Consumers are looking for more than just a thirst quencher.

According to Data Essentials, “research shows that 71 percent of consumers choose to buy goods or services based on their trust in the brand, while 82 percent trust brands that develop innovations that have a positive impact on their lives and the world. In response, brands are under growing pressure to be agile, flexible and quick to adapt to consumers’ evolving needs.

Beverage brands are at the center of this evolution. In recent years, the beverage market has experienced a significant shake-up as consumers look for more than just a thirst quencher. Responding, the beverage sector has increased its range of products which help sustain busy, active, health-conscious lifestyles. And in turn, as manufacturers experiment with a plethora of infusions, beverage dispense technologies are rising to the challenge. - Fill with club soda

- ice

- 3 oz. cranberry juice

- 1 oz. Monin Strawberry Purée

- Strawberry & Mango garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.

2. Pour ingredients into mixing

3. Add ice from serving glass.

4. Cap, shake and pour back into glass.

5. Add garnish and serve in collins glass.

Ingredients:

- 8 oz. fresh squeezed Ruby Red Grapefruit

- 2 pump(s) Monin Mango Concentrated Flavor

- 2 pump(s) Monin Strawberry Concentrated flavor

- Strawberry & Mango garnish

GRAPEFRUIT MANGO STRAWBERRY JUICE COCKTAIL

Instructions:

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.

2. Pour ingredients into glass.

3. Stir gently to mix.

BLACK RASPBERRY SOUR

Ingredients:

- ice

- 1 1/4 oz. whiskey

- 3/4 oz. Monin Black Raspberry Syrup

- 3 oz. lemon sour mix

- 1 oz. soda

- Mint sprig & raspberry garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.

2. Cap and shake vigorously.

3.Pour into serving glass and add ice.

4.Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
