Dear All Proud owners of handmade Italian Tableware... If you start collecting - we should warn you... it is very difficult to stop again. But on the upside there are so many options and different ways you can mix and match our deliciously handmade Italian Tableware every piece is unique. This time we have focused on new shapes that complements the ‘old’ ones fantastically, and of course we have added new colours to some of our other favourite items. As usual you can mix and match to your heart’s desire. One colour, a few or all of them… It is all up to you. Everyday Magic begins with a lovely table setting. Warm regards Charlotte

Big, small, blue, square, pink, rectangular, medium, green or red… the options are endless. But what all of these have in common is that they are oven proof, goes into the freezer, is dish washer safe and simply indispensable. These dishes make everything look good without much effort from your side. There’s only a few rules you should follow to get the most out of these beauties: No more than 240°C Never put in the oven straight from the freezer, as the temperature difference might cause it to crack. And never soak in water for more than 20 min.

Caprese with figs and mozzarella Figs and Mozarella is one happy marriage - there is something about these two ingredients that just fit... Add a beautiful handmade Italian platter to this and you can almost hear the 3 tenors singing! For 4 persons 6 fresh figs 125 gr. mozzarella 2-3 tbsp. of good olive oil 12 basil leaves Salt and freshly grounded pepper Carefully rinse the figs in water and thinly slice them. Slice the mozzarella and place it on a flat dish together with the figs. Sprinkle with olive oil and season with Salt and Pepper. Finally add the basil leaves on top. I love to make bread… Kneading dough is pure meditation, and the smell while the bread is baking is just heavenly… These mixing bowls are perfect for more than just dough – you can whip, stir, beat and mix anything you like.

Værd at vide...

Vores italienske stel er lavet af ler. Ler er et naturmateriale og med tiden vil produkterne opnå et marmoreret look som følge af brug og den naturlige aldringsprocess, hvilket er en del af stellets charme. Alle delene er håndmalede og derfor forekommer der en vis variation i farve samt dekoration - dette gør produktet unikt og specielt. Hver del er glaseret efter dekoration - på nogle produkter vil du finde små huller i glaseringen. Dette kan ikke undgås, og har ingen effekt på produktets anvendelighed eller levetid.

Good to know...

Our Italian Tableware is made of clay. Clay is a natural product and over time a mottled appearance may occur on the items due to usage and the natural ageing process, which is all part of its charm. All the pieces are handpainted and because of this, every item varies slightly in colour and in its decorations - this is what makes the product unique and special. Every item is glazed after the painting is done - on some items you will find small holes in the glazing. This can not be avoided and it presents no danger to the durability of the product.

Gut zu wissen...

Dass unsere italienische Geschirrserie aus Ton hergestelt wird - Ton is ein Naturprodukt und mit der Zeit kann es im Gebrauch zu Sprenkeln kommen. Das ist ein Effekt des natürlichen Alterungsprozesses und macht einen Teil des Charmes aus. Dass jedes einzelne Teil handbemalt wird und es darum zu leichten Abweichungen in Farbe und Ausführung kommt - aber genau das macht das Produkt einzigartig und besonderes. Dass jedes Teil erst nach der Bemalung glasiert wird. Dabei entstehen an sinigen Teilen winzige Löcher in der Glasur. Das lässt sich leider nicht vermeiden, birgt jedoch keine Gefahr für die Haltbarkeit des Produktes.

Bon a savoir...

Notre vaiselle italienne est fabriquée à partir de matières premières telles que l’argile. Avec l’age, le produit se patine très légèrement ce qui fait partie de son charme. Toutes les pieces sont peintes à la main. Ainsi une petite variation de coleur ou de style peut apparaître car chaque pièce est unique. Le vernis qui est appliqué sur le produit après peinture peut comporter de minuscules trous. Ceux-ci ne presentent aucun danger quant à la durabilité du produit. 10 Italian Tableware 2011/2012
