Linda and I want to say thanks for your assistance in helping us find and purchase our condo on Long Boat Key. Because we had a limited time, budget constraints, and specific requirements, our expectations of finding something that suited our needs were not high. However, after talking to us for a short while, you seemed to quickly grasp what we were looking for. Most of the properties you showed us were pretty much on target, and considering that we only spent 2 days and saw 7 or 8 properties, we are very pleased with the selection and the appropriateness of the properties we were seeing. We felt that you zeroed in on our requirements quickly, and were able to show us properties that met our needs. Since 1988 we have worked with 11 realtors, mostly in relocation situations. I feel you were by far the quickest to grasp what we wanted and show us appropriate properties. We also appreciated your creativity and tenacity in putting the deal together. We had pretty much decided that we would not be able to come to terms with the owner, when you presented a solution that made it happen. I realize you put a lot of time and effort into making this work, and I also realize that a property in the mid $300,000’s is not a ‘BIG’ sale in the area we were looking. Still, you treated our sale like I would have expected you to treat a million dollar transaction, and made us feel like it was as important to you as it was to us.We also appreciated your follow up throughout the sales process and since the sale took place.
