Garlic and Red Pepper Green Beans

INGREDIENTS

1 pound Peak French green beans

2 tablespoons olive oil

6 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tablespoon red pepper flake

Flaky salt and lemon zest to garnish

Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the green beans and set aside. In a large heavy bottom skillet, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Sauté the garlic and red pepper flakes for 2 minutes. Add the green beans and stir together Season with salt and the lemon zest and serve immediately.
