― Mixed-Use

Building strong communities We believe that well designed environments should recognize and build on context, history, culture, and values and embrace nature while incorporating advances in technology. We appreciate that buildings have a lasting impact on the fabric of cities. We place emphasis on lifestyle, culture and character deeply rooted in the personal experience to create vibrant and innovative spaces.

Mixed-Use

Designed environments that build on culture We are living at a time where there is a renewed interest in design; a return to the appreciation of beauty integrated to performance — something we have believed in since our firm’s inception. We look at our cities and the life people are leading, where and how they spend their time, where they work and live. We create inspiring spaces that offer high performance, beauty and meaning, rich in culture and distinct in identity. Mixed-use projects reconnect and transform; they place high value on the distinctiveness of place and people, and they look toward a future where cities are sustainable, inhabited, alive, and meaningful.

← When commercial developer, Touchstone, purchased one of only three super blocks in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, they had one goal in mind: attract a tech tenant while activating the transforming neighborhood.
