CINNAMON PEAR MOCKTAIL

1 cup sparkling water #395550

1 Anjou pear #534619

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cinnamon stick

1 sprig of rosemary #99931

1/2 tsp coconut sugar

Ice

1. Cut pear into thin slices. Muddle 1/4 of the pear in a medium sized glass.

2. Fill glass with ice and add sparkling water, lemon juice, cinnamon and coconut sugar. Stir well.

3. Garnish with rosemary, sliced pears and cinnamon stick.

Can be cooked whole or broken down into slices, cubes, or shaved. Mirrors the cooking techniques associated with chuck short ribs and will have same deep rich flavor.

PHILLY SHAVED CHICKEN

Made from 100% skinless chicken breast. This shaved chicken is sliced paper thin and is great for subs, sandwiches, wraps, bowls, salads, and PIZZA!

FILET TIPS / BROCHETTES

Nicely trimmed, extremely tender and flavorful ends of the tenderloin. Perfect for center of the plate, steak tips, appetizers, kabobs, stews and stir-fry.

SALTED CARAMEL MARTINI

1 oz Smuckers caramel topping; for rim and glass drizzle #31838 Kosher or sea salt for rim

2 oz Smirnoff Salted Caramel vodka

2 oz RumChata cream liqueur

1.5 oz Monin Salted Caramel Syrup #356729

1. Rim your cocktail glass with the Smuckers caramel topping.

2. Roll the glass lightly in the salt to finish the rim

3. Drizzle the glass with your caramel topping (then place the glass in the freezer to allow the caramel to set while you finish mixing ingredients)

4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add all ingredients and shake well.

5. Remove the glass from the freezer and strain ingredients into the martini glass.

6. Enjoy!
