Recipe below 1/4 cup - favorite variety of bleu cheese, crumbled 2 Tablespoons - sliced green onion Place hot chips on serving plate. Top with bleu cheese crumbles and sliced green onions. BALSAMIC GLAZE RECIPE
1 cup balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoons brown sugar 1 Tablespoon soy sauce Place ingredients into small saucepan. Stir to combine. Bring to boil and reduce to low simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until thick and syrupy. Remove from heat and let cool.

LOADED RANCH CHIPS 4 oz. - fresh cooked Lamb Weston 30 H Natural Chips – hot 2 strips - cooked and crumbled bacon ¼ cup - chopped fresh tomato 2 Tablespoons - sliced green onion ¼ cup - shredded cheddar jack cheese 3 Tablespoons - ranch dressing
Place hot chips onto serving plate. Place toppings in this order – bacon, tomato, cheese and green onion. Drizzle ranch dressing over top. Serve
