Butter one side of each slice of bread and place in skillet or flat top over medium high heat. Place Gruyere on each slice of bread then half of turkey on each. Place stuffing on top of turkey and then cranberries, heat until bread is golden brown, and cheese is melted.

Add Bacio on pre proofed pizza crust then add bacon and sausage. Thaw brussels sprouts and separate leaves and add leaves only. Bake in pizza oven, once cheese is melted and crust is crispy drizzle with balsamic glaze.
