Each apartment includes an automatic lighting system with a low light and bright light setting. This system will benefit owner’s and guests by providing automatic illumination when occupied and automatically turn off when the room is vacant to conserve power.
Each apartment will have an air conditioning and heating system to provide a comfortable living environment.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL Marshall Day acoustical engineers have been employed to ensure that sound and noise within each apartment from adjoining tenants is minimised. We note that many tourist accommodation facilities along Frankton Road and in Frankton have excessive aircraft noise. Queenstown Views is not in the flight path.
AUDIO VISUAL Each apartment will include flat screen TVs. TVs will be located in each bedroom, lounge and multi-purpose room. TVs are connected to the hotels A/V system providing Foxtel or Sky TV. Ceiling speakers are provided in the main lounge room connected to the television to provide quality sound for movies and music channels.
MULTIPURPOSE ROOM (MPR) Most apartments include a multi-purpose room (MPR).
FURNITURE A quality furniture package is required to be purchased in addition to the apartment price so that every suite within the hotel is uniform. Furniture package inclusions will vary depending on the room size and configuration. The purchase contracts have a detailed list of furniture and fit out inclusions.
