Through this incentive program, you will be introduced to some of the latest on trend product offerings from our best vendor partners. The “ESCAPE TO PARADISE” Customer Incentive Promotion is designed to encourage your participation by offering you the opportunity to earn an all-expense paid trip for two to Impression Moxché by Secrets, an all-inclusive, adult-minded resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
This promotional format is a simple approach to reward all active foodservice operators partnering with PERFORMANCE Foodservice, Atlanta the opportunity to earn a much needed “Escape to Paradise”. Participation is easy, how to earn your spot is clear and defined below…
PROMOTION OVERVIEW
1. Sign up by October 27th, 2023 at:
https://forms.office.com/r/Jba0YEvGq7 to secure your participation in the “ESCAPE TO PARADISE” Customer Incentive Promotion. Once registered, your customized reporting will be created and supplied biweekly, throughout the promotion. Your Area Manager will be contacting you to review the individual details and to create a plan to improve your chances to earn a spot on the trip.
2. Based on your participation success, YOU and a guest could be joining participating manufacturers, qualifying Sales Team members, and our host executive team on this trip.
3. Refer to your current flight participation level for more details and requirements for earning a spot on this prestigious trip.
4. Review and incorporate the participating vendor items and monthly exclusive brands focus to improve your chances to win.
5. Reach your defined flight growth criteria and earn the most points in your tiered group in order to secure your spot on the trip.
6. Ongoing manufacturer resources will be provided to each participating foodservice operator to foster new ideas, product applications and incentives to try new products. This will support your efforts to reach your defined objective...and add additional promotional incentive points.
7. We will provide bi-weekly updates to ensure you receive timely information to keep you abreast of your standing. Additionally, we will offer information throughout the promotion via digital media and direct mail.

FOODSERVICE OPERATOR PARTICIPATION
In order to be eligible for a trip for two, active participating PERFORMANCE Foodservice CUSTOMERS must increase their 2023/2024 purchases a minimum percentage (%) in each defined flight over their 2022/2023 predetermined baseline of purchases. Customer must also earn the maximum number of points in their assigned group based on purchases of participating vendors’ products during the promotional period. Other qualifying areas are covered in complete detail enclosed.

Flight A – 6% purchase growth from PERFORMANCE Foodservice
Flight B – 8% purchase growth from PERFORMANCE Foodservice
Flight C – 12% purchase growth from PERFORMANCE Foodservice
Flight D – 15% purchase growth from PERFORMANCE Foodservice
In addition to the defined purchase criteria, participants earn points on each participating manufacturer case they purchase from PERFORMANCE Foodservice.

DETAILS OF PROMOTION
1. Each item on the promotion is assigned a point value. Purchase qualifying items and earn points!
2. Each customer has a defined flight (group) based on your overall purchase volume at the start of the promotion.
3. In addition to the growth criteria, flight winners are determined by the highest number of points accumulated throughout the promotion.
4. Each customer must have an average order size over 25 cases per delivery (measured at the end of the promotion).
5. Each customer must be actively purchasing from PERFORMANCE Foodservice, Atlanta at the time of travel.
6. Each customer’s A/R must be in good standing based on set terms established (measured at the end of the promotion).
7. Only one trip per account (two adults) will be awarded.
You must travel on the outlined incentive trip dates, no cash out value.

*Performance Foodservice Marketing reserves the right to manage promotional criteria and reporting as deemed necessary to promote the greatest impact against sales and supplier goals. Payroll taxes are the responsibility of the winning associates. Winners must be employed by Performance Foodservice at the time of prize distribution. Credits issued after the promotion period will be deducted from the AMs total. All commissioned AMs sales qualify. Supplier allowances apply to all purchases both direct and through 3rd party redistribution.
