Legend :
Temperatures below zero °C to be avoided at all times. Any frost can deliver damage, as well to the content as to the keg.
The keg can resist temperatures up to 55°C However this zone is not adviced due to the extreme deterioration of the beverage.
The temperature/stauration zone of intended use for the ExpoDraft 30 liter kegs.
The keg can be aplied in this zone, but is not adviceable. If used in this zone the temperature should be tightly controlled for the complete lifecycle of the full keg.
The kegs can resist peaks in this zone but it is not adviced. Any beverage exposed to these temperatures will deteriorate extremely fast. Long exposure will generate an undesired irreversible but limited expansion of the kegs.
It is not allowed to bring the keg in this zone! The overpressure valve can open with as consequence the loss of the keg and beverage. Exposure in this zone will generate a big unreverible expansion of the keg
How to read :

Find your saturation degree in gram/Liter in the vertical axis. Follow the row, mentioning your CO2 level, horizontally to the right till you touch the solid bold line. Follow the column, vertically down till you reach the horizontal axis. Read the Max temperature for the keg and beverage during the complete lifecycle of the full keg.
Note's :
This tabel is prepared to our best knowledge and for support to the breweries only. Other not calculated factors during transport might influence the pressure/heat resistance of the kegs and therefore we prescribe life trials prior to shipment for each type of beverage. We as manufacturer can not be held responsible for any type of losses or costs generated by mis-use or neglecting the laws of physics. For beverages up to 6,0 gram/liter CO2 the maximum pressure applied by the end user is 3,5 bar and is not related to this tabel. The max pressure applied by the end user is imbedded in the top of the keg. For beverages up to 6,0 gram/liter CO2 the maximum temperature for the end user during storage and use is 35°C and is not related to this tabel. This Max temperature at the end user is imbedded in the top of the keg.
