ABOUT THE CONFERENCE The Signature C.E.O. (Chief EVENT Officer) Conference is a developmental conference geared towards defining the road map to success for wedding and event professionals. This 2-day event is an opportunity for attendees to experience a hands-on instructional conference developed to challenge and empower them! The most remarkable characteristic of the conference is that we truly care about the skill-set of entrepreneurs/businesses within the wedding and event planning industry. Creating successful Chief Event Officers…Business Intelligence for the Savvy Wedding and Event Professional! The conference will encompass the following areas of Business Intelligence: • Organizational Performance • Finance • Legal Preparation • Optimizing Your Technological Network • Project Management • Marketing & Social Media • Entrepreneurship Each area of Business Intelligence will include a hands-on interactive case study or team exercise. HOW WE WILL PROMOTE We will be promoting the event through our extensive database of over 3000 wedding and event professionals via Eventbrite, Constant Contact, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. THE ATTENDEES Approximately (100) Attendees will include planners, floral designers, cake artists, photographers, videographers, venue sales managers, deejays, entertainment artists, officiants, make-up artists, hair stylists, etc. THE SPEAKERS (16) Inspiring, creative professionals, including some of the biggest and most influential names in the industry; local and nationally.

We will promote the event through our extensive database of approximately 3000 wedding and event professionals via Eventbrite, Constant Contact, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Email Target – we send out emails to 1520 wedding and event professionals (in the Washington DC area and beyond) regarding the event; these emails drive traffic back to the event website and social media sites. Social Media Stats: • Instagram – 635 followers (40% growth since 2015) • Facebook – 723 followers (45% growth since 2015; posts reach about 560 people weekly) Social Media Stats (sister account, Perfect Planning Events) – also promotes the conference: • Instagram – 2320 followers • Facebook – 1786 followers (posts reach about 700 people weekly )
