Beavan III Member Names & Join Date: Anthony Brown (2007) and my wife Mariel Brown (2020) Current Cars, Previous Cars: 2018 GT3, 2011 GT3RS, 2009 Cayman race car and 1992 500E (Porsche type 2758) Previous cars include a 2008 997.1 Turbo, a 2016 Boxster Spyder and an earlier 2009 Cayman race car that, from pole, I managed to destroy at a PCA Club Race at Watkins Glen.
Have you served on any Regional or National committees: Not yet for PCA. But I serve as Co-Chief Instructor for Audi Club NEQ Chapter and serve on that club’s national performance driving education committee. What encouraged you to join the Porsche Club of America: I joined in 2007 when I ordered my first Porsche, a Meteor Gray 997.1 Turbo. I had already done some DE events with PCA prior to that so already knew how great the club was. I was living in Manhattan at the time and had started doing DE in 2004.
