You are invited to participate in a focused promotional incentive opportunity. Through this incentive program, you will be introduced to some of the latest on trend product offerings from our best vendor partners. The “ESCAPE TO PARADISE” Sales Promotion is designed to encourage your participation by offering you the opportunity to earn an all-expense paid trip for two to Impression Moxché by Secrets, an all-inclusive, adult-minded resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

This promotional format is a simple approach to reward all active Area, District and Regional Sales Managers with PERFORMANCE Foodservice, Atlanta the opportunity to earn a much needed “Escape to Paradise”. Participation is easy, how to earn your spot is clear and your opportunity is defined in this brochure:

HOW IT WORKS

1. Based on your case building plan, YOU will earn your share of the defined monthly incentives and /or join key vendor partners, qualifying customers, and our host executive team at the Impression Moxché by Secrets Resort.

2. Refer to your current flight participation level for more details and requirements for earning your incentive(s).

3. Create and implement a plan to support participating vendor items and monthly exclusive branded focus items to improve your chances at winning in your defined flight.

4. Embrace manufacturer resources provided to you and each participating foodservice operator to foster new ideas, product applications, and incentives to try new products. Each will support your efforts to reach your defined objective....and add on additional incentive points.

5. We will provide bi-weekly updates to ensure you receive timely information to keep you abreast of your standing. Additionally, we will offer more information throughout the promotion, via digital media, and a monthly Teams progress report.

Simply put, the “Escape to Paradise” Incentive Promotion is geared to drive incremental case sales and enhance our customer partnerships.

SALES PARTICIPATION MADE EASY

In order to be eligible for a trip for two, active PERFORMANCE Foodservice Area Managers must achieve your flight minimum % case amount over prior year (PY) during the promotional period. Each must also earn the maximum number of points in their assigned group based on case sales of participating manufacturers and featured exclusive brands products during the promotional period.

Each Area Manager is given a sales base, determined by your (PY) case results + % growth:

Team Allegiance – 8%

Team West Creek – 20%

Team Epicureo – 25%

Top Performing District/Regional/Business Development Manager to exceed case growth objective, will earn defined trip based on overall case increase performance and total points earned, based on average AM headcount.

As with previous Escape to Paradise incentive promotions, key focus remains on account receivables (A/R). While the importance has not changed, the criteria and reward has again been enhanced. This change comes after direct sales input on how we can motivate while obtaining our objectives of this promotion.

Each area manager must acheive 80% A/R current by the end of period 7 (FY24) to qualify for a trip to Impression Moxché by Secrets.

ADDED ITALIAN FOCUSED TRIP INCENTIVE:

In addition to the Escape to Paradise Trip opportunity, (10) Area Managers, (1) District Sales Manager and (1) Regional Sales Manager can win an additional trip incentive to the 2024 Pizza Expo in Las Vegas. The top performing Italian focused Area Managers [based on a composite ranking based on TOTAL Italian cases, Italian case growth (qty), Italian case growth (%), # of NEW Italian accounts opened during promo period] in each tier will win a trip package to attend the upcoming (2024) Pizza Expo in Las Vegas. The same criteria for (DSM & RSM) apply to earn an Italian focused trip incentive.

*Performance Foodservice Marketing reserves the right to manage promotional criteria and reporting as deemed necessary to promote the greatest impact against sales and supplier goals. Payroll taxes are the responsibility of the winning associates. Winners must be employed by Performance Foodservice at the time of prize distribution. Credits issued after the promotion period will be deducted from the AMs total. All commissioned AMs sales qualify. Supplier allowances apply to all purchases both direct and through 3rd party redistribution.
