No.163 PHILADELPHIA, PA - On October 8, 2011 Brother Wadell Ridley, Jr., Assistant Vice President for Government Affairs at Saint Joseph University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania hosted a reception for the Hon. Daniel J. Tann, Esquire in recognition of his selection as the 163rd member of the Distinguished Service Chapter (DSC) of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. The event opened with a rendition of Lift Every Voice and Sing, performed by Ms. Jillian Patricia Pirtle, “Miss Black Pennsylvania USA 2011”. Following the opening of the program there were a series of tributes to Bro. Tann by Hon. Henry L. Moore and Hon. Emanuel J. Kenny, Jr., both of
