Visitor information The 22nd Annual IAOM Mideast & Africa District Conference & Expo will take place from 2-5 October 2011, in the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre (KHBTCC) at the Dead Sea, Jordan.
Conference Venue The Conference will be held in "Dead Sea Hall" located at below Philadelphia Hall at the Convention Center. The Conference Room offers a perfect daylight Conference room equipped with the latest built- in sound system. Capacity: 700 pax in theatre style, Length: 35.5m, Width: 17.7m, Ceiling Height: 4.5m
Expo Venue The spacious Philadelphia Hall with an area of 2120 sqm will provide space for more than 120 expo stands. The coffee breaks within the Expo area will be ideal for networking among the delegates and the exhibitors. The Hall has natural Day light as well. It is accessible through staircase and lift located close to the Conference venue (Dead Sea Hall). Expo Information The Expo will be conducted at the Philadelphia Hall in King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center in Dead Sea. The Expo comprises of various stand sizing from 4m2, 6m2, 9m2 and 12m2 areas totaling more than 120 exhibition stands exhibited by multinational companies from various parts of the globe. The facilities at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center are fantastic in terms of expo space with gross space of 2021 sqm dedicated only for the Exhibition making. Logistically it is very convenient for all exhibitors and participants. All selected hotels enjoy 4 & 5 stars ratings and are located directly at the Dead Sea connected through a shuttle bus to the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre at the Dead Sea. The Conference & Expo is your link to the latest research and technological developments in the milling industry and helps you to get up face to face with the top professionals in the milling technology. Philadelphia Hall JordanWe advise all our valued exhibitors to register as early as possible to secure their place in this event. We do hope to meet our traditional and new exhibitors, as well as to strengthen contacts and relationships to our valuable industry partners from the Middle East and African Region. The cost per square meter is US$ 450/- for shell scheme stand i.e. US$ 4050/- for a shell scheme stand of 9m2, which will be inclusive of 2 (Two) Complimentary entries for 6/9m2 size booth and 1 (One) complimentary entry 4m2 booth. 1 (One) complimentary entry for each additional booth is subject to area/space hired. Additional person from the exhibiting company will have to be registered as per applicable conference fees (Member US$ 500, Nonmember US$ 650). If you do not wish to attend the Conference, the stand fee remains the same. Registered Exhibitors (maximum of two persons only per company per stand for the first booth), regardless of IAOM member or Non-member, will be entitled for Conference benefits as specified in the Conference registration module. Joint companies will be considered as one company. Admission of additional person for the Exhibition apart from the above will be charged as per the applicable Conference fee.
Exhibitor Information You will be able to register online as exhibitor only after obtaining your confirmed booth number. Exhibition Manual will be send to you upon your participation confirmation and receipt of 100% payment. Extra furniture and Fascia lettering will be charged in addition to the participation cost on exhibitor’s account directly by the supplier. Furnished Expo Manual should be submitted to the organizers before 15th August 2011.

Online Registration: Registration invitation will be sent by e-mail to all delegates and by accepting the invitation, you will be automatically led to the online registration portal. Once you have completed the online registration, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
