THE DESIGN PELLENC has established an integrated Technocentre, located at the company’s headquarters in Pertuis in Vaucluse, made up of several design offices, an electronic laboratory and prototype workshops. It employs around one hundred specialist engineers. This Research & Development structure develops the new technologies required to design the tools of tomorrow and works to continuously improve products, making PELLENC the world’s 1st manufacturer to offer a professional electrical range entirely dedicated to green space maintenance, viticulture and fruit growing. Numerous exclusive patents have evolved from this technocentre (more than 466 for Green & City Technology at group level), a fact of which PELLENC is extremely proud, for example: the axial turbine of the AIRION blower, the electronic chain brake of the SELION C20 chainsaw, the multipurpose cutting head of the EXCELION brush cutter, and the blade anti-blocking system of the HELION hedge trimmers.
PRODUCTION Every year PELLENC produces tens of thousands of tools in its European factories. Each tool is routinely checked within a “total quality” assurance framework which affects all the assembly line workers. Before leaving the factory, each product is tested in order to verify its various operational parameters. LOCAL SERVICES With the benefit of 40 years’ experience, at PELLENC we have a network of over 800 qualified personnel, available and ready to help you anywhere in the world. In this way, every PELLENC customer is guaranteed access to both a commercial department which is quick to give advice on the best tool for the job (viticulture, olive growing, fruit growing and green spaces) and a local after-sales department for maintenance of PELLENC tools in order to maintain their performance.
AFTER-SALES DEPARTMENT The PELLENC after sales service supports the approved PELLENC network with training, throughout the year, in technological development and new products. The men who make up the Pellenc ASS are selected according to strict criteria. They have proven technical skills and a thorough understanding of our customers’ work. The PELLENC ASS operates in all countries where the brand has a presence, thus providing technical support and multidisciplinary expertise to your nearest network.
CERTIFIED GENUINE PARTS To increase the lifetime of your equipment and ensure the warranty of your tool is valid, PELLENC recommends that you only use certified PELLENC parts. Your authorised PELLENC dealer is available to advise you on the wear parts replacement program of your tools.

TRAINING PROGRAM & GUARANTEE The refined technologies developed by PELLENC allow us to offer ultra-high-performance tools. In order to guarantee their correct use and durability, PELLENC offers a complete program of training and guarantees tailored to each customer’s needs.
TRAINING PELLENC S.A. is an approved provider of technical training to its dealers. Training on its products is carried out by the company. All the dealer technicians who make up our network come to our premises to study the technologies of our tools.
WARRANTY PELLENC grants its end customers a one-year parts and labor warranty. This warranty is increased to three years for electric pruning shear motors and batteries (wear parts not included, see warranty terms available at your dealer). Moreover, original PELLENC spare parts are guaranteed for a year (excluding labor). Thanks to our distribution network, PELLENC avoids tool downtime throughout the lifetime of the warranty. Dealers are trained to this end and have a stock of spare parts at their disposal in order to respond as quickly as possible to their customers’ needs and any repairs.

Once the battery is completely discharged, the tool stops automatically and the battery buzzer beeps
During a full charge (i.e. recharging the battery to 100% when it is fully discharged), the Quick Charger
