Happy Wanderers Hiking Group: Head of Tide Preserve Thursday, April 7, 10:00 a.m. to noon Head of Tide Preserve, Belfast Coastal Mountains Land Trust is offering monthly guided hikes, free and open to all ability levels. This hike is 1 mile and the level is easy. The group will meet at trailheads throughout Knox and Waldo counties on the first Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. This hike will be led by CMLT staff members and a PBMC Community Health Improvement team member. Advance Care Planning Workshop Wednesday, April 13, noon to 12:30 p.m. Virtual class Advance care planning is an organized process of reflecting upon and discussing goals for future health care decisions. It is an important part of creating an advance directive, which tells others what medical care you want or do not want to receive if you become too ill in the future to tell them. Join trained advance care planning facilitator Vikki Webster for this online workshop where you will begin the process of filling out your advance directive.
