Wilkommen aus Stuttgart! January saw Stuttgart gripped by winter weather in the form of gray skies, occasional rain, biting winds, and temperatures rigidly stuck at freezing. I know, I know, Chesapeake Region clearly wound up with the short end of the weather stick this month. But like the rest of you, chilly temperatures drove us inside for the month.
