successfully navigating pandemic challenges.

We have much to look forward to this season! Waypoints is your guide to what to do, and when to do it, at NYC.

You will find our robust social calendar and eagerly awaited cruise calendar. We cover important current topics, including the state of our waterways. You will meet some of our many philanthropic-minded members in a first in a series of “Community Conversations.” NYC offers several “clubs within the club,” where you just may meet new friends and discover new ways to have fun. And, of course, you will see new examples of chef’s creations, and learn what he and his team have in store for another season of gastronomical excellence.
