Principal’s Message
I love Kaslo. Last year, at an educational conference, I wrote down this quote that resonated with me and made me think of my experience here and the people I work with, in and beyond the school. “The most creative thing you can do for your community is to fall in love with your community.” I’d like to thank all who are continually looking out for our community and supporting learning projects and the promotion of health and connectedness. Within our schools, we are very
fortunate to have a highly skilled, caring, and dedicated staff to support learning in our communities and who do remarkable work each day in service of our families. The range of learning opportunities that are offered really is incredible! Thank you to the Pennywise for their fall feature. Please continue to visit our Facebook pages at www.facebook.com/ jvh.sd8.bc.ca and www.facebook.com/ jewett12 for weekly updates and images of the many happenings in our schools!
