CINNAMON PEAR MOCKTAIL
1 cup sparkling water #395550
1 Anjou pear #534619
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
1 sprig of rosemary #99931
1/2 tsp coconut sugar
Ice
1. Cut pear into thin slices. Muddle 1/4 of the pear in a medium sized glass.
2. Fill glass with ice and add sparkling water, lemon juice, cinnamon and coconut sugar. Stir well.
3. Garnish with rosemary, sliced pears and cinnamon stick.

2 oz Smirnoff Salted Caramel vodka
2 oz RumChata cream liqueur
1.5 oz Monin Salted Caramel Syrup #356729
1. Rim your cocktail glass with the Smuckers caramel topping.
2. Roll the glass lightly in the salt to finish the rim
3. Drizzle the glass with your caramel topping (then place the glass in the freezer to allow the caramel to set while you finish mixing ingredients)
4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add all ingredients and shake well.
5. Remove the glass from the freezer and strain ingredients into the martini glass.
