Cruise Management George Town, Grand Cayman and Cozumel: March OVERVIEW This hybrid course aims to give an insight to the Cruise Industry from the perspective of a potential cruise line employee, from a potential cruise vacation passenger and also from a student of travel industry by experiencing the cruise vacation itself. If you are planning a career that will bring you into contact with businesses and customers around the world, this combination course spring break study abroad will be of interest. Since knowing your customer is the first rule of business success, this is even more important when your customers and business environments are culturally diverse. Learn the “best practices” of cruise ship management, with a focus upon the hospitality industry, during this study abroad experience. Students will start the class the beginning of March. The cruise will take place for five days in the middle of the month. After the cruise, students will have to submit projects and do several activities on Canvas before the course ends at the end of March.
